Abstract:
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the delta variant was pretty crazy with high deaths, high transmission and increasing cases, so the government pulled the emergency brake in the form of emergency PPKM. Emergency PPKM up to PPKM level 1-4 where education is still 100% working from home. So that new student registration activities should be carried out using internet media and web-based applications. For prospective students who will enroll in the school, it can make it easier for them to register online, the registration menu is still in the form of uploading files. One of the PHP frameworks often recommended by PHP programming forums is the Laravel framework. So that the process of developing the registration information system of Marsudirini Elementary School uses the Laravel Framework. Considering the development of the web-based programming world with the emergence of the PHP Framework, the system development method also adapts to the concept of the PHP Framework, where the basis of the PHP Framework is Object Oriented Programming (OOP) PHP. Then the application development for SD Marsudirini Gedangan Semarang school registration system uses the Scrum method. The need for a registration information system consists of 2 business processes, namely the registration process and the admission process for new students, where the entire process will be a reporting to stakeholders. With the use of the Laravel framework, there is an improvement in the process of registering and uploading files, as well as verifying files by the registration administration.

The number of outpatient medical records at RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro has the highest late provisionthat occurred in June 2019 by 44.66%. The purpose of this report was to analyze the factors causing lateprovision of outpatient medical record files at RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten. This type of researchwas qualitative. Data collection techniques used in this report were interviews and observation. The resultsshowed that the factors causing late provision of outpatient medical record files was man factors, whichare the indiscipline of filing staff in retrieving medical record files and the poly / ward officers' indiscipline inreturning medical records in a timely manner. Material factors were damage to the medical record file onthe map, missfile, emergency patient form without a folder, and the form has not been assembled. Themachine factor were the sudden power failure and the lack of borrowing and returning medical records onSINERGIS. The method factor was the unavailability of regular outpatients in the registration room. Themoney factor is that there is no financial support to give awards to officers. Improvement efforts that can bedone are filing officers not waiting for some tracers to pile up when retrieving files, evaluating the processof returning outpatient or inpatient medical record files to the filing room, always sweeping againstdamaged or non-bound documents. IT added features or menus for borrowing and returning medicalrecord files to SINERGIS. The registration officer installs a regular outpatient registration flow in theregistration room.

Abstract:
This study investigates the reliability of Florida’s voter registration files through a phone survey, asking respondents to verify their records. We find 17.7% of registrants fail to verify at least one identifying piece of information. Applying the total survey error (TSE) framework, we classify these errors as due to coverage error, measurement error, or processing error. These inconsistencies create election administration and campaign inefficiencies, which lead to poorer voter experiences, and challenge the validity of some research based on these data. Furthermore, if registration records do not accurately capture the members of protected groups, the data are less helpful in both government monitoring and enforcement. We suggest voter registration forms should be treated like survey questionnaires so as to improve data quality with better form design, and that some vote overreport bias is attributable to limitations of voter file data, not to respondents’ vote misreporting.

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze: 1) the effectiveness of the current electronic mortgage registration implementation. 2) Factors that affect the effectiveness of the current implementation of electronic mortgage registration. The approach method used in discussing this research problem is a normative juridical approach. The research specification used is descriptive analytical research. This type of data uses secondary data. The data analysis method used in this research is qualitative data analysis. The results of the study concluded: 1) The implementation of HT registration with the HT-el System at the Land Office has not all been carried out in accordance with the procedures stated in the Technical Guidelines for HT-el. Procedural discrepancies, for example, were found in files that were suspended and closed in 2019 until May 12, 2020. Application files that did not comply with the procedures were discovered based on the results of the Land Office inspection, if not checked, the HT-el certificate would be issued automatically on the seventh day. Issuance without any inspection from the Land Office if there is a procedural error, it is feared that it will become a problem in the future. Obstacles in HT registration with the HT-el System occur in PPAT, Banks as creditors and the Land Office. These obstacles arise during the HT registration process, both technically and non-technically. 2). Barriers related to technical aspects include the lack of facilities such as ranking selection, selecting more than one certificate and providing facilities for checking certificate data in HT-el applications. Meanwhile, in non-technical barriers, there are regulations in Permen ATR/BPN No. 5 of 2020 which is not in accordance with UUHT as the legal basis for the Ministerial Regulation issued, where in UUHT the second sheet of APHT and other warrants are submitted to the Land Office in physical form but in Permen ATR/BPN No. 5 of 2020 only in digital form of scan results.

