Abstract:
In this book, we are talking about a single principle that permeates every organized entity, regardless of what sphere it belongs to. Everywhere and always, and in accordance with the current circumstances, the process of formation, support and regulation of any complex complexes and ensembles is guided and controlled by the concept of the realizable, which postulates that only what is stable and stable will be realized, and everything else will be discarded as untenable and unbalanced. These patterns and patterns can be traced resolutely at all levels of existence. And the universe, and life, and consciousness, and mind, and culture are arranged and assembled according to these schemes, because it is difficult, if possible, for them to be any other. This paper provides an overview of this type of layout in these areas, as well as the theory of the achievable and accessible itself. Using examples and theoretical considerations, it is shown that the configuration of all reliable and long-lasting structures is approximately the same or very similar, because it obeys a single end-to-end logic of the formation of any similar substances, whatever they touch and wherever they are found. In addition, it is demonstrated that if something in this spirit is objectified in practice, then its nature and properties must be fundamentally the same as what we observe around or extremely close to it. Finally, the view is argued and developed, according to which everything consists of matter, is constituted by it, is reduced only to it, including any non-physical phenomena. It is concluded that all the wealth of the world is subject to the same laws of its construction, and all this construction observes the universal rules of the functioning of complex things, no matter what they are aimed at. For all those interested in philosophy.

Abstract:
This book deals with the problem of human reason and thinking from a somewhat unexpected angle. Its main idea is that both are the product of evolution, and therefore they bear the imprint of their history, and they are mostly reduced to them, although they are not entirely limited to them. This means that they are by no means universal, on the contrary, they are conditioned by their very formation and the circumstances within which they developed and which literally created them as we know them. In practical terms, this suggests that they are aimed at solving the problems and the type that faced our species during its rather long formation, and they are not able to answer any other questions, no matter how much effort we put into it. Even what seems to us an exceptional attribute of modernity or rationality, such as science or politics, fits within the framework of what is available to us, as well as what we are able to formulate and articulate in principle. That is, our intelligence is purely animal and contextual, it never goes beyond the limits set for it, despite the fact that we see it differently. In this regard, questions of their definition, origin, history and current state are considered, and among other things, alternative options that are potentially possible in the field of intelligence, both on Earth and in general, are studied.
The text consists of five chapters, a preface and an afterword, is provided with illustrative examples and is aimed at the widest possible adult readership, who likes to think and who is not afraid of debunking some of the ingrained myths that accompany our lives.

Abstract:
If you want to know what role politics plays in society and how it affects you, read this textbook. In it you will find answers to questions that concern everyone. What is politics: science, art or technology of domination in the hands of the elect? Are there laws in politics, is it possible to know them and use them in the interests of society, and not just the ruling class? Why has power always been a bone of contention, what is its attractive power? Does the theory of politics have the right to claim the status of a science about the laws of the functioning of power, if all knowledge about politics is situational, relative and changeable? Why are the conclusions and recommendations of political science relevant to society often ignored by the elite? These and many other questions are answered based on the analysis of the political practices of foreign countries and Russia.
The author interprets politics as a mechanism of volitional distribution of public goods, revealing its laws, exposing the hidden logic of the struggle for power, However, politics is presented not only as a mechanism for coordinating heterogeneous interests, but also as a set of beliefs, ideas, meanings that determine technologies and structures of symbolic domination and behavior patterns in the information society.
Meets the requirements of the federal state educational standards of higher education of the latest generation.
For students of philosophical, political science, law faculties and faculties of world politics and public and municipal administration, as well as for anyone interested in theoretical and applied problems of politics.

Abstract:
For its 125th anniversary, the famous magazine "Science" has published a list of the greatest mysteries that modern science has not yet solved. In the second place, the authors of the journal, the best scientists in the world, placed the question of the biological basis of consciousness. The general cognitive theory presented in this monograph provides an answer to this important question, as well as to many other equally important ones. Is it possible to create an artificial intelligence that can realize itself? How do we master the language? How has the culture been preserved for thousands of years?
For students and teachers, as well as anyone interested in the problems of the peculiarities of the functioning of the psyche and its formation.

Abstract:
This chapter examines whether the graduate students, when talking about their serious personal worries, actually approached their newly named confidants or stuck, instead, to old ones. Three possible expectations about what the students did are discussed: the students will reserve their serious worries for old confidants, or strong ties; they will approach both old and new confidants, strong and weak ties, with their serious worries; or they will not necessarily reserve their serious worries for either old or new confidants, approaching even people they did not name as confidants. The chapter shows that, when faced with their own most serious worries, the students turned to old named confidants, to new ones, and even to people not named at all.

Abstract:
This chapter starts by analysing three major problems of the current international monetary system: the asymmetric-adjustment problem, dependence on the monetary policy of the main reserve-issuing country, and the large demand for self-insurance by developing countries. It then explores two basic alternatives to reform the system: one route would involve a fully-fledged multi-currency reserve system; the alternative route would be to design an architecture based on the IMF’s Special Drawing Rights (SDRs), the world’s only truly global reserve asset. These two alternative routes could be mixed in a number of ways, and in fact their complementary use may be the only possible way forward. Under such a mixed system, SDRs would become a major global reserve asset and the source of financing for IMF lending, but national/regional currencies would continue to be used as international means of payment and stores of value.
