Abstract:
Kepala madrasah sebagai pengelola pendidikan harus mampu menyusun RKA untuk mencapai tujuan madrasah. Namun pada kenyataannya kepala madrasah dalam wilayah binaan peneliti masih belum mampu menyusun RKA dengan optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kepala madrasah se wilayah binaan dalam menyusun RKA melalui workshop. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian tindakan sekolah yang melibatkan 7 (tujuh) kepala madrasah se wilayah binaan peneliti. Penelitian dilakukan dengan dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri atas empat tahap, yaitu: perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rerata klasikal kepala madrasah dalam menyusun RKA naik dari 74,93 pada siklus I menjadi 90,07 pada siklus II. Persentase ketuntasan juga mengalami kenaikan, yaitu dari 1 orang (14,29%) pada siklus I menjadi 7 orang (100%) pada siklus II. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan kepala madrasah se wilayah binaan dalam menyusun RKA dapat ditingkatkan melalui workshop

Abstract:
Extremely massive MIMO (Multiple-Input Multiple-Output) is a technique to enable the spatial diversity. The systems employ a large number of antennas at the base stations, resulting in high computational complexity in various processes of wireless communications. The precoding process is one of them because the process requires the calculation of matrix inversion. The randomized Kaczmarz algorithm(rKA) is an iterative method to obtain the approximation so the computational time of precoding can be decreased. Some improvements of rKA were proposed so far, the iteration number required to obtain the approximation of inverse matrix is not so small. In this paper, we propose a new rKA method that applies the D’Hondt method, typically used for seat allocation in elections. In rKA process, the row vector is selected to use for updating approximation. Our method selects the row vector based on the D’Hondt method while the conventional rKA methods select the row vector probabilistic. Some results of simulation showed that the bit error ratio (BER) performance of our method is superior to other rKA methods at higher normalized transmit powers (NTP). The results also showed that the BER performances of our method with small number of iterations are more accurate than the others especially at high NTPs. That means our method can achieve the same BER performance with smaller number of iterations as the others, so the computational complexity of precoding with rKA is decreased.

Abstract:
AimsThe aims of this study were: 1) to describe extended restricted kinematic alignment (E-rKA), a novel alignment strategy during robotic-assisted total knee arthroplasty (RA-TKA); 2) to compare residual medial compartment tightness following virtual surgical planning during RA-TKA using mechanical alignment (MA) and E-rKA, in the same set of osteoarthritic varus knees; 3) to assess the requirement of soft-tissue releases during RA-TKA using E-rKA; and 4) to compare the accuracy of surgical plan execution between knees managed with adjustments in component positioning alone, and those which require additional soft-tissue releases.MethodsPatients who underwent RA-TKA between January and December 2022 for primary varus osteoarthritis were included. Safe boundaries for E-rKA were defined. Residual medial compartment tightness was compared following virtual surgical planning using E-rKA and MA, in the same set of knees. Soft-tissue releases were documented. Errors in postoperative alignment in relation to planned alignment were compared between patients who did (group A) and did not (group B) require soft-tissue releases.ResultsThe use of E-rKA helped restore all knees within the predefined boundaries, with appropriate soft-tissue balancing. E-rKA compared with MA resulted in reduced residual medial tightness following surgical planning, in full extension (2.71 mm (SD 1.66) vs 5.16 mm (SD 3.10), respectively; p < 0.001), and 90° of flexion (2.52 mm (SD 1.63) vs 6.27 mm (SD 3.11), respectively; p < 0.001). Among the study population, 156 patients (78%) were managed with minor adjustments in component positioning alone, while 44 (22%) required additional soft-tissue releases. The mean errors in postoperative alignment were 0.53 mm and 0.26 mm among patients in group A and group B, respectively (p = 0.328).ConclusionE-rKA is an effective and reproducible alignment strategy during RA-TKA, permitting a large proportion of patients to be managed without soft-tissue releases. The execution of minor alterations in component positioning within predefined multiplanar boundaries is a better starting point for gap management than soft-tissue releases.Cite this article: Bone Jt Open 2024;5(8):628–636.

Abstract:
Background: This study compared the early rehabilitation progress of patients undergoing robotic-assisted medial unicompartmental knee arthroplasty (mUKA) and robotic-assisted kinematically aligned total knee arthroplasty (rKA-TKA), focusing on daily activity by step-count measurements. Methods: A retrospective analysis of prospectively collected data from 88 patients (53 rKA-TKA and 35 mUKA) was conducted. Patients wore Garmin Vivofit® 4 activity trackers pre and postoperatively. Daily step counts were analyzed, and clinical outcomes were assessed using various scores, including the Knee Society Score (KSS) and Forgotten Joint Score (FJS). Results: Preoperative median daily step counts were comparable between groups (rKA-TKA: 3988 and mUKA: 4315; p = 0.128). At 6 and 7 weeks post-surgery, the mUKA group showed significantly higher median step counts (3741 and 4730) compared to the rKA-TKA group (2370 and 2910), with p-values of 0.015 and 0.048, respectively. The mUKA group reached 86.7% of their preoperative step count at week 6 and 100% at week 7, while the rKA-TKA group achieved 59.4% and 73%, respectively. Both groups surpassed their preoperative activity levels by week 9. Clinical outcomes at 2 months and 1 year post-surgery showed no significant differences between groups. Conclusions: While both the mUKA and rKA-TKA patients achieved their preoperative daily activity levels within nine weeks post-surgery, the mUKA patients reached this milestone approximately two weeks earlier. This study demonstrates a clinical benefit of mUKA in terms of faster postoperative remobilization, even when compared to kinematically aligned robotic-assisted TKA.

