Abstract:
Rekonfigurasi jaringan merupakan suatu cara merubah pengaturan konfigurasi switching dalam jaringan, perubahan konfigurasi disini berarti melalukan penutupan atau membuka switch yang terdapat suatu jaringan. Selain itu rekonfigurasi juga bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas jaringan listrik. Dalam skripsi ini dilakukan rekonfigurasi jaringan pada penyulang Blahkiuh. Rekonfigurasi pada penyulang Blahkiuh bertujuan untuk memperkecil rugi-rugi daya pada penyulang Blahkiuh. Pertama-tama dilakukan analisis aliran daya untuk mendapatkan rugi-rugi daya awal sebelum dilakukan rekonfigurasi, kemudian dilakukan optimasi untuk mencari titik potong yang tepat pada saluran penyulang Blahkiuh dengan metode PSO. Dalam penelitian mengenai rekonfigurasi jaringan pada penyulang Blahkiuh dengan menggunakan metode Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) dengan titik potong pada bus 123 dengan penurunan rugi-rugi sebesar 14 kW, yang semula rugi-rugi awal pada penyulang Blahkiuh sebelum dilakukan rekonfigurasi sebesar 246 kW. Abstract:
Rekonfigurasi jaringan (Network Reconfiguration) merupakan suatu usaha merubah bentuk konfigurasi jaringan distribusi dengan mengoperasikan pensakelaran terkontrol jarak jauh (switching remotely controlled) pada jaringan distribusi tanpa menimbulkan akibat yang beresiko pada operasi dan bentuk sistem jaringan distribusi secara keseluruhan. Dalam kondisi operasi normal, rekonfigurasi jaringan dilakukan karena dua alasan: mengurangi rugi-rugi daya pada sistem (loss reduction), mendapatkan pembebanan yang seimbang untuk mencegah pembebanan yang berlebih pada jaringan (load balancing). Pada Jarinyan Tegangan menengah Penyulang Tawun Rayon Ngawi terdiri dari 57 bus (GTT) dan 60 saluran. Dari hasil running menunjukkan bahwa sebelum rekonfigurasi memutus switch line 56, 57, 58, 59 dan 60 setelah rekonfigurasi line 26, 27, 42, 47 dan 53. Sebelum rekonfigurasi jaringan mengalami losses sebesar 235.1532 kW setelah rekonfigurasi mengalami losses sebesar 184.1323 kW. Hasil rekonfigurasi dapat mereduksi losses 21.6969 %. Dan tegangan ujung sebelum rekonfigurasi 0,93891 pu menjadi 0.95897 pu

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas tentang rekonfigurasi jaringan untuk meminimalkan rugi jaringan pada sistem distribusi. Nilai rekonfigurasi jaringan dibatasi oleh jumlah tie switch yang ada pada jaringan distribusi. Rekonfigurasi jaringan Distribusi merupakan salah satu cara yang dilakukan untuk memperbaiki kualitas daya, kualitas daya dalam hal ini adalah perbaikan jatuh tegangan dan rugi – rugi daya. Binary firefly algorithm digunakan untuk optimasi rekonfigurasi jaringan Distribusi IEEE 33 bus. Skema ini diujikan pada sistem 12,66 kV. Hasil simulasi dengan menggunakan binary firefly algorithm pada saat belum dilakuakn optimasi pada sistem distribusi IEEE 33 bus memiliki rugi jaringan sebesar 202,69 kW dengan tegangan minimum 0,91 pu. Setelah rekonfigurasi jaringan rugi jaringan yang optimal sebesar 139,53 kW dengan tegangan minimum 0,95 pu. Kata kunci: Rekonfigurasi, Rugi-rugi Daya, Fire Fly Algorithm

