Abstract The main purpose of creating this object was to create a place where people having bad living situation will meet people who live regular lives. This is the reason why two floors were projected. The first floor is designed for social activities whereas the second floor is a housing part with apartments. The advantage of irregular but compact shape of the building is perfect connection between its functional parts. The object does not have any basement and it is placed in a little slopy bulit-up surroundings on the crossing of Tyršova and U Distance streets in Letohrad town. On the first floor there is a main entrance, a coffee, massages, a recreation hall, an art working-room, a gym, changing rooms, administration and the technological background of the object. The second floor does not cover a whole area of the first floor. Apartments, laundry room and drying room are situated here. One of the apartments here is projected as barrier-free as well as whole first floor. Both floors are connected by central staircase with shape of „U“ and an elevator. Roofing of the object is realized by single layered flat roof with classic layer order. The gym is roofed by a flat roof held by glued laminated girders. The construction was projected with regard to synergy of all used materials and systems. The chosen solution of object with two floors (both above the terrain) makes the building pretty marked when looking at it’s location, however it makes the place more integrated and uniform.

The main goal of this Master's Thesis is to form marketing recommendations for maternity hospitals. These marketing recommendations are in the form of marketing mixes, that are designed for individual revealed segments. The theoretical part of my Master's Thesis contains the reason why the maternity hospitals should implement marketing in the present day. Further goal of the theoretical part is to explain why I apply to the area of obstetrics the marketing of services. Further the theoretical part describes specifics of marketing of services, segmentation process, targeting and positioning. There is stated characteristics of the marketing mix in the area of services at the end of the theoretical part. The analytical part is based on written questionnaires inquiry. On the basis of results of questionnaires inquiry is carried out the process of segmentation using statistical programme IBM SPSS Statistics version 21.0. The result of segmentation process is discovering three market segments. These segments show similar characteristics. There is determined attractiveness of revealed segments in the chapter dealing with targeting. Marketing recommendations describe the value of providing services. Marketing recommendations are supplemented with social status of respondents.

The thesis deals with new hospitality marketing concepts and presents some interesting concepts created in the last decade. The aim of this thesis is to analyze concepts, evaluate demand among potential customers for new concepts and design unique hospitality marketing concept. The theoretical part deals with the marketing definition and clarification of what marketing includes. In the analytical part, there are new hospitality marketing concepts described in general, and then the concepts for selected segment -- parents with children. For the purpose of this thesis was created a questionnaire, which examines the demand for new concepts and customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the existing hospitality concepts. Results are presented in a separate chapter. The thesis concludes with a new design concept, its description, competitive analysis and marketing mix.

Digest in English The master thesis called Hearing parents - Deaf child addresses issues concerning the specific situation of hearing parents with a hearing-impaired child. It deals with the main influences affecting what parents experience in this state of affairs. Based on Czech and foreign resources, the thesis specifies both theoretically and practically these influences on parental experiences. Firstly, general aspects which affect experiences in relation to any type of child's disability are introduced, with particular focus on specifics in case of hearing impairment. Secondly, those occurrences are described which parents are confronted with only if they raise a hearing-impaired child. The theoretical part deals with the etiology of hearing impairment and with abnormal features in child development, with emphasis on the field of communication. Further, it pursues the subjects of education and cochlear implants. Feelings and experiences of families with deaf children are also explored. Moreover, the system of care for children with hearing impairment and their families is examined. Finally, a short overview of the life of the Deaf is presented. Pro dítě a jeho zdárný vývoj je zásadně důležitá fungující rodina, která mu vytváří pocit jistoty a bezpečného zázemí. V takovém prostředí se může nerušeně rozvíjet ve zdravou osobnost, která má největší předpoklady být posilou společnosti a založit další fungující rodinu. Pokud dítě nedostane šanci rozvíjet se v úplné rodině, je pro něj velmi důležité, aby se rodiče alespoň dokázali bezkonfliktně domluvit na svém budoucím fungování v roli rodičů. Těžká situace pro dítě nastane, nedokáží-li se rodiče v záležitostech týkajících se dítěte domluvit. V této chvíli se dítě často stává jednou ze zbraní, kterou rodiče proti sobě využívají. Pokud rodič začne dítě programovat proti druhému rodiči, může dojít ke vzniku syndromu zavrženého rodiče, který nevratně poškozuje zdravý vývoj dítěte. Syndrom zavrženého rodiče se vyznačuje tím, že dítě začne přejímat negativní postoje programujícího rodiče vůči druhému rodiči a na jejich základě si následně vytváří vlastní dynamiku postojů. Důsledkem je odmítání druhého rodiče a styků s ním. Je důležité zmínit, že pokud stykům brání programující rodič, jde o součást programovací procedury. Pokud se stykům s druhý rodičem brání dítě samo, jde o důsledek programování a projev syndromu zavrženého rodiče. Čím déle se styk neuskutečňuje, tím více se syndrom zavrženého rodiče...

