Pokazuje jak policjanci rozumieją swoje uprawnienia i czy są z nich zadowoleni. Specjalne użycie broni to polskie rozwiązanie obejmujące strzał ratunkowy i strzał na rozkaz stosowane w działaniach kontrterrorystycznych.

Abstract:
W początkach 1793 r. wojska pruskie wkroczyły do Wielkopolski, II rozbiór Rzeczypospolitej stał się faktem. Z zajętych ziem utworzono niezwłocznie nową prowincję – Prusy Południowe (Südpreussen). Jednym z elementów nowej rzeczywistości była widoczna obecność wojska w przestrzeni społeczno-gospodarczej prowincji. Wiele miast i miasteczek, rzecz niespotykana w okresie przedrozbiorowym, stało się siedzibami garnizonów. Wielokrotnie też oddziały zmieniały miejsca swego postoju. Na terenie departamentu kamery kaliskiej stacjonowały szwadrony 4. pułku huzarów. Jeden z nich, dowodzony przez majora Granera, otrzymał rozkaz translokacji z Bolesławca nad Prosną do Radomska (wrzesień 1804). Przemieszczenie oddziału następowało na podstawie zatwierdzonego przez zwierzchników dokumentu z opisem trasy (Marsch Route).

Abstract:
Jesienią 1941 r. kierowana przez Chaima Mordechaja Rumkowskiego administracja żydowska getta łódzkiego otrzymała rozkaz przyjęcia dwudziestotysięcznej grupy przesiedleńcow z Rzeszy i Protektoratu Czech i Moraw. Rumkowski przystąpił niezwłocznie do przygotowań. Do akcji zaangażowano znaczne siły i środki żydowskiej administracji getta łódzkiego. Z dokumentacji Przełożonego Starszeństwa Żydów wyłania się obraz sprawnego organizatora, osobiście śledzącego przebieg prac, odbywającego liczne konferencje z podległymi mu urzędnikami. Podjęte przez niego działania wpisują się w pewien model postępowania przedstawicieli administracji dzielnic zamkniętych wobec grup przybyszów z Rzeszy i Protektoratu. Osoby takie zostały m.in. odseparowane od pozostałej ludności i umieszczono je w tzw. kolektywach. Do obsługi przybyszów Rumkowski utworzył specjalną agendę administracji – Wydział dla Wsiedlonych

Abstract:
Artykuł składa się ze trzech rozdziałów i krótkiego zakończenia. W pierwszym rozdziale przedstawiam genezę wyjazdu polskich sióstr, w tym benedyktynek misjonarek do pracy pielęgniarskiej w libijskim szpitalu w El Beida. W drugim - stan wspólnoty benedyktyńskiej w chwili wyjazdu via Rzym do Libii oraz podjęcie pracy w szpitalu w El Beida. W trzecim - prezentuję przebieg pracy w szpitalu arabskim, życie zakonne w arabskim kraju, zmiany personalne: w pracy i w domu zakonnym na stanowisku przełożonej oraz wizytacje kanoniczne. W końcu przypominam, że benedyktynki, zgodziły się na wyjazd do pracy w Libii na wyraźny rozkaz hierarchii kościelnej w Polsce. Otrzymały w Afryce godziwe warunki życia i pracy. Klimat afrykański trudny był do zaakceptowania przez niektóre nasze siostry. Misja milczenia w Libii stała się preludium do podjętej przez nasze siostry misji w Ameryce Południowej, w Brazylii i w Ekwadorze.

Abstract:
Autor opisuje 16 przykładów dzieł sztuki medalierskiej, malarskiej, graficznej i rzeźbiarskiej mających związek z tytułowymi medalami. Jak wykazuje autor, podstawowym celem przekazu propagandowego wszystkich przedstawionych w artykule medali było uzasadnienie praw dotychczasowego elektora saskiego do tronu polskiego. Odbiorca po nawet pobieżnym zapoznaniu się z przedstawionym materiałem medalierskim mógł utwierdzić się w przekonaniu co do znakomitego pochodzenia Augusta II i jego antenatów (np. medal, datowany na 1697 rok i sygnowany na awersie: C. W. [Christian Wermuth?]), licznych przymiotów panującego utożsamianego z Herkulesem (np. medal autorstwa Georga Hautscha z 1697 r.) czy heraldycznych związków między herbem Wettynów a oficjalnymi emblematami Korony i Litwy (np. niesygnowany medal z 1697 r.). Autor ponadto wyodrębnił i szczegółowo przeanalizował medale o charakterze: heraldycznym, mitologiczno-alegorycznym, emblematycznym i genealogicznym. Wyjaśnił również powody, dla których w zachowanej spuściźnie medalierskiej po Auguście II przeważają medale, na których władca saski został utrwalony w stroju zachodnioeuropejskim, nie zaś – jak w przypadku prac medalierskich wykonywanych na rozkaz dworu królewskiego Sobieskich – w ubiorze wzorowanym na antycznym.

