Purpose The purpose of this paper is to make up the deficiency of theoretical research in nostalgic marketing and is helpful for the original theories of brand marketing and experiential marketing to deepen further. Design/methodology/approach The paper uses the approach of the empirical study. Based on the literature review, a theoretical model of the impact of nostalgic emotion (NE) on brand trust and brand attachment is constructed and corresponding research hypotheses are proposed. Then nostalgia-themed restaurants are selected to complete a questionnaire survey, and SPSS22.0 and LISREL8.70 are used for data analysis and hypothesis testing. Findings The results of the paper show that NE consists of four dimensions in the context of China: atmosphere nostalgia, interpersonal nostalgia, family nostalgia and personal nostalgia. Among these, NE has a significant positive impact on brand trust and brand attachment; further, brand trust has a significant positive impact on brand attachment and plays a partial mediating role in the impact of NE on the latter. Research limitations/implications As the nostalgic restaurant industry is the research object, the theoretical model described here may be limited to this specific industry. The potential applicability of the theoretical model to other service industries requires further study. Practical implications The results of the paper are helpful in building a good nostalgic experience, increasing consumer trust in restaurant brands, and strengthening the connection between NE and restaurant brand reconstruction. Social implications The results of the paper on the impact of NE on brand trust and brand attachment provide a referential basis and guide for services’ companies (e.g. restaurants) to revitalize the services’ brands. Originality/value The first contribution is that NE scale is constructed for the nostalgia-themed restaurants. The second contribution is that the paper reveals the mechanism of the impact of NE on brand trust and brand attachment.

During more than a hundred years of the passages development it constantly evolved and changed have had a significant impact on the various types formation of the public commercial buildings. Historical and social changes in society influenced the spatial-planning structure of the passages, but the clear structure of the space with a stable planning-functional model with recognizable features remained unchanged. The formation of space in the passages had certain characteristics: urban factors (connection with the planning and spatial structure of the city, location in the structure of the quarter, the integration into the urban environment and certain evolutionary changes of this environment with the advent of the passage), formative features of interior space, spatial model of the building, visual characteristics of space (type of structural sections, design features of buildings and its impact on appearance, type of passage of passage space, features of entrance detection group, characteristic common values and principles of internal environment formation), functional-subjective filling of space (shop - office - restaurant - apartments), scenery (types of window decoration in passages, artistic elements in the structure of the passages space, elements of visual advertising, type of lighting). All these characteristics at main levels can comprehensively assess the environment, based on them you can select the types of passage space for a certain period of its historical development and use in reconstruction and restoration work carried out on sites, professionally approach the adaptation of certain buildings and spaces of shopping galleries, to conduct comprehensive work on the revaluation of passage systems in the historical city centers.

The project is working on a complete documentation of Reconstruction of the building to the boarding with restaurant at the project specification for a building permit. Proposal places emphasis on building layout with a link to the site to ensure construction of static, fire safety, protection against noise, energy saving and safety in use. Drawings have been processed in software for design – Autocad.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a multi-storey boarding house with a restaurant and an apartment for the boarding house manager in Velké Losi-ny. The building has two floors and one underground floor. The building is intended for accommodation of persons, for recreation, catering in a restaurant and for living in one accommodation unit. There will be 15 accommodation rooms with a capacity of 38 persons, massages in 1S and a restaurant with kitchen in the 1st floor. Air-conditioning units will be designed in the kitchen and restaurant. The main entrance to the boarding house is from the north side, the entrance to the restaurant is oriented to the southeast, the entrance to the household and the housing unit on the south-east side. Apart from the entrance to the accommodation unit, all entrances are accessible by wheelchair access. The house has a regular rectangular letter shape and is behind the roof pitched gable roof. The roof construction consists of wooden trusses. Residential rooms are oriented to the southwest and southeast. The building is built of ceramic blocks on the above-ground floor and concrete blocks lost in the bed on the underground floor. The horizontal structures consist of reinforced concrete cross-reinforced and one-side reinforced ceiling slabs. The project was developed using the educational version of the computer program AutoCad and Archicad. Emphasis was placed on the layout, architectural appearance, static requirements and safety of use.