The objective of the work is to understand the experience of the parents of physically disabled children using the hermeneutic-narrative approach. The theoretical foundation for the research is McAdams's eoncept of "narrative identity", which is understood as the internalized integration of the past, present time and antieipated future, and provides the feelings of unity and purposefulness. The work partially uses MeAdams's model of "identity as a life-story"", which eonsists of following eategories: 1) key event, 2) perspective and goal, 3) self-image and image of the others, 4) values and beliefs. The theoretical part further elaborates the psychological problems of the families with physically disabled children with a speciál interest in their coping strategies. The methodological foundation of the work is the hermeneutic-narrative approach and its assumption that the human experience is narratively structured. Thus, if we want to study, what it is like to be a parent of a physically disabled child, it is possible to explore the way, how this experience and the relevant understanding are structured in a narration. Resumé This thesis, dealing with rights of a child and duties of a parent, is based on the fact that it is primarily the parents who have to fulfill their duties towards children while a child has primarily the right that a parent fulfills duties towards him. This condition is justified by the fact that children are in relation to adults, in this thesis towards parents, traditionally considered as a weaker "element". Because of that, the attention is firstly paid to the rights of a child in a wider context. In the very beginning we take into consideration a historical context of the child's rights development that shows the contrast between a premodern period when a child was considered as almost powerless and without rights and a "progressive " 20th century when a lot of international documents concentrate solely on rights of a child. As a follow-up to the child's rights development, the attention is aimed on explanation of the terms "best interests of the child" and "child's welfare". The key focal point of this research is a pre-school child and his needs as these are what the aforementioned institutions mainly concern themselves with. The theoretical part scrutinises the institutions. It explains their functions and examines their mutual relationships with the pre-schooler's needs in view. It characterizes the contemporary family and their current expectations. The diploma deals with provision of pre-school education by, the state as well as establishement and financing of nursery schools. The topic of his thesis disease of the external genitals, precancerous and malignant tumors have I chosen based on their interest in gynecological issues. Malignant tumors are among the most serious lesions of the vulva. It is a relatively "rare" disease are diagnosed each year 165 to 180 cases. Incidence ZN vulva after years in the Czech Republic stationary and moving between 3 - 4/100 000 Low morbidity, however, is followed by a high mortality rate (1.5 - 2), which is associated with a number of factors. One of them is the high average age of patients who present with these tumors. U These women often can not perform the corresponding radical treatment. Another reason is to determine cancer at an advanced stage, when treatment is possible only palliative. This condition is due to the fact that the patient arrives at the gynecological examination too late. More than 90% of malignant tumors based on the squamous epithelium. The following melanomas which occur in 4-8% of cases, and 1-2% are adenocarcinomas.