Abstract:
Under the Trade Marks Act 2002, the registrant of a trade mark is provided with the exclusive rights to use its trade mark. Priority to such exclusive rights is awarded to the person who files a trade mark application first. A searchable Register of trade marks enables traders and the public to see which trade marks have already been registered and by whom. This seemingly certain system is complicated by the continuing relevance of unregistered trade marks under New Zealand law. The first user of a trade mark in the marketplace is considered the true "owner" or "proprietor" of a trade mark. A prior user of an unregistered mark is able to prevent registration of a trade mark, or cancel an existing trade mark registration, even when the application was filed in ignorance of any prior use and where there is no prospect of consumer confusion. This article explores the unsatisfactory nature and consequences of this law of "proprietorship" and questions its continuing relevance.

Abstract:
Endometriosis is associated with a range of pelvic-abdominal pain symptoms and infertility. It is a chronic disease that can have a significant impact on various aspects of women’s lives, including their social and sexual relationships, work, and study. Despite several international guidelines on the management of endometriosis, there is a wide variety of clinical practice in the management of endometriosis, resulting in many women receiving delayed or suboptimal care. In this paper we discuss the possibilities and benefits of using electronic health records for clinical research in the field of endometriosis. The development of a wide range of clinical software for electronic patient records has made the registration of large datasets feasible and the integration of research files and clinical files possible. Integration of global standards on registration of endometriosis care in electronic health records could improve reporting of research data and facilitate the execution of large, multicentre randomized trials on the management of endometriosis. These highly needed trials could bring us the evidence needed for the optimisation of management of women with endometriosis.

Abstract:
On the basis of the China Migrants Dynamic Survey Data of 2015, the author provides an analysis of how a different household registration impacts migrants’ access to preventive care provided by public health services, such as health records and medical knowledge, in areas of immigration. This study shows that eliminating the distinction between agricultural and non-agricultural permanent residence registration could raise the rate of establishing health files, but it has no significant effect on migrants’ health knowledge. In fact, encouraging those with non-agricultural registration to move to different counties that belong to the same city or to different cities that belong to the same province can notably eliminate the impact of a different household registration status. Improving the income level of low-income migrants can have the same impact. Recommendations to enable migrants to obtain basic public health services include abolishing the separation of agricultural and non-agricultural household registration, increasing the permanent settlement rate of resident migrants, promoting basic medical security systems across the whole country, strengthening career training, and enhancing the education level of migrants.

Abstract:
One of the most important things in the work process is the presentation of information that is fast and accurate. Data is processed in a short time, it will increase work efficiency, one of which is by using the system to process and display data into information. Information systems are needed considering technology is growing and now people are required to use more technology to reduce activities outside the home. Problems that often arise are the tight location of registration and the length of service for one registrant due to filling out registration forms and screening examinations for new students. In addition, the large accumulation of registration and trial files also takes a long time so that announcements of new student graduations cannot be made. The goal is to build a new student admission information system for all faculties at the Indonesian Methodist University, reduce applicants who come to the registration location, reduce the use of paper registration forms, help submit and fill in student data, conduct online screening exams, provide information on new student registration, schedule and payment of tuition fees. The result of this initialization is building a new student registration information system using the Codeigniter Framework and Application Programming Interface (API). Efforts to improve the quality of outpatient registration services can be carried out properly if they are in accordance with the procedure flow and must meet the average standard of service time at registration. In reality, there are often inhibiting factors that often occur. Find out why outpatient registration services are banned. The research method used is descriptive analysis, namely by observing the overall registration service of the outpatient unit. The population of this study were patients who came to visit the outpatient unit and outpatient registration officers by calculating the average service time provided to patients who came in accordance with established standard procedures. Based on the results that the authors examined, the average time for outpatient registration services obtained a sample of 133 patients, old patients consisted of 120 people and 13 new patients. For old patients, the average service time is about 7 minutes at most and new patients are on average about 11 minutes. The results showed that the outpatient registration service system at Ernaldi Bahar Hospital, South Sumatra Province, can be said to be still not optimal because there are still constraint factors that occur when registering, such as interference with the internet network, and delays in searching for outpatient medical record files because of the printing machine. the tracer is jammed so you have to wait for the SJP/SEP first before the outpatient medical record file can be searched/retrieved to be submitted to the outpatient polyclinic.

