Abstract:
Dental pulp is sterile structure which becomes contaminated when bacteria from oral cavity invade inside, colonized and produce immune stimulatory compounds those gets leaked to periapical area through apical foramen. The stimulated immune system starts inflammatory reaction which is observed as bone loss in periapical area on radiographs.
Root canal treatment (RCT) is performed to eradicate bacteria from root canal. With evolution of new technologies and new materials, the RCT has become most predictable with success rate ranging from 82-95%. Despite of high success rate, the failure st

For an objective assessment of the tooth root system anatomical and morphological features, the main method is x-ray examination. Researchers are currently paying more and more attention to the combined pathology of the tooth pulp and periodontal. At the same time, the peculiarities of the structure of the alveolar bone, the cement of the tooth root and the root canal system that cause their interrelation and mutual influence remain insufficiently studied. The main elements of the connection between the pulp and periodontal tissues are not only apical openings and additional channels, but also other ways of interaction, the study of which is of great interest for understanding the features of pathogenesis, prognosis and

By knowing the anatomy of the tooth including root canal, dentists also have gathered physiologically anomalous requirements for effective root canal treatment. An exceptional morphology is present in the root canal system known as the C-shaped root network. A substantial volume of evidence already has come out on C-shaped root canal systems. The analysis provides an extensive description of root through root canals in the form of C. Characteristics of this exceptional morphology were studied mainly focused on macroscopic, microscopic and functional measurements including odontogenetic tooth s

Endodontic retreatment in most cases is indicated with the development of apical periodontitis in teeth with previously treated root canals. This treatment is complicated by the fact that the root canals can be lined with any material: guttapercha pins, paste, cement, anchor and fiberglass pins, resorcinol-formalin paste, fragments of tools can be located in the channels at any level and root canal transportation can occur. The choice of endodontic treatment or tooth extraction is always before dentists. The availability of modern machine files, ultrasound attachments, filling materials and X–

Background: The basis of successful endodontic treatment is the correct determination of the working length of the root canal (the distance between the external landmark on the crown of the tooth to the apical border). An apical constriction zone is recommended as a border for root canal treatment and filling. Intraoral radiograph allows you to obtain information about the direction of bending of the root canals, as well as to determine the working length. However, the radiograph is a two-dimensional total image and does not reproduce the entire anatomy of the apical part of the root therefore

Machines focus power. We view a machine as a “machine communications channel,” wherein components along the channel organize power and information flow. Errors from broken or degraded components disrupt this organization and the implicit information processing. Our model based diagnostics approach constructs detailed physics models of the machine having direct physical correspondence to components and faults, measures states off the real in-service machine, simulates states and sensor outputs of the machine under same service loads, compares simulated sensor outputs to real sensor outputs, and
