Abstract:
The article presents the most popular models of passenger cars among authorities, institutions and organizations. The author provides information on the volume of purchases and total costs of cars of different brands and autobody types by authorities, institutions and organizations from January to October 2022. It is found that the largest number of passenger cars was purchased by law enforcement agencies, health care institutions, housing and communal services enterprises, and the State administration bodies. The most popular models were Renault Duster, Renault Express, Toyota RAV4, Renault Sandero Stepway Life+, Haval Jolion. The most popular were: among crossovers – the Renault Duster, among sedans – Peugeot 301, among the SUV – Toyota RAV4, among the hatchbacks – Renault Sandero Stepway Life+, among the station-wagons – ?koda Superb and Renaut Megan, among the vans – Fiat Doblo Combi Mahi, among the minivans – Renault Express, among the minibuses – Mercedes-Benz sprinter 313. Renault cars are most demanded. The most popular autobody types are crossover, hatchback and SUV. Sedans are popular in law enforcement agencies, health care facilities, housing and communal services. Crossovers are most in demand in law enforcement agencies, health care institutions, and the State administrations. Hatchbacks are in demand in law enforcement and healthcare facilities. The SUVs are of greatest popularity in law enforcement agencies, housing and communal services enterprises, and the State administrations. The main buyer of the vans are the State administrations, health care institutions, and housing and communal services enterprises. Minivans are used by law enforcement agencies and housing and communal services enterprises. The author estimates that in 2022, through the Prozorro public procurement website, government agencies spent UAH 234.003 million on the purchase of passenger cars.

Mestrado em Finanças<br>O Grupo Renault é uma entidade internacional, que fabrica automóveis desde 1898, e vende, atualmente, cerca de 4 milhões de veículos em 134 países. Este relatório foi elaborado a 30 de junho de 2020, de acordo com as informações públicas disponíveis naquela data, e quaisquer informações e eventos subsequentes após esta data de referência não estarão refletidos nesta avaliação. O preço-alvo considerado para o final do ano de 2020, calculado ao longo do relatório, é de 30,63€ com um alto risco de investimento, que de acordo com o método de avaliação Discounted Cash Flow, representa um potencial ganho de 35,65%. Um método alternativo foi usado, método de avaliação comparável através de múltiplos, atingindo um preço final com um potencial de subida de 26%. A recomendação final é comprar, mesmo tendo em consideração o alto risco, não só pelo setor onde atua, como também pela atual pandemia que atinge o mundo. A perspetiva é de forte crescimento a curto prazo.<br>Group Renault is an international multi-brand group, that manufacturers cars since 1898, and is nowadays selling close to 4 million vehicles in 134 countries. This report was written on June 30, 2020, in accordance with the public information available at that date, and any information and subsequent events to this date will not be reflected on this valuation. The target price for 2020-year-end, reached at the end of the report, was of €30,63 with high risk, using the Discount Cash Flow method, representing an upside gain of 35,65%. An alternative valuation method was used, Relative valuation, which got a target price with an upside potential of 26%. The final recommendation is to buy, even considered the high risk related to, not only the industry where it operates, but also the current health-crisis affecting the world. Cette thèse étudie la participation du patronat à la formation des ouvriers en France en traitant de l'école Renault de Boulogne (1919-1989). Elle examine l'inscription d'un enseignement professionnel dans la production en posant la question de son autonomie et de la promotion sociale des jeunes formés. La vision d'un enseignement professionnel dépendant essentiellement de l'Etat est refutée par cette recherche insistant au contraire sur l'implication de divers acteurs. Ainsi, la situation de la ville de Boulogne illustre les enjeux de la formation : aide a la mobilité sociale d'enfants des classes populaires du côté de la municipalité de gauche ; constitution d'agents acquis à la rationalisation du côté de la direction de l'enseignement technique et des industriels. Paradoxalement pour une telle école, son évolution s'est pourtant faite selon une séparation du travail. La participation du patronat à la formation s'est d'abord déroulée sur des bases issues du travail (1920-1950). Puis au terme de l'appropriation par les acteurs de l'entreprise d'une hiérarchie des savoirs reléguant les savoirs de métier derrière les savoirs scientifiques et techniques, la formation est devenue peu différente de celle des écoles d'Etat (1950-1980). Cette évolution a conduit à la fermeture d'une école qui a contribué a la composition de l'encadrement de Renault : comme dans le modèle allemand, les jeunes débutaient dans des emplois d'atelier avant d'accéder à des emplois à responsabilités. Leurs carrières montrent que l'expérience a longtemps prévalu sur la possession d'un titre dans l'industrie.

