This study aims to see the histopathology of muscle corvus cavernosum penis wistar rats (Rattus novergicus) hyperlipidemia seen in terms of thickness and picture of tissue abnormalities. Hyperlipidemia is a risk factor for erectile dysfunction ateriosklerosis in men. This research is an experimental research with one group prettest - posttest design. Samples in this study were 10 adult male aged 3-4 months wistar rats with a weight range 150-200 grams. Mycobacterium avium subsp. paratuberculosis (MAP) is the etiological agent of a severe inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) in ruminants, known as Johne’s disease or paratuberculosis. Johne’s disease is considered to be one of the most serious diseases affecting dairy cattle both in Israel and worldwide. Heavy economic losses are incurred by dairy farmers due to the severe effect of subclinical infection on milk production, fertility, lower disease resistance and early culling. Its influence in the United States alone is staggering, causing an estimated loss of $1.5 billion to the agriculture indu
