<strong>Abstract:</strong> The current study aimed to identify the effect of knowledge application on the success of change management in the Iraqi Rafidain Bank from the point of view of the administrators working in the Iraqi Rafidain Bank. Its validity and reliability, and the sample of the study consisted of (320) administrators working in all branches of the Iraqi Rafidain Bank, who were chosen by a simple random method. And after analyzing the responses of the study sample on the study tool tool through the SPSS statistical analysis program. The results revealed that there is an effect, with a high degree, of the application of knowledge in the success of change management in the Iraqi Rafidain Bank. Study recommended the bank need to employ all dimensions of knowledge application because of their impact on the success of change management in the Iraqi Rafidain Bank. As well as the need to activate the role of the social dimension in knowledge within the Iraqi Rafidain Bank through the employment of some administrative strategies that develop the spirit of teamwork as well as methods of communication and communication between employees. <strong><u>Keywords: <strong>Knowledge, Change Management, Rafidain Bank of Iraq.</strong></u></strong> <strong>أثر</strong><strong> </strong><strong>تطبيق المعرفة في نجاح إدارة التغيير </strong> <strong>الملخص:</strong><strong> </strong>هدفت الدراسة الحالية الي التعرف على أثر تطبيق المعرفة في نجاح إدارة التغيير في مصرف الرافدين العراقي<strong> </strong>من وجهة نظر الإداريين العاملين في مصرف الرافدين العراقي، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي البحثي من خلال تطبيق أداة الاستبانة والتي تم توزيعها على أفراد عينة الدراسة بعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (320) إداري يعملون في كافة فروع مصرف الرافدين العراقي تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. وبعد تحليل استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة على أداة الدراسة من خلال برنامج التحليل الإحصائي<strong> SPSS</strong>. توصلت النتائج الي وجود أثر وبدرجة مرتفعة لتطبيق المعرفة في نجاح إدارة التغيير في مصرف الرافدين العراقي. وكذلك أثبتت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروقات في المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجة تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة لأثر تطبيق إدارة المعرفة بكافة أبعادها (البعد التكنولوجي، البعد التنظيمي، البعد الاجتماعي) في نجاح إدارة التغيير في مصرف الرافدين العراقي تبعاً لخصائصهم الشخصية والوظيفية (المؤهل العلمي، عدد سنوات الخبرة في العمل الحالي، عدد سنوات الخبرة الإجمالية). وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصت الدراسة بضرورة توظيف كافة أبعاد تطبيق المعرفة لما لها من أثر في نجاح إدارة التغيير في مصرف الرافدين العراقي. وكذلك ضرورة تفعيل دور البعد الاجتماعي في المعرفة داخل مصرف الرافدين العراقي من خلال توظيف بعض الاستراتيجيات الإدارية التي تنمي روح العمل الجماعي وكذلك طرق الاتصال والتواصل بين الموظفين. <strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong><strong><u>الكلمات المفتاحية:</u></strong><strong><u> </u></strong><strong><u>المعرفة، إدارة التغيير، مصرف الرافدين العراقي.</u></strong>

Abstract:
The study aims to explore the effect of accounting information systems including (internal control, software, devices and equipment, information systems security) on ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial statements in Al-Rafidain Bank in Iraq. The descriptive and analytical approach was employed to achieve the purposes of the study. A questionnaire was designed to collect data and distributed to a random sample of (150) employees of the bank's head office at different job levels, and then the data from the questionnaire was analyzed using the spss program. The results demonstrate a strong support by the sample members for the impact of accounting information systems in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial statements in Al-Rafidain Bank, as this indicates the importance of these systems in the context of banking, and the study also showed a statistically significant positive impact of accounting information systems represented in (internal control, software, hardware and equipment, information systems security) in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial statements in Al-Rafidain Bank in Iraq, which is a positive indication of the importance of these systems in improving Data quality and enhanced efficiency in banking.

The research aims to apply the data envelope analysis method to measure the efficiency of Iraqi government banks for the period (2010-2019) and to implement the objectives of the research, the method of data envelope analysis was chosen on (7) government banks for the period (2010-2019), this research means measuring the efficiency of the Iraqi banking system The research reached a main conclusion that (6) banks did not achieve efficiency, namely (Al-Rafidain Bank, Al-Rasheed Bank, Agricultural Bank, Industrial Bank, Real Estate Bank, Trade Bank of Iraq) and one bank that achieved efficiency during the period 2010-2019, which is (Al-Nahrain Bank Islamic(. Therefore, the research recommends Iraqi government banks to work to raise their efficiency by modernizing banks to strengthen their financial positions, and to provide new banking services to face intense competition in light of the liberalization of banking services trade, and the research recommends the necessity of financing provided by government banks to achieve economic development.

Total questionnaires sent to them via their email</strong>. <strong>The study also recommends encouraging work with the principles of digital bank governance as the most important components of the immunity system in banks in terms of fighting corruption, achieving financial health and safety, and thus strengthening the principles of oversight.</strong>

The researcher relied in his research onp the questionnaire distributed to the financial consumers and investors of the bank, and the number of questionnaires was (250) questionnaires were distributed, and (249) were obtained, The researcher used Exel, Spss , and APSS to obtain the research results. The researcher concluded that the Iraqi financial consumer has the required financial literacy, Although it needs to develop itself in the technological aspect, the economic aspect, as well as the financial investment aspect, The researcher recommended conducting more studies and research regarding the factors affecting the financial consumer and holding educational courses and workshops to introduce financial literacy and include it in curricula and textbooks to realize its importance on the economic situation. The researcher also recommended serious efforts between financial institutions and related institutions in order to eliminate financial illiteracy and obtain A financially literate society.