Mestrado em Sistemas Energéticos Sustentáveis<br>Ao longo do estágio desenvolvido na Renault CACIA, integrado no programa GALP 202020, foram estudados alguns problemas com vista à melhoria da eficência energética da empresa. Os objectos de estudo foram a iluminação na óptica da optimização do seu controlo e na óptica da apresentação de uma solução para a substituição da iluminação de emergência existente. Estudou-se, também, a substituição de um secador de adsorção de ar comprimido por um secador refrigerado e realizou-se um estudo de viabilidade de instalação de uma caldeira a biomassa para aquecimento de água industrial. Por fim, fez-se uma análise ao tarifário de energia eléctrica utilizado por esta empresa. Das medidas descritas anteriormente, as medidas da iluminação permitem, com um payback de 1,1 anos, uma redução de 0,5% da Intensidade Energética (IE) e Consumo Específico (CE), sem alteração da Intensidade Carbónica (IC). A instalação do secador refrigerado é, igualmente, útil, permitindo uma redução de 0,1% dos IE e CE e, novamente, sem alteração da IC, tendo um payback de 1,5 anos. A instalação da caldeira biomassa teria um payback de 4,1 anos e seria prejudicial à empresa no que diz respeito a IE e CE, que aumentariam, 0,9%, mas permitindo uma redução de 4% na IC. Por fim, relativamente à análise do tarifário de energia eléctrica, verifica-se que o tarifário actual é a escolha acertada.<br>During the internship at Renault CACIA, as part of program GALP 202020, a number of problems were studied with the aim to improve the company’s energy efficiency. The subjects of this document are measures focused on lighting in the perspective of optimizing its control and, on the other hand in the perspective of replacing the existing emergency lighting system. The replacement of an adsortion air dryer to a refrigerated air dryer were also studied . A viability study regarding the installation of a biomass boiler for industrial waterheating was conducted. Finally, there was an analysis of the company’s electricity tariff. As a result, several measures were proposed. Firstly, the measures for the lighting system allow a reduction of 0,5% of the energy intensity and the specific consumption, without changing the carbon intensity and with a payback of 4,1 years. Secondly, the installation of the refrigerated air dryer is also useful and allows a reduction of 0,1% of the energy intensity and the specific consumption, without changing the carbon intensity and the equipment can be paid back within 1,5 years. Thirdly, the biomass boiler would be detrimental to the company because it would increase the energy intensity and the specific consumption by 0,9 %, although it would reduce the carbon intensity by 4% with a payback of 4,1 years. Finally, the analysis to the electricity’s tariff, showed that the current tariff is the right choice for this company.

Realçando os tipos de absentismo, as suas causas e consequências, este trabalho destaca a importância da gestão do mesmo, denotando algumas medidas preventivas postas em prática e o seu respectivo impacto na taxa de absentismo no presente ano na Renault Cacia.<br>Given the strong business competitiveness of today and the increased importance of human and social factors, absenteeism is increasingly a concern within organizations. Absenteeism can be caused by several factors related to people or even organizations which could impact on productivity and thus corporate profits. Highlighting the types of absenteeism, its causes and consequences, this work highlights the importance of risk management, denoting some preventive measures implemented and their respective impact on absenteeism rate this year at Renault Cacia.

