Abstract:

Ce travail propose une analyse de la pensée philosophique, politique et morale de Pierre Paul Royer-Collard, intellectuel et homme politique qui a vécu en France entre la fin du XVIIIe et la première moitié du XIXe siècle. On a d'abord tracé une biographie intellectuelle du personnage, afin de montrer l'influence de ses différentes expériences en tant qu'homme public (député, professeur, conseiller d'Etat) sur la formation et le développement de sa pensée. Ses idées philosophiques et politiques ont été considérées à partir du contexte intellectuel de leur élaboration, et analysées dans toutes leurs parties. Sa théorie de la perception a été tracée avec précision, ainsi que son idée du sens commun, sa critique de la philosophie des idéologues et la place de sa pensée dans le spiritualisme français. Tous les éléments de sa pensée politique ont été analysés : son idée des institutions (roi, gouvernement, Chambres), le système électoral, les pouvoirs intermédiaires, l'Eglise, le système éducatif, son idée de gouvernement représentatif, de démocratie, de légitimité, et des relations entre la politique et la société. L'influence de la Révolution française sur la pensée politique de Royer-Collard a été également considérée. Une analyse comparée avec la pensée de François Guizot et des doctrinaires afin de déterminer la place des idées de Royer-Collard dans le contexte du premier libéralisme français a aussi été faite. L'inspiration morale de son système de pensée, qui constitue le lien entre sa philosophie et ses idées politiques, a été soigneusement analysée.

Abstract:

In 1973, the French government, in response to considerable pressure from small retailer interest groups, introduced legislation aimed at restricting the future growth of large area retail stores. The "Loi Royer" established a series of departmental planning commissions composed of retailer, locally elected, and consumer representatives. These commissions were given the power to authorise or reject planning applications for large retail units and extensions to existing stores, above certain size thresholds dependent upon the size of the commune in which development was to take place. The law allowed for an appeal procedure in which the Minister of Commerce and Crafts, advised by a national commission of similar composition, was the final arbiter. This thesis examines the impact of the "Loi Royer", with particular reference to hypermarket development in France. The spatial and structural growth of large stores, and large retail organisations is assessed, with case studies undertaken on the application of the law in the Brittany region, and the growth of the Carrefour group. The role and form of public policy in the retail sector in general is also considered. The composition of the commissions and proceedures established by the legislation provided considerable potential for influencing the development of large stores in France. However, whilst the legislation has had some short term and localised impact upon hypermarket development, in the long term, the restrictive effects of the law must be questioned. By exploiting various loopholes and failings in the legislation, hypermarket openings have continued, and the large retail groups have maintained their growth largely at the expense of the small retailer, whom the law was intended to protect. The legislation may also have indirectly encouraged numerous strategic adaptions, on the part of the larger retail organisations, which have served to further improve their position vis a vis smaller retailers, or introduced large retail groups into sectors traditionally dominated by independent traders.

Cette histoire est celle d'un remembrement commercial (par analogie au remembrement agricole), encouragé dès 1963 par Valéry Giscard d'Estaing, ministre des Finances. En effet, prédominant jusqu'au début des années 1960, le petit commerce indépendant décline ensuite de manière continue et la grande distribution capitaliste se renforce, grâce notamment à des mesures d'aides au financement des investissements ou à des incitations fiscales (TVA). À partir de la fin des années 1960, l'effort de remembrement commercial n'est cependant plus univoque, car le mécontentement des petits commerçants s'amplifie et s'illustre parfois par des protestations violentes. Votée en 1973, la loi Royer est alors censée inaugurée une nouvelle politique d'équilibre entre les différentes formes de commerces. Elle se distingue cependant par ses effets pervers contraires aux objectifs annoncés et sa réforme revient de manière récurrente dans l'agenda politique jusqu'en 1996
This thesis looks at retail trades' transformations in France, from 1945 to 1996. It opts for an institutional perspective and examines the state intervention in the sector. Archival collections from ministries, from the presidency of the Republic and from different central administrations were explored, and the state's action toward retail trades was studied as a sectorial policy. Hence, this work analyses, among other subjects, urban planning, commercial relationships between retailers and suppliers, professional training or the question of Sunday openings. This is the story of a retail amalgamation (remembrement commercial), encouraged as early as 1963 by Finance Minister Valéry Giscard d'Estaing. Indeed, predominant until the 1960s, small independent retailers then declined continuously while hypermarkets and big capitalistic retail developed, thanks notably to credit facilities and fiscal incentives (V AT). From the end of the 1960s, this amalgamation policy became Jess unequivocal as the discontent of small shopkeepers was rising, sometimes resulting in violent protests. In 1973, the Royer law was voted and claimed to insure an equilibrium policy for different forms of retail. Yet, this law was characterized by its unanticipated effects and the will to reform the law became recurrent in the political agenda until 1996

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the design and realization of wireless power charging circuit for embedded systems. The research section focuses on the various ways and technologies used in applications of wireless power transfer. The theoretical part also briefly characterizes resonant inductive coupling and critical parameters of the transfer. This is followed by realization of various variants of transfer coils and electromagnetic oscillators. Wireless power charging prototype system is created and used for testing purposes to find optimal configuration of resonator. The hardware unit presented in the final part of the thesis exploits microcontroller and implemented software is extended by foreign object detection algorithm along with method to monitor battery charging state.

