Abstract:

A partir de l'algebre des cochaines singulieres de l'espace x a coefficients dans un anneau principal r, nous definissons les invariants mcat(x;r) et acat(x;r) en generalisant les definitions donnees par s. Halperin et j. M. Lemaire. Lorsque l'homologie de l'espace des lacets sur r est r-libre, l'espace x admet un modele minimal decomposable commutatif qui joue le role du modele de sullivan lorsque r = q. En mimant les definitions rationnelles nous introduisons les invariants m#ccat et a#ccat. Nous demontrons alors que pour un cw complexe r-modere, au sens de d. Anick, tel que l'homologie de l'espace des lacets sur r et la cohomologie de l'espace x sur r soient r-libres, nous avons m#ccat(x;r) = a#ccat(x;r). Puis a partir de la demonstration rationnelle, nous etablissons que m#ccat(xxs#n;r) = a#ccat(x;r) + 1. Lorsque r est un corps de caracteristique plus grande que la dimension de x, comme l'ont montre s. Halperin et j. M. Lemaire, nous avons m#ccatx = mcatx et a#ccatx acatx. Il en resulte dans ces conditions que mcat(x;r) = acat (x;r) ce qui constitue une generalisation du resultat obtenu par k. Hess dans le cas rationnel. De plus nous avons aussi acat(x x s#n;r) = acat(x;r) + 1 ce qui signifie que acat (-;r) verifie la conjecture de ganea.

В иммитансных логических схемах в качестве логической переменной используется характер иммитанса электрической цепи на переменном токе – положительные и отрицательные дифференциальные сопротивления (R(+), R(–)), емкости (С(+), С(–)), индуктивности (L(+), L(–)). Поскольку при этом не важно количественное значение этих иммитансов, такие логические элементы (ЛЭ) обладают высокой помехозащищенностью и могут работать во всем диапазоне СВЧ.

Abstract:

Le laser pulse nd-yag ( = 355 nm) permet l'addition d'aldehydes au maleate d'ethyle. Cette addition se caracterise par un rendement quantique () superieur a 1, justifiant l'existence d'une reaction en chaine monophotonique. L'etude de la variation des parametres du laser tels que la longueur d'onde, l'intensite et la duree de l'impulsion revelent paradoxalement, que augmente, lorsque l'intensite et la duree de l'impulsion diminuent ou que l'on se deplace vers les plus faibles absorbances. Les aldehydes ramifies en de la fonction conduisent cependant a des rendements quantiques inferieur a 1, revelant une modification de la concentration des especes excitees a l'etat triplet. La seconde partie de cette etude concerne la cycloaddition 2 + 2 d'aldehydes aux olefines. Avec le 2-methylbut-2-ene on observe, dans le cas du laser, la formation quasi-exclusive d'oxetanes avec un taux de 81%, alors qu'il n'est que de 64% dans le cas de la lampe a vapeur de mercure. La polysubstitution en de la fonction aldehydique favorise la formation d'oxetanes (90%), grace a une participation moins importante de l'etat triplet. Quel que soit le groupement alkyl de l'aldehyde, le rapport trans / cis des oxetanes est constant et voisin de 3 pour le regioisomere majoritaire. L'utilisation des isomeres du pent-2-ene montre que la reaction n'est pas stereoselective et suggere une contribution non negligeable de l'etat triplet. Avec le butanal et l'ethyl vinyl ether, la reaction est regio- et stereoselective : on observe la formation exclusive du trans-(3-ethoxy-2-propyl) oxetane. La photochimie par irradiations l. A. S. E. R. Encore tres peu exploitee laisse entrevoir des perspectives fecondes.

El mercado ferretero del distrito de Nueva Cajamarca (San Martín, Perú) se encuentra en constante crecimiento, ya que cada día se destinan más áreas a la agricultura, siendo esta actividad realizada por el 55% de los pobladores del distrito. Al incrementar las áreas utilizadas para a la agricultura genera mayor demanda de herramientas y equipos para uso agrícola y forestal, generando que nuevas ferreterías inicien sus actividades comerciales. Es por ello que Importaciones Generales Nieto S.R.L. tuvo la necesidad de implementar estrategias para generar la repetición de compra por parte de los consumidores. La investigación tuvo como objetivo la implementación de estrategias generadas por un plan de marketing para lograr la repetición de compra, de esa forma aumentar el volumen de ventas y la participación de mercado. Se realizó un análisis previo de la situación de la empresa, se estudió a profundidad a los competidores, se hizo un estudio detallado del mercado donde se determinó como público objetivo a las personas que se dedican a la agricultura. Se aplicó una encuesta que permitió recolectar datos para elaborar estrategias como merchandising y publicidad; que tuvieron como fin generar un impacto positivo para la empresa. La implementación de estrategias generadas por el plan de márketing tuvo un costo de S/.2,671.25 mensuales. Como resultados por la aplicación de las estrategias fue: Las ventas del mes de noviembre fueron de S/.196,063.18, que respecto a las ventas del mes de noviembre del 2016 que fueron S/.178,869.66 esto representa un crecimiento del 9.6% de ventas mensuales.

