Background. Familial Amyloidosis with Polyneuropathy (FAP) is an autosomal dominantly inherited systemic amyloid disease. The disease is caused by mutations in the transthyretin (TTR) gene, where close to 100 different amyloidogenic mutations have been identified. Abstract Microstructural analysis of failed support pipes made of cast UNS R20501 alloy in a reboiling heater unit was performed to understand its physical metallurgy and the origin of the pipe failures. By design, these support pipes are exposed to a temperature gradient from near ambient (furnace wall) to about 800 °C (furnace temperature). It was found that all the failures had occurred at locations where the pipes were exposed to around 470-550 °C. The distribution of desert species of plants and animals in the Ulyanovsk region (Middle Volga region) is associated with two main reasons: native origin and penetration (entry) from arid and semiarid regions. Deserted species of indigenous origin, as a rule, are located on the northern border of the range and move north along similar biotopes - salt marshes, saline steppe areas, arid steppes with elements of semi-deserts, etc. Most of these species are rare and are listed in the regional Red Book. Анализ второго процесса включает реконструкцию начальных представлений о пластичном сырье, составе формовочной массы и обжиге посуды. This paper studies the question of how place of birth affects the design of effective tax policies. Using Swedish population-wide register data, I investigate the relationship between regional origin and economic outcomes. Using a numerical simulation approach, I explore the implications of tagging individuals based on their place of birth for optimal tax policy and income redistribution. The numerical simulations show that under optimal tax policy, individuals from more populous regions are consistently assigned higher marginal and average tax rates, implying that the government redistributes
