The current Graduation Project is divided into two chapters/sections, in which, in the first one, it was used the methodology of literature/bibliographic reviewing in order to theoretically analyse what sharing of intimate content without consent consists of, more specifically, what Revenge Porn consists of. Concepts, motives, means of perpetration, impacts on the victims, statistics and a legal vision of the phenomenon are presented. In the second chapter/section is delineated an empirical contribution where it is proposed an explanatory study in which the data collection would be idyllically made through a questionnaire via online that people over 18 years old could voluntarily participate in. In the end, the expected results are displayed as well as a brief discussion and a conclusion about the subject.

The Internet gives us the access to information in real time and also allows the most varied content connections. With all these facilities, the Internet also provides dangers, called Virtual Crimes that are characterized by crimes committed through the virtual environment. They can be framed in the Brazilian Penal Code and violators are subject to penalties under the law. The test purpose is to discuss the Digital Educational Practices (DEPs) related to cybercrime, especially revenge porn. This has been a recurring problem among teenagers, so understanding how the DEPs can collaborate with the prevention of exposure teens on the web. The goal is to understand how the Digital Educational Practices may mediate the learning in the use of virtual networks, minimizing cyber crime and pornography for revenge. To conduct the research, was necessary to use concepts of DEPs, revenge porn and the Republic Constitution, since we treat the penalties for cybercrime. The research methodology is a study supported in literature searches as: Alfradique 2006, Burke 2008, Castells 2003, Grillo 2011 Junior 2006, Kenski 2007, Lemos and Maingueneau 2010, Pinheiro 2006 and Virilio 1996. It is based on oral plan, aimed to collect data in order to appropriate the historical facts. Through interviews, as one of the methodological procedures, all lines were recorded, as a way to approach the history of the subject, in other words, to seek a greater understanding of the vestiges of the past. In addition to interviews, we apply questionnaires with the students, teachers and a management representative. Those questionnaires proposed a more comparative and qualitative analysis. Trying to understand the occurrence of pornography related to young people, we clarify that the practice is well known among them, but the revenge of pornography term brings strangeness. So, between the results, it is concluded that between forty-four students, twenty one students met someone who was a victim of exposure and, at least, sixteen students have received pornographic materials, characterized with pornography for revenge. Currently, the expansion of the Internet and the facility of communication through instant messaging, such as WhatsApp application, have contributed to the increased dissemination of pornographic material. The fact is that something must be done to protect girls who are victims of exposure. The laws have been mild and hardly anyone is punished for committing the acts, because the photos are released through the application WhatsApp and are several people share and contribute to the dissemination of the material to a very large number of users, making it difficult in this way, the punishment of those involved in the release of the photos.

The revenge porn will be analyzed starting by speeches that have been process in Brazilian judiciary, in especial civil lawsuit that find tutelar rights and obligations, experienced to inviduals envolved on these events. By this perspective, the revenge porn is taken as a committed, whereby close images shared on cyberpace, without the holder consent, in order to foist him constraints, humiliations and other violation the sphere of his personality. As appears from the events analyzed in the course of research, this practice arises due the end of relationship. Of affective and/or sexual order, general rule, focus in men and women relations. These perspectives, the revenge porn, take similarity with other events falling into a relational logical violence gender. As well as an project control of sexuality in various aspects. So, legal speeches about revenge porn will problematised these two perspectives. The ethnography documents - court lawsuits - was adopted as a perspective of analyzes, whereby makes possibile the access to these particular speech: The legal speeches, which is crossed by several circular speeches, on and off to court lawsuit.

Full textSpearheading the democratization of online speech, social networks have undoubtedly revolutionized our informational landscape by offering everyone the opportunity to express themselves and connect with others. Bearers of hope, these platforms have also contributed to the emergence of new forms of infringement that criminal law could not ignore. Digital raids, hate speech, sexual offences, deceit and offences to the personality, are some of the unlawful acts that are amplified by social networks, and that ultimately justify resorting to criminal law. The thesis delves into the relationship between this punitive branch of the law and social networks, and, more precisely, measures the impact of these online services on the conditions of criminal liability. Far from turning criminal liability upside down, the features of social networks spur a renewal of this repressive mechanism. On the one hand, the contours of the offences need to be renewed in order to embrace the interactive and intrusive dimensions of social networks. As a result, many offenses have to be confronted with these new communication media, such as press offences, sexual offenses, offenses against consent or offenses against privacy or identity. On the other hand, the specific functioning of these online services calls for a renewal of the rules relating to the repression lato sensu. Regarding social networks users, their repressive regime needs to be adapted to take the interactive nature of these media into account. Thus, the rules of attribution and punishment of the offenses have to be adjusted. Regarding platform managers, the growing awareness of their active role in the circulation of contents calls for a deepening of their repressive regime, in order to force them to anticipate the occurrence of offenses risks

