Using ZigBee short-range wireless communications technology for data transmission, so that the system will not only significantly reduces the amount of equipment, but also makes the system placed flexibly and moves easily. As the whole system-wide monitoring center, FPGA is responsible for getting the data together which is gathered from various nodes in the system and it also controls over the whole system intelligently. The results proved that the system is used simply, a

In order to achieve this goal, the key component of ZigBee used for a far-end wireless network supervisory system is setup. By adding a small-powered solar panel to charge two batteries when idle or low power periods, an extended-range hybrid powered bicycle allows its driving distance to be increased further. An Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) can be used to increase road safety. This system uses a Dedicated Short-Range Communication (DSRC) protocol for network access due to its low latency transmission time. Unfortunately, there is research shows that DSRC has a performance issue in a dense area or increased network load. This problem is mostly solved with a heterogeneous network DSRC-LTE but utilizes

To solve the beacon collision problem in IEEE 802.15.4/ZigBee cluster-tree Wireless Sensor Networks, we proposed a Sequential Beacon Scheduling (SBS) mechanism. In this mechanism, the Cluster Headers (CHs) choose the beacon transmission time in a certain order. The CH which finishes the sequence chosen sends out control frame to inform other CHs in its interference range. The simulation results indicate that SBS general has better delivery ratio, latency, and throughput than three other beacon scheduling mechanisms.