Indonesian private university associations still use conventional system. this can be seen there is no registration of members online and registration work and this data collection is still using file system in the form of printout form. Then performed a system of checking and inputting data. If there is an error in charging the data, then do the system repetition. Things like this are deemed very ineffective because it will cause the buildup of files. This process is the one that until now runs in the association of Indonesian private universities. Therefore, Indonesian private university associations utilize google forms to support member registration activities online on the website of Indonesian private college association. Google form is a form facility that can be used to get the data of someone either in the form of questionnaire or registration, provided google platform which can easily be used for free in Google Drive. By making observations in the form of data collection, by doing a direct observation of an existing problem, it is considered less effective and efficient in managing a member report conducted conventionally through several convoluted processes and tend to require a long time so it is less effective. So that the need for a conventional system to be online so that with the online registration is aimed to improve the effective and efficient workers in managing data collection and registration of members previously done conventionally at the association of Indonesian private universities.

Abstract:
Previous research documents widespread confusion about who can and cannot vote among people who have come into contact with the criminal justice system. This research, and considerable activism drawing attention to the issue, has spurred a number of state legislatures to pass laws requiring the states to notify ex-felons about their voting rights. The purpose of this article is to better understand the policy processes that produce these notification laws and to assess whether the laws affect ex-felons’ registration and turnout rates. Data on discharges from the correctional system and voter files are merged from three states that have recently passed notification laws: New Mexico, New York, and North Carolina. Our findings show little evidence of an increase in ex-felon registration or turnout after notification laws are implemented.

Abstract:
Objective: The Dutch Cleft Palate Association (DCPA) registers all patients with cleft lip or palate and associated congenital anomalies in the Netherlands. The aim of this study was to assess if early registration of cleft patients leads to underreporting of associated congenital anomalies and, if so, whether reregistration is necessary. Methods: The DCPA registration of the birth cohort 1997 to 2001 was compared with the medical files of these cleft patients for prevalence, type, and moment of registration of associated congenital anomalies. To assess possible long-term underregistration, a second birth cohort of 1990 to 1991 was analyzed. Results: The percentage of cleft patients with associated congenital anomalies was 26% in the DCPA database and 33% in the retrospective medical file review. A syndrome, sequence, or association was recognized in 8% of the cleft patients by the DCPA compared with 13% in our medical file review. Of all associated congenital anomalies diagnosed during a follow-up of 12 years, 53% were diagnosed in the first year of life. The cumulative percentage was 59% after 2 years, 62% after 3 years, 80% after 6 years, and 97% after 10 years. Conclusion: Early registration of cleft patients leads to underreporting of other associated anomalies. For a complete registration of associated congenital anomalies in cleft patients, reregistration at a later age is necessary.

Abstract:
Summary Objectives: Adequate instruments are needed to reflect the complexity of routine cancer registry operations properly in a business model. The activity diagram is a key instrument of the Unified Modeling Language (UML) for the modeling of business processes. The authors aim to improve descriptions of processes in cancer registration, as well as in other public health domains, through the enhancements of an activity diagram notation within the standard semantics of UML. Methods: The authors introduced the practical approach to enhance a conventional UML activity diagram, complementing it with the following business process concepts: timeline, duration for individual activities, responsibilities for individual activities within swimlanes, and descriptive text. Results: The authors used an enhanced activity diagram for modeling surveillance processes in the cancer registration domain. Specific example illustrates the use of an enhanced activity diagram to visualize a process of linking cancer registry records with external mortality files. Conclusions: Enhanced activity diagram allows for the addition of more business concepts to a single diagram and can improve descriptions of processes in cancer registration, as well as in other domains. Additional features of an enhanced activity diagram allow to advance the visualization of cancer registration processes. That, in turn, promotes the clarification of issues related to the process timeline, responsibilities for particular operations, and collaborations among process participants. Our first experiences in a cancer registry best practices development workshop setting support the usefulness of such an approach.

