Abstract:
Resumen: La Rondeña del guitarrista granadino Francisco Rodríguez Murciano (El Murciano, 1795­ 1848)­­ tal y como se documenta en una transcripción realizada por su hijo­­ha sido objeto de interés reciente entre investigadores y flamencólogos especializados en el estudio del desarrollo de la guitarra flamenca. Autores como Eusebio Rioja (2008 y 2013), Javier Suárez Pajares (2003), Guillermo Castro Buendía (2014) y Norberto Torres Cortés (2010), han sabido reconocer la importancia de esta obra en la reconstrucción evolutiva del toque de guitarra flamenca, aunque no sin ciertas reservas. Dichos autores han planteado varios interrogantes sobre la pieza, entre los que destacan la fecha y circunstancias bajo las que se preparó, y el grado en que verdaderamente ésta representa la técnica interpretativa de El Murciano. En 2014­15, uno de los presentes autores (Martínez) halló dos nuevas transcripciones, hasta ahora no examinadas, de esta misma pieza. En este artículo, presentamos ambos manuscritos y sugerimos de qué manera arrojan nueva luz en la evolución del toque de guitarra pre­flamenca.     Abstract: The "Rondeña" of guitarist Francisco Rodríguez Murciano (El Murciano, 1795­1848) of Granada−as documented in a notation made by his son−has been a subject of considerable interest among scholars of flamenco guitar history. Such authors as Eusebio Rioja (2008, 2013), Javier Suárez Pajares (2003), Guillermo Castro Buendía (2014), and Norberto Torres Cortés (2010) have all recognized the importance of this piece in the project of reconstructing, however hypothetically, the development of the art of flamenco guitar. These flamencologists have also raised various questions about the piece, involving the date and circumstances of its preparation and the extent to which it accurately represents El Murciano's actual playing. In 2014­15, one of the present authors (Martínez) discovered two previously unexamined variant transcriptions of Murciano's rondeña. In this article, we present these manuscripts and suggest how they shed new light on the evolution of pre­ flamenco guitar playing.

Abstract:
Tradicionalmente la historiografía ha prestado una atención prioritaria a la guerra de las Alpujarras, restando importancia a otros conflictos del reino de trascendencia semejante, merecedores de un auténtico análisis global. En el caso de la serranía rondeña, el colectivo morisco de estas tierras se sumaría al conflicto en la primavera de 1570, tras las fatídicas operaciones de Antonio de Luna. Después de una fase de negociones, la guerra, enarbolada por los moriscos más violentos enraizados en la sierra frente a los moriscos rurales reducidos, sería dirigida por Luis Ponce de León, duque de Arcos hasta comienzos de 1571. Durante estos meses la falta de medios con que emprender el conflicto por parte de los moriscos condicionó una auténtica guerra de guerrillas en la que el dominio y conocimiento del territorio fue el principal aliado morisco. El conflicto terminó con la expulsión de los moriscos de sus tierras. Sin embargo, la continuidad de cuantiosos colectivos refugiados en la sierra condicionó su pervivencia en un acusado bandolerismo que coincide cronológicamente con la nueva etapa repobladora.

Se viene insistiendo en que la fortaleza bajomedieval que domina el municipio de Cañete la Real (Málaga) se corresponde con el ḥiṣn Qannῑṭ que citan las fuentes en periodo emiral. Del análisis documental y arqueológico que aquí presentamos, en contra de lo que se piensa, no cabe más que identificar el topónimo con el yacimiento altomedieval existente en el cerro de la Horca o de Sábora, situado en la periferia del municipio moderno, atendiendo especialmente a las selectas producciones cerámicas que observamos en superficie, piezas adecuadas al gusto y prestigio social tanto de los señores locales como de los representantes omeyas que se instalaron en la fortaleza. En el plano histórico, a modo de reflexión, nos adentramos en el debate suscitado sobre la caracterización social de los grupos tribales establecidos en Tākurunnā (región rondeña), cuya conducta no es equiparable a la mantenida por los Banū Jalῑʿ, destacada familia de clientes omeyas que adopta una posición asimilacionista desde el primer tercio del siglo VIII. En último término, ofrecemos una primera aproximación descriptiva sobre las defensas y fortalezas más inmediatas a ḥiṣn Qannῑṭ y recogemos evidencias arqueológicas de sus características constructivas.