Peningkatan permintaan daya dan kepadatan beban yang tinggi membuat operasi sistem tenaga semakin rumit, Dalam penyaluran tenaga listrik ke konsumen yang letaknya berjauhan, maka sistem mengalami kenaikan rugi-rugi daya dan jatuh tegangan yang cukup besar yang mengakibatkan rendahnya kinerja sistem tersebut . Untuk mencapai tujuan pendistribusian energi listrik menuju beban dengan meminimalisir rugi rugi daya dan menyalurkan energi listrik yang berkualitas, maka dilakukanlah sebuah rekonfigurasi jaringan distribusi dengan mengalihkan pembebanan dari penyulang yang mengalami kelebihan beban ke penyulang yang kekurangan beban. Rekonfigurasi sistem adalah program yang bertujuan untuk mengkonfigurasi ulang sistem sistem dengan berbagai tujuan seperti reduksi kerugian, peningkatan stabilitas, peningkatan tegangan profil dan lain-lain. PT. PLN Rumbai terdapat dua penyulang yang akan dilakukan rekonfigurasi yakni penyulang Sungkai dan penyulang Okura. Penyulang Okura merupakan penyulang ekspress yang mensuplai listrik ke PLN perawang. Penyulang Sungkai dan Okura terpisah oleh sakelar seksi recloser danau buatan. konfigurasi ulang dimodelkan dan disimulasikan melalui aliran daya metode newton rapshon berdasarkan data real time beban penyulang Sungkai dan Okura adalah 110 kW dan tegangan terendah sebesar 0.974. Setelah dilakukan rekonfigurasi diperoleh peningkatkan profil tegangan hingga sebesar 0.981 berada pada margin yang diinginkan, serta dapat mengurangi rugi – rugi daya dari keadaan eksisting 110 kW menjadi 74 kW.

Perumahan Nuansa Kori Jimbaran disuplai oleh salah satu trafo distribusi KA1441 melalui Penyulang Jimbaran. Trafo KA1441 berlokasi di Perumahan Nuansa Kori Jimbaran dengan kapasitas 250 KVA. Jumlah seluruh pelanggan yang disuplai oleh trafo iniadalah 118 unit pelanggan dengan beban daya 450 VAhingga 2200 VA. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran di dapat nilai tegangan terendah yaitu 176Volt lebih rendah dari tegangan sumber satu phasa ke netral (220 V) yang terjadi pada saat beban puncak dengandrop tegangan melebihi 5%. Sehingga perlu dilakukan rekonfigurasi pada jaringan di Perumahan Nuansa Kori Jimba-ran.Hasil analisis rekonfigurasi JTR (Jaringan Tegangan Rendah) dengan simulasi program ETAP Powerstation 7.5 yaitu di dapat nilai tegangan terendah sebesar 210 V atau drop tega-ngan ‘4,54% dari tegangan sumber 220 V dan rugi-rugi daya sebesar 5,6 kW. Nilai drop tegangan yang didapat setelah rekonfigurasi jaringansudah sesuai dengan standar (SPLN 72 Tahun 1987).

Abstract:
Kao glavni uzrok ratnog sukoba, proistekle višedecenijske krize i latentne nestabilnosti postjugoslovenskog prostora apostrofiraju se nametnuta, neadekvatna političko-teritorijalna podela i diskordantne granice nekadašnjih republika proglašenih za države. To se već zapaža i u stručno-političkim krugovima na Zapadu, te se pojavljuju ideje o prekompoziciji postjugoslovenskog prostora kako on više ne bi bio „disfunkcionalanˮ. Ali, i prema tim predlozima one bi ponovo bile u neskladu sa „prirodnim stanjem stvariˮ i prevashodno bi sledile ne samo interese sada već poljuljanog Zapada, već bi predviđale i njegovu jednostranu artikulaciju čitavog procesa kako bi se preduhitrilo da inicijativu preuzmu sile u usponu. Suprotno tome, u ovom radu se polazi od evidentnih promena u hijerarhiji globalne moći, izglednog detronizovanja SAD sa čelne pozicije, njihovog potiskivanja iz Evroazije i kinesko-ruskog preuzimanja vodeće uloge. To će neminovno proizvesti i preuređenje Evrope u vidu velikih prostora, te deatlantizaciju Balkana i stvaranje „novog balkanskog subporetkaˮ. Autor smatra da bi geopolitički logično trebalo da usledi promena granica unutar postjugoslovenskog prostora – ne više u skladu sa interesima opadajućih sila Zapada, već u skladu sa interesima evroazijskih sila – prvenstveno Rusije i Nemačke – čija će ovo biti „zona odgovornostiˮ. Nove granice trebalo bi da budu trasirane najpre na osnovu etničkog kao glavnog principa razgraničenja, koji će se odnositi samo na konstitutivne narode (ne i na nacionalne manjine!), te primenom više korektivnih principa kako bi se ustanovile precizne granične linije. Tako bi se dobila nova politička karta koju bi činile: Slovenija (u gotovo nepromenjenim granicama), te nove države Dalmacija, Hrvatska Federacija i Srpska Federacija. To bi trebalo da bude preduslov za dugoročno smirivanje i stabilizaciju Balkana.

