Abstract:
Masyarakat Kampung Naga adalah salah satu komunitas adat Indonesia. Secara administratif, Kampung Naga masuk dalam pemerintahan desa/kelurahan Neglasari, Kecamatan Salawu, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat. Sebagai sebuah komunitas adat yang memegang teguh kepercayaan setempat, masyarakat Kampung Naga masih melaksanakan berbagai tradisi yang mengandung nilai-nilai kearifan lokal. Mengikuti alur teori religious behaviorMarie Cornwall memberikan gambaran betapa kuasa komunitas begitu kuat pada masyarakat Kampung Naga. Kuasa individual terbatasi. Berbagai tradisi adat yang telah dilakukan secara turun temurun tetap dipatuhi hingga kini. Perilaku keberagamaan komunal pun diatur sedemikian rupa disesuaikan dengan tradisi setempat. Pepatah Loba larangan teu loba aturan (banyak larangan tapi tidak banyak aturan) memberikan penegasan tentang kuasa komunal itu. Begitu pula dengan seringnya perkataanpamali, dikeramatkan, maka masyarakat akan menurut begitu saja tanpa bertanya lebih lanjut alasan di balik itu.  Pada ranah perilaku religius individual, masyarakat Kampung Naga tetap melaksanakan berbagai ritual keagamaan, meski dengan frekuensi dan tingkat intensitas yang beragam sesuai dengan kapasitas masing-masing. Pada ranah perilaku komunal atau mode kelembagaan, masyarakat Kampung Naga begitu menjunjung tinggi tradisi adat. Sehingga, misalnya,bila ritual resmi dari agama jatuh pada hari-hari yang ditabukan, maka hanya ritual wajib saja yang dilaksanakan. Sedang hal-hal yang berlaku umum secara komunal dilakukan pada hari-hari yang tidak ditabukan.

Abstract:
The objectives of this study were to 1) determine the behavior of parents in educating children's religiosity; 2) identify children's actions in applying religiosity in society. The location of this research is in Ubung Village, Lilialy District, Buru Regency, because this location is assessed as the role of parents in educating children's religiosity very high and intensively. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The method in this research is the method of observation with data collection techniques used, namely in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The results showed 1) parental behavior in educating religiosity in the village of Ubung includes (1) democratic parenting or behavior. In this pattern there are four aspects applied by parents in Ubung Village, namely (a) aspects of affection, (b) aspects of communication, (c) aspects of self-control, (d) aspects of maturity demands; (2) permissive parenting; (3) attachment parenting; (4) authoritarian parenting; (5) helicopter parenting; (6) negligent parenting. 2) As for the children's actions in implementing religiosity in the community in Ubung Village, namely looking happy and happy in their interactions, never learning to control their behavior, having a high sense of care for their surroundings, often less happy, withdrawn, afraid, and less confident When comparing themselves with others, children tend to be afraid of expressing opinions, low self-esteem, and so on.

<p><strong><span lang="EN-US">Strengthening Student Character Through Learning Management Aqidah Akhlak at MI Masholihul Huda Krapyak Jepara</span><span>.</span></strong><em><span lang="EN-US">This study aims to explain the strengthening of the character of students through learning management of aqeedah morals at the Masholihul Huda Krapyak Jepara madrasah with a qualitative approach. Collecting data in this study through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques are through reduction, display, and verification. In conclusion: 1) the preparation of an implementation plan for aqidah moral learning includes: religious, honest, disciplined behavior, responsibility when interacting with family, friends, ustdaz, and neighbors; 2) the implementation of aqidah moral learning is in accordance with the initial planning, namely: the implementation of religious behavior, honesty, discipline, responsibility when interacting with family, friends, ustadz, and neighbors; 3) the evaluation process is carried out by the head of the madrasa as well as the curriculum sector; 4) Strengthening character education includes religious, honest, disciplined and responsible characters.</span></em></p><p> </p><p><span lang="EN-US">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan penguatan karakter peserta didik melalui manajemen pembelajaran aqidah akhlak di madrasah Masholihul Huda Krapyak Jepara dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui wawancara, pengamatan dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis datanya melalui reduction, display, dan verification. Moral decadence phenomenon among teenagers includes college student. Lately, it has disturbed many parties. The phenomenon could seen from juvenile deliquency, drug, and free relationship. Higher educational institution that shoud be moral development center and students moral, even in some cases being a moral decadence transit. Therefore, educational institution is not only expected as a place to get knowledge, but also could give enough stock in educating strong student morals to face globalization era. The development of religious culture in MI Al-Barokah An-Nur Ajung Jember is carried out by instilling systematic behavior or manners in practicing their religions, so that they have good personality, character, noble morality, and responsibility, both their relationship with Allah, with human beings and with the environment. therefore, the values developed at MI Al-Barokah An-Nur were emphasizing morality, achievement, discipline and environmental culture.
 Fenomena dekadensi moral di kalangan remaja termasuk mahasiswa. Belakangan ini hal itu meresahkan banyak pihak. Fenomena tersebut terlihat dari kenakalan remaja, narkoba, dan hubungan bebas. Perguruan tinggi yang seharusnya menjadi pusat pengembangan moral dan moral siswa, bahkan dalam beberapa kasus menjadi transit dekadensi moral. Oleh karena itu, lembaga pendidikan tidak hanya diharapkan sebagai tempat menimba ilmu, tetapi juga dapat memberikan bekal yang cukup dalam mendidik akhlak siswa yang kuat untuk menghadapi era globalisasi. Pengembangan budaya keagamaan di MI Al-Barokah An-Nur Ajung Jember dilakukan dengan menanamkan perilaku atau tata krama yang sistematis dalam mengamalkan agamanya, sehingga memiliki kepribadian, akhlak, akhlak yang mulia, dan tanggung jawab yang baik, baik hubungannya dengan Allah, maupun hubungan mereka dengan Allah. dengan manusia dan dengan lingkungan. The purpose of this study was to determine Ibn Miskawaih's thoughts on education and its relevance to education in the modern era. Ibn Miskawaih is one of the leaders of Islamic education.This research is in the research library research category. The research method is to collect the sources of books, writings, journals, articles, opinions of Ibn Miskawaih's thoughts. The descriptive-analytic method was used after the data on Ibn Miskawaih's thoughts were collected and analyzed.In conclusion, Ibn Miskawaih saw the importance of education and the environment for humans to facilitate the process of moral development. Ibnu Maskawaih stated that there are times when there is a change of heart, so it takes sharia, teachings of customs, and advice regarding manners. Abstract:
This research is aimed to explore the role of Islamic education teachers in developing religious character values in students, dentifying support factors and hampering implemented programs from Islamic education teachers in developing religious character values in students of SMA PGRI 1 Lumajang. This research uses a qualitative approach, the type of research is case studies, the data collection technique used observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the role of Islamic religious education teachers in developing the values of religious character in students had two roles, namely when learning had the role of a teacher, mentor, leader or class manager, driver of faith awareness, motivator in learning, learning resources, facilitator, while religious activities at school make monitoring books, make questionnaires, and give assignments about religious activities carried out by students at school and at home. Supporting factors namely family factors, the surrounding environment, school environment, facilities and infrastructure, student is to use approach using individual and counseling approaches, Islamic education learning methods. Inhibiting factors namely limited time for Islamic education learning, lack of student interest in participating of religious activities, increasingly sophisticated technology, there are students who do not fill the monitoring book, lack of individual teacher approach, there are various student attitudes and behaviors.

