Dissolved oxygen (DO), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), and nitrate-nitrogen (NO3-N) showed significant trends (R2 ≥ 0.5) across the year, while total phosphorus (TP) and faecal coliform bacteria (FCB) showed significant trends only in the wet season. DO increased, but BOD, NO3-N, and TP decreased, from the lower section (river kilometres (rkm) 7–58 from the river mouth) through the middle section (rkm 58–143) to the upper section (rkm 143–379) of the river. Abstract:
This paper is devoted to the theoretical description of the dynamics of a rim formed by capillary forces at the edge of a free, thin liquid sheet. The rim dynamics are described using a quasi-one-dimensional approach accounting for the inertia of the liquid in the rim and for the liquid flow entering the rim from the sheet, surface tension and viscous stresses. The governing equations are derived from the mass, momentum and moment-of-momentum-balance equations of the rim. The theory provides a basis from which to analyse the linear stability of a straight line rim bounding a planar liquid shee

Red kidney bean (RKB) flour is a nutrient-rich ingredient with potential use in bakery products. The objective of this study was to investigate the viscoelastic properties and key quality parameters of a functional RKB flour in gluten-free cupcakes with different rice flour levels. A 10 g model batter was developed for analyzing the viscoelastic properties of RKB with rice incorporation, in a formula containing oil, liquid eggs, and water. Rice flour was added at five levels 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, and 25% (w/w, g rice flour/100 g RKB flour). Rice flour increased RKB batter consistency, solid- and l

We have studied the comparative importance of the relativistic beaming model (RBM) and the density variation model (DVM) in our understanding of asymmetries in double radio sources, using their lobe separation ratio (Q) and flux density ratio (F). Our result shows an F − Q correlation in the sense expected for the RBM but contrary to the DVM. We attributed the result for the DVM to varying beam power, as its efficiency is density profile-dependent. From the coredominant parameter-linear size R − D relation for the RBM subsample, we found that sources in this subsample are beamed within an opti

This study explores how employee satisfaction moderates the relationship between corporate performance and innovative behavior using deep learning models: Autoencoder and restricted Boltzmann machines (RBM). The Autoencoder extracts key features for better analysis, while the RBM-based model analyzes the relationships among employee satisfaction, corporate performance, and innovative behavior. Results show a positive correlation between employee satisfaction and innovative behavior (0.460) and between innovative behavior and corporate performance (0.348). The paper analyzes the remnants of the sheep (ram) cult among the Bashkirs, which was one of the revered animals in their religious and mystical views. The consecration of the sheep (ram) by the ancient Bashkirs is based on the remnants of the totemic way of primitive people thinking about the identity, unity and blood relationship of man and the sheep (ram). Their vestiges are manifested in fairytale folklore, folk games, tribal ethnonymy and anthroponyms of the Bashkirs. The existence in the oral stories of the Bashkirs of a character a king with rams horns shows that the ancient Bashkirs re

Since its foundation in the early 1980's, Formal ConceptAnalysis (FCA) has been used in many applications in data analysis, information retrieval, and knowledge discovery. In this paper, we suggest to exploit the framework of relational database model (RDM) and rough relational database model (RRDM) for Formal Concept Analysis. The basic idea is as follows. We firstly treat any relation (R,A) of RDM as a many-valued context of FCA. But for the rough relations of RRDM, we define a special kind of many-valued context – rough-relational context in FCA (In this kind of context, every attribute val

In the case of the Fe as TM, the magnetic properties are sensitive to hydrogenation. In particular, the interlayer exchange coupling changes remarkably by hydrogenation. On the other hand, in the case of the Co as TM, the magnetic properties do not change by hydrogenation, and the change of the coupling by hydrogenation canno
