Cílem přehledové studie je charakterizovat problémy, které souvisejí s vyhledáváním hudebních talentů a s talentovými zkouškami na vysoké školy s hudebním zaměřením. Vnímání problematiky sebeobrany i profesní obrany se za poslední roky výrazně rozšířilo, což s sebou neslo, mimo jiné, také novou terminologii. Souviselo to s velmi dynamickým rozvojem informovanosti o problematice sebeobrany a profesní obrany v občanském prostředí, potažmo v prostředí profesním a právním, včetně orgánů činných v trestním řízení. Tato problematika však může být často vnímána jen cestou zprostředkovaných informací, například médii. S tím souvisí masové přebírání mýtů, polopravd i lží o zmíněné oblasti. Spolkové právo je s účinností od 1. ledna 2014 komplexně upraveno v zákoně č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník. Vůbec poprvé v historii jsou na našem území zákonem upraveny některé orgány spolku.Předmětem článku je rozbor zákonné úpravy rozhodčí komise spolku. Zájem autora tohoto článku se však neomezil pouze na legislativní úpravu, ale obrátil se rovněž k praxi. Na základě zákona č. 106/1999 Sb., o svobodném přístupu k informacím autor získal od rejstříkových soudů informace o tom, kolik spolků rozhodčí komisi zřídilo. Míra anonymizace osobních údajů obsažených v rozsudcích tuzemských soudů je značně nejednotná. V textu příspěvku autor analyzuje postupy před zahájením trestního řízení, jejich právní základ a vztah k trestnímu řízení, zejména pokud jde o tzv. operativně pátrací činnost v praxi. Praxe je totiž stále nejednotná ve významu a uplatnění výsledků těchto postupů v trestním řízení, vyskytují se stále nestandardní postupy, které jsou podřazovány pod zákonnou úpravu trestního řízení (pod trestní řád), včetně tápání o způsobech ukončení šetření prováděného podle policejního zákona, kterým nebyly zjištěny informace zakládající podezření ze spáchání trestného činu.

V tomto příspěvku bychom chtěli popsat prvky potřebné ke komplexní a v klinické praxi využitelné reprezentaci výsledků genetického vyšetření. Tuto reprezentaci využíváme v návrhu systému pracovně nazvaném Personální genetická karta, který je připravován v rámci spolupráce CIIRC ČVUT a firmy Mediware a.s. Genetické informace jsou v posledních letech stále častěji uvažovány v medicínských procesech i v oblastech, které nejsou přímo napojeny na lékařskou péči, ale se zdravím úzce souvisí, jako je např. nutriční poradenství.
