O presente estudo analisa os fatores que influenciam a qualidade da informação financeira das empresas cotadas na Bolsa de Valores de São Paulo (período de 2009 a 2011). As informações sobre as empresas foram extraídas da base de dados Worldscope. Foram selecionadas apenas as empresas com informação completa para os três anos, pertencentes a todos os setores à exceção das que compõe o setor financeiro, por forma a manter a homogeneidade da amostra. The purpose of this dissertation was to use the theory of planned behavior (TPB) to predict Texas pharmacists’ intention to report serious adverse drug effects (ADEs) to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The study explored the utility of the TPB model constructs (attitude [A], subjective norm [SN], perceived behavioral control [PBC]), as well as past reporting behavior (PRB), and perceived moral obligation (PMO) to predict pharmacists’ intention to report serious ADEs to the FDA.