Abstract:
A compact coaxial relativistic klystron amplifier (RKA) with three cascaded bunching cavities is investigated to obtain high efficiency output in this paper. When the injection power and drift tube length are both decreased for the compactness of the initial coaxial RKA, the conversion efficiency of this device decreases to only 20%, which is mainly due to the insufficient modulation of intense relativistic electron beam (IREB). To solve this issue, three cascaded bunching cavities are designed to strengthen the modulation of IREB, and each bunching cavity is designed to a non-uniform single-gap cavity with a high external quality factor. Moreover, a specific drift tube length is chosen for minimizing the TEM mode leakage between every two adjacent cavities. With these methods, the self-oscillation between input and three cascaded bunching cavities can be successfully suppressed without loading any reflectors. The proposed three cascaded single-gap bunching cavities are further examined in a Ku-band coaxial RKA, and the output efficiency of this device increases to 44%, which is more than twice that of the initial coaxial RKA. Furthermore, the injection power and axial length of the propagating IREB in the improved coaxial RKA are reduced to only 5 kW and 10 wavelengths, respectively.

Namun, Sebelum mengembangkan sistem informasi, diperlukan perancangan sistem terlebih dahulu. Selanjutnya, penelitian akan menitikberatkan pada penganalisisan dan perancangan aplikasi RKA Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan SDM. Rincian analisis dan perancangan akan diuraikan dalam dokumen yang dikenal sebagai DPPL. DPPL adalah dokumen perancangan yang akan menjadi dasar untuk pelaksanaan sistem di masa depan. Transformation of the high CO2-requiring mutants of Synechocystis PCC6803 defective in inorganic carbon (Ci) transport (RKa and RKb) by wild type (WT) DNA libraries restored their ability to grow under air levels of CO2. Two clones (PK-1 and HP-1), which complement RKa and RKb, respectively, were isolated from the libraries. PK-1 contained an 11.8-kilobase pair (kbp) DNA insert. The sequence of amino acid coded in the DNA in the region of the mutation showed an extensive homology to that of the ndh2 gene product of liverwort chloroplasts, which is suspected to be the subunit 2 of NADH dehydrogenase. Based on the result, we designated the gene mutated in RKa as ndh2. Inactivation of the ndh2 gene in the WT cells by inserting an aminoglycoside-3′-phosphotransferase gene generated a mutant (M57) that was unable to grow under low CO2 conditions. HP-1 contained a 5.4-kbp DNA insert. Sequencing of nucleotides in the region of the mutation revealed an open reading frame that codes a hydrophobic protein that consists of 80 amino acids. Insertional inactivation of this putative Ci transport gene, designated ictA, generated a high CO2-requiring mutant (M9). All these mutants (RKa, RKb, M9, and M57) showed very low activity of CO2 uptake into the intracellular Ci pools. The activity of HCO3− uptake was negligibly low in RKb, M9, M57 and high CO2-grown cells of RKa, and was about 10% the activity of wild type cells in low CO2-adapted cells of RKa. The purpose of this study was to analyze The Mediation Role of RKA-SKPD Review On The Effect of Effectiveness of Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) and Competence of Regional Financial Management Officials on Budgetary Planning. The population in this study were 116 Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) who worked in Regional Government Organizations (OPD) Serang Regency. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis technique used is quantitative. Structural Equation Modeling is used as an analysis with the help of Smart PLS software version 3.3.3. The results in this study indicate that The effectiveness of APIP and Competency of PPKD have a significant positive effect on Budgeting Planning and RKA-SKPD Review on APIP in Regional Government Organizations (OPD) Serang Regency. Budgeting Planning has a significant positive effect on the RKA-SKPD Review on APIP in the Regional Government Organization (OPD) of Serang Regency. The RKA-SKPD review can mediate the effect of APIP Effectiveness and PPKD Competence on Budgeting Planning on APIP in Local Government Organizations (OPD) Serang Regency.

Policy paper ini menguraikan bahwa Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran (RKA) adalah salah satu instrumen dalam pelaksanaan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) untuk mendukung pembangunan nasional. Setiap Kementerian/Lembaga (K/L) menyusun RKA sebagai acuan dalam pelaksanaan anggaran berdasarkan kebutuhan masing-masing untuk mencapai tujuan dan sasaran yang telah ditetapkan. Namun, dalam implementasinya, terkadang terjadi kesenjangan antara RKA dengan pelaksanaan anggaran, yang dapat menghambat pencapaian tujuan. Paper ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis penyebab kesenjangan ini. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, yang mencakup studi literatur, wawancara, dan observasi partisipatif dalam penyusunan anggaran. Pembahasan paper ini menunjukkan bahwa beberapa faktor berkontribusi terhadap ketidaksesuaian antara dokumen perencanaan dan realisasi anggaran. Kualitas dokumen perencanaan sering kali tidak mencerminkan kebutuhan riil dan prioritas kebijakan. Selain itu, kurangnya data yang akurat dan terkini menjadi tantangan dalam penyusunan RKA yang berkualitas. Pemanfaatan sistem informasi yang belum optimal juga menjadi masalah, karena banyak proses masih bergantung pada metode manual yang rentan terhadap kesalahan. Paper ini memberikan saran berupa pengembangan sistem informasi terpadu yang dapat meningkatkan akurasi, transparansi, dan efisiensi dalam proses perencanaan dan pelaksanaan anggaran. Penerapan hal ini sebagai kebijakan di Kementerian Agama diharapkan dapat menghasilkan dampak positif yang signifikan, seperti peningkatan kualitas perencanaan anggaran, pengambilan keputusan yang lebih berbasis data, serta peningkatan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan anggaran di Kementerian Agama.

