Intuitionistic fuzzy set, involving membership, non-membership and hesitancy consideration present mathematically a very general structure. Because of these considerations it is possible to define several operations / compositions of these sets. In the existing literature ten different operations on such sets are defined. These ten operations on intuitionistic fuzzy sets bear interesting properties. In this paper we have identified and proved several of these properties, particularly those involving the operation $A \rightarrow B$ defined as standard intuitionistic fuzzy implicational with oth

AbstractIn late 2018, the asteroid Ryugu was in the Sun’s shadow during the superior solar conjunction phase. As the Sun-Earth-Ryugu angle decreased to below 3°, the Hayabusa2 spacecraft experienced 21 days of planned blackout in the Earth-probe communication link. This was the first time a spacecraft had experienced solar conjunction while hovering around a minor body. For the safety of the spacecraft, a low energy transfer trajectory named Ayu was designed in the Hill reference frame to increase its altitude from 20 to 110 km. The trajectory was planned with the newly developed optNEAR tool

Collective communication performance is critical in a number of MPI applications. In this paper we focus on two widely used primitives, broadcast and reduce, and present experimental results obtained on a cluster of PC connected by InfiniBand. We integrated our algorithms in the MPICH library and we used MPICH implementation of broadcast and reduce primitives to compare the performance of our algorithms based on α-trees. Our tests show that the MPICH implementation can be improved.

Automatic assessment of the operation ability of operators based on computers is an essential approach for improving the effectiveness of equipment operation training and enhancing equipment safety. Present methods primarily focus on the operation results but pay less attention to the operation procedure. One reason is that there is a lack of a model that has the ability to describe all probable paths to accomplish the same task. Therefore, an operations chain model is put forward for the first time to describe the standard operation procedure and relationships among operations based on the de

Abstract:
Process planning is well known as the key toward achieving highly efficient machining. However, it is difficult to standardize machining skills for process planning, which depend heavily on skilled operators. Hence, in a previous study, a computer aided process planning (CAPP) system using machine learning is developed to determine the operation parameters for finish machining of dies and molds. On the other hand, in rough machining, it is assumed that some machining operations are conducted sequentially using a respective tool according to the workpiece shape, which induces a much higher comp

Purpose 1) To evaluate the effects on the conjunctival flora of gentamicin ophthalmic eye drops 0.3%, given four times in 45 minutes, and a conjunctival rinse with 10 ml chlorhexidine 0.05% solution. 2) To investigate retrospectively the rate of endophthalmitis after cataract operations when these antimicrobials were applied preoperatively. Methods Seventy-six patients undergoing standard phacoemulsification operations were enrolled in the experimental part of the study. Cultures were taken preoperatively, 5 minutes after prophylaxis with either chlorhexidine or gentamicin. To assess the combi
