Elle recense et délimite les nouveaux taxons décrits récemment (Ophrys aegirtica, Ophrys brachyotes, Ophrys druentica, Ophrys fuciflora subsp. demangei, Ophrys fuciflora subsp. montiliensis, Ophrys fuciflora subsp. souchei, Ophrys gresivaudanica) et en ébauche une répartition pour la région Rhône-Alpes (avec cartes UTM dans un quadrillage 5 × 5 km). This paper is a comparative study related to the project Volubilis "Moroccan and French students: comparative approach". Volubilis survey is a part of an integrated project between the University of Grenoble Alpes and Hassan II University of Casablanca. This research project aims at collecting data related to students consumption of addictive substances, who enroll in faculty of humanities, economy and sciences of the Universities of the Rhône Alpes region (Lyon and Grenoble) and Hassan II University of Casablanca (e.g. tobacco, alcohol, cannabis...). In order to conduct a comparative study and to come out with effective results. Our sample is made up of 350 students from Hassan II University in Casablanca and 1464 students from Rhône-Alpes universities their average age is 22 years old for both.

Summary Objectives: The purpose of this workis to develop a health information platform connecting most health facilities in the Rhône-Alpes region. The health platform called SIS-RA is used through a Web interface. An iconic interface is dedicated to the platform and presents information in a unique way for all users. Methods: Newtechniques have been used to develop this platform which will be used by a great number of Rhône-Alpes doctors in the future. We chose a user-centered design which takes into account doctors’ requirements (hospital and GP). We also consider that no system has to be rebuilt, but a direct connection to the legacysystems should be provided. Results: The platform permits fast and more appropriate medical decisions than those made without this information system. The iconic interface presents all medical documents in a uniform way. Currently, 11 healthcare facilities and 15 community health networks are connected to SIS-RA sharing more than 60,000 records with 1.2 million indexed items. 3200 doctors use the system. Conclusion: The platform is approved by French supervision authorities (regional hospitals association (ARH)), regional practitioners union (URML) and Rhônes-Alpes region administration and is known as the official shared health record.

En 2006, une enquête a été réalisée à partir d’un questionnaire soumis à un échantillon représentatif d’entreprises industrielles au sens large de la région Rhône-Alpes concernant leurs pratiques relevant de la responsabilité sociale. Plus de 200 réponses sont exploitables. Deux résultats émergent : 1) les entreprises de la région Rhône-Alpes ont une conception de leurs actions qui s’inscrit pour une très forte majorité dans une démarche de responsabilité sociale ; 2) les réponses mettent en évidence que les entreprises apparaissent plus sensibles aux dimensions environnementale (contrainte réglementaire, pression de la société, changement de valeurs) et sociale (salariés) qu’à la dimension sociétale.

La mondialisation et l’européanisation impliquent de plus en plus une gestion à un niveau régional et local des marchés du travail transfrontalier. Dans ce cadre, le projet Interreg « travail sans frontière » Rhône-Alpes/Piémont constitue un laboratoire interrégional de la construction européenne du marché du travail. La coopération des services publics de l’emploi et de leurs acteurs, issue d’un modèle centralisé pour la France et décentralisé pour l’Italie, participe à la construction sociale du marché du travail Rhône-Alpes/Piémont. C’est à travers une sociographie et une modélisation de ce marché du travail que sont mises en exergue les logiques d’actions singulières des institutions et de leurs acteurs. Le marché du travail Rhône-Alpes/Piémont est spécifique, de part l’héritage dynamique qui l’a produit, les structures actuelles qui le portent et les perspectives de développement que lui offre sa position transfrontalière. La spécificité de l’espace frontière créé dans le cadre de ce type de coopérations se nourrit de la complexité des maillages institutionnels et de la non harmonisation des services publics au niveau européen. Le modèle fourni par l’analyse repose sur une quadruple hypothèse : c’est un marché des professions, un marché de service public, un marché transfrontalier et un marché transitionnel. Le modèle ainsi élaboré est spécifique et peut être transposé à d’autres systèmes
Globalization and Europeanization are involving a more local management for the cross-border labour market. In this framework, the Interreg project between Rhone Alpes and Piemont called “working without borders” is a real interregional laboratory for the european labour market construction. The public employment services cooperation and their actors steming from a centralized model in France and from a decentralized one in Italy are participating in the social construction of the Rhone-Alpes - Piemont labour market. This is through the labour market modeling and sociografy that are pointed up the peculiar processes of the different institutions and of their protagonists. The Rhone Alpes-Piemont labour market is very specific one, due to the dynamic heritage which created it, the current structures bearing it and the expansion prospects that its cross border position enables. The specificity of the border space created in the framework of this type of cooperations is fed by the complexity of institutional meshings and the lack of synchronization of public utilities on the european field. The model provided by the analysis relies on a quadruple assumption: this is a market of professions, a market of public utilities, a transborder market and a transitional market. Consequently, this model is specific and can be transposable to any other system