La perspective adoptee par l'auteur de la these est celle qui est revendiquee par clemence royer. La philosophie doit etre une explication synthetique des rapports de l'homme au monde. Cette synthese est ordonnee et systematique, les points essentiels de ce systeme constituant les differents chapitres de la these comme le montre le premier chapitre. Le chapitre 2 aborde l'ontologie de clemence royer et sa theorie de l'atome. Le chapitre 3 developpe la philosophie du vivant propre a la traductrice de darwin. Le chapitre 4 analyse son anthropologie philosophique. Le chapitre 5 expose l'ethique applicable a l'homme et a la nature. Les chapitres 6 et 7 analysent les theories de l'auteur concernant l'organisation economique et sociale souhaitable pour les societes, et la necessite de la liberte de pensee, notamment pour les femmes. The standpoint selected by the author of the thesis is the one that clemence royer maintains : philosophy must be a synthetical explanation of man's relationship to the world. As shown in chapter 1, this synthesis follows a logical order and is arranged into a system, the main points of that system making up the different chapters of the thesis. Chapter 2 deals with the ontology of clemence royer and her theory of the atom. Chapter 3 develops the philosophy of living that characterizes the translator of darwin. Chapter 4 analyses her philosophical anthropology. Chapter 5 exposes the ethics that can be applied to man and to nature. Chapters 6 and 7 analyse the author's theories regarding the best possible economic and social organisation of human societes and the need for freedom of thought, particularly as far as women are concerned. Clemence royer has, on the whole, achieved her project of a synthetic philosophy, confronting it to philosophies of her time, those of comte, spencer and haeckel her philosophy bears the seal of a philosophical tradition : the search for truth, founded, in her case, on a direct relationship to reality

Abstract:

Il lavoro presentato di seguito è volto al miglioramento delle prestazioni dell'apparato per la Tecar terapia prodotto da EME.srl. Tale apparato presenta, allo stato attuale, un sistema basato principalmente su circuiti a componenti attivi operanti in regione lineare che producono una oscillazione a 455kHz, la amplificano e infine la adattano alle caratteristiche richieste per tale apparato. Ampiezza dell'oscillazione e corrente sul carico (paziente) vengono controllate mediante un doppio sistema di retroazione: uno analogico e uno basato su microcontrollore. Entrambi i sistemi lavorano sui valori medi di tensione e corrente. Lo scopo di tale elaborato è quello di migliorare tale apparato rendendo possibile il controllo di nuovi parametri, come la frequenza di oscillazione cosa non possibile nell'attuale implementazione. Si valuterà, nell'ambito dell'attività di tesi, se mantenere l'idea costruttiva originale in cui si aveva un oscillatore autonomo con una cascata di amplificazione a efficienza non elevatissima, retroazionato analogicamente e un controllo mediante uC, oppure passare ad una nuova architettura totalmente gestita da uC sfruttando topologie utilizzate in altri macchinari di EME.srl con l'aggiunta di soluzioni tratte dal mondo delle energie rinnovabili. Per lo studio di tale apparato verrà effettuata inoltre una caratterizzazione sperimentale del corpo umano utilizzando la mano di un soggetto volontario per avere un carico campione realistico e cercando ulteriori riscontri in letteratura.

Abstract:

När vi fick välja mellan att göra en fiskmarknad, ett hotell, ett krematorie eller en kulturskola så valde jag att rita en skola eftersom jag tycker att det är en av de viktigaste byggnaden som finns i vårt samhälle. Tomten som vi fick tilldelad ligger i Älvsjö, strax söder om Stockholm och är belägen mellan pendeltågsstationen och Stockholmsmässan. Eftersom platsen är utsatt av pendeltågens höga ljud så bestämde jag tidigt att det var något som jag behövde göra något åt, men samtidigt vill jag inte förlora kontakten med de tusentals människor som varje dag står på pendelperrongen, jag ville skapa en fasad eller koppling som gjorde att människor som stod på perrongen skulle bli intresserade av vad det är för byggnad. Den första tiden bestod av många platsbesök och vi gjorde även platsundersökningar där min grupp blev tilldelad att göra en undersökning av platsen och vattenförhållandena där, vi valde att göra en undersökning av vilka träd som finns på platsen och hur de är kopplade till vattenförhållandena i marken, i våra undersökningar såg man tydligt hur olika trädsorter växte på platsen med olika markförhållandena, dels de ekar och lönnar som växter precis brevid gångvägen som jag tidigt fastnade för och ville bevara. Vi gjorde även platsbesök på bredängskulturskola där de berättade om sin verksamhet och vad de tyckte saknades i deras lokaler, det de sa var att dels så har de väldigt många lärare som arbetar paralellt, runt 50 anställda och 12-13 som arbetar paralellt, de hade bara en entré in till deras byggnad vilket gjorde det svårare att bara låna ut vissa rum eller mindre delar till kvällsaktiviteter eller föreningar, andra saker som de efterfrågade var mer övningsrum, hängytor. Jag kollade på Jean Nouvelles Cartier building som är uppdelad i olika glasfasader. Jag attraheras av enkla byggnader och det är något som jag tycker om att arbeta med, att ta konkreta beslut efter iaktaganden och inte bara göra former. Men eftersom det kan vara lite låsande så bestämde jag att jag på 30 minuter skulle göra så många olika skissmodeller jag kunde och sedan undersöka dem, det gjorde jag och sedan tog jag fram de fem som jag tyckte var mest spännande. Till dessa fem började jag rita planer och fastnade till slut för en byggnad med vertikalaväggar som från plan hade en form av ett ägg, jag tyckte det kändes spännande med en helt sluten byggnad som hade ett extrovert kommunikationssystem, jag attraherades av enkelheten i formen, den japanska extremheten. Sedan fortsatte jag arbeta med hur jag ville att min byggnad skulle vara utformad och gick ifrån den helt slutna formen för att jag inte kände att den var realistisk för den skolmiljö som jag ville att skolan skulle ha, i stället skapade jag en skola med mycket öppnare karaktär som jag hoppas ska bjuda in till kreativitet.
When we first got this assignment we could choose from making a fish market, a hotell, a crematorium or a cultural school. I choose to make a school because I think it probably is the most important building in our society, because it is the place where we are to pass on information to the future inhabitants of the world. The lot we got for our school is located between the commuter railway station and Stockholm international fair. Seeing that this lot have issues with the noise from the commuter trains I early on decided that this was something I needed to work on. With this in mind I also didn’t want to lose the connection with the thousands of people traveling with the trains daily so I wanted to connect to them and make them interested in the school. Early on we made a analysis of the lot and my group made a analysis of the trees that grew on the site, we could see a clear connection between the dampness in the ground and the trees that grew on the different levels of the site. Closes to the pedestrian street there were some oaks and maples that i wanted to preserve . To remind about the history of Älvsjö gård. We also made a visit to a cultural school located in Bredäng outside Stockholm and talked about the work they do and what they wanted to improve in their premises and they wanted: a more flexible building, more small rooms, chill places, more entrances. So I had that in mind when I did my building. I tried to create a simple yet elegant building which where creativity can flow.

Abstract:

Romer är oftast överrepresenterade när det gäller skolk. Syftet med den här fallstudien är att bidraga med kunskap om hur skolan kan arbeta för att minimera skolket, vilket i sin tur resulterar i att de romska barnen kommer närmre målen i de olika skolämnena. Fyra frågor ställdes: Hur upplever romerna skolket? Hur vill romerna att skolan ska arbeta för att de inte ska skolka? Hur ser skolans pedagoger på skolkproblemet? På vilket sätt anser skolans pedagoger de bör arbeta för att minimera skolket?Som metod använde jag kvalitativa intervjuer samt enkäter, men även noggrann genomgång av skolverkets rapporter samt litteraturstudier. Fallstudien visar att skolan bör arbeta utifrån tre åtgärder. Dels att skolan bör visa ett intresse för den romska kulturen, men även få med föräldrarna i det skolkförebyggande arbetet samt införa ett belöningssystem som ska ge utdelning när barnen inte skolkar.

Abstract

This study will look at the gipsy’s people’s thoughts about their experience in the Swedish school. I have experience about the gipsy people from my home country Yugoslavia. In most cases, the gipsy people had a hard time and problems to be a part of the society, for example to get a job or finish the elementary school.

I’m now living In Sweden and a lot of times I have wonder about gipsy’s situation in our country. Questions like, what is there experience about the Swedish school system? Is there a different if you compare the situation with former days? Is there a different between boys and girls? This is also questions that are in focus in this study.

After the literature study, where I collected information about gypsies and their situation in Sweden, I did some interviews over telephone. The questions were about their experience about their situation during their time in school. During the study I have met people who were positive when I asked them about their situation. Other people were worried about my questions and some of them didn’t attend in the study. Maybe this can sees as a natural reaction when this ethnics group had a problematic time in the Swedish history, but maybe why many people today don’t trust people who are working in school or other part of the public sector.