The current research aims to understanding the relationship between e-marketing and consumer behavior through study applied to a sample of Rafidain Bank customers, and the current research focuses on surveying the opinions of a sample of customers dealing with Rafidain Bank in three Iraqi governorates (Babil, Karbala, and Najaf), numbering (325) Customers. the researcher examined, through a set of hypotheses, the effects of the independent variable, which is electronic marketing, on consumer behavior, and consequently the effects of the latter on the bank’s profitability. A questionnaire was designed to survey the opinions of the individuals in the aforementioned research sample, according to a scale to be respected the quintet, and these phrases included five axes distributed between the study variables, demographic information of the study sample, elements of electronic marketing, elements supporting electronic marketing, indicators of the efficiency of banking services, and finally consumer behavior. The descriptive analysis resulted in tables that displayed the initial statistical results and analytical results that address the research hypotheses, whether negative or positive. the study reached the following conclusions the most important of which is that The dimensions of consumer behavior are arranged as follows: education, attitudes, perception, motives, and finally, the study proved the existence of a strong relationship between the independent variable and the mediator on the bank's profitability clearly, so the recommendations were confirmed that this relationship should be under the attention of the relevant parties in the upper and middle management and that they should take it into account when working on developing the marketing mix strategies for banking services at Rafidain bank to enhance its pioneering role in banking work at the level of Iraq and the world.

The main problem of the research is summarized in the following questions: "have bank leaderships been able to employ customer relationship management in achieving sustainable competitive advantage? And have they been able to maximize this impact through the mediating role of brand Citizenship Behavior?" The comprehensive survey method was used to collect data, given the importance of the banking sector, both government and private banks in Baghdad were chosen as the focus of this study. Commercial and Islamic banks were considered for examination, and the researcher conducted field visits to six banks, including Rafidain Bank, Trade Bank of Iraq, Alnahrain Islamic Bank, Al Taif Islamic Bank, Iraqi Middle East Investment Bank, National Bank of Iraq. The research sample comprised 212 employees from these banks. Data analysis and hypothesis testing were conducted using appropriate statistical tools with the help of (SPSS and AMOS) software. The results revealed a significant impact of customer relationship management on sustainable competitive advantage through the mediating role of brand Citizenship Behavior.

And have they been able to maximize this impact?” Given the significance of the banking sector, government and private banks in Baghdad were chosen as the focus of this research. Commercial and Islamic banks were selected for the study, and the researcher conducted field visits to six banks (including Rafidain Bank, Trade Bank of Iraq, Alnahrain Islamic Bank, Al Taif Islamic Bank, Iraqi Middle East Investment Bank, and National Bank of Iraq). The research sample comprises 212 frontline employees, and the researchers employed a descriptive-analytical approach. A questionnaire was used as the primary data collection tool for the field study, consisting of 60 items covering the research variables and their sub-dimensions. Interviews were also conducted. After evaluating and testing the reliability and validity of the research measurement tools, the data were analyzed and hypotheses were tested using appropriate statistical tools, including the SPSS for data analysis. The process of granting loans from banks is considered as the confidence that you give to customers، but this confidence should not be the main factor adopted by the bank when granting loans، even if these loans were granted according to sound banking foundations and controls that involve significant risks that may The bank is exposed to it due to the customers’ refusal to pay the loan or the interest resulting from it، and this leads to weakening the ability of banks to grant more loans، which are among the most important sources on which they depend in achieving profits and returns for the bank. Therefore، the problem of non-performing bank loans is one of the main problems that Many banks suffer from it، which leads to obstructing the work of these banks، and one of the most important reasons that led to the exacerbation of this problem is the inefficiency of the banking administration، errors in the feasibility study، and the failure to study the integrity of credit decisions when granting loans. In order not to fall into such problems and avoid them، they must be carefully studied and scientific tools and methods should be used with regard to bank guarantees and decisions. The ratio of non-performing loans to the total loans granted to Rafidain Bank (64.31%) in 2015، and for Al-Rasheed Bank، it amounted to (51.20) for the same year، and the reason is due to various factors such as bad loans and debts before (2003) in addition to the two banks granting loans to small projects without guarantees And housing loans، these loans were not repaid، in addition to the security and economic conditions that Iraq was exposed to، which negatively affected the reserves and profits of the two banks through the bank deducting part of the profits it obtains in order to pay off doubtful debts.

Abstract— the current research aims to study the impact of digital transformation on improving human resources in Iraqi commercial banks. As well to determine how Iraqi commercial banks benefit from digital technologies in developing human resources talents. The "Role of Digital Transformation in Enhancing Human Resources Competencies and Talents in Iraqi Commercial Banks" was studied through a case study of Rafidain and Rashid Banks in Baghdad. The questionnaire method was used to collect data from 60 employees, and 51 questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS. By improving the digital competencies of employees, banks can increase their competitiveness and achieve higher performance, which contributes to strengthening their position in the market and increasing their effectiveness in providing banking services. The research concluded the impact of digital transformation in enhancing competencies and talents in human resources is statistically significant. These results have theoretical implications for understanding how digital transformation relates to competencies and Talents in Iraqi commercial banks.