Resumen: En España el fandango tiene carácter polirrítmico. Por un lado, el patrón rítmico del canto de naturaleza binaria compuesta (6/8) semejante a la jota, y por otro, el ritmo de su acompañamiento de tipo ternario (3/4) se funden para crear uno de los estilos más singulares de la música popular española. En las publicaciones de fandangos en España desde principios del siglo XVIII hasta finales del siglo XIX, podemos detectar una evolución en la forma de acompañamiento que creemos importante analizar y estudiar para conocer mejor la naturaleza musical de este género tan popular. Nos referimos precisamente a esa naturaleza polirrítmica que ha llevado a los diferentes músicos a escribirla unas veces en compás binario compuesto y otras en ternario. Abstract: In Spain, the fandango has a polyrhythmic character. On one hand is the compound­meter rhythmic pattern of the singer (in 6/8, similar to Jota), and on the other hand is the musical accompaniment in triple­meter rhythm (3/4). These rhythms merge to create one of the most unique styles of Spanish popular music. In fandangos published in Spain from the early­18th to the late­19th century, we can detect an evolution in the accompaniment that, upon close analysis, allows us to better understand the nature of this musical genre. In this presentation, I focus on the polyrhythmic nature of fandangos, which has led to a number of musicians to write it sometimes in compound meter and other times in triple meter.

Abstract:
The aim of this study is to analyse the correlation between finds and ditches, the duration of ditch fills, and the manner of the demise of Late Neolithic rondels (Kreisgrabenanlagen) in the Czech Republic. Two comparable long-term projects are discussed here: Kolín (central Bohemia) and Vchynice (north-west Bohemia). Qualitative, quantitative, and spatial analyses of the different categories of finds (pottery fragments, lithics, daub, and faunal remains) from the ditch fills show that only finds from the bottom layers of the ditches were contemporary with the primary function of the rondels. However, the bottom layers often only contained a few artefacts. The richest parts of the ditches, the middle and upper layers, from both sites illustrated similar characteristics: after the rondels lost their primary function, the ditches were filled by both natural and cultural agents over a long period. As a consequence, some previous, and widely accepted, interpretations of the relationship between individual areas of rondels and their relationship with surrounding features, as well as the relationship of the finds from ditch fills to rondel function and chronology, need to be revisited.

Abstract:
In 1788, a Dutch-born minister in upstate New York named Lambertus De Ronde translated the U.S. Constitution into Dutch. Five years later, a legal scholar in the Netherlands, Gerhard Dumbar, produced another Dutch translation of the U.S. Constitution. De Ronde's translation was printed on at least two separate occasions in 1788, and scores of editorial changes between the two printings demonstrate that De Ronde was working to make the text appealing and understandable to his audience. Dumbar, however, disparaged De Ronde's translation for its amateurish character. Dumbar claimed, furthermore, that a legal education, and not experience in an American context, was essential for understanding the Constitution. In an analysis of the context and language of these two early Dutch translations of the Constitution, this article contributes new perspectives on the transnational character and influence of the U.S. Constitution. This article argues that for the Dutch in New York, debates about ratification and interpretation of the U.S. Constitution, were as much concerned with local character and transnational currents as with national politics.