The study aims to analyze the mechanism for compiling the RKA-SKPD in Sampang Regency, focusing on the SKPD in Jrengik District. This research method uses descriptive qualitative with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the mechanism for preparing the RKA-SKPD starts from several stages, such as starting from the Musrenbancam to be included in the Renja-SKPD. Abstract:
This article aims to evaluate the formulation of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) in West Sumba Regency, specifically during the fiscal year 2019/2020. The research focuses on the stages of APBD formulation, namely the drafting of APBD, the formulation of the General Budget Policy (KUA), the formulation of the Temporary Budget Ceiling (PPAS), the preparation of Regional Working Plans and Budgets of Regional Apparatus (RKA-SKPD), the verification of RKA-SKPD, and the enactment of the Regional Regulation on the APBD (Ranperda APBD). The qualitative method with a descriptive approach is used in this study. Data was collected through interviews and document studies. The Miles and Huberman data analysis method was employed. The findings indicate that, overall, the APBD formulation process adhered to the applicable legal provisions. However, several shortcomings were identified. Firstly, there were delays in the evaluation of the formulation. Secondly, many of the aspirations of the West Sumba community were not accommodated in the KUA during the APBD formulation. Thirdly, inconsistencies between Regional Medium-Term Development Plans (RKPD) and RKA SKPD were due to inadequate socialization during the preparation of RKA-SKPD. Fourthly, RKA-SKPD verification was hurried, impacting the effectiveness of the verification process. Finally, the West Sumba APBD Ranperda should have been socialized to the public before being ratified by the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD), which was not carried out. These findings highlight the limited involvement of actors in the formulation of the West Sumba APBD due to the dominant role of the government in the formulation process. This contrasts with the policy network theory, which emphasizes the significance of involving various actors in decision-making to enhance the quality of decisions taken.

Pada prinsipnya supervisi merupakan sebuah upaya yang dilakukan oleh supervisor untuk membantu guru dalam meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kegiatan belajar mengajar (KBM). Membantu dalam pengertian untuk memecahkan kesulitan yang dialami oleh guru selama melaksanakan KBM. Disatu sisi mengembangkan kegiatan KBM yang sudah baik. Untuk membantu tersebut supervisor melakukan supervisi kunjungan kelas dengan harapan dapat melakukan pengamatan secara langsung. Temuan bersifat kekurangan akan diperbaiki dan yang sudah baik diberikan reinforcement sehingga semua temuan dapat dikembangkan pada KBM selanjutnya. Tujuan penelitian adalah ingin mengkaji penerapan RKA dan ingin mengetahui supervisi kunjungan kelas dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran bagi guru pada sekolah binaan pada semester genap tahun 2017/2018 di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Subyek peneitian adalah lima orang guru dari lima sekolah binaan. Rancangan penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan sekolah. Hasil pengkajiam pelaksanaan RKA dan RPP untuk setiap guru, secara umum mengalami peningkatan dari refleksi awal sampai dengan siklus II. Pelaksanaan RKA pada siklus I persentase skor rata-rata dari lima sekolah 88,32 (Sesuai) dan siklus II sebesar 97.92 (Sesuai).Untuk PBM pada refleksi awal diperoleh persentase skor rata-rata 62,2 (Kurang sesuai), siklus I sebesar 83,4 (Cukup sesuai) dan pada siklus II diperoleh sebesar 94,6 (Sesuai). Memperhatikan hasil kajian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses pelaksanaan supervisi kunjungan kelas untuk peningkatan pembelajaran bagi guru pada sekolah binaan pada semester genap tahun 2017/2018 di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi telah sesuai dengan RKA yang disusun. Demikian dengan pelaksanaan RPP dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar sesuai dengan RPP yang disusn serta telah mengalami perbaikan dan peningkatan.

To significantly improve the electronic efficiency of coaxial multi-beam relativistic klystron amplifier (CMB-RKA), the physical process of beam-wave interaction and parameters that affect efficiency was studied. First, the high efficiency of beam-wave interaction was discussed by simulating the efficiency versus the parameters (frequency of cavity, drift tube length between cavities, and external quality factor of output cavity), in the one-dimensional (1-D) large-signal simulation software. Moreover, the further physical process of beam-wave interaction was analyzed through simulating the current modulation factor and the number of particles at the entrance of the output cavity, in the three-dimensional (3-D) particle in cell simulation software. Last, with the optimal parameters in 3-D simulations, the CMB-RKA, which has 14 electron beams with a total current of 4.2 kA (14 × 300 A), can generate an output power of 1.02 GW with a saturation gain of 55.6 dB and an efficiency of 48.7%, when beam voltage is 500 kV, which indicated the CMB-RKA can achieve high efficiency for high-power microwave radiation.