En ce qui concerne les structures d'habitats de l’Age du Fer en région Rhône-Alpes, une rupture apparait au 5eme siècle av J. C. Dans l'évolution qui jusque-là était dans l'ensemble globale. Dans la haute vallée du Rhône se développent des habitats de plaine essentiellement constitues de fermes isolées et de hameaux. Ces établissements agricoles se présentent sous la forme de bâtiments rectangulaires de plan simple en matériaux périssables ; s'y ajouteront des greniers surélevés, des enclos, des palissades, des fosses. . . Le contexte économique du 2eme siècle contribue largement à expliquer l'essor d'une nouvelle catégorie d'habitats, les agglomérations de plaine, dont la fonction n'est pas seulement agricole mais aussi artisanale et commerciale; le plan de Roanne présente un agencement de maisons disposées en deux rangées adossées a une ruelle. Le 1er siècle av. J. C. Voit la création d'oppidums sur des éperons barres le long de la plaine du forez. La moyenne vallée du Rhône opère quant à elle un mouvement inverse, qui s'explique moins par des causes internes que par ses rapports commerciaux étroits avec Marseille. Au Hallstatt, se multiplient les villages groupes et majoritairement perches. Les cabanes rectangulaires sont de superficie modeste et faites en bois et torchis. Au 4eme siècle, certains de ces oppidums sont munis de remparts et voient leurs habitations se transformer avec l'apparition de murs en pierres sèches et en briques. L'occupation de ces habitats de hauteur n'est pas continue mais semble se faire en alternance avec de petites installations contemporaines localisées dans les zones basses.

L'immigration marocaine dans la region rhone-alpes date de l'instauration du protectorat francais au maroc. Elle ne s'est developpee qu'a partir des annees soixante avec, dans une premiere etape, l'arrivee de travailleurs isoles suivie par un regroupement familial apres 1975. Les causes sont a rechercher de part et d'autre de la mediterranee. L'immigration marocaine revet un caractere mi-rural mi-urbain. Sont specialement representees dans la region les villes de casablanca et de meknes, ainsi que les campagnes de sais et du prerif. Le regroupement familial a concerne particulierement les populations originaires des villes et des zones rurales ouvertes a la modernisation. Dans la region, les immigres ont prefere les zones urbaines et industrielles. Cette etude demontre l'age precoce au mariage dans le milieu rural marocain, le grand ecart d'age au mariage entre les epoux, le caractere determinant des obstacles administratifs, professionnels et familiaux dans la duree de separation des epoux, le nombre eleve d'enfants par famille, les conditions de vie deplorables de cette population, l'effet negatif du manque d'instruction des parents et des conditions de vie sur la scolarite des enfants, le caractere ouvrier de l'immigration et l'attachement des familles au mode de vie du pays d'origine. .
Moroccan immigration in the rhone-alpes region goes back to the instauration of the french protectorale in morocco. It started to develop in the sixties with the arrival of isolated workers, and after 1975 it was followed by the reunification of families. The reasons behind this pattern of immigration have to be traced back to both sides of the mediterranean. Moroccan immigration possesses a half-rural, half-urban caracter. In the rhone-alpes region, the cities of casablanca and meknes, as well as the countryside of sais and prerif are specially well represented. Populations from cities or rural areas open to modernisation have been particularly sensitive to the reunification process of families. In the rhone-alpes region, immigrants have prefered urban and industrial areas. This study demonstrates the early age of mariage in rural morocco, the large age difference between spouses, the importance of administrative, professional, ant family obstacles on the length of seperation of spouses, the large number of children, the bad living conditions of this population, the negative effect on children schooling of their parents back of instruction and of their living conditions, the workingclass caracter of the immigration, and the attachment of families to the way of living and the religion practises of their country of origin wich creates difficultes