Le but de cette thèse d'histoire contemporaine est d'évaluer l'impact de la recherche en sciences sociales chez Renault. Renault est l'une des premières entreprises françaises à se doter d'un service d'études sociales : celui-ci est institue a la direction du personnel en 1953. La période étudiée va donc de 1953 à 1991, date a laquelle les sciences sociales sont intégrées a la direction de la recherche de Renault. Toutes les recherches en sciences sociales, quelles que soient les disciplines (marketing exclu), ont été prises en compte qu'elles aient été menées par des acteurs de l'entreprise ou par des chercheurs extérieurs, indépendants ou contractuels. La recherche est étudiée successivement sous trois angles. Le premier s'attache à décrire les institutions et les acteurs. Il met en valeur trois moments : 1953-1971 tourne vers la recherche de connaissances ; 1971-1983 vers la recherche de solutions et 1983-1991 vers la recherche d'une cohérence. Ensuite, a partir d'études de cas, sont analysées les démarches mises en œuvre pour chaque type de recherches : celles qui donnent lieu a des rapports (dites recherches-rapports), celles qui interviennent sur la situation étudiée (dites recherches-actions) et celles qui accompagnent des changements en cours. La troisième et dernière partie envisage la recherche sous l'angle des objets et des champs qu'elle construit. Au cours des années 1980, le secteur commercial et la valorisation des recherches tendent à se constituer en objets, tandis que l'entreprise, comme entité, devient le principal champ de référence. La thèse conclut au caractère inopérant de la césure entre recherches fondamentale et appliquée, le premier résultat d'une recherche étant le processus de recherche lui-même<br>The aim of this thesis in contemporary history is to evaluate the impact of social sciences research on a compagny. In 1953, Renault became one of the first compagnies in france to set up a social studies unit, within the personnel department. The period studied is 1953-1991, when the social studies unit was integrated into the research department. The thesis looks at research from all the social sciences disciplines, except marketing, and includes work carried out both by Renault employees and by external researchers, working either on their own or as consultants. The history of research at Renault is studied from three points of view. The first section analyses the institutions and actors involved. It distinguishes three periods : 1953-1971, dominated by a search for information ; 1971-1983, a search for solutions ; and 1983-1991, a search for a greater coherence. The second section, based on several case studies, looks at the different methodological approaches associated with different types of research : 'report research', 'action research' and 'integrated research'. The final section focuses on the objets and fields constructed by the research process. During the 1980s, the compagny's commercial activities, on the one hand, and the use to which research is put, on the other, tend to become new objects, while the compagny itself becomes the main field of reference. The conclusion of the thesis is that the traditional division between pure and applied research is irrevelant, the main value of research lying in the process rather than the outcome

Mestrado em Línguas e Relações Empresariais<br>No âmbito da implantação da Fábrica Renault CACIA – Companhia Aveirense de Componentes Industriais para a Indústria Automóvel – este trabalho pretende analisar o impacto cultural que a empresa teve, desde o início das suas atividades (Setembro de 1981) até aos dias de hoje, na freguesia de Cacia. Procedeu-se à caracterização da freguesia, atendendo-se à sua caracterização global antes da implantação da empresa e posterior análise das alterações decorrentes da sua implantação e permanência na Freguesia. O objetivo global deste trabalho foi caracterizar as alterações, nomeadamente na população, na comunidade residente na freguesia de Cacia. Por outro lado, tendo em consideração o parque industrial tipicamente português, já existente em Cacia, procurou-se compreender quais as consequências da implantação de uma empresa, de cariz internacional, com uma cultura empresarial diferente.<br>In the context of the establishment of the Renault Factory – CACIA (Aveiro Company of Industrial Components for the Automotive Industry), this study aims to analyze the cultural impact of this company, since the beginning of its activities (September 1981) to the present day, on the local community in the parish of Cacia, Aveiro. An overall characterization of the parish prior to the implantation of the company is provided, and further analysis of the changes arising from the implementation and permanence of this company in the parish is made. The overall objective of this study is to characterize changes in population, in the resident community, in the parish of Cacia. Taking into consideration the typically Portuguese industrial park, which already existed in Cacia, the consequences of the deployment of an internationally oriented company, with a different corporate culture, are also addressed.<br>Dans le contexte de CACIA- Companhia Aveirense de Componentes Industriais para a Industria Automóvel (Compagnie d’Aveiro de composants industriels destinés à l’industrie automobile)- ce travail a pour objectif d’analyser l’impact culturel que l’entreprise a eu dans la commune de CACIA depuis le début de son activité (Septembre en 1981), jusqu’à aujourd’hui. Pour cela, une caractérisation de la commune a été faite avant l’implantation de l’entreprise et une autre après son arrivée, prenant en compte la situation culturelle résultant de son implantation et de sa présence dans la commune. Le principal objectif de ce travail a été de définir les changements survenus dans la population et, plus particulièrement, sur les habitants de la commune de Cacia. D’un autre côté, prenant en compte que le parc industriel, typiquement portugais, existait déjà à Cacia, il était intéressant d’essayer de comprendre quelles ont été les conséquences de l’implantation d’une usine, à caractère international, avec une culture d’entreprise différente.

