With regard to cows, 60.40 ± 4.72% of families use them. Each family has an average of 1.68 ± 0.21 cows. Productive cows make up 36.9% of the above percentage, which is a majority. Abstract:
The creation of a rabbit with a knockout of the CSN2 gene (β-cas) represents an important goal in the field of genetic technology. Its achievement will make it possible to use such animals as a background line for obtaining producers of human therapeutic proteins, which will significantly increase the efficiency of the production of recombinant drugs. The main goal of the study was to knock out this gene and expand biomodels of GM animals.

Abstract In the Oil & Gas sector, the production optimization is one of the most challenging problem, since it involves many operational variables linked by complex relationships. Moreover, during the asset life cycle those parameters could change. Conflicts and interactions between variables, constraints, and operational limitations could be solved holistically by an optimization tool based on an Evolutionary Algorithm. The algorithm searches for the optimum field configuration from the operational point of view, leading to the production maximization. Eni Production Department developed

Abstract:
Fourty-eight male and female crossbred rabbits (NZW x Thai Native) with average initial weight at 1,000 grams were used in the experiment. Rabbits were divided equally in sex and number to 8 groups. Each group received the diets base on two different sources of protein (fish meal-FM and rubber seed meal-RSM) and four levels of cassava root meal (CRM), residual from pelleting process. 0, 50, 75 and 100% to substitute broken rice. Growth performances, and the concentrations of thiocyanate thyroxin in the serum were measured. Growth characteristics and the concentration of thyroxin in serum were

The original project had four specific objectives: (1) To complete the development of a radioimmunoassay for bovine leptin; (2) To characterize the leptin system in lactating dairy cows during the transition from pregnancy to lactation; (3) To identify endocrine factors regulating the production of leptin by bovine adipose tissue; (4) To study the actions of leptin on bovine adipose and mammary tissues in vitro. However, BARD funded only the development of the bovine leptin RIA (Objective 1) for a single year. This report describes our work in completing this objective. Leptin, a protein hormo

The antibotulinal baceriocins, propionicin PLG-1 and jenseniin G., were the first to be identified, purified and characterized for the dairy propionibaceria and are produced by Propionibacterium thoenii P127 and P. thoenii/jensenii P126, respectively. Objectives of this project were to (a) produce polyclonal antibodies for detection, comparison and monitoring of propionicin PLG-1; (b) identify, clone and characterize the propionicin PLG-1 (plg-1) and jenseniin G (jnG) genes; and (3) develop gene transfer systems for dairy propionibacteria using them as models.