The project involves the design and solution of restaurant with microbrewery and accommodations. This is a new building on the land plot no. 2739, which is located in Golčův Jeníkov and situated in the middle of plat. Entrance to object and disposition inside the building is has barrier-free solution. Restaurant with microbrewery is designed for a capacity of 120 people in restaurant and 30 places to sit in lounge bar. Total capacity of boarding house is 21 beds. One double room is designed has barrier-free solution. Structural system of restaurant with microbrewery is combined, which is formed in one part of precast concrete frame S 1.2 and in other part of wall structural system. They are designed reinforced concrete columns about dimensions 0,4x0,4 m with axial distance 6x8 m. Masonry part of the building and infill wall in above-ground floors is lined with ceramic blocks of the type therm. Infill wall in the basement is formed of permanent formwork. The building is insulated a contact thermal insulation with an insulation of thickness 130 mm. Internal loadbearing and non-load-bearing wall in basement and in first floor are lined with ceramic blocks type therm and in second floor they are designed plasterboard partitions. The building is covered with a warm flat roof. Loadbearing structure of roof and ceilings structure are formed prestressed concrete floor slabs SPIROLL. Floor assembly is burdened with river stones of thickness 120 mm.

The content of the master thesis is processing of project documentation for he mountain boarding house in Zdobnice in Orlické hory, first done as a pilot project and then as a building construction project. It concerns a three floor building. Vertical load-bearing structures are made of ceramic blocks. Horizontal load-bearing structures are made of prestressed hollow core slabs. Roofing is solved with mono-pitched roof and flat roof. The access to building is from the west for the public and from the east for the staff. There is the ski and bike rental in this building.

The aim of my diplom thesis is a project of a boarding house with a restaurant. The project is created in form of project documentation including all problems and related issues. The building is situated in Bystřice pod Hostýnem. The building is without cellar with three above-ground floors and it is built from brick system POROTHERM and prestressed concrete floor slab SPIROLL. The construction has warm flat roof. Concerning house-building plot, terrain is flat without any inclination. This project is primarily focused on functional, disposal and architectural aspects of building.

The study deals with the reconstruction and new functional use of the castle in Hrušovany nad Jevišovkou. He is currently unused and disillusioned. The owner of the castle is the town of Hrušovany nad Jevišovkou. City leadership takes steps to save the building. The proposal takes into account the city's wishes regarding the use of the building and the arrangement of dispositions is designed to meet today's operational requirements. The design tries to highlight the architectural values of the castle and offers a dignified use of this monument.

This thesis deals with newly built detached house of a mountain boarding house with a restaurants. The building is designed in the town of Loučná above Desna River in the Šumperk district, on plot No. 134 /21, 134/22 , 134/23 on the cadastral territory Kociánov . The built-up area of the site is 383 m2 . The mountain guest house has two floors, partial basement, and an attic. In the first ground floor, there is an entrance with a reception area, a restaurant with an entrance to the summer garden, guest toilet, kitchen, food and beverage storage rooms, changing rooms, and toilets combined with showers for employees. In the second floor, the guest rooms with private bathrooms, bed linen storage room, and the manager’s office are designed. In the basement, there is a utility room , workshop, ski and shoe depot rooms , a utility room , a storage for non- perishable food, and a garage. The building is based on the foundation walls of concrete C20/25, perimeter load-bearing walls in the basement are of BTB fittings, and other vertical supporting as well as the non-bearing structures are from Porotherm construction system. Ceilings are made of pre-bound concrete panels Goldback . The staircase is made of prefabricated stair parts. The roof is gabled with a construction of hambalek system at an inclination of 40 ° with a metal covering Lindab.

The main subject of this diploma project was to design an architectural proposal of Moravian Wine Centre in Brno, Czech Republic. To design a polyfunctional building with a concept of new use of an existing network of underground cellars became the main goal of the proposal. The building is divided into seven functional units where services in the fields of culture, education, gastronomy, recreation and wine production will be provided. The form and shape of MVC is based on the idea of making a passable connection between two important urban spaces Exhibition Centre Brno, and the Zluty Kopec area. The next aim was to create a public space for cultural events and recreation. Part of the assignment was to deal with smaller urban planning of adjacent properties and to react to Brno's planning policy. The new park type of green line, axially connecting those two points of Exhibition Centre and Zluty Kopec, and a new access road from the street "Vinarska" were proposed. Parking spaces are divided into above-ground and underground in order to restrict parking on street. An automatic parking system is part of the object MVC Brno.