Abstract:
Voice range profile (VRP) and evaluation using the dysphonia severity index (DSI) represent essentials of instrument-based objective voice diagnostics and are implemented in different standardized registration programs. The respective measurement results, however, show differences. The aim of the study was to prove these differences statistically and to develop a new parameter, the Vocal Extent Measure (VEM), which is not influenced by the measurement program. VRPs of 97 subjects were recorded by two examiners using the established registration programs DiVAS (XION medical) and LingWAVES (WEVOSYS) simultaneously. The VEM was developed on the basis of VRP area and perimeter. All 194 VRP files were analyzed for various parameters and gender independence. The registration programs exhibited significant differences in several vocal parameters. A significant gender influence for DSI was found with DiVAS (p<0.01), but not with LingWAVES. The VEM quantified the dynamic performance and frequency range by a unidimensional, interval-scaled value without unit, mostly between 0 and 120. This novel parameter represents an intelligible and user-friendly positive measure of vocal function, allows simple and stable VRP description, and seems to be suitable for quantification of vocal capacity. In contrast to DSI, the VEM proved to be less susceptible to registration program and gender.

Abstract:
Biotechnological products, like all other medicinal products, have to comply with efficacy, safety and quality requirements. Quality evaluation of medicines includes assessment of test methods used to control medicinal product quality (described in product specification files provided by the manufacturer), laboratory testing of samples using these methods, as well as assessment of the registration dossier materials, including materials on test method validation included into the product specification files. One of the most important quality parameters of biotechnological products is biological activity, i.e. specific ability of a product to induce a desired biological effect. The article presents the results of a detailed analysis of methods used for determination of biological (specific) activity that are described in product specification files of various biotechnological products. The aim of the study was to demonstrate the importance of proper presentation of methods used for assessment of biological (specific) activity of biotechnological products and familiarise specialists engaged in elaboration of product specification files with the principles of presenting data in the «Biological (specific) safety» section. The analysis of documentation helped summarise the most common mistakes and omissions, formulate general recommendations concerning the description of methods, develop a general structure of the «Biological (specific) safety» section with detailed guidance on what to include in each of the subsections. Rationalisation of information presented in this part of the product specification files will help reduce the number of expert body’s requests for additional information/documents and will help ensure that laboratory testing is performed at a high professional level and within a prescribed period of time.

Abstract:
Medical record retention is an activity of transferring medical record documents from an active storage room to an inactive storage room. Based on a preliminary survey at UPT Puskesmas Sukarasa, it is known that the puskesmas has retained outpatient medical record files 2 times in 2018 and 2019. But the retention is not done according to the SOP. The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of outpatient medical record file retention at UPT Puskesmas Sukarasa. This type of research is descriptive with a retrospective approach. The research instrument was carried out by observation, interviews and checklist forms. The object of the research is the implementation of active to inactive outpatient medical record retention at UPT Puskesmas Sukarasa. The research subjects are the officer in charge of medical records and the person in charge of registration who performs retention of outpatient medical records. It is also known that the UPT Puskesmas Sukarasa already has an SOP on retention of medical records, but the SOP has not been implemented due to the lack of special staff for retention and the accumulation of medical record files on active storage shelves. Files that are retained are files for 2016-2018 without looking at the last date of treatment but based on the year number in the medical record file. Then the file is immediately moved to the inactive storage rack. It can be concluded that the implementation of retention at UPT Puskesmas Sukarasa is not in accordance with the SOP. It would be better if the retention is carried out according to the SOP with special and scheduled officers so that there is no accumulation of medical record files.

Abstract:
Despite the passage of 20 years since the opening of the archives of the former SB, historians have not developed the principles of criticism of SB files as historical sources, which is conducive to the so-called playing with folders, and consequently the destruction of historical narrative and social life. Among researchers and publicists, an affirmative attitude towards the SB files has been created, causing their criticism to be ignored. Researchers ignore the requirement to separate the theoretical-ideological and rhetorical layers of SB operational files. They also neglect to study the credibility of their authors. Rafał Łatka gave a justification for the affirmative attitude to the SB files. It has been shown that this justification is logically erroneous, and the affirmative attitude to the SB files is contrary to the rational concept of the historical source and to the examples of the lack of credibility of these files. Several ways of creating questionnaires to examine the credibility of SB files were proposed. The first question that was proposed: Was the work of officers and their superiors in the field of interest to the researcher focused on efficiency or on the statistics of results? Further proposals suggest questions about the internal control of the case under investigation. It was justified that it is not enough to state the fact of registration of a given person by SB as a collaborator, because it is necessary to demonstrate specific cooperation. It was justified that the reliability of a note decreases exponentially as a function of the number of intermediaries between it and the facts. The need to ask about the intentions of the officers doing reports, which could be related to their professional careers, the expectations of superiors, the need to demonstrate results, etc., was indicated. The need to investigate deviations of the examined case from the ideal instructional pattern was also indicated. Studies of the reliability of files have their ethical aspect. Studies that may threaten good name of the persons concerned should meet the highest methodological standards and be guided by the principle of in dubio pro reo.