Abstract:
Cesarza Walensa, sprawującego rządy w latach 364–378, łączy się przede wszystkim ze straszliwą i brzemienną w skutki klęską poniesioną przez wojska rzymskie w starciu z Gotami pod Adrianopolem 9 sierpnia 378 r., w której on sam poniósł śmierć. Chrześcijanie, zwolennicy nicejskiego credo z roku 325, odczytywali jego nagły zgon jako karę Bożą za prześladowanie prawowiernych chrześcijan, za których oni sami się uważali. Sokrates z Konstantynopola, autor Historii kościelnej, będącej kontynuacją dzieła Euzebiusza z Cezarei, dostrzegł w postępowaniu cesarza Walensa sprzeczność. Historyk ów widział w nim zarówno zagorzałego chrześcijanina, który w swej wierze kierował się gorliwością, jak i wroga chrześcijan, prowadzącego przeciwko nim wojnę. Sprzeczność tę Sokrates kładł na karb samego władcy, który choć przekonany o swej wielkiej gorliwości religijnej, za nic miał zasady religii chrześcijańskiej, którymi winien się kierować. Jeśli chodzi natomiast o tytułową siłę i bezsilność, to stwierdzić trzeba, że w przekonaniu Sokratesa z Konstantynopola siła cesarza Walensa była tylko pozorna, choć na jego rozkaz przelano niemało chrześcijańskiej krwi. Bezsilność wspomnianego władcy obnażyli najpierw sami prześladowani przez niego chrześcijanie, a ostatecznie uczynił to sam Bóg, zsyłając na Imperium Romanum różnorakie kataklizmy, a na samego Walensa śmierć niegodną cesarza bez należnego mu pochówku.

Abstract:
Hürrem (ur. ok. 1505, zm. 1558), zwana w zachodnich źródłach Roksolaną (lub Roksaną), należy do najbardziej barwnych postaci związanych z Turcją. Historia branki i niewolnicy, która w czasie swego pobytu w haremie sułtańskim (prawdopodobnie w latach 1521–1558) awansowała do roli żony sułtana i jednej z najbardziej wpływowych osób w imperium Osmanów, wywoływała żywe zainteresowanie już u jej współczesnych. Z czasem stała się inspiracją dla licznych artystów, pisarzy i twórców, wchodząc na trwałe do europejskiej kultury. W rzeczywistości wiarygodnych informacji na jej temat jest niewiele. Wynika to z faktu, iż harem był miejscem izolowanym, a kronikarze osmańscy niechętnie pisali o kobietach. Pewniejsze informacje pochodzą od ludzi z Zachodu, ale oni mieli trudny dostęp do dworu sułtana. Dyplomaci weneccy i francuscy, często działający jak szpiedzy, gromadzili jednak starannie wiadomości z dworu, na marginesie donosząc o żonie sułtana. Głównie na podstawie ich relacji w artykule dokonano próby naszkicowania sytuacji Roksolany w ostatnich latach jej życia. Autor dochodzi do konkluzji, że choć udało się jej zdobyć i do końca życia utrzymać niezwykle silną, jak na kobietę, pozycję na dworze, jednak wprowadzone zmiany nieuchronnie prowadziły do rodzinnego dramatu, jakim było zamordowanie na rozkaz syna Selima jej drugiego syna Bajezyda wraz z wnukami.