Diploma thesis is analysing specific aspects of spare parts logistics on practical situation of Renault Česká Republika, a.s. ("RCR") and its largest concessionaire, RENAULT RETAIL GROUP CZ, s.r.o. (formerly Renault Praha Zličín - "RPZ"). Elements of spare parts supply chain are described separately with focus on spare parts distribution centre in Györ, Hungary, which is later compared with similar centres of Škoda Auto and Toyota. Furthermore the inbound logistics processes of RCR is described and commented. Subsequent parts of the thesis focus on the analysis of spare parts warehouse with objective to improve the efficiency of stored references compound in order to eliminate dispensable references which are being stored. This improvement should therefore allow ameliorated fixing of invested cash flow and minimise the amount of references to be ordered urgently due to unsuitable composition of stock in storage. Finally the thesis deals with effects impact of severe events such, in particular with actual effect of Japanese earthquake on spare parts supply chain and optional measures to be taken to diversify and/or minimise such risks.

Cette recherche doctorale vise à faire la lumière sur un paradoxe : alors que l'impact des différences culturelles sur les relations de travail est reconnu, la Gestion des Ressources Humaines n'utilise pas tous les leviers dont elle dispose pour aider ses managers à être performants dans les situations interculturelles. Notre travail s'appuie sur l'étude d'un cas unique, celui de Renault où 74 entretiens semi-directifs ont été menés dans une démarche qualitative. Les résultats mettent au jour une vision restrictive de la compétence interculturelle, qui assimile cette compétence à l'expatriation et à ceux qui l'ont vécue. Ces représentations ancrées dans l'histoire de l'internationalisation de l'entreprise influencent les pratiques de GRH et ne correspondent plus tout à fait à la réalité interculturelle de l'entreprise. En effet, notre étude révèle que, suivant la combinaison de ses dimensions, cette compétence donne lieu à une diversité de profils interculturels plus ou moins adaptés à des contextes interculturels variés. Notre contribution théorique consiste donc en une relecture du concept propre à nourrir des pratiques de GRH visant à améliorer l'adéquation entre besoins et ressources en compétences. Dans une logique nouvelle, nous proposons de renoncer à l'évaluation des compétences des individus et de concentrer l'analyse sur l'identification systématique des besoins. Notre contribution managériale porte sur la proposition de pratiques de GRH, dont des variables d'analyse de la complexité interculturelle des contextes. La relecture du concept de compétence interculturelle que nous défendons dans cette recherche peut être proposée à toute entreprise multinationale<br>This doctoral research intends to understand a paradox: while the impact of cultural differences on business relationships are well known, the HR function does not equip the managers with the tools necessary to deal adequately with cross-cultural situations. This work is based on a case study conducted at Renault through 74 qualitative interviews. The results show a restrictive understanding of the intercultural competence (ICC) which is equated with expatriation, acquired "automatically," by those assigned to work overseas. It follows that the HR practices based on these beliefs, inherited from an era of rapid international expansion for Renault, no longer correspond to today's cross-cultural reality. Indeed, our findings suggest that, the ICC dimensions combine in multiple ways, resulting in managerial profiles which are more or less adapted according to the professional context. Our main theoretical contribution is the review of the concept of ICC, allowing the HR function to more effectively match competencies to the needs of a given situation. This new approach proposes abandoning individuals' competency assessment to concentrate on a systematic identification of the needs. Secondly, we aim to provide adapted practices for use within the HR function

