Résumé Cet article traite de la polémique sur la qualité du roman africain qui intervient quand on octroie un prix littéraire à une oeuvre, et ce, depuis René Maran avec Batouala (1921) jusqu’à Calixthe Beyala avec Les honneurs perdus (1996). Le but consiste à relever les éléments discursifs constants et nouveaux de cette polémique. Deux thèses se côtoient et essayent de se neutraliser. D’un côté, il y a la notion d’une Afrique immaculée à laquelle on apprend tout grâce aux béquilles épistémologiques offertes par l’Occident. De l’autre côté, on postule une Afrique capable d’inventer ses propres outils pour son expression et sa créativité artistique, quitte à ce qu’elle s’inspire des modèles existants.

Le présent article expose les conclusions partielles d’une recherche menée au cours du stage postdoctoral de l’auteure et qui portait sur « La figure de l’ancêtre africain chez les romanciers antillais ». Y est mise en évidence la relation conflictuelle entretenue par ces derniers à l’icône africaine, à partir de la notion de stéréotype et suivant une approche de type imagologique. S’appuyant sur une analyse des oeuvres de René Maran, Joseph Zobel, Jacques-Stephen Alexis, Aimé Césaire, Paul Niger, Édouard Glissant, Maryse Condé et Patrick Chamoiseau, l’étude s’efforce de repérer les prédicats convoqués par les locuteurs-énonciateurs dans leur appréhension du sujet africain et montre que, oscillant entre vigilance doxique et reconduction inconsciente des stéréotypes intériorisés depuis l’ère coloniale, le discours des romanciers antillais se donne à voir surtout comme une négociation jamais aboutie entre un dire et un dit ouvrant, finalement, sur une timide tentative de dépassement des catégories instituées et de pacification avec un passé exigeant d’être finalement assumé.

Marketing strategy is one of the most important means of advancing a business. With the right strategy and in accordance with the actual situation, the business will be able to develop and become better in quality than the business or product produced. The culinary business at the Depot Ira Jaya Restaurant is one of the culinary businesses that was pioneered many years ago so that it has grown and has several small branches in parts of Sidoarjo. The turnover obtained tends to be stagnant and does not have a significant increase every year, which means there are no bright prospects. In fact, costs such as rent for small branches and other costs such as spices to the main ingredients used by Ira Jaya Restaurant Depot have increased every year. Therefore, conducting a SWOT analysis is expected to be able to come up with appropriate alternative strategies for business actors to be able to develop their business. To do this, there are several stages of the process that must be carried out from the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) which produces a score of 3,889 and the External Factor Evauation (EFE) which produces a score of 3,934. Then the SWOT table matrix produces 15 strategy alternatives. In the Grand Strategy Matrix, the IFE and EFE points skoce are in quadrant I. Likewise, the Internal External Factor Evaluation (IEFE) matrix is ​​in quadrant I. So that the results of data processing are selected strength and Opportunity strategies in which there are 4 alternative strategies.