Abstract:
W artykule na podstawie jednostkowych przykładów zostały przedstawione losy Amerykanów biorących udział w wojnie domowej w Hiszpanii (2800 żołnierzy) po stronie republikanów. Wbrew amerykańskiej ustawie o neutralności i oficjalnym zakazom amerykańscy ochotnicy nielegalnie, różnymi kanałami przerzutowymi, przedostawali się, by zasilić szeregi Batalionu „Abraham Lincoln” i Batalionu „George Washington”, wchodzących w skład XV Brygady Międzynarodowej, zwanej potocznie Brygadą Abrahama Lincolna. Grupa ochotników amerykańskich była zróżnicowana zarówno pod względem statusu społecznego, wykształcenia, jak i pochodzenia narodowego, tzn. korzeni narodowych. Wśród nich byli zarówno zaangażowani, ideowo wyszkoleni w Moskwie dowódcy (R.H. Merriman) czy komunistyczni instruktorzy (S. Nelson), jak i młodzi ludzie, żądni przygód, podatni na propagandę. Byli nauczyciele, artyści, dziennikarze (J.Ph. Lardner), pisarze (Ph.L. Detro), aktorzy (A. Bessie), a także farmerzy, robotnicy (D.M. Reiss) i bezrobotni. Byli biali i Afroamerykanie (O. Law), mężczyźni i kobiety, Słowianie w pierwszym pokoleniu (M. Markovics) i obywatele USA pochodzenia żydowskiego (M. Wolff). Odrębną, specyficzną grupę stanowili piloci (A. Baumler, F. Tinker, J. Allison) oraz lekarze i pielęgniarki. W Hiszpanii, po krótkim, zupełnie niewystarczającym treningu, otrzymywali rozkaz do wyjścia na front, gdzie ginęli (800 zabitych), odnosili rany, dostawali się do niewoli, a nawet dezerterowali (Ph. Crane, B. Abramofsky). Ci, którym udało się przeżyć, w chwili zakończenia działań wojennych powracali do USA z minimalną pomocą administracji F.D. Roosevelta. Ich dalsze losy były nie mniej złożone i dramatyczne, uwarunkowane politycznie (okres maccartyzmu).

Abstract:
The topic of the thesis is Regulation (EC) No 1896/2006 of the EP and of the Council of 12 December 2006 creating a European order for payment procedure. Regulation established an additional and optional means for the claimant, with the purpose to simplify, speed up and reduce the costs of litigation in cross-border cases concerning uncontested pecuniary claims and to permit the free circulation of European orders for payment throughout the Member States without any intermediate proceedings prior to recognition and enforcement. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current shape of legislation, its interpretation by the ECJ and existing practical experiences with the application of the tool in the Czech Republic. Chapter one is devoted to the development in the field of judicial cooperation in civil matters, called as well as European civil procedure, and to the summary of the existing regulations. Chapter two deals with the thorough analysis of the laid down proceedings and its consecutive phases. It also contains the evaluation of these regulatory efforts. Chapter three focuses on the analysis of a reference for a preliminary ruling in the Case C-215/11 Szyrocka which is not yet decided. The reference depicts problematic points of coordination between the Regulation and civil procedures of Member States. Last chapter pursues the application of the European order for payment in the Czech judicial system. It summarizes the statistical data about usage of the procedure in the Czech Republic. Moreover, it presents the findings of the qualitative research carried out at thirty district and regional courts.

The thesis on "The Bill and real possibilities of its use in the practice of Czech banks" is focused on the characteristics of bills as a directing and payment instrument and possible ways of its use, taking into account both economic and legal aspects. This work includes a wide range of banking products, in which the bills are used, indicating their advantages and disadvantages too. The conclusion provides justification for attractiveness of bills for the banks, but also the reasons for which it is viewed by public with some skepticism.

Abstract:
This Thesis is focusing on recycling waste paper, which became one of the main collecting commodities for its widespread use in many economic regions. The thesis presents information about product options, new materials from processed waste and waste paper. First mentioned option for using waste paper is the application in substrate production technology as an input material with excellent physical properties, which could become an indispensable component in the production of highquality substrates. The resulting values indicate a higher absorption capacity of fluids that are substrates of biodegradable materials. The next part of the thesis contains the practical information and value gained from the process of production of briquettes from waste paper, In both technologies there are present variations of the different samples and their ratios used to manufacture the final products and are shown in the resulting comparison.

Diplomová práce zkoumá proces rozpadu Sovětského svazu a vývoj Ruska v období transformace až do roku 2006. Práce zohledňuje jak hospodářský vývoje země, tak i změny v politickém životě, neboť ekonomická transformace je v Rusku mnohem více než v jiných zemích spojena s transformací politickou. Zvláštní pozornost je věnovaná analýze ruské finanční krize v roce 1998.