Abstract:
This paper reveals the virtual L7e vehicle, GRAND TWIZY concept for the first time into an conference. The concept is an academic project and is developed within at the “Alternative Propulsion Systems –Electric and Hybrid Vehicles” Laboratory of the “Automotive Engineering” Research Centre, University of Pitesti, Romania. The main objective of the project is minimal costs development of a L7e concept, starting from the RENAULT TWIZY quadricycle and increasing its habitability, versatility and autonomy, similar to the competitors`. The vehicle design is influenced by four elements: the exterior design, legal requirements, the powertrain components and the vehicle components provided by RENAULT TWIZY. To increase the habitability, the body has been modified in transversal direction, keeping the same wheelbase of the vehicle. This solution allows minimal chassis and body transformations, taking over many mechanical components of the front axle, of the rear axle and the electric powertrain and taking as many body parts as possible, especially from the lateral sides of the original RENAULT TWIZY vehicle. The new body has a new anti-rain system for the doors and heating and ventilation system. This allows extending the period of use in rain conditions and low temperatures (winter). For increasing the versatility the passenger seat is placed on the lateral side of the driver. The rear space can be usable for the placement of luggage or the placement of children's seats. The increasing luggage transport space we have created a space modularized in the passenger`s seat place. For the transport of oversized equipment or luggage it was built a folding outer trunk. In order to increase the autonomy and the additional electricity consumption caused by the heating and the ventilation system for the passenger compartment, a new 48 V traction battery with NMC technology (Nickel Manganese Cobalt) is proposed. It contains elements from the Renault ZOE 50 battery, produced by LG Chem. This battery is charged with a bidirectional charger, able to function “Vehicle to Grid” (V2G), both by cable and wireless. The charging system, was built from a charger-inverter assembly, compatible with lithium-ion batteries. In the case of the proposed wireless charging system, the transfer of station and vehicle energy was made trough by means of a magnetic field that circulates between an emitter (coupled to the 230V-50Hz single-phase alternating current) and a receiver mounted on the vehicle (coupled by charger to the 48 V traction battery). In addition, the traction battery is charged with a photovoltaic cell system located on the roof was provided. This solution was favored by the extension of the roof surface caused by the vehicle. To reduce vehicle mass and increase the reliability of the servitude battery, is propose to replace the 12 V battery with AGM lead technology with a Panasonic DLC (Double Layer Capacitor) battery.

Review question / Objective: To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of cordyceps preparations as a complementary preventive therapy for Contrast-induced nephropathy (CIN). Condition being studied: At present, contrast agents are widely used in diagnostic and interventional radiology examinations worldwide. However, they can affect kidney function and cause a risk of renal impairment. Contrast-induced nephropathy (CIN) is defined as a rise in serum creatinine (SCr) levels by ≥ 25% of baseline or 44 µmol/l from the pre-contrast value within 72 h of intravascular administration of a contrast agent in the absence of an alternative etiology. The incidence of CIN varies widely among studies depending on study population and baseline risk factors, as for high-risk groups such as pre-existing renal insufficiency, diabetes, advanced age, or receiving nephrotoxic agents, the incidence is up to 30–50%. To date, CIN has been the third most common cause of hospital-acquired renal failure, after impaired renal perfusion and nephrotoxic medications, which can lead to longer hospital stay, increased costs and higher mortality.

The analysis items included cyst volume reduction rate and complication rate. Condition being studied: Several strategies are available for the treatment of symptomatic simple renal cysts, however, there is no the most recommended treatment strategies. One of these strategies, ultrasound-guided percutaneous lauromacrogol sclerotherapy, is expected to become the most recommended treatment strategy.
