rea of real estate practice is extremely extensive and real-estate market as a whole conceals and connects many scientific disciplines that reflect and contribute to its functioning. Differentiating market and curiosity, whether existing legislation reflects the current need for real estate market in the Czech Republic, played an important role in choosing the theme of my final thesis. I performed an analysis of adjustments related to business in real estate activities. With a view to these facts has been made establishment, that the current legislation appears to be "totally inadequate". It does not define any criteria that would select those in participating in the property market in Czech Republic. The only solution to this absurd situation of trade law is an amendment or other legislation to ensure the entry of new players on the real estate market, provided proof of professional competence and moral integrity, or the introduction of compulsory licenses in real estate activity, which should lead to an overall improvement in the real estate market - not only commercially and ehically.

The goal of my thesis is to assess the Real estate market in terms of law. I chose this topic because I take an interest in it both as a graduate of The Faculty Of Law and as a student of The Real Estate Engineering. There is no such thing as legal regulations of the reality matters in an integrated lex so far; the regulations are divided into several laws and ordinances. In the routine practise there often occur cases that are not governed by law at all. My task is not only to explain some problems and situations that may arise in this area and consider main advantages of the up to now legislation within the Czech Republic, but also to point out the main deficiencies and suggest a possibility of legislative changes. In the first chapter I explain several basic concepts that often appear in my thesis. The second chapter concerns the realities and the Real estate markets, where I put forward the legal regulations and also furnish information on the realities abroad and in Space. In the third chapter I deal with Real estate agencies, their importance, origin, structure, sorts and also other organisations that are connected to Real estate agencies. In the fourth chapter I describe the Real estate business, meaning juristic services of a Real estate agency and selling and leasing a real property. I also present contracts related to the Real estate business and the tax matters concerned while dealing with realties. In the fifth chapter I explain the work of a Real estate broker, his certification, professional education and at the end I explain what an ethical codex is. The sixth chapter sums up the whole thesis and evaluates individual parts.

This diploma thesis aims to explore possibilities of using IT in real estate and projection practice. It deals with simplification of difficult or insolvable tasks. It focuses on rapidly developing field of photogrammetry and its further processing via software. The work presents methods of measurement of existing realties without using standard methods (tape line, laser). Instead of these tools, the author uses photographic data and program PhotoModeler for surveying and creating a 3D model of the facade. The thesis verifies further serviceability of gained data up to the render phase of the surveyed building facade.

When after 1989 in our country have discovered the first real estate brokers and agents, were more or less a new professions, at times of socialism not existing. Since then have more than 2 decades passed, it will be interesting to compare the current state of the neighboring countries. First I will focus on the close one, Slovakia and then Austria, which belongs to the developed property market. I will look at various options of real estate agents and their functioning in all 3 states. The issue of legal liability of real estate activities will be submitted to the critical analysis and all the lessons learned will bring into mutual comparisons. I will also address the association of Realtors and appraise their position and function in different countries. An interesting part of this work will be determination of public opinion on public awareness of the importance of real estate services, I have made this research through polls.

On 1 January 2014 the new Civil Code no. 89/2012 Coll., which affected many areas, came into force. This thesis deals with the changes that have an impact on real estate activities. To the change of the Civil Code no. 40/1964 Coll. an introduction of new Cadastral law no. 256/2013 Coll. is closely related. Influence of this Cadastral law on a real estate practice is also described in this work. The conclusion summary of this work is a mapping of changes and an assessment of the extent to which they affect a real estate practice.

The aim of the work was to put together the list of possible ways to use high resolution image in real estate practice. Photographies are created by stitching more than one image on itself. Further on was developed methodology of working with these images and was made an illustration with detailed description of the procedure for each individual case. For each procedure were proposed possibilities in practical using. For the thesis purposes was conducted real estate and public survey. Based on results of the survey were purposed draft measures to improve internet real estate advertising.

This thesis deals with the occurrence of scientifically gifted students at Czech schools. The talent affects a person's life fundamentally but also it influences the lives of others people. These gifted and talented people usually become leading scientists and researchers. They can affect important social events significantly during their professional careers. After the family teachers and school are the most important part in development of the child. Therefore teachers should know what specific educational requirements gifted students have. It's necessary to determine the status of teachers. In the theoretical part of the thesis the main aim of the literary review was a theoretical background of the talent, the incidence of gifted pupils at Czech and foreign schools, the work with gifted pupils at foreign schools and educational institutions and associations working with gifted children. In the practical part of the thesis a questionnaire was created and then distributed to teachers of science subjects. The questionnaire has found foreknowledge Czech teachers of the concept of genius and talent. Whether teachers are able to identify gifted pupils in the classroom what forms of work with talented students are used and the questionnaire was evaluated. This thesis deals with the perception of the multicultural environment from the point of view of high school students in Prague and it evaluates their opportunities which help them learn about different cultures, about how to be tolerant and behave respectfully to one another. Prague represents a metropolis where the problem of multiculturalism may not be as obvious as in other cities of the western Europe, but it becomes more significant day after day. The main focus is put on the questionnaires whose value is to be seen in the students' opinions about the topic, their view at the multicultural world and the possibilities of influencing this view by the means of sport. Title: Multicultural Reality of High School Students in Prague. The Influence of Sport in Multicultural Interaction Aims: This thesis found out how the frequency of participation in sport influences the perception of multicultural environment and if those who take part in sport more intensively behave more tolerantly in this environment. Films and series with criminal themes are very popular among audience. They also have quite a long tradition in the Czech (Czechoslovak) cinematography. Specifically in the 60's a lot of quality films with detective plots were made and they are appreciated among the audience until today. They are also repeated in television frequently. These films demonstrate both crime and further investigation, focused on the police activity. This representation is frequently portrayed as a reality and the audience tend to view it as such. Therefore, it is interesting to observe if this representation corresponds to real forensic practice. This diploma thesis deals with the given matter. It analyses five Czechoslovak crime films from the 60's and its goal is to determine if the forensic methods correspond to then reality. It also focuses on the figure of the investigator as the representative of the law and as the main character. The first part of the thesis is comprised of the theoretical background. It describes the principles of film narrathology and mainly the principles of forensic methodology and practice. The second part of the thesis is practical. The theoretical background is applied here to analyse each of the chosen films. The summary responds to the research question and summarizes results of the analysis.