Objective. Metaphyseal sleeve (MS) fixation in revision knee arthroplasty (RKA) among Western populations has been reported with very encouraging outcomes. The aim of this study was to report our experience with the use of MS in RKA among an Arabic population. Clinical and radiographic outcomes and implant survivorship were reported at a minimum follow-up of 2 years and a mean follow-up of 4.1 years. Methods. A retrospective analysis was conducted on prospectively collected data of patients who underwent RKA with a MS in combination with a cementless stem (femoral or tibial). Range of motion (ROM) and Knee Society Score (KSS) were obtained pre- and postoperatively. Complications, occurrence of stem-tip pain, and implant survival were documented. Knee radiographs were obtained to evaluate the alignment and osseointegration or loosening of the MS. Results. A total of 52 sleeves (27 tibial and 25 femoral) implanted in 27 RKAs (27 patients) were included. The mean follow-up period was 4.1 ± 1.8 (2–7.5) years. Postoperatively, the ROM improved from 89.3 ± 9.2 to 106.3 ± 11.4 (p = 0.19) and the KSS also significantly improved, from 102.9 ± 35.6 to 130.2 ± 33.7 (p < 0.001). One patient (3.7%) developed heterotopic ossification, and another one (3.7 %) had a stem-tip pain on the tibial side; both were managed conservatively. One patient (3.7 %) sustained a fracture and required reoperation. None of the sleeves showed progressive radiolucent lines, and none required revision. The aseptic survivorship and overall survivorship at a mean of 4.1 years were 100% and 96.3%, respectively. Conclusion. MS provided successful midterm outcomes that were maintained in obese patients with different levels of constraint. Our series supports their use as a viable option in RKA.

Kandungan karbohidrat struktural terutama lignin rumput Kume (Sorghum plumosum var. Timorense) kering relatif tinggi sehingga menurunkan nilai manfaatnya sebagai pakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menurunkan kandungan lignin, selulosa dan hemiselulosa rumput Kume dengan cara hidrolisis alkali menggunakan filtrat abu sekam padi (FASP) dan penambahan urea dan enzim urease pada rasio yang berbeda. Metode eksperimen laboratorium menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) 6 × 3 untuk menguji 6 perlakuan yakni: RK1= Rumput Kume kering dipercik FASP 15% b/v dihidrolisis selama 3 jam, RK2= RK1 + urea 4%, RK3 = RK1 + urea 4% + urease 8% (1:2), RK4= RK1 + urea 4% + urease 12% (1:3), RK5= RK1 + urea 4% + urease 16% (1:4), dan RK6= RK1 + urea 4% + urease 20% (1:5). Sebagai kontrol adalah rumput Kume kering yang tidak dihidrolisis. Tiap unit percobaan digunakan 1 kg rumput Kume kering (basis bahan kering) sebagai substrat dan dihidrolisis dalam 1 silo kantong plastik selama 3 jam. Proses pembuatan FSAP sesuai petunjuk Dami Dato (1998). Ke dalam satu liter FASP ditambahkan 40g urea dan 10g kalsium karbonat sebagai sumber kalsium, 18g garam dapur sebagai sumber natrium, dan 2g belerang sebagai sumber sulfur. Prosedur hidrolisis dilakukan sesuai petunjuk Sutrisno dkk. (1986). Variabel yang diamati adalah perubahan kandungan neutral detergent fibre (NDF), hemiselulosa, selulosa, lignin, dan acid detergent fibre (ADF). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara statistik sesuai prosedur General linear model untuk RAL dan perbedaan antar perlakuan diuji menggunakan uji Duncan pada nilai ? = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan rasio urea:urease dari 1:2 hingga 1:5 sangat nyata menurunkan kandungan NDF sebesar 7,87 19,49%, hemiselulosa sebesar 31,10-65,72%, selulosa sebesar 15,13- 31,60%, lignin sebesar 3,97-20,16%, dan meningkatkan kandaungan ADF sebesar 8,84-13,78%; namun tidak ada perbedaan antara rasio 1:4 (RK 5) dan 1:5 (RK6) untuk semua variabel. Disimpulkan bahwa, hidrolisis rumput Kume kering secara alkali menggunakan FASP dan ditambahi urea dan enzim urease dengan rasio 1:4 merupakan perlakuan terbaik untuk menurunkan kandungan NDF, hemiselulosa, selulosa, lignin, dan meningkatkan kandungan ADF dalam rumput Kume kering.