La plupart des monasteres irlandais du moyen age possedent une tour ronde qui mesure jusqu'a plus de trente metres de haut. L'histoire des monasteres du debut du christianisme permet de comprendre dans quel contexte furent construites ces tours que les annales irlandaises mentionnent des le milieu du dixieme siecle. La geographie physique de l'irlande qui regit en grande partie l'histoire du pays, permet de savoir comment se repartissent les monasteres a tour ronde et quelle est la nature du materiau necessaire a l'edification de cette derniere. Les textes donnent a la tour le nom de "cloigtheach", c'est-a-dire "maison des cloches". Elle faisait donc office de clocher, mais pouvait aussi servir de refuge en cas d'attaque et d'endroit ou les moines entreposaient les objets precieux. L'origine irlandaise de la tour ronde qui s'inscrit dans une vieille tradition de monuments circulaires en pierre, est indeniable. Neanmoins, les nombreux echanges avec le monde de rome et de byzance, par ravenne notamment, permettent de penser que l'idee vient d'italie. Quoi qu'il en soit, le "cloigtheach" est devenu, a partir du dix-neuvieme siecle, un des principaux symboles de l'irlande : n'inspire-t-il pas une si grande variete d'artistes!<br>Most irish monasteries of the middle ages have a round tower up to more than thirty metres high. The history of the monasteries at the beginning of christianity enables us to understand the context in which these towers (mentioned in irish annals as early as the middle of the tenth century) were built. The physical geography of ireland which to a large extent determines the history of the country, allows us to see how the round tower monasteries are distributed as well as the nature of the building materials which were required to erect the towers. Annals gibe the towers the name "cloigtheach", that is "the house of the bells". The tower thus had the function of a belfry, but could also be used as a shelter in the event of an attack as well as a place where the monks stored precious objects. The irish origin of the round tower, set in an ancient tradition of circular stone monuments, is undeniable. Nevertheless, the numerous exchange visits with the world of rome and byzantium via ravenna in particular, lead us to think that the round tower idea originates in italy. Whatever the truth of the matter, the "cloigtheach", from the nineteenth century onwards, has become one of the main symbols of ireland, inspiring as it does such a great variety of artists

Abstract:
Denna studie handlar om hur sjuksköterskor på en kirurgisk vårdavdelning upplever ronden och vilken betydelse ronden kan ha för sjuksköterskornas arbete. Undersökningen har genomförts som en kvalitativ enkätundersökning med öppna frågor. Manifest innehållsanalys har använts för att analysera enkätsvaren. I studien besvarade tio av de 15 legitimerade sjuksköterskorna, som arbetade dag- och/eller kvällspass, enkäten. I resultatet framkom att tankar och känslor inför ronden kretsar kring förberedelser, stress och tidspress. Efter ronden kretsar tankarna kring organisation, planering och strukturering av dagens arbete. Rondens betydelse är stor i det dagliga arbetet och sjuksköterskorna anser att deras egen roll i rondsituationen är betydelsefull. I en ideal rondsituation ges mer tid för förklaringar, diskussion och förtydligande. Studiens resultat bör tolkas med försiktighet då antalet deltagare i studien är lågt och utgick från en specifik rondsituation.<br>The aim of the study was to describe how nurse´s on a surgical unit experiences the ward round and what the ward round means for the nurses daily work. The study was performed with a qualitative questionnaire with open ended questions. Manifest content analysis has been used to evaluate the answers. Ten of 15 registered nurses, working day- and/or evening shifts, participated in the survey. The results reveal that the thoughts and feelings before the ward round are about preparation and stress. The thoughts after the ward round are about organising and planning the work for the day. The ward round is valuable for the daily work and nurse's look at their own part as very meaningful. A ward round with more time for explanations, discussions and clarifications are wanted. The results of the study should be interpreted with care since there were only few participants and focused on one specific ward round situation.