Abstract:

La domestication du sureau du Canada pour la production de ses petits fruits stimule, depuis quelques années, l’étude des principaux facteurs de régie de culture de cet arbuste. Ce mémoire présente une étude de l’impact de la pollinisation assistée sur la mise à fruit du sureau du Canada (Sambucus nigra ssp. canadensis (L.) R. Bolli). Des études exploratoires sur la floraison ont d’abord été réalisées avant d’entreprendre des essais sur les limitations potentielles de la mise à fruit par la pollinisation. Suite à la caractérisation de la période de floraison et à la mise au point d’un test de viabilité du pollen, l’influence de la quantité et de la source du pollen a été étudié à l’aide d’une technique de pollinisation assistée. Des expériences au champ ainsi qu’en serre ont permis de vérifier l’effet positif d’un apport supplémentaire de pollen chez des plants indigènes et ont également démontré des phénomènes d’incompatibilité partielle chez des plants indigènes et chez certains cultivars.

Reading acquisition is a complex process, which includes several concepts from the simplest and primary such as decoding signs, to the fullest, as we see Martins (2012), Fernandes (2010), who consider reading much more than the simple action of translating language codes. This research used the qualitative method in order to be exploratory, aiming to provide greater familiarity with the problem in order to make it explicit or build hypotheses, involving literature review and analysis of the activities, which encouraged understanding the phenomenon under study. The research also used the technique of observation and systematization of data collection, in order to identify the determinants of the phenomenon, which favor the occurrence of the same.Fieldwork was in a municipal public school in the city of Recife, in Pernambuco. At first there were, initially, six students in this research, but as appropriate to what the research proposed, the number changed to four, this enabled a transformation of the students’ role in the reading classes. The weak points in the learning of the reading process were identified, and the activities with specific reading strategies, that were used as a support to remedy the difficulties presented by the students of the third grade of elementary school 1. Production was analyzed in order to verify whether or not there is the deletion of the coda in /r/, /s/ and /l/medial and final, for language deletion of syllable codas performed in readings. After the intervention process it was found that with the application of consistent reading strategies, participants developed a production of syllabic coda in /r/, /s/ and /l/ medial and final. And identify the degree of complexity of the reading of the focus on students and the reading of the focus on students and the reading level of each student was at the beginning during the process and the final phase of the development of research.
A aquisição da leitura é um processo complexo, o qual contempla várias concepções desde a mais simples e primária como, decodificar signos, até as mais complexas, conforme vemos Martins (2012), Fernandes (2010), que consideram a leitura muito mais do que uma simples ação de tradução da escrita dos códigos linguísticos. Essa pesquisa usou o método qualitativo com objetivo de ser exploratória, visando a proporcionar maior familiaridade com o problema com vistas a torná-lo explícito ou a construir hipóteses, envolvendo também levantamento bibliográfico e análise das atividades, as quais estimularam a compreensão no fenômeno em estudo. A pesquisa usou também a técnica da observação e sistematização de coleta de dados, visando a identificar os determinantes do fenômeno, os quais favorecem para a ocorrência dos mesmos, bem como verificar a questão da variação na pronúncia das Codas silábicas /R/, /L/ e /S/ em palavras, frases, imagens e textos , especificamente nas questões de produção e apagamento. A pesquisa de campo foi em uma Escola Municipal da Rede pública da cidade do Recife, em PE. Participaram desta pesquisa seis estudantes. A mesma possibilitou uma transformação na atuação dos alunos nas aulas de leitura. Foram identificados os pontos de fragilidade na aprendizagem do processo de leitura, bem como ofereceu atividades com específicas estratégias de leitura, que serviram de suporte para sanar as dificuldades apresentadas pelos estudantes do 3º ano do Ensino Fundamental I. A escolha dessa temática emergiu da nossa inquietação enquanto profissionais da área de educação, pois como educadores sentíamos incomodados com a falta da produção das Codas silábicas nas leituras realizadas pelos estudantes, fato que motivou o presente estudo. Nesta pesquisa, utilizamos os aportes teóricos de autores que focam na definição do ato de ler e nas suas especificidades - Fernandes (2010), Kleiman (1989), Koch & Elias (2006) e Martins (2012), bem como autores que primam pela abordagem das estratégias de leitura, como é o caso de Solé (1998). No tocante à temática da Sílaba e Coda Silábica, tomamos como aparato teórico-metodológico os referenciais de Hora (2006). Foi analisada a produção de leitura dos alunos com vistas a verificar se ocorre ou não o apagamento da coda silábica em /R/, /S/ e /L/ mediais e finais, por meio de imagens palavras, frases e textos. No início da pesquisa identificamos grande apagamento das Codas silábicas nas leituras realizadas. Após o processo de intervenção foi constatado que com a aplicação das estratégias de leitura coerentes, os participantes desenvolveram a produção das Codas silábicas em /R/, /S/ e /L/ mediais e finais. Bem como identificamos o grau de complexidade da leitura dos alunos em foco, e o nível de leitura em que cada aluno se encontrava no início, durante e fase final do desenvolvimento da pesquisa.

Abstract:

Quelques propriétés physico-chimiques ont été étudiées sur une nouvelle gamme de tensioactifs non ioniques comprenant trente-six dérivés amphiphiles du xylitol de type 1-ZR-D,L-xylitol dans lesquels Z= O, OCO, S et R= n-CnH2n+1 avec n compris entre 4 et 18. La détermination de la solubilité dans l'eau à 25°C et de la CMC a montré une différence de comportement selon que le nombre n d'atomes de carbone de la chaîne lipophile est inférieur ou égal à 11 ou supérieur ou égal à 12. L'étude de la variation de la CMC en fonction de n et de la température a permis d'accéder aux grandeurs thermodynamiques de micellisation. Les rapports Hydrophilie/Lipophilie (HLB) ont été déterminés par la méthode des émulsions. Des phases de cristaux liquides thermotropes (smectique A) et lyotropes (lamellaire) ont été mises en évidence par microscopie optique en lumière polarisée, calorimétrie différentielle et diffraction des rayons X aux petits angles. La comparaison entre les dérivés du xylitol et ceux du D-glucose étudiés précédemment montre que les premiers ont un comportement moins hydrophile et que le passage d'une tête linéaire à une tête cyclique conduit à des micelles plus stables