Background: This prospective clinical–radiological study was conducted to determine whether the dynamic mobility stress radiographs can predict the postoperative vertebral height restoration, kyphosis correction, and cement volume injected after vertebroplasty. Methods: Patients included had the diagnosis of significant back pain caused by osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture secondary to trivial injury. All the patients underwent routine preoperative sitting lateral spine radiograph, supine stress lateral spine radiograph, and supine anteroposterior spine radiograph. The radiological parameters recorded were anterior vertebral height (AVH), middle vertebral height (MVH), posterior vertebral height (PVH), MVH level below, wedge endplate angle (WEPA), and regional kyphotic angle (RKA). The supine stress versus sitting difference (SSD) for all the above parameters were calculated. Results: A total of 28 patients (4 males; 24 females) with the mean age of 75.6 ± 7.7 years were recruited into this study. The mean cement volume injected was 5.5 ± 1.8 ml. There was no difference between supine stress and postoperative radiographs for AVH ( p = 0.507), PVH ( p = 0.913) and WEPA ( p = 0.379). The MVH ( p = 0.026) and RKA ( p = 0.005) were significantly less in the supine stress radiographs compared to postoperative radiographs. There was significant correlation ( p < 0.05) between supine stress and postoperative AVH, MVH, PVH, WEPA, and RKA. The SSD for AVH, PVH, WEPA, and RKA did not have significant correlation with the cement volume ( p > 0.05). Only the SSD-MVH had significant correlation with cement volume, but the correlation was weak ( r = 0.39, p = 0.04). Conclusions: Dynamic mobility stress radiographs can predict the postoperative vertebral height restoration and kyphosis correction after vertebroplasty for thoracolumbar osteoporotic fracture with intravertebral clefts. However, it did not reliably predict the amount of cement volume injected as it was affected by other factors.

KDM[F]-CCA security of public-key encryption (PKE) ensures the privacy of key-dependent messages f(sk) which are closely related to the secret key sk, where f∈F, even if the adversary is allowed to make decryption queries. In this paper, we study the design of KDM-CCA secure PKE. To this end, we develop a new primitive named Auxiliary-Input Authenticated Encryption (AIAE). For AIAE, we introduce two related-key attack (RKA) security notions, including IND-RKA and weak-INT-RKA. We present a generic construction of AIAE from tag-based hash proof system (HPS) and one-time secure authenticated encryption (AE) and give an instantiation of AIAE under the Decisional Diffie-Hellman (DDH) assumption. Using AIAE as an essential building block, we give two constructions of efficient KDM-CCA secure PKE based on the DDH and the Decisional Composite Residuosity (DCR) assumptions. Specifically, (i) our first PKE construction is the first one achieving KDM[Faff]-CCA security for the set of affine functions and compactness of ciphertexts simultaneously. (ii) Our second PKE construction is the first one achieving KDM[Fpolyd]-CCA security for the set of polynomial functions and almost compactness of ciphertexts simultaneously. Our PKE constructions are very efficient; in particular, they are pairing-free and NIZK-free.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi pengunaan PBCS dalam proses penyusunan RKA di PT ABC dari sudut pandang penggunanya. Rerangka penelitian ini menggunakan empat variabel kunci dari Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), yaitu ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial, dan kondisi yang memfasilitasi. Analisis dilakukan dengan triangulasi hasil kuesioner dan wawancara kepada pengguna PBCS di PT ABC. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan keempat variabel UTAUT, penggunaan PBCS dalam penyusunan RKA PT ABC telah berjalan dengan baik.

OBJECTIVE Three-column osteotomy (3CO) is used for severe spinal deformities. Associated complications include sagittal translation (ST), which can lead to neurological symptoms. Mismatch between the surgical center of rotation (COR) and the concept of the ideal COR is a potential cause of ST. Matching surgical with conceptual COR is difficult with pedicle subtraction osteotomy (PSO) and vertebral column resection (VCR). This mismatch influences correction geometry, which can prevent maximum possible correction. The authors’ objective was to examine the sagittal correction geometry and surgical COR of thoracic and lumbar 3CO. METHODS In a retrospective study of patients with PSO or VCR for severe sagittal plane deformity, analysis of surgical COR was performed using pre- and postoperative CT scans in the PSO group and digital radiographs in the VCR group. Radiographic analysis included standard deformity measurements and regional kyphosis angle (RKA). All patients had 2-year follow-up, including neurological outcome. Preoperative CT scans were studied for rigid osteotomy sites versus mobile osteotomy sites. Additional radiographic analysis of surgical COR was based on established techniques superimposing pre- and postoperative images. Position of the COR was defined in a rectangular net layered onto the osteotomy vertebrae (OVs). RESULTS The study included 34 patients undergoing PSO and 35 undergoing VCR, with mean ages of 57 and 29 years and mean RKA corrections of 31° and 49°, respectively. In the PSO group, COR was mainly in the anterior column, and surgical and conceptual COR matched in 22 patients (65%). Smaller RKA correction (27° vs 32°, p = 0.09) was seen in patients with anterior eccentric COR. Patients with rigid osteotomy sites were more likely to have an anterior eccentric COR (41% vs 11%, p = 0.05). In the VCR group, 20 patients (57%) had single-level VCR and 15 (43%) had multilevel VCR. COR was mainly located in the anterior or middle column. Mismatch between surgical and conceptual COR occurred in 24 (69%) patients. Larger RKA correction (63° vs 45°, p = 0.03) was seen in patients with anterior column COR. Patients with any posterior COR had a smaller RKA correction compared to the rest of the patients (42° vs 61°, p = 0.007). CONCLUSIONS Matching the surgical with the conceptual COR is difficult and in this study failed in one- to two-thirds of all patients. In order to avoid ST during correction of severe deformities, temporary rods, tracking rods, or special instruments should be used for correction maneuvers.