Il s'agit d'étudier le positionnement du territoire en tant que nouveau référentiel de l'action sanitaire et sociale et les bouleversements que ce référentiel implique. La prise en compte progressive du territoire dans la mise en oeuvre de l'action sanitaire et sociale va interroger cette politique dans ses fondements mêmes. Quelles sont donc les manifestations et les conséquences du phénomène de territorialisation, en tant qu'émergence de la prise en considération de la notion de territoire, sur l'action sanitaire et sociale ? C'est parce qu'on regarde le territoire différemment, parce qu'il existe une conception renouvelée du territoire qu'il devient alors référentiel et qu'il bouleverse l'organisation et la mise en oeuvre des politiques sanitaires et sociales. Cette conception du territoire apparaît renouvelée tant en ce qui concerne le territoire, personne publique, acteur (conception juridique), qu'en ce qui concerne le territoire cadre d'action, espace de gestion d'un problème (conception de type politique publique). L'espace régional géographique de Rhône- Alpes ne constitue ici le cadre de la recherche ; il s'agit d'illustrer au travers d'exemples Rhône- Alpins une évolution beaucoup plus générale
This research shows us how the notion of territory becomes one of the most important idea of the health and social policies. Indeed, the territory can be considered as a new reference for the local policies. Health and social policies are now building from this notion of territory. What kind of consequences are created by such a change ? This research focuses on the Rhône-Alpes area, in order to point out the principal characteristics of the local system of actors. On one hand, the territory appears as an actor;on the other one, the territory can be regarded as an environment adapted to the action. These two meanings of the notion of territory bring about many upheavals which are studied in this research at both a local and global level

Étude du lias supérieur sur le promontoire lyonnais. L'analyse des faciès permet de préciser l'évolution de la profondeur des milieux de dépôts du Toarcien à l'Aalénien. L'analyse séquentielle met en évidence 3 microséquences séparées par des grandes discontinuités. Ces dernières soulignent des périodes de grandes perturbations et permettent de retracer les grandes étapes de la différenciation paléogéographique du sud-est de la France. La troisième mégaséquence est de nature très composite. On propose une interprétation du mode de formation des oolites ferrugineuses dans un milieu de mer ouverte relativement peu profond. On insiste sur la lenteur de leur processus de croissance, et sur la complexité de leur génèse. Les oolites ferrugineuses du promontoire lyonnais sont généralement allochtones

L’édition d’ouvrages scientifiques est un secteur qui s’inscrit dans des dynamiques nationales voire internationales. Les enjeux des auteurs et de leurs établissements de tutelle, en particulier concernant la diffusion des résultats de la recherche et la compétition entre les établissements d’enseignement supérieur et de recherche (ESR), renforcent cette tendance. Pourtant, certains phénomènes incitent à analyser l’édition d’ouvrages scientifiques en prenant en compte la dimension territoriale. Les conseils régionaux se saisissent de compétences concernant la culture et l’enseignement supérieur et la recherche. L’autonomisation des établissements d’ESR conduit ces derniers à s’inscrire dans des dynamiques locales. Cette thèse interroge donc les enjeux de l’articulation des logiques territoriales avec celles de l’édition d’ouvrages scientifiques, dans le cadre de l’autonomisation croissante des établissements d’ESR et de la montée en puissance des conseils régionaux. Le terrain se concentre sur l’ancienne région Rhône-Alpes afin d’analyser plus spécifiquement le positionnement des différents acteurs au niveau local. Une analyse de la chaîne éditoriale permet d’appréhender l’éventuelle inscription territoriale du processus d’édition mis en œuvre par un ensemble de structures recensées en région. Par ailleurs, une série d’entretiens semi-directifs ont été réalisés auprès de différentes catégories d’acteurs : éditeurs, nouveaux entrants, acteurs du conseil régional et acteurs d’établissements d’ESR. Ils visent à mieux comprendre les logiques de ces acteurs ainsi que les rapports de force, de collaboration et de compétition qui peuvent exister entre eux et leur éventuelle incidence sur le lien que l’édition scientifique entretient avec le territoire régional
Scientific book publishing is a sector that is part of national and international dynamics. The challenges of authors and their supervisory institutions, especially regarding the dissemination of research results and competition between research institutions, reinforce this trend. However, regional councils seize upon matters regarding culture and higher education and research. The autonomy of higher education and research institutions leads them to be part of local dynamics. This thesis thus questions the articulation of territorial logics with those of scientific book publishers, in the context of the growing autonomy of research institutions and the development of regional councils. Field research focuses on the former Rhône-Alpes region in order to analyze more specifically the strategies of different local stakeholders. It examines how the publishing process of a set of structures is involved in their region of creation. In addition, a series of semi-structured interviews were conducted with different categories of stakeholders: publishers, new entrants, regional council operators and higher education and research institution actors. Their aim is to understand the logics of these stakeholders and their possible impact on the link between scientific book publishing and the regional territory