Im interested in the topic of praying machine, because I want to analyze aspects of photography and its functions. It's known, that the reality is manipulated by photography. Bud we can also say, that the relationship between reality and photography is neutral in fact, that the manipulation is made by our interpretation of photography. The change of the reality can be realized just in the dialog between photography and reality. Can it be, that the mechanization change into the will? Does it prays praying mill or the buddhistic monk, who rotates the mill? When he believes into it, is it enough? Or is it enough if believes who watch the monk with his mill? ... The computers from he place A are "praying" the prayers from the place B. With Tomáš Javůrek we collaborated with Vladimír Veselý and Radek Lát to create the Game for re-articulation our reality on the base of the revision of our faith.

Abstract:
The subject of this dissertation is to discuss Zigniew Kruszyński’s output. The paper was designed as a quite complete presentation of the problematic aspects of Kruszyński’s subsequent books although, the main body talks round problematic congeries being at the same time the key words pointed in the title of the paper: disintegration – writing – salvation. The aim of the dissertation is to order and systematise scattered views and opinions about the subject of Zbigniew Kruszyński’s prose and in the first place, presenting own interpretation of this phenomenal work based on belief that there are clear relationships between the condition of the literary words created by the author and the repertory of used rhetorical terms. The primary aim is an attempt to capture the core of the literary project created the author of ‘Alexander’s Return’ – extremely original as well as aesthetically and intellectually sophisticated. The initial chapter contains the general characteristics of Zbigniew Kruszyński’s works, it shows how his novels and stories were placed in the map of Polish prose after 1989, in what contexts it was discussed and how the initial reconnaissance of researchers and critics presented itself. In chapter I (related to the novel Schwedenkräuter, 1995) Anna, who is problematic and intriguing as well as crucial for the interpretation of Zbigniew Kruszyński’s later volumes, is (next to the author) acknowledged as the key character of the writing. The considerance is focused on ambiguous terms: moving, assimilation and rooting, and on the problems of the language used by the author to ‘capture’ disintegrating reality. Chapter II (related to Historical Sketches, 1996) begins the speculations on the subject of the genre type of the second novel in Kruszyński’s output. In the course of interpretation the problem of history/historicity rises – as if it was ‘cancelled’ or ‘suspended’. The key issue of disintegration and merging the life of the main hero of the writing returns. Chapter III (related to the storybook On Lands and Seas, 1999) – brings an attempt of showing the ‘spirit’ of the philosophy present in all the stories – the philosophy determining the whole plot and all the characters’ choices. The result of this philosophy is marginalisation of individuals who experienced the changes very sorely. Anna, the character who tries to merge the disintegrating reality reappears. The subject of a ‘new literature definition’ is also covered (the trace of Kruszyński’s theoreticalliterary interests). In part IV I (related to Alexander’s Return, 2006) all the stories from the volume are analysed however, in the centre of the author’s attention is Alexander – the motives of his actions, hidden intentions (the issue connected with his fake return from emigration to the home country). Behind the illusion of repatriation there are hidden failures of individual characters and the above all, the desire to meet the Other. Chapter V (related to The Last Report, 2009) starts with the contemplation about the subject of the writing. The Last Report only seemingly signs in the political-vetting encounters which were dealt with the most intensively in 2005-2006. The main hero of the novel is not an embodiment of today’s Wallendor and his attachment to the traitors and double agents circle is also doubtful or at least ambiguous. In fact, he is rather a compulsive voyeur, an artist and a graphomaniac, and above all a sensitive human being who tries to save the sense and integrity of the world through the writing. Chapter VI (related to micronovel Curator, 2014) – was composed as a quite vast interpretative draft presenting initial reconnaissance on the subject of the recently published work. On one hand Curator clearly breaks out of Kruszyński’s previous works, maybe it announces the turning point in writing – in order to communicate with less demanding audience. On the other hand however, Curator continuous the subject of disintegrating the reality and the loss of Anna.

Abstract:
The subject of the doctoral thesis: "Decades - memory decay. The record in clay", concerns autobiographical memory of an individual, attempt to find one's own identity. And the additional message included in the record shows relationship between the artist and the recipient. This work is a composition built of five painting objects depicting five decades of my life - the imprints made of one matrix being a mapping of a cavity - a trace in earth neighbouring my family house. The place evokes memories which form a personal record, a code of signs. My work is also an experience synthesis of various media that is a sensory feeling in the process of creation. In the interdisciplinary activity I have been trying to visualize my memories and the five objects I mentioned about are the place they were revealed. Searching for the most suitable method of performance which memory loss (having various reasons) or superimposition I have taken up painting activity on objects' planes from fired clay. I have adapted inlaying method, which according to me, is similar in its process to memory function. Some events, facts prevail, get recorded or embedded in our memory, others fall off, get lost like inlaid colored elements of clay compositions. Each and every record, being a trace-sign made by a man, confirms an unceasing interaction of perception on various planes, where the present time blends with pictures from our past. The interdisciplinary method enabled me to find the fullest way to materialize the issue concerning memories, recollections and imagination in my doctoral dissertation.