Memodelkan ASB dengan analisis regresi dapat menghasilkan model yang wajar, apabila kegiatan-kegiatan yang anggaran belanjanya tidak wajar tidak diikutsertakan (adanya outlier), sehingga model regresi memiliki ketepatan tinggi dalam memprediksi total belanja setiap kegiatan.

The village government is required to carry out village financial management in a transparent, accountable, participatory, orderly and disciplined manner. Therefore, after the APBDesa has been determined, the village head assigns village officials as executors of village financial management (PPKD) to prepare Budget Implementation Documents (DPA). This DPA consists of; Village Activities and Budget Plans (RKA), Village Activity Work Plans (RKK), and Budget Plans (RAB). This community service is carried out so that the nagari apparatus has the capacity to compile these three documents. The steps taken in this service activity are: site visits, site analysis, socialization, FGD, and closed with the practice of preparing DPA. The result of this community service activity is that the nagari apparatus understands more about regulations in village financial management, knows the flow in preparing DPA and RAK, and becomes skilled in preparing DPA and RAK.

Introduction: Image-based robotic assistance appears to be a promising tool for individualizing alignment in total knee arthroplasty (TKA). The patient-specific model of the knee enables a preoperative 3D planning of component position. Adjustments to the individual soft-tissue situation can be done intraoperatively. Based on this, we have established a standardized workflow to implement the idea of kinematic alignment (KA) for robotic-assisted TKA. In addition, we have defined limits for its use. If these limits are reached, we switch to a restricted KA (rKA). The aim of the study was to evaluate (1) in what percentage of patients a true KA or an rKA is applicable, (2) whether there were differences regarding knee phenotypes, and (3) what the differences of philosophies in terms of component position, joint stability, and early patient outcome were. Methods: The study included a retrospective analysis of 111 robotic-assisted primary TKAs. Based on preoperative long leg standing radiographs, the patients were categorized into a varus, valgus, or neutral subgroup. Initially, all patients were planned for KA TKA. When the defined safe zone had been exceeded, adjustments to an rKA were made. Intraoperatively, the alignment of the components and joint gaps were recorded by robotic software. Results and conclusion: With our indication for TKA and the defined boundaries, “only” 44% of the patients were suitable for a true KA with no adjustments or soft tissue releases. In the varus group, it was about 70%, whereas it was 0% in the valgus group and 25% in the neutral alignment group. Thus, significant differences with regard to knee morphotypes were evident. In the KA group, a more physiological knee balance reconstructing the trapezoidal flexion gap (+2 mm on average laterally) was seen as well as a closer reconstruction of the surface anatomy and joint line in all dimensions compared to rKA. This resulted in a higher improvement in the collected outcome scores in favor of KA in the very early postoperative phase.

Bantuan operasional pendidikan (BOP) bertujuan untuk membebaskan biaya seluruh siswa satuan pendidikan negeri dari SPP rutin, meningkatkan kinerja dan kesejahteraan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, melengkapi kebutuhan untuk kegiatan proses belajar mengajar (PBM). Oleh karena itu proses pelaporan rencana kerja dan anggaran (RKA) dari bantuan operasional pendidikan (BOP) menjadi suatu kebutuhan yang sangat penting dalam menunjang pengelolaan administrasi satuan pendidikan.
 Sistem yang digunakan pada unit pelaksana teknis (UPT) masih bersifat konvensional, proses laporan dilakukan dimana berkas-berkas laporan yang dikirimkan oleh setiap sekolah dikelola dan direkap secara manual, sehingga menyebabkan proses rekap data menjadi lambat serta proses input data kedalam sistem saat ini masih harus merinci dan melihat laporan dari setiap sekolah menyebabkan sering terjadinya kesalahan. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian akan merancang sistem informasi rencana kerja dan anggaran (RKA-BOP) berbasis web agar dapat mempercepat proses rekap data serta agar dapat meminimalisir kesalahan dalam proses penginputan di unit pelaksana teknis (UPT). Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini terbukti bahwa sistem yang dibangun pada unit pelaksana teknis (UPT) dapat mempercepat proses rekap data serta agar dapat meminimalisir kesalahan dalam proses penginputan

The purpose of this study is to create a design of integrated accounting information system between budgeting information system as a part of Integrated Financial Reporting and Management Information System (iFRAMES). Transparency Theory is used to analyze the needs of budgeting transparency in government organization. The method used in budgeting system design is Framework for the Application of Systems Thinking (FAST) as the method in planning system design and the study approach used is a case study with triangulation method with qualitative data in the form of data from interview and quantitative data in the form of document review. The unit of analysis examined in this study is multiple-embedded units, between DKI Jakarta Health Office and BLUD. Stroke is a serious worldwide medical condition that causes neurological function disability. Diffusional kurtosis imaging, which measures the non-Gaussianity of water diffusion, has been demonstrated to be a sensitive biomarker in many neuro-pathologies. This study explores the relationship between neural function recovery and transformation of the ischemic lesion and/or corticospinal tract during the sub-acute phase after stroke by using diffusional kurtosis imaging. We performed a prospective study of function recovery and K metrics of 43 patients with sub-acute ischemic stroke in the middle cerebral artery territory. The effect of rehabilitation treatment was evaluated using both the Fugl-Meyer motor function score and modified Barthel index score at post-treatment compared with admission, and patients were allocated to two groups: good and poor rehabilitation effect (GRE and PRE). Metrics of diffusional kurtosis imaging within ischemic lesion and along the corticospinal tract were acquired, respectively. All three relative axial diffusional kurtoses (rKas) along the corticospinal tract in the GRE group ( n = 21) were significantly larger than those of the PRE group ( n = 22), including rKa in the posterior limb of internal capsule, rKa in the cerebral peduncle, and rKa in the basal part of the pons ( p = 0.014, 0.005, and 0.021, respectively). This multi-parametric magnetic resonance imaging study showed that diffusional kurtosis imaging has the potential to complement existing stroke imaging techniques and revealed its own advantages in elucidating the possible biophysical mechanism of functional restoration underlying ischemic stroke.