Full textThe morphine addiction is a chronic disease that involves biological, cognitive and behavioral changes developed after repeated and compulsive drug use. Even after long periods of abstinence relapses occur to users, especially when faced with situations that resemble the use thereof. The protocol of conditioned place preference (CPP) has been one of the most widely used experimental models to measure the positive reinforcing effects (conditioned place preference) and negative (conditioned place aversion) of several drugs, including morphine. Studies show that antagonists of the N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) block morphine-induced CPP, suggesting that this receptor is involved in the effects of morphine. Since polyamines act at the NMDA receptor, spermidine (SPD) positive allosteric modulating shape and arcaine acting as an antagonist of the polyamine site on this receiver, the purpose of this study the effect of polyamines on the preference induced conditioned place was to evaluate morphine. Adult male Swiss mice were pre-conditioned once a day for 15 minutes for two consecutive device in the CPP, the next day days were subjected twice daily for conditioning sessions with different drugs and protocols for four consecutive days. Twenty-four hours after the last conditioning session the animals were subjected to the test. The CPP score was calculated for the time spent in the compartment paired with the drug on test day, minus the time spent in the same compartment on the second day of the preconditioning. The results of this study showed that morphine (2.5-10 mg/kg, ip) induced CPP, but not aversion induced conditioned place aversion, the SPD (3-30 mg/kg, ip) and arcaine (0.3-3 mg/kg, ip) did not preferably nor induced conditioned place aversion. However, arcaine (3 mg/kg) administered 15 min before morphine (5 mg/kg) attenuated the pre-training acquisition of morphine-induced PCL. The arcaine (3 mg/kg) administered immediately after conditioning with morphine (5 mg/kg) blocked morphine induced PCL. Also, arcaine (3 mg/kg) administered 30 min pretest blocked morphine induced expression CPP. Furthermore, the effect of arcaine on attenuate the effect of morphine was prevented by the administration of SPD before conditioning, but was not reversed by postconditioning pre-test administration and SPD. These data indicate that arcaine blocks the rewarding effect of morphine and arcaine suggests that it could be a therapeutic target in the development of drugs to treat addiction to morphine.

Full textThe aim of this work is to compare the characteristics of red and white dealcoholized wine in 1,5% vol. and 3,0% vol. by Nanofiltration and Reverse Osmosis, also knowing the effects of dealcoholization level in each wine characteristics. The present work was leaded by stages. The permeate flux and the alcohol rejection were determined in two processes. Standard lab analysis was conducted and the effects of the two processes and the two reductions of alcohol levels in the final product were quantified. The results suggest some diferences with the practise of the two dealcoholization processes. However, both processes implicate changes on parameters of total acidity, pH, volatile acidity, dry extract, colour characteristics, free and total SO2. In general, the parameters oscillate in function of the reduction of alcohol level. Some changes were identified on a sensory analysis on white wine, especially by Reverse Osmosis. The standard lab and sensory analysis suggest that the dealcoholization at 3,0% vol does not affect the characteristics of the inicial wine.

Full textNeuroinflammation is a neuropathological finding in a number of neurodegenerative diseases. Intraperitoneal injection of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) induces neuroinflammation and memory deficit. Spermine and spermidine are endogenous polyamines that physiologically modulate the N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor in mammals by binding to the polyamine-binding site at the NMDA receptor. Since polyamines improve memory in cognitive tasks, we tested whether the post-training administration of spermine reverses the deficits of memory induced by LPS in the object recognition task in mice. While spermine (1 mg/kg, i.p.) increased, ifenprodil (10 mg/kg, i.p.), a noncompetitive GluN2B-containing NMDA receptor antagonist, decreased the discrimination score on novel object recognition task. Spermine, at dose that did not alter memory (0.3 mg/kg, i.p.), reversed the cognitive impairment induced by LPS (250 μg/kg, i.p.). Ifenprodil (0.3 mg/kg, i.p.) reversed the protective effect of spermine against LPS-induced memory deficits in the novel object recognition task. However, spermine failed to reverse the LPS-induced increased of cortical and hippocampal cytokines levels. The results indicate that spermine protects from LPS-induced memory deficits in mice by mechanisms other than decreasing LPS-induced cytokine production.
