Abstract:
Research about lactation and breastfeeding has exploded since the Journal of Human Lactation ( JHL) began publishing in 1985. To discuss the 3-decade-long role of the Journal in promoting, supporting, and disseminating lactation research, editors convened a multidisciplinary group of lactation researchers and providers which comprised three senior researchers and one clinical practitioner, all of whom have a long history of lactation advocacy. Their discussion took place on July 1, 2019. Dr Aimee Eden is a medical anthropologist who leads the qualitative research efforts in a small research department. Her dissertation research focused on the maternal and child healthcare workforce, and the professionalization of breastfeeding support. She served on the Board of Directors of the International Board of Lactation Examiners (2010–2016) and currently serves on the board of the Monetary Investment for Lactation Consultant Certification. Dr Karleen Gribble has been conducting research for 15 years about infant and young child feeding in emergencies, long-term breastfeeding, milk sharing, early childhood trauma, adoption, and fostering. She is an Australian Breastfeeding Association community educator and breastfeeding counselor and a member of the Infant and Young Child Feeding in Emergencies Core Group. Elien Rouw is a practicing physician in Germany specialized in healthy infant care, with a long-standing specialization in breastfeeding medicine. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine, is a member of the German National Breastfeeding Committee and their delegate to the World Alliance for Breastfeeding Action. Dr Jackie Wolf is an historian of medicine, whose research focuses on the history of childbirth and breastfeeding practices in the United States and how those practices have shaped women’s and children’s health, as well as public health, over time. Her latest book, published by Johns Hopkins University Press and funded by a 3 year grant from the National Institutes of Health, is Cesarean Section: An American History of Risk, Technology, and Consequence. Dr Sara Gill moderated the discussion. She was a member of the Board of Directors of the International Lactation Consultant Association for 5 years, and has been an Associate Editor of the Journal of Human Lactation for the past 4 years. Her research has focused on breastfeeding among vulnerable populations. (Participants’ comments are noted as AE = Aimee Eden; SG = Sara Gill; KG = Karleen Gribble; ER = Elien Rouw; JW = Jacqueline Wolf).

Abstract:
Julian Frank Rouw, Conceptual Review of God's Elections in Rome 9. Rejection of Israel as God's chosen nation, and justification of the Gentiles by faith is in the sovereignty of God. Paul explains God's act toward His chosen people in the past, in which Israel is distancing itself from God's mercy and neglecting its opportunity. In the present, Israel as a nation rejects the Messiah. In the future, Israel as a nation, will receive the Messiah and enjoy the promised blessings with the oath promise in the Old Testament. The key pressure of this context is that God's sovereignty is expressed in a vacuum, not a mere power. The choice of God's sovereignty is not based on an early knowledge of the choices and actions that humans will take in the future. However, God chooses to bless the unworthy through his faith (not on the basis of his achievement). God knows everything but He chooses to limit His choice in mercy and in promise. The human response must exist, but it follows and ultimately affirms the life-changing choice of God. On the sovereignty of God who has chosen who is chosen it can force us to draw the conclusion that God is 'unfair'. Paul has said that God's election is not bound to a lineage, that God is free to choose some of Abraham's offspring and reject some of the others. Julian Frank Rouw, Kajian Konseptual Tentang Pemilihan Allah Dalam Roma 9.

Abstract:

Abstract:
The lizard Psammophilus (Reptilia: Diapsida: Agamidae) is commonly called as rock lizard. It has only been reported that female P. blanfordanus is a seasonal breeder otherwise research on its reproduction is limited. Therefore, to investigate the relationship between environmental and reproductive behaviour, studies on gonadosomatic index (GSI), histology and histometry of ovary and oviduct were undertaken. The GSI, relative weight of ovaries (ROW) and oviducts (ROiW) are highest during the breeding season. The ROW and ROiW are positively correlated with temperature, rainfall and relative humidity (RH). The histology and histometry of ovary and oviducts show that the breeding season in this animal is from April to June/July and sometimes extends to early August. During this period the diameter of oocyte, oviduct and oviduct glandular layer is increased. The thicknessof oviduct glandular is also increased but thickness of oviduct muscle layer is decreased. The reproductive cycle of this animal is associate type. The study will be helpful in understanding its evolutionary adaptability to different seasons.