 Setiap Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) harus melaporkan penggunaan anggaran atau laporan realisasi kepada BAPPEDA. Setiap petugas SKPD menyerahkan laporan realisasi kepada Sekretariat. Apabila terjadi kesalahan dalam penyusunan laporan realisasi, maka SKPD yang salah akan diinformasikan kembali dan harus membuat ulang dan mengulangi prosesdur administrasi pelaporan realisasi. Hal ini dirasa tidak efektif, dikarenakan setiap SKPD harus mendatangi kantor hanya untuk menyerahkan laporan realisasi dan juga membebankan petugas yang mengisi data realisasi untuk setiap SKPD. Maka dari itu, penulisan ini berisikan tentang penelitian untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh BAPPEDA Kabupaten Kubu Raya dengan membangun sistem informasi administrasi pelaporan realisasi SKPD berbasis web yang menggunakan model air terjun sebagai model pengembangan perangkat lunak yang terdiri dari analisis, desain, pengkodean, pengujian dan pendukung. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan terdiri dari observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Sistem ini menyediakan fasilitas kepada dua (2) level pengguna, yaitu petugas Sekretariat dan petugas SKPD. Petugas Sekretariat dapat mengelola data SKPD, pengguna, uraian, program, kegiatan, mengakses laporan RKA-SKPD dan laporan realisasi. Petugas SKPD dapat mengubah data SKPD, mengelola pengguna, mengelola RKA-SKPD, mengakses laporan RKA-SKPD (personal), mengelola transaksi realisasi dan mengakses laporan realisasi (personal). Sistem ini dibuat dengan bahasa pemrograman hypertext preprocessor (PHP), hypertext markup language (HTML), cascading style sheet (CSS), jquery, javascript dan bootstrap serta codeigniter sebagai framework, MySQL sebagai aplikasi basis data dan sublime text sebagai web editor. Untuk mencapai kelulusan akreditasi JCI ada 16 standar yang harus dipenuhi oleh RSUD Dr.Soetomo. Pada penelitian awal yaitu pada bulan Januari 2016, terdapat beberapa temuan masalah yang dinilai oleh Tim Penilai Akreditasi JCI yang ada di RSUD Dr. Soetomo. Jika Rumah Sakit Umum Dr. Soetomo ingin lulus dalam penilaian akreditasi JCI maka pihak rumah sakit harus menyelesaikan temuan penilaian awal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Inferensial yaitu suatu penelitian dengan melakukan analisis hubungan antar variabel dengan pengujian hipotesis. Peneliti menetapkan hipotesis tentang Adakah kesesuaian antara penggunaan anggaran Rumah Sakit terhadap penyelesaian Initial Assesment ?. Dalam pengujian hipotesis tersebut peneliti menggunakan Uji Chi Square. Peneliti menggunakan beberapa data primer antara lain, Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran, Data Usulan Kelompok Kerja FMS, dan data temuan JCI serta melakukan wawancara. Jumlah usulan Pokja FMS yang sesuai dengan temuan Initial Assesmment akreditasi JCI sebanyak 34 usulan sedangkan jumlah usulan yang tidak sesuai adalah sebanyak 78 usulan dari 112 usulan. Untuk jumlah RKA yang sesuai dengan Initial Assesment sebanyak 76 item, sedangkan yang tidak sesuai adalah sebanyak 135 item dari 211 rencana kerja. Pada uji Chi square nilai asymp signifikansinya < 0,05 maka H0 diterima, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa tidak adanya kesesuaian antara penggunaan anggaran Rumah Sakit terhadap penyelesaian Initial Assesmen. Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran (RKA) yang tidak berhubungan untuk menjawab temuan Initial Assesment anggarannya jangan realisasikan karena bisa menjadi sumber pemborosan anggaran Rumah Sakit. RKA yang tidak sesuai dengan temuan anggarannya dapat dipangkas atau digunakan untuk menjawab temuan yang belum terjawab.

The excitation and suppression of asymmetric modes in a coaxial relativistic klystron amplifier (RKA) with cascaded single-gap bunching cavities are analyzed in this paper. Through theoretical analysis and simulated verification, we find that the asymmetric modes of cascaded single-gap bunching cavities have low external quality factors, the same resonant frequencies, and negative beam-loading conductance ratios so that they are easily excited by the electron beam. To solve this issue, a feasible method is proposed in this paper to suppress the asymmetric modes of cascaded single-gap bunching cavities, under the conditions of decreasing their coupling coefficients and increasing the frequency separation, choosing an appropriate drift tube length between them. These improved bunching cavities are further examined in an X-band coaxial RKA by 3D particle-in-cell simulation, which shows that high power microwaves with a power of 0.8 GW are generated corresponding to an efficiency of 40%. Furthermore, there is no asymmetric mode competition during 150 ns of simulation time.