Abstract:
Syftet med studien var att undersöka kvinnliga patienters upplevelse av ronden. Undersökningen har gjorts som en empirisk studie. Metoden som användes var en kvalitativ intervjustudie med manifest innehållstextanalys. Inklusionskriterierna var kvinna som varit inlagd på vårdavdelningen minst två dygn. Informanten bör kunna förstå och behärska det svenska språket. Resultatet från intervjuer med tio informanter visade att de flesta patienterna tyckte att den givna informationen var tydlig och begriplig. En del av patienterna upplevde dock att ronden var hastig. Det gavs inte tillfälle till att ställa frågor personalen lyssnade inte på patienterna. En utav patienterna hade en känsla av att vara i underläge under ronden. De kände oro över att inte veta något, samt frustration och aggressivitet då ronden fungerade dåligt. All personal har enligt patienten inte samma enhetliga kvalité. Fynden av denna studie visade att majoriteten av patienterna hade positiva upplevelser av ronden. Patienterna upplevde ett bra bemötande från personalen och att tydlig information gavs. Dock visar resultatet att då inte tydlig information ges och då inte öppenhet mellan patient och vårdpersonal finns är det patienten som drabbas. Det är därför viktigt med öppenhet mellan patient och vårdpersonal samt att givandet av information är tydlig. Patienterna upplevde en känsla av trygghet då familjemedlemmar deltog vid ronden.<br>The aim of the study was to examine the female patient’s experience of the ward round. The survey was done as an empirical study. The method used was qualitative interview with manifest content analysis. The inclusion criteria was woman that has been on the nursing ward at least two days. And could understand and speak the Swedish language. The result from the interviews with ten informants showed that most patients thought that the information was clear and understandable. Some of the patients experienced however that the round was to rapid. There was not given occasion to setting questions and the personal did not listen to the patients. Some patients felt being in a weak position during the round. They experienced frustration and aggressiveness when the round functioned poorly. According to some patients the staffs do not have same uniform quality. The findings of this study showed that the majority of the patients had positive experiences of the ward round. The patients experienced good meetings from the staff and that clear information was given. However, the result shows that when clear information not was given and when openness with the patient and staff did not exist it is the patient that is hit. It is therefore important with openness between patient and staff and that the given information is clear. The patients experienced a feeling of safety when family members during the ward round were present.

El presente proyecto lleva el nombre de “Ronda Cocktails”, esta es una empresa que ofrece la opción de poder preparar sus propios cócteles, teniendo todos los insumos necesarios para realizarlo. Con el objetivo de facilitar y reducir el tiempo que se usa para la compra de ingredientes y finalmente compartir experiencias para su mayor satisfacción y aprendizaje. Para su desarrollo, se identificó un interés de preparar cócteles, sin embargo, no suelen encontrar todos los ingredientes en un mismo lugar y por ello sienten que es mejor preparar las bebidas tradicionales. Asimismo, los consumidores no están informados sobre la cantidad necesaria a usar para la preparación, existe mucha información que genera dudas e inseguridades sobre el cóctel y de su procedencia de la receta. Por ello, Ronda Cocktails está dirigido a hombres y mujeres de Lima Metropolitana y Callao, de un rango de edad de 18 a 45 que son amantes de los cócteles. Nuestra principal comunicación con los clientes será por medio de Facebook e Instagram, ya que facilita la interacción, mostrándoles los productos de nuestra carta, experiencia de otros clientes, promociones y atributos de nuestro box de Ronda para un mayor interés, seguridad y confianza. Para poder llevar a cabo el presente trabajo de investigación, se han analizado factores del entorno, análisis del cliente, campañas publicitarias, aprendizajes y estrategias para desarrollar exitosamente nuestro proyecto. Para finalizar, se han realizado los pronósticos y plan financiero, mostrando el resultado del sustento sobre la viabilidad del negocio de Ronda Cocktails.<br>This project is called "Ronda Cocktails", this is a company that offers the option to prepare their own cocktails, having all the necessary inputs to do so. With the objective of facilitating and reducing the time used for the purchase of ingredients and finally sharing experiences for greater satisfaction and learning. For its development, an interest in preparing cocktails was identified, however, they do not usually find all the ingredients in one place and therefore feel it is better to prepare traditional drinks. Also, consumers are not informed about the necessary amount to use for the preparation, there is a lot of information that generates doubts and insecurities about the cocktail and its origin of the recipe. For this reason, Ronda Cocktails is aimed at men and women in Metropolitan Lima and Callao, between 18 and 45 years of age, who are cocktail lovers. Our main communication with customers will be through Facebook and Instagram, as it facilitates interaction, showing them the products of our menu, experience of other customers, promotions and attributes of our Ronda box for greater interest, security and confidence. In order to carry out this research work, we have analyzed environmental factors, customer analysis, advertising campaigns, learning and strategies to successfully develop our project. Background: Despite being a central routine in hospitals worldwide the ward round hasnot been studied well, nor mentioned thoroughly in text books. Traditionally the wardround means that the responsible staff goes through the patients’ health status on theirown and thereafter meet the patient to update status, confirm diagnosis, adjust treatmentand predict prognosis. The ward round in its current form has been found to beproblematic: lack of integrity and lack of effective communication being the biggestissues. On several places there has been attempts to improve the ward round,höglandssjukhuset in Eksjö being the most prominent example. This study aims toexamine the patients’ experience of the ward round.Methods: Two individual interviews and one group interview were conducted among atotal of six patients in the ages from 52 to 91, all with experience of traditional wardrounds from höglandssjukhuset in Eksjö during January 2014. The interviews weretranscribed and analyzed using a phenomenological qualitative approach.Results: The main finding in the interviews were that the most important part of a wardround for the patients is a well-functioning communication with the doctor. The patientsdescribed the existence of honest questions during the ward round as a benchmark forthe quality of the communication. Four factors were identified as underlying causes fora well-functioning communication: Equality between doctor and patient, comprehensionof the ward round routines, enough time, and a preserved integrity of the patient.Discussion and conclusion: The social psychological concepts of social responsivity andpower were used to analyze and explain the findings. Suggestions were made to thetraditional ward round to change the routines to make the staff more equal to the patient,increase the knowledge of the patient about the routines, increase the time spent onevery patient and secure the integrity of the patient during the ward round.The findings from this study will be a part of a bigger research project about the wardround that also will be used in an improvement work about the ward round inHöglandssjukhuset in Eksjö and in the region of Jönköpings län.