Abstract:
Abstract Neonatal Alloimmune Thrombocytopenia (NATP) is caused by maternal immunization against alloantigens carried on paternal platelet glycoproteins (GP). Although common antigens and their corresponding antibodies can be reliably detected, about two-thirds of suspected cases of NATP go unresolved. We are investigating the extent to which maternal immunization against low frequency antigens not usually tested for contributes to the relatively low diagnostic yield in NATP evaluations. In the course of this work, we have identified eight previously undescribed amino acid substitutions located in four different platelet GPs (Table 1). Table 1. Eight new mutations identified in platelet glycoproteins Name Sta Kno Sol Brc Bec Aus Rou2 Rou1 GP IIIa IIb IIIa Ia IIIa Ibb IIb IIb Mutation K137Q T619M E628K E505V K646E D13H G790S T9A The incidence of each mutation in the general population is less than 1.0%. Antigens Sta and Kno were each identified in fathers of suspected NATP cases and in the affected infants. In addition, maternal antibodies reacted with recombinant GPs modified to contain the relevant mutations, making it very likely that the antibodies were the cause of NATP in these instances. Antigen Sol was identified in the father and maternal antibody reacted strongly with paternal GPIIb/IIIa. However, the infant has not yet been typed. It is likely, but not certain that immunization against Sol caused NATP in this case. Mutation Brc was found in the father of an infant with possible NATP. However maternal serum failed to react with GPIa from father’s platelets and it was not possible to type the affected infant. Mutations Bec, Aus and Rou2 were identified in paternal DNA but the affected infants were negative for these mutations. Mutation Rou1 was identified in maternal DNA and could not have been an immunogen. It is highly likely that three of the eight new mutations (Sta, Kno, and Sol) caused maternal immunization leading to NATP. However, the other five (Bec, Aus, Brc, Rou1 and Rou2) appear to have been identified incidentally in the course of the NATP evaluations. Before concluding that maternal-fetal incompatibility for a rare antigen identified in the father is the immunogen responsible for triggering NATP these findings emphasize the importance of typing an affected infant to determine whether a low frequency antigen identified in the father was inherited. In addition it is necessary to confirm that maternal serum reacts with the suspected paternal antigen incorporated into a recombinant protein or carried on platelets from an unrelated individual.

Full text
Abstract:
Diphasiastrum zeilleri (Rouy) Holub is a hybrid species, with the formula D. complanatum (L.) Holub × D. tristachyum (Pursh) Holub. A high variability of D. zeilleri is due to environmental conditions (light and shadow ecological forms) and probably to introgressive hybridization with the parental species. Intermediate forms between D. zeilleri, D. complanatum and D. tristachyum are quite rare, that allows to treat the three taxa as separate species. D. zeilleri is missing in subarctic regions of Europe and North America, and some degree of its resemblance with D. complanatum subsp. montellii Kukk. is convergent. Lycopodium complanatum f. polystachyum H. Lindb. is considered to belong to D. zeilleri, and an appropriate conbination is published, Diphasiastrum zeilleri var. polystachyum (H. Lindb.) Ivanenko. A new variety Diphasiastrum zeilleri (Rouy) Holub var. ramistachyum Ivanenko is described, differing by sessile strobili formed on the basal part of fertile branches during one growing season. The structure, the base of which is a fertile branch, and the upper part is strobilus (strobili), is proposed to term «strobilus branch». Besides D. zeilleri var. ramistachyum, the strobilus branches are produced by D. issleri (Rouy) Holub, D. oellgaardii Stoor, Boudrie, Jérôme, K. Horn et Bennert, and rarely by D. alpinum (L.) Holub and D. complanatum.

Abstract:
The present paper is aimed at the use of satellite navigation of field machinery during seeding, this operation belonging to the most important field practises. Our attention was focused on the determination of the accuracy of the satellite navigation system based on using the correction signal real-time kinematic and its correct application for planting a wide-row crop (sunflower) and seeding a narrow-row crop (spring barley). The aim of the field experiment was also to specify the level of the necessary accuracy of satellite navigation systems during planting and seeding. The length of seeding/planting equipment was confronted with the accuracy of navigation of individual passes, especially when turning on the headlands. In the conclusion, the importance is highlighted of the automated tractor headland control during satellite navigation of combined field machines in the crop production.
