Radio El Bayu is one of the AM radios that still exist today. This radio is also the only active radio station in Gresik. This radio, established in 1994, has a target audience of 40 years and over. In its time, this radio often held an event for the local community to build its image among the public. When many radios broadcast with FM, El Bayu remains consistent with the AM transmitter used. In fact, in Indonesia itself, it is very rare to find radio stations that still use this AM transmitter. Although the number of radio listeners has decreased, some people still choose to listen to radio

Radio is an under-researched medium, yet it is present in an increasing range of forms and roles in our everyday lives. For the last two decades, Australians over 18 years have listened to an average of 20 hours of radio a week. Owning multiple receivers is very much the norm and it is not unusual to hear of households with five or more radios. We wake to radio, listen to radio in our showers, go to work with radio in our cars, listen to radio while we are on telephone-hold during the day, and take radios to the beach or to sporting events to follow the commentary. Abstract Type III radio bursts are generated by electron beams accelerated at reconnection sites in the corona. This study, utilizing data from the Parker Solar Probe’s first 17 encounters, closely examines these bursts down to 13 solar radii. A focal point of our analysis is the near-radial alignment (within 5°) of the Parker Solar Probe, STEREO-A, and Wind spacecraft relative to the Sun. This alignment, facilitating simultaneous observations of 52 and 27 bursts by STEREO-A and Wind respectively, allows for a detailed differentiation of radial and longitudinal burst variations. The tremendous ongoing growth of wireless digital communications has raised spectrum shortage and security issues. In particular, the need for new spectrum is the main obstacle in continuing this growth. Recent studies on radio spectrum usage have shown that pre-allocation of spectrum bands to specific wireless communication applications leads to poor utilization of those allocated bands. Therefore, research into new techniques for efficient spectrum utilization is being aggressively pursued by academia, industry, and government.