La thèse a pour objectif de mettre en perspective les évolutions de l'agriculture de la région Rhône-Alpes et les tensions dans laquelle elle se trouve depuis que les pouvoirs publics modifient leurs incitations afin de mieux tenir compte de l’ensemble des fonctions que joue l'agriculture. La reconnaissance de ces diverses fonctions de l'agriculture (la multifonctionnalité) met en effet l'agriculture en tension entre les logiques de développement sectoriel principalement basées sur la croissance de la production par une amélioration de la productivité du travail et les logiques de développement territorial dont les enjeux portent sur le développement économique, cohésion sociale et la valorisation des ressources environnementales. Notre thèse est que la tension entre logique sectorielle et logique territoriale place l'agriculture régionale à l'intersection de deux paradigmes "idéal-typiques" de développement qui s'opposent sur différents attributs : rôle de l'activité agricole pour les ménages, perspectives de développement, intégration univers professionnel et univers domestique, modalités d'accès aux transferts publics, espaces de régulation, types de marchés, modalités d'innovation, conceptions de la qualité, performances, occupation de l'espace, etc. ; mais entraînent dans un cas comme dans l'autre une remise en cause des modalités de développement agricole et des politiques publiques qui les ont soutenues
This thesis aims at putting into perspective the changes and stresses undergone by the agricultural sector in the Rhone-Alpes Region since the public policies changed their incentives in order to take into account all the functions of agriculture. The recognition of these different functions (multifunctionnality) puts agriculture under tension between sectorial development logics based essentially on production increase by improving work productivity and territorial development logics whose stakes are economical development, environmental resources development and social cohesion. Our point of view is that tension between sectorial and territorial logics puts agriculture at the intersection of two "typical-ideals" paradigms of development in contradiction on different points: role of the agricultural activity for the households, development perspectives, integration of work and personal worlds, forms of access to public transfers, regulation spaces, market types, forms of innovation, conceptions of quality, results, space occupation, ect, It also leads to questioning the forms of agricultural development and publics policies that led to this tension

Ce travail de thèse étudie les interactions entre les sociétés anciennes et un milieu fluvial localisé dans une microrégion de la vallée du Haut-Rhône français (Isle Crémieu et Bas Bugey). On a cherché à comprendre les rythmes et les processus d’évolution de cet anthroposystème fluvial sur le temps long, c'est-à-dire comment s’emboîtent et s’ajustent les systèmes social et fluvial. Il nous a fallu reconstituer les évolutions de l’hydrosystème, et celles des modes d’exploitation du milieu par les sociétés humaines depuis le Néolithique. Pour atteindre ces objectifs, nous avons mis en ouvre une approche pluridisciplinaire qui intègre les sciences humaines (archéologie, histoire, géographie) et les sciences paléoenvironnementales (géoarchéologie, archéobotanique et archéozoologie). Les résultats obtenus nous ont permis de discuter des imbrications des causalités climatiques et humaines sur l'évolution du milieu fluvial. Ils nous ont également permis d'estimer l’influence des changements de l'hydrosystème sur les modes d’occupation du sol (peuplements, systèmes agraires. . . ). Il a en conséquence été question de la gestion du risque fluvial par les sociétés pré-protohistoriques et historiques
This PhD studies the interactions between ancient societies and the fluvial environment located in a micro-region of the French Upper Rhone Valley (Isle Crémieu and Bas Bugey). We tried to understand the rhythms and the processes of evolution of this fluvial anthroposystem on the long term, what means how social and fluvial systems fit and adjust each other. We had to reconstruct the evolution of the hydrosystem, and the land-use since the Neolithic period. We carried out a multidisciplinary approach that integrates social sciences (archeology, history, geography) and paleo-environmental sciences (geoarchaeology, archaeobotany, archaeozoology) to achieve these goals. The results allowed us to discuss the intricacies of climate and human causalities on the evolution of the fluvial environment. They also allowed us to estimate the influence of hydrosystem changes on land-use patterns (human settlements, agrarian systems. . . ). It was therefore question of the fluvial risk management by pre-protohistoric and historic societies

