The Protectorate archives deal with the period before and after 1881 and include a wide range of materials, among which are telegraphic communications between Paris and Tunis and correspondence from the French consular agencies and vice-consulates in the Tunisian countryside. By 1872 there were, officially, nine such posts: Bizerte, Gabès, Jerba, La Goulette, Mehdia, Monastir, Sfax, Sousse, and Kef. However, cartons for the pre-Protectorate period contain correspondence from French agents in other places (e.g., Beja, Djerid) as well.

The Open Archives Initiative (OAI) addresses interoperability by using a framework to facilitate the discovery of content stored in distributed archives or bibliographic databases through the use of the OAI Protocol for Metadata Harvesting (OAI‐PMH). Though the OAI‐PMH is becoming the de facto standard, many of the legacy da

In primary healthcare facilities, patient records management begins during the creation stage, when a patient arrives and a file is created before treatment can be offered. Depending on the records’ value, the opened file should be managed for as long as the patient receives treatment, longer. Smart meter captures the energy consumption data at predefined rates and stores it in a file format specified by the utilities. The data of a day should be properly traced into respective file with correct file naming. Any deviation in this process is called anomalous tracing, which affects the accuracy of analytics. Usually, the anomalous tracing is due to the malfunctioning of the metering infrastructure, network congestion, etc. Hence, it is required to identify such tracing to enhance the dataset quality. Thus, this paper proposes a 3-step (extraction, comparison, identification) approach