Keandalan sistem tenaga listrik dari hulu hingga hilir diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pasokan energi listrik kepada pelanggan. Sebagai upaya meningkatkan kemampuan keandalan sistem distribusi tenaga listrik di PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jakarta Raya khususnya wilayah SCBD yang merupakan proyek percontohan implementasi sistem Zero Down Time (ZDT) perlu dilakukan kajian hasil rekonfigurasi jaringan dari sisi study aliran daya dan jatuh tegangan pada sistem tersebut terhadap standart yang ditentukan.Software Etap 12.6 merupakan salah satu sarana untuk melakukan kajian terhadap study aliran daya dan jatuh tegangan pada sistem jaringan tersebut. Dengan simulasi beban maksimum didapat bahwa jatuh tegangan pada sistem hasil rekonfigurasi masih memenuhi spesifikasi standart yang ditentukan, namun terdapat beberapa Loop jaringan yang saat terjadi gangguan besaran arusnya melebihi standar yang ditetapkan.

Abstract:
This research describes the contribution of MUI in the reconfiguration of sharia in Indonesia, from being an unwritten law to a binding law. MUI's efforts in reconfiguring sharia are carried out through the bureaucratization of sharia, namely the process of incorporation of sharia into national law which at an empirical level has been lived and carried out by the Muslim community in Indonesia. In contrast to the process of shariatisation or law Islamization which presupposes the replacement of national law with religious law, sharia bureaucratization is the work of labeling sharia law in legislation as an effort to guarantee legal certainty, administrative order, and achieve justice in legal disputes. The significance of the MUI's contribution in the effort to reconfigure Islamic law is evidenced by the issuance of statutory regulations sourced from fatwa products. Reconfiguration efforts are carried out in three ways, namely; First, to provide support for the birth of certain laws and regulations; Second, provide critical support and correction to a statutory regulation; Third, give a sharia fatwa.

This master's thesis dissertates of partial reconfiguration methods based on programmable structures. In theoretical part it deals with difference and modular-based method of Xilinx's FPGAs Partial reconfiguration. Options of both reconfiguration techniques were written for Spartan 3, Virtex II, Virtex 4 and Virtex 5 processors. Diference-based method was in practical part tested on Spartan 3E Starter Kit and modular-based on ML501 board. All configuration bitstreams are included on CD. Xilinx Inc. provided all needed software tools such as ISE9.2i and PlanAHEAD.

Abstract:
This study describes the platform Atmel FPSLIC, which is created by means of the logic arrays FPGA and the micro-sequencer controller AVR. The developmental kit STK594 is described here as well, with its programming possibilities, as for the logic arrays FPGA, as for the micro-sequencers AVR. Also the separate circuit AT94K is described there. This circuit can be programmed by the language VHDL (the field FPGA), or by means of the assembler and language C for the micro-sequencer. All this can be integrated into the one output file by means of program System Designer, comprising a set of software tools for given programming languages and for generation of the whole circuit. Furthermore, the study describes a simple application for the both platform parts. Also the description of the dynamic reconfiguration of the circuit gate part is included.

Abstract:
In the thesis, a methodology alternative to existing methods of digital systems design with increased dependability implemented into FPGA is presented, new features which can be used in the implementation and testing of these systems are demonstrated. The research is based on the use of FPGA partial dynamic reconfiguration for the design of fault tolerant systems. In these applications, the partial dynamic reconfiguration can be used as a mechanism to correct the fault and recover the system after the fault occurrence. First, the general principles of diagnostics, testing and digital systems dependability are presented including a brief description of FPGA components and their architectures. Next, a survey of currently used methods and techniques used for the design and implementation of fault tolerant systems into FPGA is described, especially the methods used for fault detection and localization, their correction, together with the principles of evaluating fault tolerant systems design quality.  The most important part of the thesis is seen in the description of the design methodology, implementation and testing of fault tolerant systems implemented into FPGAs which uses SRAMs as the configuration memory. First, the methodology of developing and automated checker components design for digital systems and communication protocols is presented. Then, a reference architecture of a dependable system implemented into FPGA is demonstrated including several fault tolerant architectures based on the use of partial dynamic reconfiguration as the mechanism of fault correction and the recovery from it. The principles of controlling the reconfiguration process are described together with the description of the test platform which allows to test and verify the design of fault tolerant systems based on the methodology presented in the thesis. The experimental results and the contribution of the thesis are discussed in the conclusions.