Abstract:

Une carte génétique densément peuplée en marqueurs SNP a été construite pour le mil en utilisant une population de 93 individus F2. D’abord, un nouveau protocole de génotypage par séquençage (GBS) impliquant une combinaison d’enzymes de restriction PstI-MspI avec des amorces PCR incluant trois bases sélectives a été utilisé pour obtenir 3 321 marqueurs SNP. Suite à plusieurs procédés de filtration, 314 marqueurs SNP non-redondants distribués sur sept groupes de liaison ont permis de construire une carte couvrant une distance génétique totale de 640 cM avec un intervalle moyen de 2,1 cM entre marqueurs SNP. La taille des groupes de liaison variait considérablement (62 cM à 123 cM). Finalement, 19 marqueurs SSR ont été analysés sur les parents de la population afin de trouver ceux qui étaient polymorphes et ainsi faire le pont entre notre carte et celles rapportées précédemment. Parmi eux, quatre marqueurs SSR étaient polymorphes et ont permis d’établir une correspondance entre quatre groupes de liaison de notre carte et ceux des cartes antérieures. La disponibilité d’une telle carte peut être un atout exploitable pour l’identification de régions associées à certains caractères d’importance agronomique.
A high-density SNP genetic map was constructed for pearl millet using a mapping population of 93 F2 individuals. Firstly, a Genotyping by Sequencing (GBS) protocol involving a combination of restriction enzymes PstI-MspI with PCR primers including three selective bases was used to obtain 3,321 SNP markers. Following several filtration processes, 314 non-redundant SNPs distributed over seven linkage groups were used to build a map covering a total genetic distance of 640 cM with an average interval of 2.1 cM between SNPs. The size of the linkage groups varied considerably (62 cM to 123 cM). Finally, 19 SSR markers were analyzed on the parents of the population in order to find those that were polymorphic and thus bridge the gap between our map and those reported previously. Among them, four SSR markers were polymorphic and have established a correspondence between four linkage groups in our map and previous maps. The availability of such a map may be exploitable for the identification of regions associated to some important agronomic characters.

Des essais ont été mis en place en 2005 et 2006 à Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures (Québec) afin de préciser les effets de deux herbicides (s-métolachlore/benoxacor, pendiméthaline), appliqués en prélevée ou en postlevée hâtive, et du désherbage mécanique, sur la répression des monocotylédones annuelles et sur le rendement du millet perlé grain, fourrager et sucré. Les résultats indiquent que le s-métolachlore/benoxacor appliqué en prélevée est phytotoxique pour le millet perlé. Les autres traitements chimiques ont produit un bon désherbage des monocotylédones annuelles et ont procuré des rendements très satisfaisants. En postlevée hâtive, le s-métolachlore/benoxacor a réprimé l'échinochloa pied-de-coq plus efficacement que la pendiméthaline. Enfin, le désherbage mécanique a produit un désherbage insuffisant, provoquant d'importantes pertes de rendement. Une stratégie intégrée de désherbage incluant un faux semis et l'application du smétolachlore/ benoxacor en postlevée hâtive ou de la pendiméthaline en prélevée ou en postlevée hâtive constitue une solution au problème de désherbage du millet perlé.

T. S. Eliot (1888-1966), j. L. Borges (1899-1986), milan dedinac (19021966), marko ristic (1902-1984), rene char (1907-1988), octavio paz (ne 1914) et branko miljkovic (1934-1961) : sept poetes contemporains, de sensibilite differente qui se sont tous nourris de la philosophie d'heraclite. Leur relation au penseur d'ephese qui "ecrivit en un style poetique" (suidas, encyclopedie litteraire byzantine) est examine pour la premiere fois dans cette etude. Les ecrits de ces sept poetes sont fondes sur la vision du monde comme l'unite des contraires et leurs ecrits prennent cette vision comme point de depart. Dans ce concept de transformationet du mouvement ininterrompu est enserree l'essence de l'activite poetique et cette recherche s'oriente vers la decouverte des rencontres de la poesie et de la philosophie. Diogene laerte (iiie siecle) a attribue a heraclite titre "le livre des muses", et ce titre sera justifie par l'influence de la pensee d'heraclite sur des poetes: latins, anglais et espagnols du baroque, romantique allemands du xviiie et enfin du xxeme siecle. Ces sept poetes modernes ne sont-ils pas ces "plongeurs de delos", evoques jadis par socrate, lui-meme demeure interdit devant ile flottante du penseur dit l'obsur?