<p>Ronden på en kirurgisk akutvårdsavdelning är en central del i vårdprocessen för patient och personal. Ronden sker dagligen och mötet mellan patient, läkare, sjuksköterska och undersköterska sker på kort tid och det sker snabba beslut. Syftet var att undersöka patientens upplevelse av ronden på en kirurgisk akut vårdsavdelning. Med utgångspunkt från detta så valdes det en kvalitativ metod med fenomenologisk ansats och intervjuer som datainsamlings metod. Efter analys av totalt 11 patienters upplevelser av ronden kom det fram tre kategorier med tillhörande underkategorier i resultatet. Kategorin tid och rum har underkategorierna mångfaldens, tidens och placeringens betydelse, kategorin interaktion har bemötandets, rummets och erfarenhetens betydelse och kategorin delaktighet har informationens betydelse, självbestämmande och känsla av stöd. Informanternas upplevelser av ronden betonade att det var många deltagare, att mötet var kort och snabbt, deltagarnas placering på rummet och delgivande av information hade en betydelse. Dock ett bra bemötande från personalen, att känna sig delaktig, att känna ett stöd från sjuksköterskan, känsla av förtroende och tidigare negativa upplevelser gav en positiv upplevelse av ronden.</p><br><p>Round on a surgical emergency ward is a central part of the care process for patients and staff. Round take place daily and the meeting between patient, doctors and other staff take place briefly and decisions are taken rapidly. The purpose was to examine the patient's experience of rounds on a surgical emergency ward. A qualitative and the phenomenon illogical approach were chosen with the interviews. After the analysis of the 11 patients' experiences of rounds show three categories and related subcategories which are labelled as time and room such as diversity, time and posting importance. Further more interaction such as importance of treatment, the space and experience and also participation such as the importance of information, self-determination and sense of support. The results show that the participants thought that there were various participants involved in the rounds, the meetings were short and brief, and the participants' presence in the room and the given information affected their experiences. However, a good treatment from the staff, sense of participation, a sense of support, a sense of confidence and previous experience gave participants positive experiences.</p>