Abstract:
La distribution géographique des populations d'oiseaux est un paramètre très souvent étudié lors de suivis réalisés dans le cadre de recherches en écologie, de gestion d'habitats, ou de conservation. Les nombreux atlas ornithologiques produits durant ces 30 dernières années constituent une des bases les plus fréquentes des suivis ornithologiques. Ce travail a pour objectif d'analyser et d'interpréter les données du nouvel atlas des oiseaux nicheurs de Rhône-Alpes. Cette région compte 228 espèces réparties parmi 491 mailles régulières de 10 km de côté. Les principaux résultats concernent : I - L'évaluation de l'inégalité d'échantillonnage. Cette approche méthodologique est basée sur la comparaison des observations avec une probabilité de présence des espèces estimée d'après les relations existant entre leur répartition et des caractéristiques environnementales. II - L'organisation spatiale des peuplements. L'avifaune de Rhône-Alpes est particulièrement diversifiée, sa localisation géographique étant située à l'intersection de trois principales zone biogéographiques. La composition et la structure des peuplements sont principalement liées à des composantes climatiques exprimées au travers de gradients d'altitude et de latitude. Une composante hydrologique caractérise une avifaune de milieux humides. Puis interviennent les activités humaines. III - La localisation de secteurs remarquables sur le plan de la conservation de la biodiversité. Les méthodes de localisation par la technique des hotspots et celle des ''Aires Complémentaires'' sont comparées et discutées. IV - L'évaluation des tendances de répartition de l'avifaune régionale sur 20 ans. Malgré des difficultés d'ordre méthodologique, les résultats obtenus sont assez semblables aux tendances observées dans d'autres secteurs géographiques. Nous comparons différentes méthodes d'échantillonnages, pour localiser un réseau de mailles dans le but d'un suivi en Rhône-Alpes, pour l'interprétation de tendances futures.

AbstractThere is no shortage of terms—collaborative economy, sharing economy or cognitive capitalism—to describe the new work practices brought about by the spreading digital economy. The French ‘Third place’ movement, reuniting diverse collaborative workplaces, has been claiming the search for more sustainable ways of living as a goal. Recently, numerous public funding programmes have been deployed to support such places. This chapter focusses on coworking spaces and their users to unfold energy consumption discourses and practices of coworkers, based on a survey conducted during 2017–2020 in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. It demonstrates lack of awareness of the ‘hidden energies’ of work digitalisation. Though most coworkers display eco-friendly values, attitudes towards digital technology reflect divergences within the forms of appropriation of norms of transition towards sustainability.

Abstract:
The article describes a cross-cultural study comparing bicultural identity and bilingualism of first-generation Poles and high school students in the Rhône Alpes Region (France), high school students in Brussels (Belgium) as well as Polish university students of French language and culture in Poland. The study results portray the contrast between Polish students and three other groups acculturating abroad so that French identity appears stronger than Polish among the university students, and Polish identity stronger than French among the migrants. Secondly, acculturative context (home vs host country) is a moderator between Polish-French bilingualism and bicultural identity. Results are discussed in the context of studies on idealized identity, nostalgia and fluency in the second language being perceived as cultural capital.