Borges (1899-1986), milan dedinac (1902 -1966), marko ristic (1902-1984), rene char (1907-1988), octavic paz (born 1914) and branko miljkovic (1934-1961): seven contemporaries, each with a distinct poetic sensibility, all nourished on the philosophy of heraclitus. Their relationship with the philosopher from ephes "who wrote like a poet" (suidas, byzantine literary encyclopedia) is examined for the first time in this study. These poets' writings were based on a vision of the world as a unity of contrasts - much of what they tried to express took this vision as a point of departure. It is in this concept of uninterrupted movement and transformation that the essence of poetic activity resides: this research is oriented towards the discovery of the points where poetry and philosophy meet. One of the titles ascribed to heraclitus' work was "the muses" (diogenes laertius, 3rd century a. D. ), a title that would be justified by the book's influence on later poets- latin, english and spaniards in the baroque, german in the xviii century and poets of xxth century. Heraclitus's enigmatic fragments would be reinvented by these later

Abstract:

El presente trabajo de investigación se basó en la interpretación del proceso productivo de extrusión de bobinas de polietileno en la empresa Polybags Perú S. R. L. la cual presenta problemas de baja productividad. El proceso productivo analizado, no cuenta con un método estandarizado de trabajo, por ello se realiza un análisis situacional, diagnosticando los indicadores de productividad que permitan medir el proceso productivo. Para ello, después de analizar etapa por etapa el proceso productivo, se logró registrar los tiempos promedios de ejecución de cada una de ellas, ésta información refleja que el cuello de botella se presenta en el área de extrusión de bobinas, los cuales han ocasionado que la empresa deje de percibir S/. 1 666 867,02 soles, en un periodo de 12 meses. Al lograr identificar el problema, se desarrolló la propuesta de mejora usando herramientas aplicadas como métodos de distribución de planta y estandarización de tiempos, las cuales permitieron comparar los indicadores de productividad actuales y el propuesto para la empresa, optimizando la producción, pasando de producir 32 a 38 bobinas por día; con ello se logró aumentar la productividad en un 32,70 %. Este aumento de productividad representa S/. 1 078 725, la cual se recuperará en el año N° 2. El análisis costo – beneficio tuvo un VAN de S/. 1 101 470,00, una tasa interna de retorno del 23,71% y un costo beneficio de S/. 1,01, en un periodo de recuperación de la inversión de 3 años.

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo proponer una mejora en la gestión de inventarios para minimizar los ingresos no percibidos en la empresa MBN EXPORTACIONES LAMBAYEQUE & CIA S.R.L. la cual se dedica a la elaboración de dulces tradicionales, dentro de ellos el Alfajor Gigante. Para ello se realizó un diagnóstico de la empresa, identificando las causas que más influyen en los pedidos no atendidos mediante la toma y análisis de datos obtenidos a través de visitas técnicas, siendo la principal causa el desabastecimiento de cajas y etiquetas representando el 60% de los ingresos no percibidos. Luego se evaluó las herramientas mediante una matriz de enfrentamiento, matriz de asignación de puntaje y matriz de ponderación, obteniendo como propuestas: el modelo de revisión periódica que reduce un 7,31% los ingresos no percibidos, la adquisición de un Software ERP que mejora la gestión de inventarios, elaboración de un MOF que permite contar con personal capacitado. Además, la adquisición de estructura metálica que reduce 5,13% los ingresos no percibidos y un nuevo método apilamiento de insumos (Huevos) para la reducción de pérdidas monetarias. Al final se analizó el costo-beneficio de las propuestas de mejora de la gestión de inventarios, teniendo un TIR de 132%, el cual es mayor al TMAR cuyo valor es de 9,79%, un VAN de S/124 958,32 y un costo – beneficio de 3,25, el decir que por cada sol invertido se gana 2,25 soles.

Abstract:

Thesis deals with problems of the soil-structure interaction. In the theoretical part is described the approach to mathematical modeling of structure-foundation-soil interaction. The subsoil models are further described in detail, including the models with piles (both static and dynamics models). In the next chapter there is described the dynamics theory of the systems with single or more degrees of freedom. There is also an analysis of propagation, reflection and refraction of mechanical one-dimensional waves (P-wave, S-wave) and spatial waves (P- wave, SV-wave, SH-wave) and waves in homogeneous half-space (R-wave L-wave). The numerical analysis is logically sorted from hand calculation of the parameter change influence on the modal characteristics to complex computational FEM model of the machine with a foundation on piles placed in the spatial block of soil. Numerical studies aim to determine the influence of the subsoil model on the modal characteristics and thus confirm the absolute necessity of the subsoil model in tasks of dynamics. The next goal is to determine the appropriate key parameters of the computational model: the size of finite element, suitable shape of subsoil model, suitable inclination of boundary condition and suitable boundary conditions. For creating of set of computational models was used language APDL in conjunction with ANSYS software interface. All used input files are listed in the Annex.

Abstract

Problem: The desire for development in less privileged countries like Uganda has created the need for the privileged countries like Sweden to embark on external knowledge transfer through different projects, as one of the objectives to achieve development. However, some factors tend to limit the success of this external knowledge transfer process.

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to find out the factors that lead to the barriers and limitations of knowledge transfer in development projects. Since there are differences in objectives between nonprofit and profit making projects, the research is also aimed at highlighting the extent to which the affecting factors hinder the achievement of objectives and goals.

Method: Qualitative methods were used in this research. Telephone interviews were conducted after sending questionnaires to four respondents from different organizations that were actively involved in the projects. In order to have balanced results, two respondents each from Uganda and Sweden were interviewed. Trustworthiness and ethical issues were put into consideration while conducting the interviews, in a bid to create a desirable atmosphere for conducting the study.

Result: External knowledge transfer is affected by factors like culture, individual factors, and knowledge management factors. Apart from the mentioned factors, research found that instead of organizational factors that would affect profit making projects to a greater extent, factors like the political will, ownership and local needs are the ones that affect development projects.

Conclusion: The factors that affect the external knowledge transfer process are to a greater extent human, and are controllable. In development projects, the recipient country should identify the needs that would initiate the external knowledge transfer process. Most of the affecting factors would be controlled through building of relationships and strong ties, local ownership, and political considerations. All this put into consideration, external knowledge transfer between developed and developing countries stand a high chance to succeed.