ABSTRACT Background: The ward round is a collaboration between nurse, doctor and patient. A good collaboration and communication is essential to their interrelation. Aim: The aim of this study was to investigate patients' comprehension in regard to integrity, information and participation during round. We also looked at differences about comprehension between men and women.   Methods: A questionnaire was answered by 34 patients in three wards at the University hospital in Uppsala.   Results: The patients believed they could talk openly “quite well” but they experienced it “sometimes” disturbing to talk openly if other patients were in the room. The patients could comprehend the information “quite well” and also believed they had received information “quite well”. The patients experienced that the nurse “hardly ever” made sure that they had understood the information given them. There was not any difference about comprehension between men and women. Conclusion: The patients are mostly satisfied with the way the rounds were carried out regard to respect of their integrity. The patients could comprehend the information and they could talk openly in spite of short time. However, the nurse hardly ever made sure if they had any questions and if they had understood the information.     Key words: integrity, information, participation, rounds and patient<br>SAMMANFATTNING Bakgrund: Ronden är ett samarbete mellan framförallt sjuksköterskan, läkaren och patienten. Ett bra samarbete och en god kommunikation förbättrar relationen dem emellan. Syfte: Syftet med studien var att undersöka patienters uppfattning av ronden angående bevarad integritet, information och delaktighet på tre olika vårdavdelningar på Akademiska sjukhuset. Samt eventuella skillnader i uppfattning mellan män och kvinnor. Metod: Det var 34 patienter som besvarade en enkät på tre avdelningar på Akademiska sjukhuset i Uppsala. Resultat: Patienterna ansåg att de kunde prata öppet ”ganska mycket” men de upplevde det ”ibland” besvärande att prata öppet när andra patienter fanns i närheten . Patienterna ansåg att de förstod informationen ”ganska mycket” och att de fick ”ganska mycket” med information . De rapporterade däremot att sjuksköterskan ”nästan aldrig” kom in efter ronden för att kontrollera om informationen hade förståtts. Det var inga skillnader mellan män och kvinnors uppfattningar. Slutsats: Överlag var patienterna nöjda med det sättet som integriteten blev bevarad. De tycker även att de förstår informationen och att de kunde prata öppet trots att tiden var knapp. Däremot kom nästan aldrig den ansvariga sjuksköterskan in efter ronden för att kontrollera om patienterna hade frågor samt hade förstått informationen.   Nyckelord: integritet, information, delaktighet, rond och patient.

Syftet med studien är att visa hur kommunikation går tillväga under rondarbetet som är den vanligaste plattformen för interkollegialt arbete mellan läkare och sjuksköterskor. Metoden som användes var icke-deltagande ostrukturerade observationer som analyserades med hjälp av innehållsanalys. Observationer gjordes vid sex tillfällen på en infektionsklinik i södra Sverige. Resultaten visar att kommunikationen mellan yrkeskategorierna tyder på att det finns en hierarkisk struktur men visar samtidigt att orsaken till viss del vilar på yrkeskategoriernas åtskilda kompetenser och ansvarsområden.<br>The aim of this study was to show how communication occurs during ward round which is the most common platform for intercolleagual work between physicians and nurses. The used method was non-participant, unstructured observations and content analysis was used for the analysis. Observations were made at six different occasions at an infection unit in southern Sweden. The results showed that communication between the professions is demonstrating a hierarchical structure; however one cause for this was related to the differences in competence and field of responsibility within the professions.