Diploma thesis "Reconstruction of Restaurant with Housing Facilities Extension" is processed in the form of project documentation for building construction according to the applicable regulations (Act No. 183/2006 Coll., On Zoning and Building Regulations, including subsequent amendments). The project deals with the reconstruction of the existing restaurant building in the village Lísek, No. 89. The building is located on plot No. 49 in the cadastral Lhota u Lisku. Floor plan of the existing building is in rectangular shape with almost the unused basement and a deck above. The 1st underground floor is currently used only technical room and garage. In the 1st floor there is the sales area of restaurant, large kitchen and rooms for staff. Existing structures do not show signs of major damage. Reconstruction is not due to the technical condition of the building, but due to operationally unsatisfactory disposition and investor requiring to create an accommodation capacity. The requirement was to build new rooms to accommodate 24 persons. The supporting structural system of the 2nd floor is designed of ceramic bricks and 3rd floor due to the resistance of existing constructions is newly designed as wooden sandwich. The window openings are fitted with a six-chamber windows with triple insulation. Horizontally extension of the existing building corresponds to the current object. The roof of the building is gabled with dormers lighting the rooms in the 3rd floor. The building is designed so that even after the reconstruction match an existing installation. Part of building construction works is also landscaping. Due to the partial change in purpose of the building was necessary to design a suitable parking space with adequate capacity.

The old building has a vital value in modern life, because these old buildings possess a social cultural significance, having historical value and meeting the aesthetic and contemporary lifestyle ingredients. Besides, these historical buildings are also very important in education and in our life, which is also a growing awareness to people. The study is to investigate the building of a compound traditional pastry shop. This building, which is constructed during the period of Japanese occupation, was Dr. Miyahara Takekuma’s hospital, called “MIYAHARA Hospital” or “MIYAHARA Ophthalmology Clinic.” At that time, Dr. Miyahara Takekuma had previously studied in Germany before he served as a doctor of a public hospital in Taiwan. Then, in 1926 he resigned and started to run his own business, and founded MIYAHARA ophthalmology clinic in 1930. In addition, Dr. Miyahara Takekuma also served as a councilor in Taichung Prefecture before. After the surrender of the Empire of Japan in 1945, all the Japanese were withdrawn from Taiwan, including Dr. Miyahara Takekuma. His mansion then became the Governor of Taichung’s formal residence. As for MIYAHARA ophthalmology clinic, it was confiscated by the government, and changed into the Health Division of Civil Affairs Bureau of Taichung City, and then changed again into the Public Health Center of Taichung City in the following year, which was the original site of the Public Health Bureau of Taichung City Government. Then, Since the Public Health Bureau moved out here, the MIYAHARA ophthalmology clinic has been damaged by nature disasters over the years and has become a dangerous building. Fortunately, the signboard “The Public Health Center of Taichung City” was still preserved well. After reconstruction, this rickety historical building has been inserted perfectly with glass windows which create a communion between the old and new, that is nowadays’ DAWNCAKE flagship shop--- MIYAHARA ophthalmology clinic, opened by a pastry dealer. The shop named “MIYAHARA ophthalmology clinic” is opened by the well-known DAWNCAKE shop in Taichung. It has many chain stores such as Travelers Shop, Native Pineapple shop, Mother Nature Shop, Monastery Shop etc. And the one, MIYAHARA ophthalmology clinic, near Taichung train station is built as DAWNCAKE’s flagship shop. In fact, the building had already been bought before the government completely took it over. And owing to the owner of the building has a basic understanding on historic monuments, history and culture, and has great interest in literary language. Therefore, basing on these, the owner put a lot of efforts in the renovation of the interior decoration of the historical building. He wants to preserve the main structure of the old building and renovate with modern architecture to create a unique architectural style. Consequently, combining with the innovative idea of the building owner, the history at that time and the new architecture from the western, it brings an interesting atmosphere to customers when their eye are first caught by the seeming old and seeming new space. And without pressing a great deal of the posters, the building decorated with the wall painting instead to show the changes of the time and history in order to give the historical building a brand-new life.