The result of this study is that changes have been positive for the gipsy people. Now days don’t feel that school is a place for alienation and discrimination. One successful reason is that the contact between the school and home is much better. The study has also looked at how the school working with questions about gender. The result is that there never has been a different in the way how personal working with girls and boys in school.

In spite of everything there is a lot more work to do in the Swedish school. This is a work that is covering personal, parents but also students. One thing who is missing now days is more teachers who can educate children and youth in the gipsy language. It’s also a problem that there are few antitypes in school, not only for the gipsyes as an ethnics group, but also for other minority groups.

Abstract:

Under 2013 och 2014 har det skett en ökning av antalet EU-medborgare som tigger i Sverige. Det har varit ett hett ämne för offentlig debatt och åsikterna har varit många och delade. Det finns flera obesvarade frågor och situationen är komplex. Behovet av kunskap i ämnet ses därför som stort. Syftet med denna uppsats var att studera medias framställning av tiggeri och romer, samt att genom intervjuer ge en bild av den verklighet som romerna i Umeå upplever. Dessa framställningar jämfördes sedan mot varandra. För att göra detta har en mediestudie gjorts där 49 tidningsartiklar från dagstidningarna Dagens Nyheter och Västerbottens Kuriren granskats. Det har gjorts tre intervjuer med romer. En kvalitativ innehållsanalys har använts för att analysera samtligt material. Mediestudien visade att tidningarnas framställning av romer och tiggeri främst handlar om romernas utsatta situation, samt diskussioner rörande ansvarsfrågan. Intervjuerna visade att det som främst präglar romernas verklighet är utsattheten, samt att familjen har stor betydelse.

Sammanfattning Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka den svenska statens syn på romer ur ett utbildningsperspektiv i fem statliga utredningar som gjorts de senaste åren (2007-2012). Dessa har studerats genom att identifiera problematiken samt undersöka hur de dolda maktstrukturerna ser ut i problemformuleringarna och åtgärdsförslagen. Därtill hur språkbruket ser ut i dessa och om det går att skönja någon vi och dem-uppdelning. Granskningen av materialet samt analysen har gjorts utifrån ett kritiskt diskursanalytiskt perspektiv genom en innehållsanalys av ett kodschema samt Teun A. van Dijks strukturindelingar av text. Resultatet visar hur dolda maktstrukturer åskådliggörs på så vis att det är utredarna och därigenom staten som såväl innehar agendasättningsmakten som problemformuleringsprivilegiet samt uppgiften att åtgärda problemen. Skulden för de problem som identifieras läggs framförallt på romerna. Språkbruket uppvisar exempel på formuleringar som är negativt värderande, raljerande och som förstärker negativa egenskaper. Synen på romer visar en dubbel bild där det å ena sidan handlar om en vilja och ambition att åtgärda de problem som identifieras men som å andra sidan gensomsyras av en diskriminerande hållning, kategoriserande tendenser och en vi och dem-uppdelning

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to investigate the medial portrayal of Romani people in the newspaper Dagens Nyheter from 2013 and 2014. In the theoretical chapter the concepts of new racism is used to speak of what is considered racist in the Swedish society today. Other concepts that are used are type and stereotype which are used to explain how our context is depending on distinctions to understand what surrounds us. Concepts such as myths and binary-oppositions are other theories that are used in this study. Six debate articles have been selected to investigate how the Romani people are represented. Discourse analysis was used to answer the main questions in this study and was used to answer the purpose of this study. The main result was that the Romani people was discriminated and were not given the opportunity to speak their mind. It was always someone else outside this ethnic group who presented their view on something. They were considered passive as a group, in need of help from the remaining society. Said newspapers made generalizations about the group and connected them to begging. Finally, the perhaps most interesting result that this study finds is that the media makes distinctions between the Romani people and other social groups. The Romani people are made out as “the others” and a “we” and “them” in the Swedish society becomes prominent.

L' @oeuvre de Caillois présente un panorama d'une grande variété. L'homme est un esprit encyclopédique dont les essais se déploient dans des domaines éloignés les uns des autres, mais aussi un écrivain qui reconnaît sur le tard une vocation contrariée. Pleinement inscrite dans la vie intellectuelle et littéraire française des années 1930-1950, son oeuvre donne surtout lieu à d'importantes transgressions génériques et se caractérise par son hétérogénéité. Caillois réunit en effet dans sa personne les dispositions antithétiques, d'un côté, de l'austérité et de la tradition universitaire et, de l'autre, de l'éclectisme et de la volonté de rupture des avant-gardes littéraires. La difficulté de la sociologie de Pierre Bourdieu à expliquer le caractère composite de l'oeuvre de Caillois trouve son origine dans une réduction des déterminations psychiques à des déterminations sociales. Le sociologue confond en effet sous le même terme de "distinction", d'un côté, le processus de différenciation immanent à la réalité sociale et, de l'autre, la manière dont chaque écrivain occupe de manière subjective sa position et transforme les représentations qui lui sont attachées. . .