Bakgrund: Patientdelaktighet är ett koncept som myntades i vårdlitteraturen under 1960-talet. Detta är en betydande faktor i en av sjuksköterskans kärnkompetenser: personcentrerad vård. Ett arbetssätt som inom aktuell forskning har argumenteras eventuellt kunna främja detta är ronder vid sängkanten. En annan fördel som framkommit i tidigare forskning är den positiva effekten på det interprofessionella samarbetet. Det har dock framkommit en del hinder med denna typ av rond, och forskning inom ämnet är otillräcklig. Syfte: Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka patienters uppfattningar om ronder som utfördes vid sängkanten. Metod: En allmän litteraturöversikt användes som studiedesign. Översikten innefattade tio originalartiklar, RCT (randomiserade kontrollerade studier) och artiklar av kvasiexperimentell design. Sökningen genomfördes i databaserna Pubmed, CINAHL, Web of Science Core Collection, SveMed+ och Statens beredning för medicinsk och social utvärdering [SBU]. Valda artiklar kvalitétsgranskades med mallar som modifierades för detta arbete. Resultat: Patienterna rapporterade ett gott bemötande, en hög nivå av delaktighet i vården, ett gott samarbete mellan vårdpersonalen, kommunikationen som god, en god förståelse om sin hälsa och vården, god tilltro till vårdpersonalen och en hög generell tillfredsställelse. Slutsatser kunde inte dras gällande uppfattningen om avskildhet. Slutsats: Patienterna hade i regel positiva uppfattningar av ronder utförda vid sängkanten. Då vissa negativa uppfattningar dock rapporterats krävs ytterligare forskning för att implementering av bedside-ronder i vården skall vara etiskt och vetenskapligt motiverat.<br>Background: Patient participation is a relatively new concept established during the 1960s. This is an important component in nursing that plays a pivotal role in one of the nursing core competence descriptions: patient-centered care. It has been indicated by research that bedside rounds may have a positive effect in promoting patient centered care. Another benefit that has been introduced in previous research is a positive effect on interprofessional teamwork. Despite this there are some perceived barriers that have emerged regarding bedside-rounds, therefore research in this topic is insufficient. Aim: The purpose of this study was to explore patients perceptions of bedside rounds. Method: The study design used was a literature review, comprised of ten original articles. The articles included in this study were either randomized controlled trials or of a quasi experimental design. The search was conducted with the means of Pubmed, CINAHL, Web of Science Core Collection, SveMed+ and SBU (Swedish Agency for Health Technology Assessment and Assessment of Social Services). The articles included in the study were then reviewed for their quality using guides that were modified for this study. Result: The patients experienced a good reception from health personnel, a high level of involvement in care, good teamwork between the health personnel, good communication, a good understanding of their health, high levels of trust in the health personnel and a high general satisfaction. No conclusions could be drawn regarding experienced integrity. Conclusion: In general, the patients had a positive perception of bedside-rounds. Despite this some negative perceptions were also reported. This indicates that there is a need for further scientific and ethical research to provide sufficient proof that bedside-rounds should be implemented in healthcare.

O objetivo deste trabalho é avaliar a deterioração estrutural de Estações Elevatórias de Água construídas em concreto armado (EEA) que integram o patrimônio construído da companhia de abastecimento de água. Para tanto, desenvolveu-se uma metodologia em três etapas: (i) realiza-se ronda sensorial de inspeção estrutural com auxílio de Veículo Aéreo Não Tripulado (VANT) a fim de diagnosticar, por fotos e vídeos de alta resolução, Elementos e Família de elementos Estruturais (EFE) que apresentem manifestações patológicas (aparentes ou sugestivas); (ii) pela RIEV, caso detectado alguma manifestação patológica que requeira avaliações mais detalhadas, realiza-se ensaios não-destrutivos; (iii) afere-se a deterioração de EFE pelo método GDE-UnB, enquadrando-os aos graus de prioridade de intervenção. Aplicado ao conjunto de EAA que integram o sistema de abastecimento de água da cidade de Belém/PA, identificou-se que das seis EEA inspecionadas, três enquadram-se no grau baixo de deterioração, uma enquadrara-se no grau médio de deterioração, apenas duas EEA apresentaram alto grau de deterioração estrutural, sendo requerido prioridade de intervenção em até 1 ano. Assim, além de mapear as EEA em concreto armado que requeiram prioridades de intervenções, pela proposta metodológica é possível estabelecer protocolos que satisfaçam a inspeção, diagnóstico, recuperação e proteção (IDRP), e proporcionar auxílio à manutenção e gestão patrimonial e financeira da companhia.