Abstract:
In the last few years, LiDAR sensors installed in terrestrial vehicles have been revealed as an efficient method to collect very dense 3D georeferenced information. The possibility of creating very dense point clouds representing the surface surrounding the sensor, at a given moment, in a very fast, detailed and easy way, shows the potential of this technology to be used for cartography and digital terrain models production in large scale. However, there are still some limitations associated with the use of this technology. When several acquisitions of the same area with the same device, are made, differences between the clouds can be observed. The range of that differences can go from few centimetres to some several tens of centimetres, mainly in urban and high vegetation areas where the occultation of the GNSS system introduces a degradation of the georeferenced trajectory. Along this article a different method point cloud registration is proposed. In addition to the efficiency and speed of execution, the main advantages of the method are related to the fact that the adjustment is continuously made over the trajectory, based on the GPS time. The process is fully automatic and only information recorded in the standard LAS files is used, without the need for any auxiliary information, in particular regarding the trajectory.

Abstract:
Optical character recognition (OCR) is a technology to digitize a paper-based document to digital form. This research studies the extraction of the characters from a Thai vehicle registration certificate via a Google Cloud Vision API and a Tesseract OCR. The recognition performance of both OCR APIs is also examined. The 84 color image files comprised three image sizes/resolutions and five image characteristics. For suitable image type comparison, the greyscale and binary image are converted from color images. Furthermore, the three pre-processing techniques, sharpening, contrast adjustment, and brightness adjustment, are also applied to enhance the quality of image before applying the two OCR APIs. The recognition performance was evaluated in terms of accuracy and readability. The results showed that the Google Cloud Vision API works well for the Thai vehicle registration certificate with an accuracy of 84.43%, whereas the Tesseract OCR showed an accuracy of 47.02%. The highest accuracy came from the color image with 1024×768 px, 300dpi, and using sharpening and brightness adjustment as pre-processing techniques. In terms of readability, the Google Cloud Vision API has more readability than the Tesseract. The proposed conditions facilitate the possibility of the implementation for Thai vehicle registration certificate recognition system.

Abstract:
Objective: Information about full-digital protocols for bite registration with intraoral scanners on multiple implants in the edentulous jaw is scarce. The purpose of this comparative in vivo study was to investigate the reliability and time efficiency of a novel full-digital bite registration technique for the manufacture of full-arch maxillary fixed implant prostheses. Material and methods: In ten patients, a full-arch maxillary fixed implant prosthesis was manufactured on multi-unit abutment level through an analog prosthetic workflow. The bite registration was performed with use of a screw-retained polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) verification jig with detachable wax rim. To articulate the definitive edentulous maxillary implant cast in centric relation at the appropriate occlusal vertical dimension (OVD) to the mandibular antagonist cast, a type II articulator (Artex, Amann Girrbach) was used. Three to six months later, a full-digital bite registration was performed with use of dual-function scan bodies and bilateral connected bite pillars. The bite pillars screwed into the scan bodies were used to adjust and articulate the edentulous maxillary implant arch to the mandibular antagonist arch at the defined OVD. Treatment time for analog and digital bite registration technique was measured in each patient. The reliability of the digital bite registration technique was evaluated by 3D comparison of two sets of stereo lithographic (STL) files obtained from each patient. The three-dimensional deviation was defined along the X-, Y- and Z-axes (Geomagic Control X, 3D Systems Inc., Rock Hill, SC, USA). Results: The treatment time for digital bite registration using dual-function scan bodies and bite pillars was significantly shorter than analog bite registration with verification jig and wax rim (60.30%, SD 5.72%). Minor differences between the two techniques were observed with a linear deviation range of 1115 µm (SD 668 µm) overall, 46.2 µm (SD 731.3 µm) along the X-axis, −200.3 µm (SD 744.3 µm) along the Y-axis and 67.1 µm (SD 752.2 µm) along the Z-axis. Bilateral balanced contacts were registered in all patients during full-digital bite registration. Conclusions: The novel digital bite registration technique with dual-function scan bodies and bite pillars allows for a full-digital workflow for full-arch implant supported restorations. The digital bite workflow was 60% faster, and the overall deviation was around 1 mm, which can be considered clinically acceptable.

