Abstract:
Objectives: Designing and developing i-PomDiagnoser: a real-time pomegranate disease management system for disease detection, classification, prediction, recommending preventive measures, and analyzing abrupt climatic changes and their impact on pomegranates. Methods: A data collection framework has been designed and developed using an agriculture drone, sensors, camera, and other equipment to collect real field pomegranate images and micro-level parameters. Comprehensive Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and Feature Selection (FS) processes were carried out to improve the accuracy of disease classification and forecasting models. ML-based Binary, Multimodel, and Multilabel classifiers were implemented for disease classification. The models were trained on 11 years of historical data and tested on 5 months of actual field data. A hybrid pomegranate disease forecasting model has been developed for accurately forecasting micro-level parameters for the next 45 days to predict diseases. Findings: Micro-level (weather, soil, water) parameters specific to the agro-climatic zone were collected. The five most prominent distinct diseases are considered for experimentation namely Bacterial Blight (Telya), Anthracnose, Fruit spot, Fusarium Wilt, and Fruit borer. The proposed Improved Ensemble Multilabel Classifier (i-Ensemble-MLC) with a modified voting scheme has achieved a high classification accuracy of 95.82%, addressing model overfitting and data imbalance. Moreover, the hybrid pomegranate disease forecasting model, combining LSTM and i-Ensemble-MLC, demonstrated better performance with minimal error rates (MSE: 0.003, RMSE: 0.071, MAE: 0.048, R2: 0.7) compared to the existing model1 (MSE:0.037, MAE:0.028). Novelty: The novelty lies in the creation of the all-in-one model, i-PomDiagnoser. This innovative system helps the farmers to correctly detect and predict the most prominent diseases of pomegranate. The proposed methodology consists of following steps: In Client Side, firstly, capture image of text by camera. Secondly, check the page localization. Thirdly, send image to server. In Cloud Side (Server Side), firstly, apply the modify EAST algorithm on received image to text detection. Secondly, apply OCR algorithm to extract text from image. Thirdly, apply post-processing step to correct the in corrected text. Finally, return text to client side to speak it using text-to-speech algorithm.

Real-time collaborative programming enables a group of programmers to edit shared source code at the same time, which significantly complements the traditional non-real-time collaborative programming supported by version control systems. However, one critical issue with this emerging technique is the lack of integration with non-real-time collaboration. Specifically, contributions from multiple programmers in a real-time collaboration session cannot be distinguished and accurately recorded in the version control system. In this study, we propose a scheme that integrates real-time and non-real-time collaborative programming with a novel workflow, and contribute enabling techniques to realize such integration. As a proof-of-concept, we have successfully implemented two prototype systems named CoEclipse and CoIDEA, which allow programmers to closely collaborate in a real-time fashion while preserving the work's compatibility with traditional non-real-time collaboration. User evaluation and performance experiments have confirmed the feasibility of the approach and techniques, demonstrated the good system performance, and presented the satisfactory usability of the prototypes.

Abstract:
Every day, there are more cars on the road, and conventional traffic control techniques can't keep up with the volume of traffic. The traditional method only succeeds in the current environment if the number of vehicles is low; if the number of vehicles increases and becomes disproportionately heavier on one side of the road, the method fails. Our objective is to transition the static traffic signal system into a signal switching system that can manage and monitor signals in real-time. As a result, in this research, the signal switching time will be precisely determined in congested traffic utilizing real-time image detection. This approach may be able to relieve backed-up traffic in a quicker and more effective way.

Attendance management is an important procedure in an educational institution as well as in business organizations. Most of the available methods are time consuming and manipulative. The traditional method of attendance management is carried out in handwritten registers. Other than the manual method, there exist biometric methods like fingerprint and retinal scan, RFID tags, etc. All of these methods have disadvantages, therefore, in order to avoid these difficulties here, we introduce a new method for attendance management using deep learning technology. Using deep learning we can easily train a data-set. Real-time face algorithms are used and recognized faces of students in real-time while attending lectures. This system aims to be less time- consuming in comparison to the existing system of marking attendance.The program runs on anaconda flask server.Here real time image is captured using mobile phone camera. The faces on the image of the persons are then recognized and attendance is marked on an excel file.