La importància de la quiralitat és ben coneguda principalment en relació al fet que la major part dels productes bioactius naturals són quirals i que les seves propietats fisiològiques i farmacològiques depenen del seu reconeixement per part de macromolècules diana quirals, les quals interaccionaran només amb l'enantiòmer del producte bioactiu d'una configuració absoluta determinada.
Anàlogament, en el cas de fàrmacs quirals se solen observar diferències importants d'activitat entre els dos enantiòmers. L'enantiòmer més actiu d'un fàrmac quiral es denomina eutòmer i el menys actiu distòmer.

Així, la legislació farmacèutica internacional és cada cop més restrictiva respecte a l'ús de fàrmacs com a barreges racèmiques. Realment, la utilització de fàrmacs enantiopurs és actualment un requisit fonamental per a pràcticament totes les indústries farmacèutiques. Així doncs, el desenvolupament de nous mètodes sintètics per obtenir compostos enantiopurs s'ha convertit en un punt clau per a la indústria farmacèutica.

La síntesi asimètrica constitueix una de les principals estratègies per tenir accés a compostos enantiopurs, utilitzant auxiliars, reactius o catalitzadors quirals.

Tenint en compte els excel·lents resultats dels auxiliars quirals (R)- i (S)-2a en reaccions de desracemització, resolució cinètica dinàmica en la reacció d'ALFA-haloèsters amb diversos nucleòfils i en reaccions de Diels-Alder asimètriques ens vam plantejar:

1. Posar a punt un procediment per obtenir noves pantolactames en forma racèmica, a partir de les quals es podrien preparar els corresponents enantiòmers pel procediment descrit per a (R)- i (S)-2a.

2. L'aplicació de l'(R)- o (S)-N-fenilpantolactama, (R)- o (S)-2a o d'alguna de les noves pantolactames en noves reaccions de desracemització d'àcids carboxílics alfa,alfa-disubstituïts com a etapes clau per a la síntesi en forma enantiopura de compostos amb potencial activitat farmacològica o de fàrmacs establerts com àcids alfa-aril-gamma-aminobutírics anàlegs del GABA (àcid gamma-aminobutíric) o l'antiepilèptic levetiracetam.

3. L'aplicació de l'(R)- o (S)-N-fenilpantolactama, (R)- o (S)-2a, o d'alguna de les noves pantolactames a addicions de Michael diastereoselectives amb acceptors contenint l'auxiliar quiral, com a etapa clau per a la síntesi dels dos enantiòmers del fàrmac baclofè.

4. L'aplicació de l'(R)- o (S)-N-fenilpantolactama, (R)- o (S)-2a, o d'alguna de les noves pantolactames a cicloaddicions 1,3-dipolars diastereoselectives amb dipolaròfils contenint l'auxiliar quiral, com a etapa clau per a la síntesi en forma enantiopura d'N,O-psiconucleòsids amb potencial activitat antivírica.
We have developed two alternative one-pot procedures for the preparation of N-substituted pantolactams in low to medium yields starting from pantolactone and primary amines under acid catalysis. In one procedure the reaction is performed in a pressure reactor at 250 ºC for 4h, while in the other one the reaction takes place in minutes under microwave irradiation.
alpha-aryl-substituted GABA derivatives (R)- and (S)-23, 26 and 27 of potential biological interest have been prepared in enantiopure form (ee > 99%) from the readily available methyl arylacetates 16, 31 and 37, through a seven-step synthetic sequence, involving as the key step the deracemization of cyano acids ()-18, 33 and 39 using (R)- or (S)-N-phenylpantolactam as chiral auxiliaries. In sharp contrast with the reported absolute lack of efficiency of (R)-pantolactone as chiral auxiliary in the deracemization of this kind of cyano acids, the use of (R)- and (S)-N-phenylpantolactam led to the corresponding pantolactam esters in almost quantitative yields, with high levels of diastereoselectivity (dr up to 93:7), and with predictable sense of asymmetric induction. Moreover, pantolactam esters in hihgly diastereoenriched form (dr > 98:2 or 97:3) were obtained by column chromatography of the diastereoenriched crude materials resulting from the deracemization reactions. Hydrolysis of these esters under essentially nonracemizing conditions, followed by recrystallization of the resulting crude cyano acids or their cyclohexylammonium salts, and subsequent reisolation of the carboxylic acids in the last cases, led to enantiopure alpha-aryl-beta-cyano acids (R)- and (S)-18, 33 and 39, which were transformed in good yields into the N-Boc-alpha-aryl-substituted GABA derivatives (R)- and (S)-23, 26 and 27 through a standard procedure.
We have developed a synthesis of levetiracetam by deracemization of racemic 2-bromobutyric acid 50 to the (R)-enantiomer with (S)-N-phenylpantolactam, followed by nucleophilic substitution with the sodium salt of 2-pyrrolidinone to give (S)-2-(2-oxopyrrolidin-1-yl)butyric acid, a known precursor of levetiracetam. The key points of the synthesis are: (1) the good diastereomeric ratio (9:1) in the esterification of ()-50 with the chiral auxiliary and the easy purification of the main diastereomer by column chromatography, (2) the LiOH/H2O2 hydrolysis of the diastereopure ester to give acid (R)-50 without racemization and (3) the SN2 transformation of (R)-50 to the immediate acid precursor of levetiracetam. This sequence has also been applied to the preparation of the enantiomer of levetiracetam.
(R)- and (S)-baclofen hydrochloride have been prepared in enantiopure form (>99% ee) from the readily available racemic nitro acid (±)-71, through a three-step synthetic sequence, involving the resolution of the above acid via diastereomeric esters derived from the chiral auxiliaries (R)- and (S)-N-phenylpantolactam, (R)- and (S)-2a, followed by hydrolysis and hydrogenation (Ra-Ni) of the nitro group. The chiral auxiliaries were conveniently recovered in enantiopure form after the hydrolysis step.
Finally, we have developed a synthesis of N,O-psiconucleosides involving as the key step the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of phenylnitrone and methyl phenyltioacrilate. The key points are: (1) esterification with the resolution agent, (R)- and (S)-N-phenylpantolactam, (R)- and (S)-2a , (2) nucleosidation with timine and 5-fluoruracile as nucleobases and the efficiently column cromatography to led the corresponding esters of pantolactam in diasteropure form (dr > 98:2), (3) reduction of transesterification products with Vitride and recovery of (R)- and (S)-N-phenylpantolactam with high yield and in enantiopure form (ee > 99%).