Abstract:
Probabilistic record linkage allows the assembling of information from different data sources. We present a procedure when a one-to-one relationship between records in different files is expected but not found. Data were births and infant deaths, 1998-birth cohort, city of São Paulo, Brazil. Pairs for which a one-to-one relationship was obtained and a best-link was found with the highest weight were taken as unequivocally matched pairs and provided information to decide on the remaining pairs. For these, an expected relationship between differences in dates of death and birth registration was found; and places of birth and death registration for neonatal deaths were likely to be the same. Such evidence was used to solve for the remaining pairs. We reduced the number of non-uniquely matched records and of uncertain matches, and increased the number of uniquely matched pairs from 2,249 to 2,827. Future research using record linkage should use strategies from first record linkage runs before a full clerical review (the standard procedure under uncertainty) to efficiently retrieve matches.

Drug Master Files are required in most countries as supporting documents for the registration of drug products. DMFs generally contain information pertaining to the chemistry, manufacturing and controls (CMC) sections of the drug submission and reflect the drug’s identity, strength, purity and quality. Canada and Australia which are consider as highly regulated markets (HRMs). In CANADA, DMF filing was done through New Drug Submission (NDS) for both drugs and biologic products. They use MF terminology for DMF which contain four types of MASTER FILE- ASMFs, CCS MFs, Excipient MFs, Drug product MFs. In AUSTRALIA different application processes and regulatory requirements apply depending on the type of therapeutic goods that is applied. They consist of eight phase for DMF registration. Where EU guidelines adopted in Australia include references to EU legislation. Now from 2016 onwards most of the regulated countries will use eCTD or their electronic format for their DMF submission. Compare DMF regulatory requirements in the above-mentioned countries so that reader can have clear idea on how to file DMF.

AbstractObjective: The aim of this paper was to elucidate factors associated with inpatient suicide.Method: A retrospective review of inpatient suicides over a 20 year period in the Cavan/Monaghan mental health service was undertaken. Clinical files, statutory reports and Central Statistics Office returns were studied and information was obtained on demography, diagnosis and circumstances of the event. Results: Eight patients committed suicide, giving a rate of 0.55/1,000 discharges and 0.39/100,000 population per year. Depressive illness and Schizophrenia were the diagnoses found. Repeated admissions and long duration of illness were noted. Previous suicidal behaviour was common. Four of the patients were considered a suicide risk at some time during the index admission. Underreporting of the suicides and inaccurate registration of institutional location by the Central Statistics Office were found. Conclusion: More formal clinical procedures in registering suicide risk are recommended. New procedures for investigating inpatient suicides are suggested. Largescale studies at a national level are essential in defining more specific and sensitive risk factors. Procedural changes involving accurate central registration of data are required.

Further to this, an inter-rater reliability study was also conducted, whereby two experienced child and adolescent psychiatrists who were blind to patients discharge diagnoses, rated a random subsample of n = 101 participants.ResultsInformation was available for 372 out of 387 patients. Out of n = 372 available files, n = 324 (86.8%) were evaluated to fulfil diagnostic criteria for HD. Due to missing information it was not possible to reach a conclusion for 5.1% of the cases, 3.8% of the diagnoses were registration errors, and in 4.3% of the files the diagnosis had to be rejected. Inter-rater agreement was high (κ = 0.83, z = 10.9, P < .001). The validity of hyperkinetic disorders, unspecified (F90.9) was lower and comorbid CD/ODD were under-diagnosed in the sample. All participants fulfilling HD criteria also fulfilled DSM-5-criteria for ADHD.ConclusionThe risk of misclassification of patients with HD in the DPCRR is relatively low, with the exception of the diagnosis of hyperkinetic disorders, unspecified (F90.9).

