It is proved that the modern level of economy competitiveness has been achieved due to the scientific and technical innovations in the industrial sphere. Given the global trends, Ukraine is working out its own direction of the innovative development. To achieve the final result of innovation at the industrial enterprises, it is necessary to ensure a transfer of innovative technologies to the commercial production. They therefore need a support network that translates the knowledge necessary for successful innovation into their language. Abstract:
The current increase of commodity prices prompts the question regarding the extent to which the growth of primary industries is used as a basis of industrial development. Empirical evidence suggests the development of Technology-Intensive Suppliers (TIS) has played an important role in the industrialization process of the Nordic countries, Canada, and Australia. The development of local TIS may contribute to both reinforcing the industrial base and supporting structural change in developing countries. Therefore, it may provide a way to advance from natural resource dependence towards knowledge-based industrial activities. The TIS products are created under tailor-made concepts, giving solutions to their customers. TIS use knowledge and customer information to create innovation. These firms enhance value chains improving customer's competitive advantages (Dornberger & Torres, 2006). The relationship between the primary sector and its suppliers of technology can be seen as a backward linkage. Sectors with linkages of this kind use inputs from other industries (Hirschman, 1958). Hence, a fundamental goal of research in the context of developing countries is to understand the development of TIS and analysis of their improvement as a result of entrepreneurship intervention. This chapter covers the relevance of TIS firms in developing countries. TIS companies are frequently labeled as Micro-, Small-, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs). In conclusion, the findings highlight the need to pay more attention to TIS organizations in developing economies. In Latin America, TIS firms contribute to the employment and diversification of the economic structure of the region through value-added products and services.

Abstract:
This article investigates the adoption of Industrial Internet-of-Things (IIoT) in Auto-Component Manufacturing SMEs (ACM SMEs) in the context of a developing country like India by using the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework. This research surveyed Information & Communication Technology (ICT) officers, managers and owners of 320 ACM SMEs in India using a structured questionnaire to understand the adoption of IIoT. The primary data was analyzed using the PLS-SEM technique. It was found that IIoT expertise, IIoT infrastructure, relative advantage, compatibility, cost, security, organizational readiness, top management support, competitive pressure, and support from technology vendors are factors that affect the adoption of IIoT. This article considered organization size as the control variable. The results show that it does not have a significant effect on the adoption of IIoT. ACM SMEs are one of the important sectors adopting IIoT. This article provides valuable insights to their managers and IIoT vendors. It also suggests key inputs to the government officials involved in the ‘Make in India' initiative of Government of India (GoI) and Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME).

Abstract:
The increasing of global competition and the need for rapid response to market changes drive manufacturing enterprises to adopt new business models. This chapter examines the recent years of research developed in the field of coordination approaches to support distributed production systems. The papers discussed concern the period of 2004-2010 published in international ISI journals. The research articles are classified according to nine fields of research: operational research models; collaborative architecture; negotiation and bargaining models; capacity exchange; revenue sharing; chemical engineering; electronic approach; general review; case study. The analysis of the literature highlights that the articles are distributed uniformly over the years analyzed. The most fields investigated are the collaborative architecture and operational research models, while emerging fields are the chemical engineering and revenue sharing based approaches. The discussion underlines the limitation of the literature and suggests the directions for future research.

Corruption and crime limit social development, government effectiveness, and the conditions in which private companies operate. For this reason, based on the shared value theory, the purpose of this research is to make a co-relation analysis between what micro and small enterprises (MSEs) think of the increase in sales and the risk of closing their business, with respect to corruption and crime. Abstract:
Organizational agility is regarded as a strategic capability, helping firms to compete, survive, and succeed in fast changing environments. Companies with greater IT investments are expected to be more agile. However, the issue of whether IT is an enabler or impeder of agility still remains unresolved. Drawing upon resource-based view theory, the authors test a theoretical model that integrates IT capability, supply chain capability and organizational agility. The authors propose that IT capability enables the development of a higher level of supply chain capability which is embedded within inter-firm processes and in turn enhances agility. Structural equation modeling is employed to test their theoretical conceptualization of 310 Australian fast-growth small-to-medium enterprises across different industrial sectors. The results show that IT capability does contribute to firm agility through enhancing inter-firm supply chain processes. This research highlights the role of IT-enabled intermediated processes and the ways in which IT is used by firms to enhance core business processes.

Abstract:
The importance of this research is caused by the leading trend in development and successful commercial performance of enterprises, including forestry, that is gained by introduction of information technology. In the era of the industrial revolution, the use of information technology allows businesses to change their own business model, through the use of modern digital technologies in management. In the context of digitalization of society, information itself, as a resource, has a dominant role in management processes and technologies. The issue on information support of management activities of forestry enterprises is vital for managers, as the correct solution of this problem allows to improve the processes of collecting, obtaining, using and storing the received information, which is the basis of information relations. The scientific research is based on the construction of an innovative information support system for forestry enterprises management. Search and formation of the mechanism of information resources management of the enterprises is adapted to application in modern conditions of economy digitalization and is a basis of the study. The subject of the paper is to prove the need of improving theoretical foundations of information support of management activities of forestry enterprises of Ukraine. The main purpose of the research is to clarify the essence of the concept of "information support", "information", "information economy", to determine the main principles of information resources of forest enterprises and to form a model of their management. To perform the study, authors used the following methods of cognition: the axiomatic method, comparison, observation, measurement, monitoring and formalization, defining the essence of the terms "information support" etc. The national economy development proves that the forestry complex is "an economically feasible system of enterprises whose activities are conditioned by the use of forest resources, which develop due to the achievement of competitive advantages and geographical concentration on the terms of public-private partnership." It is proved that in the management system of a forestry enterprise the effective use of information resources on the basis of modern information technologies ensures the strengthening of competitive advantages of the business entity. Until recently, management was seen as a creative, intuitive process based on the experience, trust, knowledge and other qualities of management staff, relevant managers. Under the pressure of information technology, the management principles are modified. It is becoming necessary to change the style and methods of enterprise management, review relationships and improve communication with consumers of services. The introduction of information systems in forestry is an urgent need, the solution of which will reduce the cost of production, assure the ability to control all stages of production, and in general, improve enterprise management. The authors focused on and demonstrated that information support, based on the widespread use of new information technologies, computer and communication equipment, allows to increase the efficiency of forestry enterprises, optimize the use of resources, reduce paperwork through the transition to electronic management technologies.