At the beginning of my thesis I am introducing the percentage distribution of malignant tumors of female reproductive tract. Outlines the possibilities and conditions of early detection of tumors, using various diagnostic methods. After the successful discovery of diagnosis follows the establishment of the therapeutic plan, which may consist of radical surgery, or the only preventive dispensarization. 2nd chapter describes the classification of tumors of female genitals, general, where tumors are divided into true and false, histopathologic, which assesse histological type of tumor, its extent and degree of differentiation, and numerical coding, which clearly indicates the tumor number. Chapter 3 shows the possible options of therapy of malignant tumors in the female genital tract. As an essential therapeutic modality for the majority of gynaecological malignant tumors is considered to surgical treatment. Chemotherapy, radiotherapy and hormone therapy have also application in the treatment of tumors. Different types of prevention, their contents and main objectives are described in Chapter 4. In theoretical part are decribed processes and terms, which are directly related to ?coming out? and decribe views of homosexuals and their parents. In first part is explained what is homosexuality, thereafter I focus on ?coming out? process and public point of view of the issue (point of view which stems from history and even contemporary majority point of view). Then follows a brief description and functions of organisations, which are main participants in helping to homosexuals in Czech Republic. Closing article of the theoretical part speaks about family, functions and its approaches to homosexuality as such. Practical part of the dissertation comes with interview with homosexuals and their parents.Interviews based on the theoretical part were given to both groups and show how process of coming out differs between parents and children. The aim is to describe the development of selected demographic characteristics and their comparison in the long term or in selected years characterizing the babies and their mothers in the Czech Republic. The indicators are divided according to what they described to the biological factors, social factors and health factors. The analysis of biological characteristics includes age, frequency, order of birth and mothers parity. Social characteristics examined include marital status and education. Health characteristics in the thesis deal with pregnancy and childbirth, addictive substances use and childlessness. This thesis also describe the evolution of the mentioned characteristics and their combinations for the region NUTS II. in the Czech Republic supported by cluster analysis, which confirmed the regional differentiation. The major finding is that mothers still continuing moving to higher age groups, increasing the proportion of births outside marriage, increasing the representation of women in higher education and increasing the proportion of childbearing by caesarean section. Each expectant mother comes into the hospital with some idea of how the delivery will proceed, including the c-section. These ideas, created on basis lay and professional opinions, can be dramatically different from the resulting reality. This work deals with the choice of anesthesia for planned c-section from the perspective of expectant mothers. The theoretical part of the work is devoted to current possibilities and trends in obstetric anaesthesia. It describes the types of anesthesia (local vs. total) from the perspective of medicine and from the perspective of mothers in preparation to this operational performance. The aim of the empirical part of the work is the comparison of preoperative expectations of expectant mothers with the resulting hospital reality. It was found out by the quantitative questionnaire method. The questionnaire is divided into two parts- the part before the c-section and the postoperative part. The aim of the work is the detection what information sources influence mothers ideas of the course of the operating, the influences for their decisions of the choice of anesthesia, and how the information is valid and objective. - English version The dissertation "The role of parents and grandparents in pre-school children education" is processed as the follow-up of the Bachelor study named "The influence of the family on child personality development", which was defended in academical year 2007-2008 on South Bohemia University in eské Bud jovice. The key focus of this dissertation is the issue of parents and grandparents cooperation in education of pre-shool child. The theoretical part is concerned with the family, family system and consider as well the historical view towards the family. Further it informs about the key family functions: biologically-reproductive, economical, emotional and educational. The table with "The Model of Nine concepts of family educational styles" is the part of "The Family educational styles" chapter. The theoretical part of the dissertation tackles the internal and external elements which influence the family as well. The chapter No. 5 deals with roles of parents, the child's position in the family and the question of grandparents influence on the child's education. The main purpose of my thesis is to compare rights and duties of parents and children in their mutual relationship, both at the present time and in the past, as well as in various foreign countries. I tried to provide a comprehensive overview of this issue, because a lot of parents, more so children, do not know what their own rights and duties are. The main right, and also a duty, of parents is to raise their children, however, it is just the top of all their duties and rights as parents. Nowadays rights of children are stronger than in the past, thanks to international evolution. This international evolution causes national family law to be improved, which reinforces the rights of a child. We should however remember that rights of parents represent duties for children and vice versa, rights of children are duties for parents. This thesis aims to ascertain how worship how pastoral care in the evangelical tradition can support the parents of children with disabilities. The objective of contributing to this area of pastoral care is achieved in tree steps. The first step examines the period context of changes towards disability in theology church practices and society, and deals with the subject of the approach towards people with disabilities and their care. The second step, using literature, stories and research obtains the information for the pastoral care during worship, when it elucidates hoe parent who have children with disability experience the situation. The third step shows how individual parts of worship - the world and sacrament, prayer, songs and koinonia - can be modified so that they mesh with the matters of pastoral care - with the needs of parents of children with disabilities. This step includes recommendations for theology and church practices.