Abstract:
Plasmachemical processes are one of the methods used for wastewater treatment. Sewage and household wastewaters include a variety of organic substances that must be removed to reuse water in industry or households. The aim of this diploma thesisisthe observation of alkaloids decomposition by plasma chemical process. The theoretical part is focused on plasma generation in liquids and characterization of selected alkaloids. The decomposition of caffeine and quinine in direct current electrical discharge in liquid with diaphragm configuration is investigated in this work. The experiments were carried out in a batch reactor divided into two parts by a diaphragm made from ceramic material ShapalTM-M (thickness 3.0 mm, pin-hole diameter 1.0 mm). The stainless steel electrodes of 5×12 cm size were used. The mean electric power was set to 135 W for an operation time of 60 minutes in each experiment. Caffeine solutions (total volume of 4 L) were prepared in concentrations of 10, 25 and 50 ppm, quinine solutions in concentrations of 5, 10 and 15 ppm. The initial conductivity was adjusted by sodium chloride at three different values – 400, 750 or 1000 µS•cm-1. The experimental part consisted also of using analytical methods necessary for compound quantification. Hydrogen peroxide formation during the electrical discharge was determined by colorimetric method based on generation of yellow complex with titanium(IV) sulfate reagent. The caffeine concentration was measured by UV spectrometric method at wavelength 273 nmand thenHPLC/MS analysis was performed. Quinine degradation was monitored by UV-VIS spectrometry and fluorescent measurements. The plasma generation in water solutions induces formation of hydroxyl radical, hydrogen peroxide, oxygen, hydrogen and other reactive species. Hydrogen peroxide is produced and then utilized in degradation of organic compounds and thus lower concentration of H2O2was measured in solution with caffeine and quinine than in solution without alkaloids. However, the situation is different between cathode chamber and anode chamber. There is only negligible amount of H2O2used on degradation in cathode chamber. In contrary, the considerable degradation of caffeine and quinine and diminished concentration of H2O2 was observed in anode chamber.

Abstract:
In the soil, the plant material is decomposed by several factors. In the process, one part of the carbon returns to the atmosphere as carbon dioxide, whereas another part is stabilised in the soil. The aim of this study is decomposition and stability of organic matter in soil using a simple and innovative TBI method. Through this method, we examined the weight change after the incubation period of 90 days, where biomass of green tea was degraded in cambodia soil. Tea bags have provided us with valuable information on the decomposition and amount of carbon in the soil, because the biomass itself is of organic origin. This information is based on the fact that the soil and the decomposition processes have a direct impact on the change in climatic conditions. Thanks to further analytical methods, elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis and infrared spectroscopy with Furier transformation, was found indispensable information about tea composition.

Esta comunicación presenta y analiza un proyecto artístico llevado a cabo por ambas autoras durante una estancia en Yucatán, México en 2016.El proyecto, titulado : “Retrato en 25. Cartografiando memorias entre Tunkás e Izamal” se mueve por la necesidad de conocer y explorar diferentes lugares a través de la experiencia personal, descubrir las raíces de lo micropolítico y analizar la implicación del artista como agente externo en un contexto local ‘desconocido’. A través de este trabajo encontramos la posibilidad de participar en un contexto diferente, interpretando los códigos que construyen la memoria, la identidad cultural y los espacios comunes.Se puso en marcha mediante estrategias de las ramas antropológica y etnográfica, que desde una perspectiva diletante y liviana ofrecen el terreno de juegos adecuado para realizar entrevistas, trabajo de campo y recolección de objetos y documental.Estrategias que a la vez nos permiten desarrollar un trabajo plástico en el que la fotografía, el audiovisual, la acción y la edición son parte esencial para la interpretación y reinterpretación de los individuos y el contexto en el que habitamos. Recorremos el espacio físico y recolectamos objetos que rozan lo insignificante o desapercibido para ponerlos bajo otra óptica.