L en la actualidad viene operando sin un plan en el caso de la merma del material y esto origina desembolsos extras los cuales no están incluidos en el presupuesto, debido a que no se realizan controles mensuales por ende no se tiene un control del material utilizado en obra ganada, esto se debe a que existe un gestión limitada en el área en consecuencia no se toman medidas para no reincidir en las contingencias presentada; el objetivo principal es presentar la evaluación a través del enfoque COSO I del área de logística, para lo cual tenemos un caso de estudio. El tipo de investigación es aplicada; el diseño de investigación es no experimental transaccional descriptivo simple. Para ello se describió la empresa y los procesos operativos en el caso de estudio, se elaboró y aplicó un cuestionario COSO I al área, se detectaron las deficiencias, causas y riesgos y finalmente se elaboró una propuesta para la mejora en la gestión de la empresa.

Studien undersöker invånare och verksammas upplevelser av ett, enligt en rapport frånunderrättelseenheten, utsatt bostadsområde i Västerås. För att besvara frågeställningen har vigenomfört 14 intervjuer varav 5 var semistrukturerade och resterande var ostrukturerade. Vihar även genomfört 6 observationer, där samtliga var icke deltagande observationer. Dåmålsättningen var att undersöka så förutsättningslöst som möjligt har vi använt oss av BarneyGlasers variant av grundad teori som metodologiskt angreppssätt. Tidigare forskning som vibelyser är delade i tre teman: Segregation, familjestrukturer och sysselsättning. En teorisom är grundad i data presenteras i resultatdelen och beskriver det som sker i Bäckby.Studiens teoretiska referensramar är Erving Goffmans teori om stigma, Howard. S. Beckersteori om avvikande samt Giorgio Agambens teori om undantag och belägring som fungerarsom en komplettering till förståelsen av hur det är i ett utsatt bostadsområde. Slutsatsernavisar att det är en handfull ungdomar som står för oron som sker i Bäckby och dess handlingarmöjliggörs på grund av misslyckade strukturella åtgärder. De förhållanden vi har funnitavgörande för trygghets upplevelse i Bäckby är inte endast att ungdomar behöversysselsättning, utan det behövs även en spridning av människor med utländsk bakgrund blandetniska svenskar och förebyggande åtgärder från externa aktörer.

Abstract:

La substitution d'impuretes non magnetique de zinc en site cuivre des plans conducteurs dans le compose supraconducteur yba#2cu#3o#7 constitue une sonde pour l'etude du role du magnetisme dans l'apparition de la supraconductivite. Une etude realisee par diffraction de neutrons et de rayons x nous a permis de mettre en evidence les effets de la substitution du cuivre des plans conducteurs sur les structures cristallines et magnetiques. Nous avons synthetise des poudres substituees en zinc et en nickel par reaction en phase solide. De plus, en optimisant la methode de l'autoflux, nous avons elabore des monocristaux substitues en zinc, d'un volume permettant une etude par diffusion inelastique des neutrons. L'etude cristallographique de ces materiaux a revele que le deplacement des atomes de zinc vers le site oxygene apical induit une limite de substitution du zinc en site cuivre des plans. Au dela de cette limite le zinc commence a se substituer dans les chaines. Nous avons observe une diminution de la temperature de neel des composes isolants substitues en zinc. Nous attribuons cet effet a la dilution par le zinc du reseau antiferromagnetique bidimensionnel. Le comportement magnetique de type curie-weiss en site cuivre des plans, observe par diffraction de neutrons polarises, ainsi que l'ecrantage des effets structuraux de la substitution par le dopage indiquent une reduction de la mobilite des porteurs de charges. Par ailleurs, la substitution par le nickel induit selon l'axe c une reduction importante du parametre de maille ainsi qu'un doublement de la maille magnetique. Nous interpretons cet effet par une substitution partielle du nickel en site cuivre des chaines n'affectant pas le transfert de charges

This dissertation addresses the intensifying global issue of food insecurity within our country and the contributing factors thereof. It investigates the role architecture can play as a systemic tool (in the form of a gastronomic quarter) to facilitate the re[grow]th of a highly contested site. By identifying and drawing from global and local issues, new solutions, developed through the integration of socio-economic systems, act as points of acupuncture. These points aim to improve contextual conditions through food network empowerment. Through a newly informed architectural approach various people within society are enabled through local means of support. It is food and the accessibility thereof that forms the basis of the socially inclined space. Local support is essential for community growth and empowerment, which in turn, positively impacts the overall urban fabric through the provision of a more inclusive environment.