Cancer is currently a great problem modern medicine. Apart from hereditary factors also applied a lot of influences the external and internal environment of the individual . Major role to play in the emergence of cancer and viruses as intracellular parasites that are completely bound to the cell and are able to interact directly with the cell's genome or its regulatory proteins. Malignant cell transformation is a multistep process in which formation involving many factors , which are known as carcinogens . You can then divided into biological, physical and chemical . An important property of malignant transformed cells is the ability of unlimited division, which is independent of action and growth inhibitory factors. Tumor cell becomes virtually immortal . In addition to uncontrolled growth and multiplication occurs to changes in cell function . This diploma thesis discusses the children's groups in counselling in the context of active parenting. It maps experiences of parents in groups from the point of view of mothers and therapists. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of the group psychotherapy, the specifics of child psychotherapy and the support groups. Furthermore, it focuses on the experiences of a parent of a problem child and its active role in the process of a child psychotherapy. It also considers the work of a therapist. The qualitative research is presented in the empirical part. Semi-structured interviews with 5 mothers and 4 therapists were conducted. These interviews were analysed based on the method of creating thematic categories. The evaluation of the data is also inspired by the method of grounded theory. The results show that the views of parents and therapists are the same in most areas. Both groups perceive the importance of a parent participating in the group. The group acts therapeutically for both the child and the parents. This affects the process of the whole therapy. Lucie Myšková Most children in institutional care have their families and are in contact with them, but for various reasons these children grow up in a familycan not. We know from scientific works, that there is usually a cold atmosphere, weak interest in children, or violence in these families. But children placed in institutional care positive express of parents, practice show and it is known, that children, who do not live with their parents, idealize them. Children selected in the study were in development of the older school age, which is characterized among other critical look at adults. The work is based on the above-mentioned ambivalence and focuses on the mental representation of parents ofolder school children placed in institutional care. The theme is monitored by using several methods (questionnaire, drawing, interview, determining polarities). The diploma thesis is from the area of special pedagogy and speech therapy. It deals with the issue of parenthood of children with developmental dysphasia. The thesis is devided into two parts, the theoretical part and the empirical part. The thesis starts with characterisation of the family with disabilities and continues with further developmental dysphasia, its terminology, classification, etiology, symptomatology, diagnostics and therapy are characterized. The thesis defines the possibilities of speech therapy intervention in children with special impaired speech developmental dyspshasia. This main goal is achieved by research. This diploma thesis can be an inspiration for speech therapists and other professionals who work with families and their children with developmental dysphasia. It can also inspire students and other parents even whose child has been diagnosed with this disease. The thesis may be the starting point for further studies of a scientific character that focus on same subject.

The main aim of the diploma thesis is to describe the way that magazines for parents communicate with their readers and to identify the role of the representation of children. A selection of articles representing both commercial and noncommercial communication is analyzed using the method of semiotic analysis. The introductory part of the thesis, briefly presenting the history of media research, is followed by a section describing the way that motherhood and the status of a child has been perceived throughout history, with special attention to the influence of Christianity. Following chapters focus on the changes of the social role of women that enabled the rise of women's periodicals, both in the USA, Europe and also in the Czech lands. The part dedicated to legislation introduces the most significant legal definitions of children and childhood in relation to media. The analytical part of the thesis is preceded by a brief characterization of the selected magazines and an explanation of the method of semiotic analysis. The present thesis is concerned with the Importance of Children's Centres influencing an active involvement of the family in the remediation process, a theme so far unexplored in this respect. The objective of the thesis is to design suitable starting points of an individual care plan of families at risk which contribute to returning the child to his or her biological family in the remediation process by way of social rehabilitation. This is fulfilled with respect to partial objectives that reveal the influence of social and pathological effects, partial characteristics of remediation of the family and services rendered, and on the basis of these findings, the author identifies the ways, methods and techniques of health and social work that are applied by Children's Centres in relation to an active involvement of parents in a social rehabilitation process. In addition, the present thesis determines aspects of the multidisciplinary help that assist in participation in the support provided, or, as the case may be, aspects that prevent such participation. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and methodological. The theoretical part is engaged in the family as such, its functions, risk factors, the most common types of parental disorders in relation to a family at risk, families at risk, the contemporary status of care of children at risk. The thesis delineates in detail the forms of threats to children and the key risk factors influencing parents with respect to participation in solving the problem per se. The last chapter scrutinizes the problem of family remediation, its characteristics and stages. Further, the last chapter focuses on activities of "Dětské centrum Jihočeského kraje, o.p.s." [Children's Centre of the South Bohemian Region, public service company] in Strakonice and the social rehabilitation service the Centre provides - ways, methods and techniques of health and social work with families at risk. The content of the methodological part gives an explanation of the importance of the Children's Centre influencing an active involvement of parents in the remediation process using social rehabilitation, by applying the method of a semi-conducted interview as a primary technique of data collection. The data acquired are analysed and interpreted in Chapter eight. Chapter nine presents starting points for an individual care plan that serve, in compliance with the rules enumerated, as a functional tool for achieving an active involvement of parents in the social rehabilitation process. The final chapter concludes and further clarifies the problems at issue.