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the impact of changes in government expenditures, budget revisions, and budget blockages on Indonesia's Work Plan and Budget of Ministries/Agencies (RKA-K/L) implementation's performance value from 2016 to 2020. The study was conducted on 12 Ministries/Institutions (K/L) with a quantitative descriptive approach. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and the method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study indicate that budget revisions and budget blockages affect the budget performance value of Ministries/Agencies (RKA-K/L) with the variance of Government spending as an intervening variable. The results of this study are expected to be used in decision-making, especially in the policy of budget revisions and budget blockades carried out by the Central Government and internal Ministries/Agencies (K/L) to reduce the widening of variance in human resources expenditures, goods expenditures, and capital expenditures which have an impact on performance achievement organization.

Each Regional Apparatus Work Unit (SKPD) must report the use of the budget or realization report to BAPPEDA. Each SKPD officer submits a realization report to the Secretariat. If an error occurs in the preparation of the realization report, the wrong SKPD will be informed again and must re-create and repeat the administration process for reporting realization. This is deemed ineffective, because each SKPD must come to the office only to submit a realization report and also charge officers who fill in the realization data for each SKPD. Therefore, this writing contains research to solve the problems faced by BAPPEDA Kubu Raya Regency by building a web-based SKPD realization reporting administration information system that uses the waterfall model as a software development model consisting of analysis, design, coding, testing. and supporters. Data collection techniques used consisted of observation, interviews and literature study. This system provides facilities to two (2) levels of users, namely Secretariat officers and SKPD officers. Secretariat officers can manage SKPD data, users, descriptions, programs, activities, access RKA-SKPD reports and realization reports. SKPD officers can change SKPD data, manage users, manage RKA-SKPD, access RKA-SKPD reports (personal), manage realization transactions and access realization reports (personal). This system is made using hypertext preprocessor (PHP) programming language, hypertext markup language (HTML), cascading style sheet (CSS), jquery, javascript and bootstrap as well as codeigniter as a framework, MySQL as a database application and sublime text as a web editor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Lokasi Penelitian ini di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Banjarbaru, Kelurahan Kemuning, Banjarbaru Selatan, Kota Banjarbaru, Kalimantan Selatan. Subjek penelitian mencakup kepala sekolah, bendahara dan komite sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data deskriptif. Introduction: Total knee arthroplasty (TKA) utilizing deep-dish tibial inserts has gained interest due to its high congruency and enhanced stability. However, due to the advent of more personalized alignment philosophies, the combination of a rotating-platform deep-dish TKA design with restricted kinematic alignment (rKA) might improve patient satisfaction. Therefore, this study evaluated the five-year clinical and functional outcomes of rKA with a deep-dish TKA design. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on patients who underwent primary TKA with a rotating-platform deep-dish design and rKA. Of 143 eligible patients, 123 completed five-year follow-up. Clinical and radiographic assessments included the five-year postoperative results: Knee Society Score (KSS), patient satisfaction, range of motion, coronal limb and implant alignment, postoperative complications and implant survivorship. Statistical analyses compared preoperative and postoperative outcomes with paired analyses. Results: Median KSS Knee and Function scores significantly improved from 70 (IQR 5) and 60 (IQR 26) preoperatively to 90 (IQR 20) and 93 (IQR 21) postoperatively (p < 0.001). Postoperative coronal alignment in this study encompassed a hip-knee-ankle angle was 178.1° ± 3.5, a Lateral Distal Femoral Angle of 89.9° ± 2.6, and a Medial Proximal Tibial Angle of 88.6° ± 2.2. At five years, 94% of patients were either satisfied or very satisfied. The revision-free survival rate was 98%. Periprosthetic joint infection and arthrofibrosis were the most common complications (1.6% for both groups separately), followed by aseptic loosening of a cementless femoral component (0.8%) and patellar dislocation (0.8%). Discussion: Rotating-platform deep-dish TKA with restricted kinematic alignment results in excellent functional outcomes, high patient satisfaction, and low complication rates at five-year follow-up. These findings support its viability as a surgical strategy, though long-term studies are warranted to assess implant durability and survivorship beyond 10 years.

Abstract:
Every year, all units at the Lhokseumawe State Polytechnic (PNL) are required to plan activity plans and budgets (RKA). This includes Library units, Departments, SPI, P3M, P4M, and other units. However, the process of planning activities to budget realization still depends on Drive services, causing complexity and lack of coordination in managing data. To overcome this problem, a solution is needed in the form of SIREKA (Work Plan and Budget Management Information System). In this application, the least squares method is used as a prediction tool for activity budget data. From the results of the calculations carried out, it is known that the least squares method has a high level of accuracy of 97.71% with a MAPE value of 2.29%, so this method is considered successful. The implementation of SIREKA has been successful in overcoming RKA obstacles in PNL, as well as providing budget predictions that are useful for decision making. SIREKA has proven itself to be a solution that has a positive impact on the Politeknik Negeri Lhokseumawe.