I denna studie undersöks hur romer som tigger framställs i svensk dagspress. Med hjälp av en kritisk diskursanalys har artiklar från olika tidningar analyserats för att upptäcka vilka stereotyper som framställs i den svenska dagspressen. Empirin baseras på 21 artiklar från tidningarna Aftonbladet, Dagens Nyheter och Svenska Dagbladet. Utifrån en socialkonstruktionistisk utgångspunkt har vi valt teorierna ”stereotyping” och andrafiering. Resultatet presenteras under fyra tydliga teman som uppkom under analysprocessen. Dessa teman är; skräck och mörker, nationalitet och etnicitet, symboler samt när ”de andra” ses som ett hot mot ”vår” ordning. Undersökningen tyder på att det sker en stereotypisering och andrafiering av romer som tigger i svensk dagspress. Studiens resultat påvisar även medias inflytelserika position i samhället och som en bidragande faktor till den strukturella diskrimineringen. Resultatet visar att det också finns ett fåtal artiklar som inte enbart vidmakthåller de gamla stereotyperna och ett ”vi” och ”dem”, utan även belyser den existerande diskrimineringen av romer som tigger.

SAMMANFATTNING Syftet med denna studie var att få djupare kunskap på hur romer ser på hälsa. Studien är kvalitativ, baserad på åtta semistrukturerade intervjuer, genom ett målmedvetet urval. Deltagarna bestod av fem kvinnor och tre män. De tre kategorierna som framkom var: Hälsa handlar om hela människan, En medvetenhet om livsstilens betydelse för hälsa samt Samhällets inverkan på hälsa. Hälsa sågs som en kombination av psykiskt och fysiskt välmående och betydelsen av en god hälsa var väldigt stor hos samtliga. Samtliga var väl medvetna om vad som påverkar deras hälsa. Informanterna påtalade att levnadsvanor var bidragande orsaker till den ökade fysiska ohälsan som ansågs finnas bland romer, detta gällde särskilt matvanorna. Det fanns dock en positiv framtidstro och många såg en ökad medvetenhet kring hälsosamt beteende hos romer. Diskriminering och arbetslöshet ansågs vara starka bidragande orsaker till den psykiska ohälsan hos romer. Studiens resultat tyder på att samhället har en viktig uppgift för att ge goda förutsättningar för att förbättra hälsan hos romer. ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to get a deeper understanding for the way the Roma look upon health. The study is qualitative. It was based on semi-structured interviews of eight participants which were purposefully selected. Five participants were women and three were men. Three categories appeared: health covers physical as well as mental wellbeing; an awareness of the impact of lifestyle on health; and the impact of society on health. Health were seen as a combination of mental and physical wellbeing. Further, the importance of good health was very high for all respondents. All were aware of what may affect their health. The respondents considered that the way of living was a contributing factor to the poorer health that they believe exists among the Roma. Discrimination and unemployment were also seen as strong contributing factors to bad mental health. The results of the study show that the society has an important role to give good conditions to improve the health among the Roma. Abstract:

IARES is a highly flexible planetary exploration demonstration rover developed by CNES (the French National Center for Space Studies) mainly for autonomous navigation and locomotion studies. It has 19 degrees of freedom, including six active, steerable wheels. The rover uses a software for autonomous navigation, including stereo camera perception, path planning and motion control. It is complemented by a visual simulator that can substitute the rover for practical purposes. The goal of this MSc thesis, carried out during the second semester 2006 at CNES in Toulouse, has been to make out the most of the localization capabilities of this rover using a recently implemented method : odometry. A previous study had been carried out at ONERA in Toulouse and the main goal of this thesis was to implement this new method into the environment used for the CNES rover and to test the performances of this method thanks to the simulator. All this work might be even tested on board at the very end of the internship. Given the hardware platform and the software environment, this new localization method had primarily to be studied from a theoretical point of view before being integrated into the CNES environment. The study was conducted on a Linux platform and code has been developed in C for the simulator whereas Scilab has been used for the validation tests.