Abstrak: Kepala sekolah merupakan pemimpin pendidikan yang memiliki peran sentral dalam membawa keberhasilan lembaga pendidikan karena dia berperan memandu, menuntun, membimbing, membangun, memotivasi kerja, mengemudikan organisasi, menjalin jaringan komunikasi yang baik dengan komunitas sekolah, lingkungan sekitar dan yang lainnya.Kepemimpinan sebagai salah satu fungsi manajemen merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Kepemimpinan adalah suatu kekuatan penting dalam rangka pengelolaan, oleh sebab itu kemampuan memimpin secara efektif (effective leader) merupakan kunci keberhasilan organisasi/sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Realitas budaya releigius yang dikembangkan Kepala Sekolah tercermin melalui nilai-nilai atau norma-norma yang cukup mewarnai aktivitas seluruh komponen sekolah; (2) Keterampilan Konsep kepala sekolah teraplikasi melalui penguatan karakter, yakni memiliki sikap dan prilaku keagamaan yang dicerminkan lewat bekerja maksimal, dan jujur; (3) Keterampilan manusiawi kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan budaya agama melaui pembiasaan sikap saling pengertian dan saling percaya telah dalam diri warga sekolah, sehingga hubungan baik pun tercipta diantara mereka sekalipun berbeda keyakinan dan kepercayaan dalam agama; (4) Keterampilan Teknik kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan budaya agama terwujud dari sikap kebersamaan seperti peringatan hari besar agama-agama di SMP Negeri 7 Mataram menjadi salah satu elemen yang dihidupkan oleh Kepala Sekolah dalam mengembangkan budaya religius agar warga sekolah memahami sekaligus menghargai beberapa macam dan model perayaan hari besar dari agama-agama yang berbeda; dan (5) Keterampilan Personal kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan budaya agama terkristalisasi dalam Visi religius yang diemban oleh SMP Negeri 7 Mataram menjadi sebuah keharusan bagi warga sekolah untuk mewujudkannya dalam bentuk budaya religius.
 Abstract: The principal is an educational leader who has a central role in bringing the success of an educational institution because he plays a role in guiding, holding, supervising, building, motivating work, steering the organization, establishing a good communication network with the school community, the environment and others. Leadership as one of management functions is very important to achieve organizational goals. Leadership is an important force in the framework of management, therefore, the ability to lead effectively is the key to success of the organization/school. The research results showed: (1) The reality of religious culture developed by the Principal is reflected through the values or norms that adequately color the activity of all school’s components; (2) The concept skills of principals is applied through the characters’ strengthening that is to have attitudes and religious behaviors reflected through maximum work, and honest; (3) The principal’s humanity skill in developing a religious culture through the habit of mutual understanding and mutual trust within the school community, so that good relations are created among them despite their different beliefs in religion; (4) The principal's technical skill in developing the religious culture is manifested from the attitude of togetherness such as the commemoration of religious days in SMP Negeri 7 Mataram became one of the raised elements by the Principal in developing the religious culture so that the school’s member understood and appreciated several kinds and models the celebration of the great day of different religions; and (5) The principal’s personal skills in developing religious culture is crystallized in the religious vision carried by SMP Negeri 7 Mataram becomes a necessity for the school’s member to make it happen in the form of religious culture.

That is the phenomena will be increased to analyze based on emic prespective to comprehend the meaning of conversion. The main purpose of this research is to comprehend the meaning and motivations of conversion. The objective of this research are to analyze the phenomena of conversion proses, comprehend meaning and motivation meaning. To investigate the rationality of conversion from being Chinese. Secondly, it is to discover of converts the social and relegious behaviour of the conversion, in which the consequences of conversion to analyze and describe based on invetigation. It’s social interaction between converts and moslem (Javanese) and others. By using qualitative approach, emic perspective, interviewing some identified converts, observing religius social setting and reading document information this research carried out at Ponorogo district, this article discovered that the oneness of God Rationality or Tawhid Rationality.