A thirdplace is very important on our daily basis, where the firstplace is a dwelling we live in, the secondplace is where we work to earn a living, and what about the thirdplace? This is what will be brought up by an architect of how do we scheme a thirdplace for others to create a good quality. With a phenomenological approach, many things must be considered in detail because the number of places to eat at Pesing Station are lack, unclean, and unintegrated, that made the visitors less enjoying this area. Unconsciously in it has a memory of historical value about local culinary that has faded in Jakarta and completed by some supportive local activities such as outdoor theater, pedestrian mall, local typical cafes, and local desserts, to raise the culture and habits of people in Indonesia. Since the location is close to the train station, co-working space become an additional program in this culinary place, where people who wants to work do not need to rent an office building. With a few simple eating places, they are quite convinient to find food and other entertainment facilities. There are online motorcycle taxis operating in front of Ibis hotel but hamper the traffic lanes and cause traffic jams, so the foodstreet will be a resting place for station visitors, and both online and offline motorcycle taxis to avoid disrupting the traffic. The presence of this food adventure place in Pesing Station is expected to improve the quality of social life in the environment around us, minimize the traffic congestion in front of the station, adding some knowledge about local foods, and be a thirdplace in Grogol Petamburan area. AbstrakTempat ketiga itu sangat penting bagi kehidupan manusia, dimana tempat pertama adalah rumah yang kita tinggali sehari-hari, tempat kedua adalah dimana kita bekerja untuk mendapatkan penghasilan, bagaimana dengan tempat ketiga? Ini yang akan diangkat oleh seorang arsitek, bagaimana cara merancang sebuah tempat ketiga bagi orang-orang sekitar agar bisa menciptakan kualitas yang baik. Dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, banyak hal yang harus diperhatikan secara detail, karena tempat makan di stasiun pesing jumlahnya sangat kurang, tidak bersih, dan tidak terintegrasi, sehingga membuat pengunjung sekitar kurang menikmati daerah tersebut. Secara tidak sadar di dalamnya terdapat sebuah memori pemberi nilai sejarah tentang kuliner nusantara yang sudah memudar di Jakarta dan di lengkapi dengan aktivitas-aktivitas lokal pendukung lainya seperti theater outdoor, pedestrianmall, cafe khas nusantara, dan makanan penutup nusantara, kerena ingin mengangkat budaya dan kebiasaan masyarakat di indonesia. Karena lokasi yang dekat dengan stasiun kereta api, maka co-working space menjadi program tambahan di tempat kuliner ini, dimana orang yang ingin bekerja tidak perlu menyewa gedung perkantoran. dengan adanya beberapa tempat makan yang sederhana, mereka cukup mudah untuk mencari makan dan sarana hiburan lainya. Disana terdapat ojek online yang beroperasi di depan ibis hotel tetapi cukup menghambat jalur lalu lintas dan menimbulkan kemacetan, maka foodstreet menjadi tempat peristirahatan bagi pengunjung stasiun, ojek online, dan ojek pengkolan agar tidak mengganggu jalur lalu lintas. Dengan hadirnya tempat petualangan kuliner di stasiun Pesing ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan interaksi sosial di lingkungan sehari-hari, dapat meminimalisir kemacetan yang ada di depan stasiun, menambah wawasan tentang kuliner nusantara dan menjadi tempat ketiga bagi wilayah Grogol petamburan.