I denna studie undersöks hur romer representeras i media. Detta görs utifrån två aktuella nyhetshändelser under 2013 där jag söker svar på vilka som får framträda i artiklarna, vilka nyckelord som används i texterna samt hur romer representeras genom en bildanalys. En jämförelse görs också historiskt med tidigare skildringar av romer för att se om representationen av romer är liknande sedan tidigare. Jag blev intresserad att göra denna studie om romer och media då romer inte alltför längesedan blivit en erkänd minoritetsgrupp men som historiskt varit en väldigt utsatt grupp i Sverige och länder runt om i Europa. Resultatet av studien visar att romer idag beskrivs med liknande negativa konnotationer som de gjort historiskt men att detta inte uttrycks i media på samma sätt idag. Skillnaden mellan hur romer representeras idag och under tidigt 1900-tal är att det förut skrevs öppet negativt om romer – idag används inte språkbruket för att identifiera romer utan det uttrycks mellan raderna.

Uppsatsen studerar representationen av romer i Tony Gatlifs film Gadjo Dilo (1997) i syfte att avtäcka huruvida de tillämpade audiovisuella uttrycksmedlen som präglar formen, korresponderar med eller står i kontrast till de synsätt, med tillhörande maktstrukturer, som det förmedlade innehållet visar prov på.

Metoden som tillämpas är närläsning av filmen, vilket resulterar i iakttagelser som ställs i relation till uppsatsens teoretiska utgångspunkter, nämligen Stuart Halls redogörelse för representation, stereotypifiering och motståndsstrategier, jämte Robert Stams och Louise Spences metod där en framställnings tillämpning av specifikt audiovisuella uttrycksmedel synas, samt tidigare forskning kring representationen av romer.

Utifrån resultatet av analysen konstateras att representationen av romer i Gadjo Dilo är motsägelsefullt utförd i bemärkelsen att det övergripande synsätt (romerna är subjekt och utgör normen), med tillhörande maktstruktur (romerna är jämställda eller överlägsna de vita européerna), som det förmedlade innehållet ger vid handen, står i kontrast till det övergripande synsätt (de vita européerna utgör normen), med tillhörande maktstruktur (de vita européerna är överlägsna romerna), vilket tillämpningen av vissa audiovisuella uttrycksmedel (bildutsnitt och kamerapositionering) som präglar formen ger vid handen.

Après avoir atteint l'excellence en tant qu'intellectuel de parti stalinien pendant la Guerre froide, Roger Garaudy s'est construit comme intellectuel "véritable" contre la doxa du PCF qu'il était pourtant chargé d'incarner, à la faveur de son autonomisation suite au choc du XX° Congrès du PCUS périmant sa foi en Staline. C'est ainsi que la résurgence progressive de son habitus théologico-philosophique a fait de lui l'homme du dialogue par excellence adapté à la démarginalisation du PCF dans le champ intellectuel des années 1960. Mais si son engagement sur la tagente hérétique a fait de lui l'un des intellectuels communistes poussant le plus loin le projet de rénovation du PC en offrant une véritable stratégie alternative à celle du Parti après 1968, l'exclusion qui s'en est suivie s'est traduite par un retour du refoulé religieux qui, couplé à la posture prophétique d'un intellectuel désormais excentré dans le champ intellectuel français, a largement contribué à la délégitimation de l'ancien philosophe du PC avant même sa radicalisation ultime qui a achevé de le disqualifier suite à sa condamnation pour négationnisme
After he reached excellence as a stalinist party intellectual during the Cold War, Roger Garaudy built himself as a real intellectual against the doxa that he was yet supposed to embody, following his emporwement after the shock of the 20th Congress of the CPSU which made his faith in Stalin obsolete. That is how the progressive resurgence of his theologico-philosophical habitus allowed him to become by excellence the "man of dialogue" within the French Communist Party, the most adjusted intellectual to the demarginalization of the FCP in the french intellectual field of the 1960s. But if his undertaking to the heretic tangent made him the communist theoretician who went the furthest on the way towards destalinization by offering a real alternative strategy to the Party's after 1968, his ensuing exclusion manifested thereafter as a backlash of the religiously repressed which, together with the prophetic posture of an intellectual henceforth unwarranted in the french intellectual field, largely explains the delegitimation of the former leading communist philosopher, even before his ultimate radicalization which completed his disqualification after he was condemned by french justice for negationism

Abstract:

This thesis is the micro-history of Roger Machado, who is best known as Leicester Herald for Edward IV, Edward V, and Richard III, and the senior herald, Richmond King of Arms, for Henry VII. Prior to this thesis, Machado has only been sparsely considered by scholars because he is elusive in the historical record. There is, in the College of Arms, his extant memorandum book, but otherwise, sources referring to him are few and far between. However, in the 1970s, Machado’s Southampton residence was excavated, which unearthed a rich artefact assemblage associated with his occupancy. This discovery has allowed for a fresh perspective on Machado’s life. This thesis, therefore, uses both documentary and archaeological sources to unlock the man from the records, and consequently, places a strong emphasis on the importance of interdisciplinary research. By pursuing a micro-historical approach that focusses on Machado’s engagement with objects, this thesis uses Machado as a window into the world in which he lived. Machado lived through the later years of the Wars of the Roses and through the entire reign of the Tudor dynasty’s first monarch, Henry VII. Therefore, his life is well placed to enable this thesis to consider broader themes. The first chapter discusses the micro-historical approach. The second chapter discusses how Machado, as a foreigner, came to work and live in England, how he came to join the exiled Henry Tudor, and examines the herald and Office of Arms in the fifteenth century. The third chapter considers the ceremonial role that Machado and the heralds played at the Yorkist and early Tudor courts. The fourth chapter considers Machado’s life and home in early Tudor Southampton, using the objects excavated from his house and others recorded in his extant inventory. The fifth chapter discusses how Machado would have used such objects in dining.

Essai de documentation organisee, roger nimier, hussard du demi-siecle contribue a fonder une lecture critique de l'oeuvre, grace a une discipline encore jeune, quoique seculaire: l'histoire litteraire. Etablissement de faits et revelation d'inedits (dont une fraction occupe le tome premier du volume annexe) manifestent, de l'avant-guerre a l'apres-guerre, la genese d'une ecriture et d'une individualite dans l'histoire. L'etude des annees de formation demontre au sein d'un imaginaire d'ancien regime la naissance conjointe d'une singularite et d'une conception de la litterature. Apres la liberation, l'engagement volontaire du hussard agit en 1945 comme un revelateur. On observe ensuite comment nimier, pendant la periode litteraire conquerante (1945-1952) met en ecriture un mal du siecle et lance une maniere allegre d'etre ecrivain. Il est considere alors par les temps modernes comme l'initiateur d'un mouvement, les "hussards", ou sont reperes aussi blondin, laurent, et, posterieurement, deon, hecquet. Cette emergence est saisie par une approche des instances de legitimation intellectuelle: magisteres anciens et nouveaux, manifestes de generation, solidarites ideologiques (gaullisme, heritage maurrassien) et amicales, edition (gallimard), periodiques (la table ronde, liberte de l'esprit, opera, carrefour, arts, la parisienne, la nouvelle n. Ideological, moral and esthetical cliches have not succeeded in wiping out roger nimier (1925-1962) from people's memories. Roger nimier, the hussar of the mid-20th century, an attempt to build up documentation, should provide a future critical examination of his works; the thesis is based on a recent -although century-old - science: "l'histoire litteraire". Establishing facts and revealing unpublished texts (some of which are to be found in part i of the supplementary volume), show the genesis of his creativity and his individuality, from the pre-war to the post-war periods. A study of his formative years, with his "old regime" sensitivity enables to understand how he developed both his originality and his own approach to literature. After the liberation, he volunteers as a hussar. He becomes his real self. This evoltion is studied and analysed with regard to the intellectual powers of acknowledgement: old and new "popes" (maurras, sartre), manifestoes of a generation, ideological solidarities (gaullism, action francaise), affinities, publishing (galli- mard), periodicals. The analysis of these structures also enlightens the silence at the end of the author's life (1952-1962). When his dream of an intellectual counter-revolution fails, nimier turns to journalism and publishing, helps his elders (chardonne, morand, celine. . . ). Abstract:

