There is an increasing demand for higher precision when using Global Navigation Satellite Systems, GNSS, for positioning. The measurement uncertainty depends on multiple factors and one of them is the ionosphere. Due to the ionosphere being ionized and contains free electrons, satellite signals that propagates the ionosphere will be affected by the total electron content, TEC. In this thesis project, it is analyzed if compressing a video stream differently, depending on the importance of certain features would decrease the data that need to be sent, without decreasing the information perceived by the operator in teleoperations. This is done by using both a static and dynamic selection of features that gets more or less compressed depending on how important they are to the operator. It shows that the bandwidth used is reduced and most information is kept, but because of the hardware used for teleoperations are limited the usability of this method is also limited.

Durch die Abnahme vorrangig der saprobiellen Belastung der Gewässer in Sachsen nach 1990 hat sich ihre Bestandssituation allgemein verbessert. Dennoch sind fast drei Viertel der 17 in Sachsen vorkommenden Rot- und Braunalgenarten als ausgestorben oder gefährdet einzuschätzen. Die Rote Liste enthält eine Checkliste, Verbreitungskarten und gibt einen Überblick über die Gefährdungssituation der einzelnen Arten.

Eulenfalter sind in Deutschland die artenreichste Gruppe der Großschmetterlinge. Die Broschüre informiert über die Gefährdungssituation von 392 Arten in Sachsen. Die meisten Arten sind dämmerungs- und nachtaktiv, einige aber auch tagaktiv. Viele Bewohner trockener Offenlandbiotope, der Moore und des Feuchtgrünlandes sind bereits ausgestorben. Eine Rote Liste der Bockkäfer erschien in Sachsen zuletzt im Jahr 1994.