La misura di Lebesgue permette di misurare il volume degli oggetti n-dimensionali di R^n, ma tutti quelli di dimensione inferiore s come le superfici sono sottoinsiemi di R^n di misura di Lebesgue nulla. Non potendo definire una nozione, ad esempio, di "area" attraverso suddivisioni successive come per la lunghezza di una curva si ricorre alla teoria della misura definendo la misura di Hausdorff s-dimensionale. Viene dapprima esposta la teoria della misura nella sua generalità, con alcune proprietà delle misure astratte e della sigma-algebra di Borel, una loro classificazione e alcuni teoremi di ricoprimento (in particolare quello di Vitali) a cui si farà ricorso dopo. Successivamente vengono introdotte la premisura e misura di Hausdorff H^s, alcune sue prime proprietà e la dimensione di Hausdorff dim_H. Viene studiato il comportamento di H^s e dim_H sotto l'effetto di funzioni lipschitziane e bilipschitziane con studio della dimensione di Hausdorff dell'insieme di Cantor e un breve accenno ai frattali e la loro relazione con le funzioni bilipschitziane. Un tema centrale per poter introdurre la formula di area è la simmetrizzazione di Steiner: ne vengono dimostrate le proprietà principali e attraverso di essa si dimostra la disuguaglianza isodiametrica e l'uguaglianza tra le misure di Hausdorff e di Lebesgue, quando s=n. Problem – The expansion of global trade and supply chain integration has put great emphasison logistics, particularly in the intermediary sector, freight forwarders. Whilst in developedcountries freight forwarders benefit from competitive markets and trade facilitatingpolicies, this sector in West coast Africa exhibits low logistics performance levels. Inorder to address such issues, one needs to analyse the problem and identify the causes; thisthesis focuses on identifying the bottlenecks in the freight-forwarding sector in west coastAfrica.Purpose – The main purpose of this study is to identify the bottleneck/s within thefreight-forwarding industry in west coast Africa, namely: Angola, Cameroon, DR of Congo,Gabon, and Nigeria.Method – This thesis employs a pre-study and case study method, to ensure sufficient collectionof relevant material, taking into account the lack of research in this subject. We usedthe material obtained from the interviews and the secondary source, to structure our purpose,research questions, and to define the case of our study.Results – The study concludes with a series of interesting findings; First, the activity of aFreight Forwarder depends on a series of factors that do not depend on the Freight Forwarderper se. And second, Freight Forwarders in order to accomplish their tasks, have accessto services that are shared by all providers, and that are beyond their control. To conclude,the study identifies infrastructure as a major bottleneck in the Freight Forwarding sector.

Abstract:

The lecture recital was given November 6, 1989. Five Preludes by Claude Debussy were preformed following a lecture on some important considerations of approaching the pedaling complexities in his solo piano works. In addition to the lecture recital, three other solo piano recitals were performed. The first solo recital consisted of works by Franz Schubert and Robert Schumann, and was performed on November 17, 1980. On March 1, 1982, the second solo recital was presented. This performance consisted of works by J. Brahms, W.A. Mozart, S. Prokofieff, and A. Schoenberg. The third solo recital was performed on November 21, 1988 and included the works of L. van Beethoven. A. Berg, F. Chopin, and C. Debussy. The four programs were recorded on tape and filed with the written version of the lecture as part of the dissertation.

Abstract:

Early Warning Systems (EWSs) for banking sectors are used to measure occurrence risks of banking crises, generally observed with a rundown of bank deposits and widespread failures of financial institutions. In countries with a small number of banks, for example Turkey with 48 banks (BDDK, 2011), every bank may be considered to have a systematic importance since the failure of any individual bank may carry a potential threat to lead to a banking crisis. Taking into account this fact the present study focuses on EWSs in Turkey. Since there is no single correct EWS to apply to all cases, in this study, 300 models were constructed and tested to find models as accurate as possible by using a trial-and-error process and by searching optimal feature subset or classifier methods. Empirical results indicate that prediction accuracy did not increase significantly while we got closer to the actual occurrence of bankruptcy. An important finding of the study was that trends of financial ratios were very useful in the prediction of bank failures. Instead of failures as a result of instant shocks, the banks'
failures followed through a path: first a downward movement affected the efficiency of the banks'
officers and the quality of management structure measured with "
Activity Ratios"
, then the profitability of the banks measured with "
Profit Ratios"
declined. At last, the performance and the stability of banks'
earnings stream measured with "
Income-Expenditure Structure Ratios"
and the level and quality of the banks'
capital base, the end line of defense, measured with "
Capital Ratios"
. At the end of study, we proposed an ensemble model which produced probability ratios for the success rates of the banks. The proposed model achieved a very high success rate for the banks we considered.

Resultado de uma tese de doutorado, esta publicação aborda a mundialização da cultura do samba e a globalização do carnaval do Rio de Janeiro, refletindo sobre as conexões dos seus agentes nas redes sociais online e off-line, na perspectiva deleuziana da Cartografia, da produção rizomática de conhecimento, através do método da pesquisaintervenção e das vivências e experiências do autor na criação de eventos e em viagens internacionais de observação. Analisa a relação entre o samba e o carnaval, sua evolução desde a oficialização dos desfiles das escolas de samba na cidade e seu dilema no mundo contemporâneo, face a um novo cenário de capitalismo global e cognitivo.
This publication is a result of the doctorate thesis which investigates and discusses the globalization of the samba culture and that of Rio de Janeiro carnival. It reflects upon the connection between its agents in social media both online and offline, from the perspective of Deluzian cartography and the rhizomatic production of knowledge through research-intervention method, as well as through the real life experiences of the author of events he created and his international travel for observational purposes. It analyses: the relationship between samba and carnival; the evolution of samba school parades in the city since they became official; and the dilemma of confronting a new cognitive and global capitalist scenario in contemporary world.