The theoretical part deals with the issue of upbringing in a family of a child with serious disease, sibling relationships and characteristics of cancer, especially leukemia. It also describes the role of family members, coping strategies and stress response. In this part of the thesis we also mention current research, organizations and projects, which focus on helping these families, especially to the siblings in these families. Prague: Faculty of Arts of Charles University in Prague, 2013. 140 s. Diploma thesis. This diploma thesis is focused on the children of imprisoned parents in the Czech Republic. It deals with the right of the child to have contact with a parent in prison, the actual realization of this contact and its support in Czech and international legal frameworks. In the center of attention is due to the imprisonment of parents and separated families. There are problems with severing emotional attachments between the separated child. Growing up in childcare institutions, without their biological parent, has implications for their upbringing. Thanks to theoretic knowledge and conclusions the theoretical part is drawn up and implemented by quantitative questionnaire surveys of all childcare institutions in the Czech Republic. The selected aspects of the legal relationship of doctor, parents and minor patient - the criminal aspects. (Abstract) This paper discusses various legal aspects of the relationship, which may arise between a minor patient, his parents and his doctor (or other appropriate health professional). The most important general rule holds good also in the Czech healthcare law. The general rule says that any interference with bodily integrity, and therefore each therapeutic medical intervention, can take place only with the consent of the patient. To be eligible to make such an agreement is a crucial legal capacity according to the arrangements of the Czech Civil Code. If someone is not eligible in this way about himself decide to grant consent to an intervention, it must be done by his legal guardian. In the case of minors it is usually intended by both parents. The most important regulation of the legal issues that arise in the care of the patient is found in Act No. 20/1966 Coll. Health Care. However from the perspective of the Convention on Human Rights and Biomedicine this regulation appears to be somewhat outdated and patients and physicians (as well as other medical staff) find the law like overly complex, unintelligible and therefore unsuitable for their use. The aim of this diploma thesis is already the next step: figuring out, if gymnasium met pupils' expectations, and also to receive feedback and evaluation of their parents. The aim of this diploma thesis is the characterization of matches and differences representing everydayness within selected pairs; seniors and their descendants. Based on qualitative in- depth interviews, agreements and disagreements are found in the ideas of everyday life and their own presentation. These agreements or disagreements are further analyzed using the theories of everyday life that are presented in this thesis. Findings about ideas of everyday of each pair is further discussed with existing literature dealing with motives that play a crucial role in deciding of moving a senior, who is no longer able to take care of himself completely, into institutional or home care. Based on literature and research findings, it is discussed whether an interperspective idea of everyday life can be one of the other reasons for choosing home or institutional care for the elderly.

The children's segment is quite popular in the marketing industry, mainly because young consumption behaviour is easily affected. Parents play a big role in influencing children's perception, which is why I chose to focus on parents as well. Parents need to know about these advertisement and marketing's forms if they want to influence their children in a correct way. The theoretical part of the thesis describes characteristics of media education in the family, marketing forms aimed on children, approaches and strategies of parents in media education and also the reaction of children to the given advertising forms.
