The present study investigated how knowledge sharing within teams is related to employees’perceptions of the work environment. Questionnaires measuring error management, leadermemberexchange (LMX), psychological safety, and knowledge sharing were administered to159 Dutch and Romanian employees from 51 teams in 8 organizations.