SUMMARY The controversial Quechumaran proposal, of a distant genetic relationship between the Quechuan and Aymaran families, is an excellent case for checking techniques for dealing with hypothesized remote linguistic kinship and for testing the ability of methods to distinguish diffused from inherited material. This paper examines the arguments against the genetic hypothesis and emphasizes the lessons learned for attempts to establish distant genetic relationships in general. It reassesses the evidence for Quechumaran, considers additional data, and concludes that the arguments against it are not well-founded and that the evidence shows the proposal very suggestive, although not conclusive. RÉSUMÉ La proposition, évidemment controverse, d'un rapport génétique lointaine entre le Quéchuan et l'Aymaran peut servir d'un excellent cas de vérification des techniques employées pour les hypothèses d'apparenté linguistique éloignée et pour le contrôle de la capacité des méthodes à distinguer entre des données diffusées et les données héritées. Le présent article examine les arguments contre l'hypothèse génétique de ces deux familles de langues et met en relief les leçons apprises pour les essais d'établir des rapports génétiques lointains en général. Sarulla Operational Limited (SOL) Panas Bumi terhadap lingkungan (pencemaran air) di Kecamatan Pahae Julu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Daerah Aliran Sungai Batang Toru dan masyarakat Kecamatan Pahae Julu dari 19 desa yang berjumlah 12.343 jiwa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survei dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) ada dampak positif dari keberadaan PT. Sarulla Operational Limited (SOL) Panas Bumi terhadap ekonomi masyarakat seperti di bidang pekerjaan masyarakat memiliki peluang menambah penghasilan seperti membuka warung, rumah makan, kontrakan/kos-kosan, jual jasa sopir dan laundry sehingga dengan ini pendapatan masyarakat meningkat, 2) berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai lingkungan (pencemaran air) yang dilakukan dengan uji laboratorium, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa air Sungai Batang Toru yang ada di sekitar PT. Sarulla Operational Limited (SOL) Panas Bumi tergolong tercemar dengan parameter yang diuji yaitu pH, BOD, DO, Posfat dan COD dan Nitrat tergolong tidak tercemar. Sarulla Operational Limited (SOL) Geothermal on the economy in Sub Pahae Julu, (2) to know the impact of PT. Sarulla Operational Limited (SOL) Geothermal on the environment (water pollution) in District Pahae Julu. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research methods.This study uses primary data and secondary data. The population in this study is the Watershed District of Batang Toru and Pahae Julu community of 19 villages totaling12 343 inhabitants.The research was conducted by survey and interview. The results showed that 1) there is a positive impact of the presence of PT. Sarulla Operational Limited (SOL) Geothermal towards economic communities such as in the field of community work have the opportunity to increase revenue such as small store, restaurants, rent/boarding houses, selling services of a driver and laundry so that these people's income increases, 2) based on the results of research on the environment (water pollution) conducted by a laboratory test, the results showed that the waters of the Batang Toru around PT. Sarulla Operational Limited (SOL) Geothermal classified as contaminated with the parameters tested, namely pH, BOD, DO, Phosphate and Nitrate COD and relatively uncontaminated. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis alokasi tenaga kerja dan pendapatan kelapa usaha ternak sapi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan untuk pengolahan kopra yang dialokasi oleh tenaga keluarga adalah 480 jam. Sedangkan penggunaan tenaga kerja luar keluarga (sewa) adalah untuk kegiatan pengolahan kopra yaitu 1.440 jam lebih besar dari jam kerja untuk keluarga. Tenaga kerja yang digunakan untuk usaha ternak sapi adalah tenaga kerja keluarga dengan alokasinya untuk kegiatan pindahkan sapi, mencari rumput, memberi makan, minum dan memandikan sapi. Alokasi jam yang terbesar untuk pindahkan sapi. Pendapatan dari penjualan kopra tergantung dari harga kopra. Harga kopra yang dijual di tempat petani lebih rendah dibanding dijual di perusahaan minyak goreng. Rata-rata pendapatan ternak sapi sebesar Rp 1.621.854,06 per tahun per responden. Pendapatan ini diperoleh tanpa perhitungan tenaga kerja keluarga. Saran penelitian ini adalah perlu intervensi dari pemerintah untuk pengembangan ternak sapi karena dengan penjualan ternak sapi sejumlah 1,42 ekor dalam setahun sangat merugikan petani.Kata Kunci : Pendapatan, kelapa, ternak sapiABSTRACTINCOME ANALYSIS OF COCONUT-CATTLE FARMER’S IN AGROPOLITAN AREA SUBDISTRICT TENGA SOUTH MINAHASA REGENCY. South Minahasa district is an area planned for agropolitan development. Cattle as a main ruminant livestock was developed by grazing method under coconut plantation. The problems are how big the allocation of labor and the income of coconut-cattle farming in the district of Tenga. The purpose of this study was to analyze the allocation of labor and income of coconut-cattle farming. The result showed that the activities for the processing of copra allocated by the family labor were 480 hours. While the use of hired labor (rent) for copra processing activity were 1,440 hours greater than work allocation time for the family. Family labors used for the cattle farming were including to move the cattle for grazing and drinking, to collect grass, to feed and to cleanse animals. The largest time allocation by household family was move cattle for grazing and drinking. Income of the copra earned by haousehold family was depend on the price of copra. Price of copra earned by households at their location was lower than the price accepted at the cooking oil company. The average income of cattle household farmers was Rp 1,621,854.06 per year per respondent. This income was obtained without including family labor. It was suggested in this study that the government policy was crucial for cattle development due to low sale of cattle per year with the average of 1.42 head. Abstract:
This article aims at analysing René Maran’s five animal novels. In these texts, Maran criticizes the colonial system not only for its cruelty to the native population, but also for its ecological violence against the bush and its non-human inhabitants. In particular, this research will be focusing on the author’s ability to abandon a human (and colonial) point of view in order to adopt an animal one. On the one hand, this new subjectivity – as well as Maran’s comprehension of indigenous naturalist society – allows the writer to condemn the colonial period from an ecocritical perspective. On the other hand, it provides evidence of the existence of culture among the beasts of his novels. Finally, this article will also prove that it is thanks to their culture that Maran’s animals will try to resist the colonial-centred environment and ideology.

Abstract:
In carrying out a lease agreement, Article 1570 and 1571 KUHPer regulates the termination of the lease agreement. Although the provisions regarding the existence of an element at a certain time in a lease have been strictly regulated in the KUHPer, in practice there are still many problems in the lease agreement. The problem raised by the author is how the position of the land tenant in the lease agreement without a period of time according to the Supreme Court Decision Number 534 K / PDT / 2016 and how the legal protection of landowners and tenants in the lease agreement rent without time period?. The author examines the problem by using normative legal research methods with the law approach and case approach. The research data shows that the tenant named Maman Kurniawan is not acting in good faith, namely indirectly wanting to take over ownership of other people's property and not returning the goods to others here entering into the main form of illegal acts in the form of illegally possessing objects belonging to another person and the position of Maman Kurniawan in this case is limited to tenants not owners. Then Article 1571 KUHPer is an article that protects the party who rents out in the case of land leasing agreements without a period of time and protection for tenants in the term agreement, namely requesting compensation for land and / or buildings and a certain grace period for tenants to look for other rental places.