Tato práce popisuje navrženou metodologii pro návrh systémů odolných proti poruchám v FPGA schopnou ochránit systém před projevy přechodných a trvalých poruch. Oprava přechodné poruchy je prováděna částečnou dynamickou rekonfigurací. Oprava omezeného počtu trvalých poruch je založena na použití odolných architektur využívajících menší množství zdrojů než předchozí použitá architektura. Vadná část FPGA tak není dále využívána. Tato technika je založena na použití předkompilovaných konfigurací uložených v externí paměti. Pro snížení paměťových nároků pro uložení konfiguračních bitových posloupností je použita technika relokace.

Robot represents an exemplary system, which is designed for testing and validation of fault-tolerance methodologies. A part of this work contains introduction to reliability of digital systems, especially those which are based on Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA). Moreover, this introduces techniques that ensure robustness against faults in digital systems; attention is devoted to the usage of FPGA technology in this area and a technique called partial dynamic reconfiguration.

U ovoj doktorskoj disertaciji razvijen je novi algoritam za operativno planiranje rekonfiguracije distributivnih mreža. Cilj ovog algoritma jeste određivanje skupa konfiguracija distributivnih mreža, čijim se uzastopnim primenama optimizuje njihov rad tokom određenog vremenskog perioda. U ovoj doktorskoj disertaciji predložen je novi algoritam za rešavanje navedenog problema, a koji je zasnovan na metodi Lagranžove relaksacije.
This PhD thesis proposes a new algorithm for the operation planning of thedistribution network reconfiguration. The aim of this algorithm is to determinethe set of the distribution network topologies (configurations) which optimizesthe distribution network operations during the given time period. In order toenable processing of the real-life distribution networks, this PhD thesisproposes a new algorithm for the operation planing of the distribution networkreconfiguration which is based on the Lagrange relaxation approach.

Thesis deals with the topic of computational scheduling of production with dynamic reconfigurations and maintenance. The problem is formally defined by a mathematical model named Resource Constrained Project Scheduling Problem which was extended by dynamic reconfiguration and maintenance. Number of different schedule generation algorithms were proposed based on this model. Also methods of solution optimization based on genetic algorithms were described. The typology of production orders of which different task types are created was described in the experimental part. The result of the experiments is clear recommendation of scheduling algorithm for given task type. For the conclusion, thesis deals with the case study of choice of suitable solution for specific production companies.

S postupom času sa elektrotechnicky průmysl posouval dopředu. Přišel rozvoj v automobilovém průmyslu, leteckém průmyslu, navigácí a dalších odvětvích. S rozvojem automobilového a leteckého průmyslu se zvětšila potřeba pro motory s vyskou spolehlivostí. Tenhle fakt zapříčinil rozvoj motorů s vćero fázami. Tyto stroje mají za úkol zvýšiť spolehlivost ale zároveň zachovat/zvýšit výkon stroje.

Abstract:
In this Ph.D. thesis, a new methodology for the fault tolerant system state synchronization design and its recovery from faults is presented. A state synchronization method designed by means of the proposed methodology allows to repair the state of sequential logic elements implemented in the FPGA application logic, which cannot be repaired by the partial dynamic reconfiguration. The proposed methodology describes possible state synchronization design methods with respect to TMR granularity, dependence of the system function on its previous states and the system architecture. The methodology focuses on coarse-grained TMR architectures and state synchronization in the systems controlled by means of finite state machines or a processor. The use of the methodology is demonstrated on the CAN bus control system and the microcontroller NEO430, for which specific synchronization methods were designed. The systems reliability and new ability of the systems for recovery from faults were verified in the presence of simulated SEU faults. The experimental results and the contribution of this thesis are discussed in the conclusion.

Abstract:
Current trends in regulation of electricity supply continuity in the power engineering industry includes introduction of systems and customers standards. The electricity market liberalization in the European Union is speeded up the process furthermore. Companies included in the distribution network bussiness therefore began to be interested more in the evaluation of risks associated with the aplication of these standards. The aim of the thesis is to minimize the expenses caused by power losses of the distribution network by means of distribution network reconfiguration depending on the standard selection. For the minimization two of the Genetic algorithms was selected. As an criterion the overall expenses caused by power losses and the expenses caused by an electricity shortage. Furthermore the influence of the inclusion of the power loss to the calculation on the operation costs for given regulation standards. Two contemporary standards - finish and portugues - are considered together with three experimental standards. The aim of including experimental standards is to complete the regulation standards with parameters uncovered in the portuguese and finish standard. The results described in the thesis can be used in the distribution network optimization process from the point of reliability and operational costs.