Acteur important de la vie artistique française, Roger Marx (Nancy 1859-Paris 1913) compte au nombre des grands critiques d’art professionnels de son époque. Il débute sa carrière dans sa ville natale puis s’installe à Paris en 1883 lorsqu’il obtient un poste dans l’administration des Beaux-Arts. Collaborateur de nombreux périodiques, Roger Marx s’affirme comme le défenseur d’artistes indépendants et novateurs, tels Pierre Puvis de Chavannes, Eugène Carrière, Albert Besnard, Auguste Rodin et Émile Gallé. Républicain et patriote, il prône l’unité de l’art et se spécialise dans la critique des arts décoratifs. Dans les années 1890, s’il prend position pour le symbolisme, il élabore surtout un système critique libéral qui lui permet de soutenir aussi bien Gauguin, Maurice Denis, Toulouse-Lautrec que les artistes qui traitent de sujets plus sociaux comme Constantin Meunier. Conjuguant la critique avec l’action militante, il se lance dans de véritables campagnes de presse en faveur notamment de la réforme de la monnaie et de « l’art à l’école ». Responsable de l’organisation de l’Exposition centennale de 1900, Roger Marx fait œuvre d’historien en présentant une sélection originale de l’art français au XIXe siècle. Participant à la création du Salon d’Automne en 1903, il apporte son soutien à Henri Matisse et aux anciens élèves de Gustave Moreau, tout en professant son admiration pour Claude Monet, Paul Cézanne et Paul Signac et en s’intéressant au cubisme. A partir de 1909, il oriente sa critique vers la notion élargie « d’art social », plaidant pour l’organisation d’une exposition internationale qui confronterait les réalisations des architectes et des décorateurs modernes
Roger Marx (Nancy 1859-Paris 1913) has an important place in the French artistic scene and is considered as one of the greatest art critics of his time. He begins his art critic career in his native town, and settles definitively in Paris in 1883 when he obtains a position in the Beaux –Arts Administration Office. He writes for several news-papers and art magazines affirming himself as a defender of independent and innovating artists such as Pierre Puvis de Chavanne, Eugène Carrière, Albert Besnard, Auguste Rodin, Emile Gallé. He also specializes as a critic of Decorative Arts. During the 1890’s although he defends the art movement called Symbolism, he believes in a liberal critic system, which enables him to defend artists such as Gauguin, Maurice Denis and Henri Toulouse-Lautrec, as well as others like Constantin Meunier who handle social subjects. He is active in Press Campaigns defending the Coin Reform and Art at School. Responsible of the organization of the Centennial Exhibition of 1900, Roger Marx performs as an historian, presenting an original and daring selection of French Art of the XIXth century. He participates to the creation of the Salon d’Automne and gives his support to Henri Matisse and Gustave Moreau’s former pupils. But he also admires Claude Monet, Paul Cezanne, Paul Signac and is interested in the Cubism Movement. Since 1909 he develops his work as a critic towards the enlarged notion of Social Art, pleading for the creation of an International Exhibition which would show modern works of both architects and decorators

Abstract:

I Europa har det under de senaste åren vuxit fram ett nytt problem för länderna att hantera. Den fria rörligheten mellan de länder som omfattas av Schengen-avtalet underlättar för människor att förflytta sig och söka försörjning i annat land. Detta har resulterat i att diskriminerade minoriteter som har svårt att komma in på arbetsmarknaden i sina hemländer tar sig till andra länder och försörjer sig genom tiggeri. Romer är en av Europas mest diskriminerade minoriteter, både i dagsläget och ur ett historiskt perspektiv. EU-medborgare som tigger är ett relativt nytt fenomen, den forskning som finns visar att de är en mycket utsatt grupp och mycket grundar sig i att de inte har tillgång till mottagarlandets välfärdssystem. Medier spelar en stor roll i att konstruera och reproducera bilder av olika grupper i samhället och syftet med denna studie var därför att undersöka hur just denna grupp framställs i svenska medier. Studiens empiriska material omfattas av 21 artiklar ur fyra av de största dagstidningarna i Sverige. Materialet analyseras utifrån diskursanalytiska verktyg och resultatet lyfts fram med hjälp av socialkonstruktionism som vetenskaplig utgångspunkt och utgår därmed från att verkligheten är socialt konstruerad. Diskursanalysens teoretiska grunder används som ett kompletterande perspektiv för att undersöka hur denna verklighet skapas. Analysen förstärks ytterligare genom etnicitet som ett teoretiskt begrepp. Analysen visar tre framträdande diskurser i artiklarna; diskursen om romer som "de andra", diskursen om tiggare som offer för kriminalitet samt diskursen om romers utanförskap. I analysen framträder även en diskursiv förskjutning från en kriminalitetsdiskurs mot en utanförskapsdiskurs. Resultatet visar att diskurserna i medier byggs upp kring beskrivningar av romer och tiggare som offer och bilden förstärks genom skribenternas språk och ordval. Vi vill genom denna diskursanalys belysa mediers makt att både konstruera och reproducera bilden av "romer".

Abstract:

Space projects involve particular strategies in system design such as simulation engineering.The french space agency uses this field of engineering in the developmentof a small vehicle (called rover) aiming to investigate one of the moons of Mars. Thecreation of this simulation environment starts with the design of its architecture.This study aims to derive this architecture. Based on the project documentation andobjectives it asks: What is the simulator architecture that enables the validation ofthe flight software embedded in the rover ?The collecting of validation needs from the core team consist a first step thatdefines the content of the architecture. The training on the simulator developmentplatform used at the french space agency provides the framing of this architecture.Taking into account this two steps lead to a relevant architecture that satisfy theproject needs.
Rymdprojekt involverar speciella strategier i systemdesign som simuleringsteknik.Den franska rymdbyrån använder detta teknikområde för utveckling av ett litet fordon.Baserat på projektdokumentationen och målen frågar denna studie: Vad ärsimulatorarkitekturen som möjliggör validering av flygprogramvaran inbäddad irover? Med hänsyn till projektbehov och mjukvara som används leder till en relevantarkitektur som uppfyller projektets mål.