Os sistemas inspirados em redes veiculares geralmente processam um grande volume de dados numa demanda de tempo real, sendo sensíveis a ataques que podem comprometer seu funcionamento ou mesmo interrompê-los. Os ataques de Envenenamento de Dados (EvD) destacam-se dentre os mais danosos por alterar a confiabilidade dos dados disseminados. Embora existam mecanismos para lidar com essas ameaças, a validação dos dados e a detecção colaborativa sobre os serviços de VANETs são frequentemente desconsideradas. Este trabalho propõe um sistema de gerenciamento de tráfego em VANETs eficiente e seguro contra ataques de EvD, chamado RONDA. O sistema possui um mecanismo que emprega monitoramento watchdog e consenso relacional para detecção de atacantes, assegurando a autenticidade e disponibilidade dos dados. O RONDA foi avaliado no OMNET++, junto com o sistema ON-DEMAND, e obteve 90% de taxa de detecção, 4% de falsos negativos e 10% de falsos positivos, e diminuiu em até 40% o tempo de viagem dos veículos congestionados.

La bicicleta constituye una alternativa de movilidad eficiente y saludable ante el aumento de la contaminación en áreas urbanas. Este artículo examina cómo la implementación de infraestructuras ciclables influye en la forma urbana y en el trazado del espacio público. Para ello, la investigación se fija en dos vías rápidas de circunvalación, la Ronda del Mig en Barcelona y el tercer cinturón de Ronda en Vitoria-Gasteiz, y analiza diversas estrategias de implementación de infraestructura ciclista en su entorno, considerando factores como la seguridad, el confort y la integración en el espacio público, así como en la inclusividad de la red o en la vitalidad de las actividades urbanas. Mediante la descripción cartográfica precisa a la escala de la malla –discontinuidades y conflictos– y a la escala de la sección transversal –materialidades-, los resultados presentados, parte de una investigación doctoral en curso que analiza la movilidad ciclista a distintas escalas en diversas metrópolis europeas, identifican elementos clave en la interacción entre la forma de la ciudad y la movilidad en bicicleta.

La segunda ronda de la Encuesta BID/Cornell Coronavirus hace un seguimiento a la encuesta BID/Cornell Coronavirus de la primera ronda en donde se recolectó información relacionada a los impactos de la pandemia del Covid-19 en los mercados laborales, seguridad alimentaria, distanciamiento social, y conocimiento acerca de los síntomas y formas de contagio del Coronavirus. El objetivo principal de la segunda ronda fue hacer un seguimiento a los hogares partícipes de la primera ronda, recolectando información más detallada de ingresos y activos de los hogares, así como también datos de beneficiarios de programas sociales existentes antes de la pandemia, inclusión financiera, preferencias políticas y comportamientos relacionados con el Covid-19 en general. El procedimiento de recolección de datos de la segunda ronda, así como su divulgación, se llevaron a cabo de la misma forma que para el caso de la primera ronda. Los datos de las dos rondas de la encuesta se unieron para crear un panel de datos a nivel de hogar. Al realizar un ejercicio de correlación entre participación en la segunda ronda y características demográficas, encontramos que ser mujer aumentó la probabilidad de participar en la segunda ronda de la encuesta. Así mismo, personas con un nivel de educación más alto y con mayores ingresos fueron más propensas a participar en la segunda ronda. Acorde con estos resultados, encontramos también una correlación positiva entre tener 40 años en adelante y participar en la encuesta de seguimiento. Los datos del panel de datos son útiles para analizar efectos de la pandemia en situaciones y preferencias más detalladas de los hogares dentro de un país y entre países. Se incluyen ponderadores que corrigen diferencias en el tamaño de la muestra entre países y proveen una mayor ponderación a las observaciones de países con mayor población.
