Abstract:

Výzkumná organizace je klíčovým pojmem v oblasti práva veřejné podpory týkající se financování výzkumu a vývoje. Jedná se o problematiku na evropské úrovni vycházející z článků 107 až 109 Smlouvy o fungování Evropské unie, ale v případě České republiky také na úrovni národní. Definice výzkumné organizace a povaha její činnosti vyvolává řadu nejasností a úprava na evropské i národní úrovní dané situaci rovněž nepomáhá. Navíc změna pravidel veřejné podpory v roce 2014 vyvolala další nové otázky a obnovila diskusi nad otázkami původními. Pokud totiž dojde k nesprávné interpretaci, hrozí riziko existence veřejné podpory a tím pádem nemožnost stoprocentního financování. Pro pochopení úpravy výzkumné organizace je zapotřebí nejprve rozdělit problematiku do dvou tematických okruhů a po jejich postupném prověření by měla být otázka stoprocentního financování zodpovězena. Jsou jimi jednak samotná definice a dále povaha činnosti výzkumné organizace. Následným rozborem se ukazuje, že v důsledku změn obou těchto otázek se riziko přesahu do oblasti existence veřejné podpory zvýšilo, a to dokonce i v případech některých typových subjektů, jako jsou vysoké školy.

Abstract:

This Master Thesis is focused on the evaluation of non-profit organization financing. The main aim is the analysis of all possible financing forms of the particular organization Hospic u Sv. Alžběty in Brno. The considered financing forms are based on the theoretical findings realized from the first part of this work. Next topic is the analysis of current financing resources, the financial and the non-financial patterns, where the effective forms of financing are suggested as the benefit of supporting activities and progress.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis deals with the issue of choosing the right form of financing in the risk and uncertainty conditions - by bank loan or finance leasing. The leasing principle, contemporary condition of the Czech leasing market and the factors influencing the price of the financial leasing are reviewed at first. Then the attention is transfered to bank loans and their diversification. To finish the theorical data I´m featuring the methods of comparing both forms of financing and defining the risks. The aim of diploma thesis is choosing which of two forms of financing is preferable for the enterprise who wants to buy new goods vehicle for its business.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce poukazuje na důležité riziko, kterému čelí pojišťovny a zajišťovny. První kapitola analyzuje definiční prvky rizika terorizmu, kritéria a faktory pojistitelnosti pro účely poskytnutí pojistné / zajistné ochrany. Dále poukazuje na nový rozměr škod, vysokou korelací a hlavně nepředvídanost rizik, které mají za následek neochotu pojišťovacích společností upisovat teroristické riziko. Druhá kapitola má za cíl najít možná řešení financování následků tohoto rizika a to prostřednictvím jiných (tržních nebo netržních) mechanizmů. Závěrečná kapitola poukazuje na významnost škod na základě konkrétního příkladu útoku na World Trade Center 11. září 2001.

Abstract:

The goal of my diploma thesis is a financial assessment of feasibility of investment project which deals with implementation of four new bus lines in Prague integrated transportation. Evaluation is based on usage of net present value and internal yield percentage in three variants. In first variant the company uses just its own sources, the second variant is represented by drawing of bank loan and the third variation is solved by financial leasing. In the conclusion there is compared and evaluated an expediency of each way of investment financing.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the comparison of methods of financing budget deficits and national debt management in the Czech Republic with other OECD countries in the context of the current situation on the global financial market. The first part describes the methods of financing budget deficits in the Czech Republic which are compared with selected OECD countries. The second part is aimed at the impact of foreign exchange interventions of the Czech National Bank on the domestic bond market and it is compared with negative interest rates policy. The last part analyses the impact of the Public Sector Purchase Programme on the Czech Republic's bond market. The thesis implies that besides other factors, foreign exchange intervention of the Czech National Bank have an impact on the current situation on the bond market. While the impact of the programme PSPP has not yet proved.

Abstract:

This Master´s thesis is focused on optimizing the financing of the selected company. The thesis is divided into three main chapters. The theoretical part explains later used terms. The analytical part calculates the current financial situation of the company. The analysis detected that the selected company is managing a large money supply, which is not being utilised. Therefore the proposal shows prepared materials and the recommendation of financial products to utilise these funds.