Numerosos estudios epidemiológicos sugieren que la vitamina D y su metabolito activo, 1,25(OH)2D3 o calcitriol, disminuyen el riesgo de contraer cáncer de colon. Por otro lado, la resistencia de los tumores a los diferentes tratamientos suele estar asociada a elevados niveles de glutatión. En consecuencia, la inclusión de drogas que disminuyen este tripéptido, tal como D,L-butionina-S,R-sulfoximina (BSO), aumentan la sensibilidad de las células tumorales a los tratamientos convencionales. El objetivo de este trabajo fue estudiar los mecanismos desencadenados por calcitriol y BSO sobre la proliferación de las células Caco-2 en cultivo. Los resultados muestran que el calcitriol y el BSO inhibieron la proliferación de todas las líneas celulares tumorales de origen epitelial evaluadas, efecto que fue más pronunciado con el tratamiento combinado. En las células Caco-2, el efecto antiproliferativo provocado por calcitriol + BSO está mediado por alteraciones del sistema redox celular, arresto del ciclo celular e inducción de la diferenciación celular. El agregado al medio de cultivo de ácido ascórbico, potente antioxidante,inhibió el efecto antiproliferativo producido por la combinación de drogas. En conclusión, BSO incrementa la inhibición de la proliferación celular producida por calcitriol

This study proposes a measurement and assessment model for the construction productivity of freeway reconstruction project, according to on the previous studies of Thomas and the characteristics of the freeway reconstruction project. The model is used on the cases of the freeway No. 1 reconstruction projects and No. 2 new construction project in Taiwan to realize and compare their respective influence factors of the construction productivity. When the model evaluates the threshold construction productivity of the embankment in the cases, the estimate values for the reconstruction projects and the new construction project are 0.048~0.052 MH/ M 3 and 0.025 MH/ M 3 , respectively. In addition, the influence factors in the reconstruction projects and between the reconstruction projects and the new construction project are introduced, leading to the arrangement of improvement methods. The results based on this study can support the use of the model to various constructions to completely establish the threshold construction productivity in construction engineering for the further use of the cost analysis and construction management. The working content factor in the model, however, should be further studied in a future to obtain a better result.

A maneira como as cidades se abastecem e as preocupações ambientais relativas ao sistema alimentar do qual atualmente dependemos têm vindo a suscitar um particular interesse no âmbito da investigação no campo da arquitetura. Tomando como ponto de partida as questões alimentares e as relações que estas estabelecem com o espaço urbano, torna-se então possível repensar as cidades contemporâneas e recuperar o antigo vínculo - que se tem vindo a perder desde o advento da revolução industrial - entre o mundo urbano e o mundo agrícola. As particulares condições naturais da área de Lisboa favoreceram historicamente a prática agrícola no interior do seu território, demonstrando a pertinência de uma abordagem à cidade que tenha como tema central a agricultura. Através do recurso a fontes primárias - como documentos escritos e cartográfcos históricos, é conduzida uma análise com a intenção de traçar de forma pormenorizada a antiga ocupação agrícola do solo da capital. No contexto de Lisboa, a Freguesia de Marvila é identifcada como a área que atualmente apresenta as características naturais e históricas apropriadas para a proposta arquitetónica de um modelo urbano agrícola. A estreita relação que se estabelece com a comida, a partir da produção até a fase de consumo, permite defnir um modo de vida colectivo que disponibiliza novos espaços para a cidade e para os seus habitantes. A comida, em todas as fases do sistema alimentar, torna-se o elemento estruturante na defnição de uma cidade agrícola: o projeto arquitetónico e paisagístico proposto responde às necessidades programáticas e funcionais do modelo de cadeia curta, que pressupõe uma proximidade entre produtor e consumidor, ou seja, entre horta e habitação.
Negli ultimi anni, il modo in cui vengono nutrite le città e le preoccupazioni ambientali relative al sistema alimentare da cui attualmente dipendiamo hanno riscontrato un particolare interesse nella ricerca in campo architettonico. Prendendo come punto di partenza le questioni alimentari e le relazioni che esse instaurano con lo spazio urbano è possibile ripensare le città contemporanee e recuperare l’antico legame tra mondo urbano e mondo agricolo che è andato a perdersi dall’avvento della rivoluzione industriale. Le particolari caratteristiche naturali dell’area di Lisbona hanno storicamente favorito la pratica agricola sul territorio, dimostrando la pertinenza di un approccio alla città che abbia come tema centrale l’agricoltura. Attraverso il ricorso a fonti primarie - come documenti scritti e cartografci storici, viene condotta un’analisi che intende tracciare in modo dettagliato l’antica occupazione agricola sul suolo cittadino. All’interno del contesto di Lisbona, la Freguesia di Marvila viene individuata come l’area che attualmente presenta le caratteristiche naturali e storiche adatte alla proposta architettonica di un modello urbano agricolo. Lo stretto rapporto che si stabilisce con il cibo, dalla produzione alla fase di consumazione, permette di defnire un modo di vivere collettivo che mette a disposizione nuovi spazi per la città e per i suoi abitanti. Il cibo, in tutte le diverse fasi del sistema alimentare, diventa l’elemento strutturante nella defnizione di una città agricola: il progetto architettonico e paesaggistico proposto risponde alle necessità programmatiche e funzionali del modello della fliera corta, che presuppone una prossimità tra produttore e consumatore, quindi tra orto e abitazione.