Abstract:
Background Refugees have an increased risk of developing mental health problems. There are insufficient psychosocial care structures to meet the resulting need for support. Stabilizing and guided imagery techniques have shown promising results in increasing traumatized refugees’ emotional stabilization. If delivered via audio files, the techniques can be practiced autonomously and independent of time, space, and human resources or stable treatment settings. Objective This study aimed to evaluate the self-practice of stabilizing and guided imagery techniques via digital audio files for traumatized refugees living in a reception and registration center in Germany. Methods From May 2018 to February 2019, 42 traumatized refugees participated in our study. At T1, patients received digital audio files in English, French, Arabic, Farsi, Turkish, or Serbian for self-practice. Nine days later, at T2, a face-to-face interview was conducted. Two months after T2, a follow-up interview took place via telephone. Results At T2, about half of the patients reported the daily practice of stabilizing and guided imagery techniques. At follow-up, the average frequency of practice was once weekly or more for those experiencing worse symptoms. No technical difficulties were reported. According to T2 and follow-up statements, the techniques helped the patients dealing with arousal, concentration, sleep, mood, thoughts, empowerment, and tension. The guided imagery technique “The Inner Safe Place” was the most popular. Self-practice was impeded by postmigratory distress factors, like overcrowded accommodations. Conclusions The results show that self-practice of stabilizing and guided imagery techniques via digital audio files was helpful to and well accepted by the assessed refugees. Even though postmigratory distress factors hampered self-practice, “The Inner Safe Place” technique was particularly well received. Overall, the self-practiced audio-based stabilizing and guided imagery techniques showed promising results among the highly vulnerable group of newly arrived traumatized refugees.

Abstract:
Goals and objectives of the study: The goal of this paper was to study the possibility of remote detection of electronic music influence with a physical sensor. Study design: Bio-Well technology with a special environmental sensor was used in the study. This sensor was developed for the analysis of the electromagnetic fields and was shown to respond to the changed in the environmental parameters. Signal of a sensor was detected for an hour in the background mode after this music was turned on for 20 minutes, and then after-effect was detected for about one hour. In experiment 5 different files of the modern electronic music “Yippi Wave 3.0” (https://yippiweb.com/what-is-wave) in *wav format and several files of Handel music have been used. Results: The statistically significant changes of sensor parameters to “Yippi Wave 3.0” music were detected in several time-series, while no response to Handel music. Conclusions: This study should be considered a pilot study and the results are preliminary. We need to conduct experiments with different sources of both acoustic and electromagnetic signals and the possibility of their registration by the Bio-Well device

Abstract:
Kerambitan village is one of the 15 villages in Kerambitan sub-district, Tabanan regency, Kerambitan village has 7 service hamlets. Kerambitan village population has more than 3,338 inhabitants consisting of 1,700 men and 1,638 women with a sex ratio of 103.79. . To realize good governance, it needs to be recorded well so that the information can be utilized by related agencies which can be used for receiving assistance. During this time the process of recording population events such as recording the receipt of assistance is done manually where the information is done in tabular form so it does not clearly describe the respective information groups. Data warehouse (DW or DWH), also known as enterprise data warehouse (EDW), is a system used for reporting and analyzing data, and is considered a core component of business intelligence, The purpose of building a data warehouse is to provide a system that allows the right data to reach the right end user at the right time. Thus, the main purpose of implementing this data warehouse system is to provide relevant and timely information in an easily understood format so that service decisions to the public can be made more efficiently and effectively. the purpose of this research is to form a data warehouse model scheme of population records owned by kerambitan village government and through modeling this data warehouse also provides reliable information from a collection of data, in addition this research also retrieves some information from the data warehouse in build based on kerambitan village population records in this study I chose to use the fact constellation scheme because there are fact tables that are interconnected with dimension tables and also fact tables that are related to other fact tables. The design model of the data warehouse is designed based on 3 excel table files, each of which has 1 table from the Government of Kerambitan Villages. In this case, 3 reports are proposed to be made based on the query results from the data warehouse. Through the application of a data warehouse that was formed, the executive or government can conduct analysis of the reports generated based on various dimensions that exist.

Abstract:
Kaligandu Sub-District Office, Serang City, serves all public administration services that have been listed in the sub-district office, including making an application for an ID card, an application for a family card, and a domicile certificate. However, all administrative services and data storage are still carried out with several stages that are quite complicated and have a long waiting time and other data recapitulation processes take a long time to complete. The form data storage is still in the form of files so that there is often a double data storage and the loss of some files from the residents who have been in the data. The registration process for filling out the submission form is still manual and errors often occur in data entry which causes the filling process to be repeated. With the above problems, a good and integrated system is needed in carrying out business processes based on pre-existing systems, namely by building web-based applications and. The web application is used as a media for managing population data by users in carrying out population services. With a website-based application, it makes it easier for the Village to manage administrative files and data repaitulation in making reports, namely the existence of a print system in accordance with the submission of letters so that the submission data remains in the system, as well as in making reports that are automatically formed according to the number of submissions and in In this system, residents, Rt, Rw, and kelurahan can change residents' data so that if something goes wrong they can change it without having to come to the kelurahan office.
