It describes the computational and experimental methods of determining the mechanical losses of valve mechanism. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the programing of structures in Matlab. This application calculates the values of mechanical losses of valvetrain and displays their graphical representation. This program is used for computing the mechanical losses of the selected real engine.

The work is focused on area of exchanging steam distribution net for hot water one, in central distribution net of Martin’s heating plant. The main subject, which talks about pros and cons in this exchange process, is determination of heat losses which are created on heat distribution net during different operating status. These heat losses are calculated and on their basis some conclusions are concluded. Moreover, new heat exchanger is designed for certain conditions and also mathematical model of distribution net is created, which is suitable for checking different operating status. As a result of the work is technic’s and economic’s analysis of this project.

This semestral thesis contains information about a construction of a senzor network over power line systems. Those are divided with the reference to bandwidth. After the general description of the network there is the whole realisation of a drive unit and a sensor unit described and the design of data and power circuits is solved separately. The description of both units programs written in the ANSI C language is presented in the next chapter. The description of the network control by PC and a quantitative evaluation of the network reliability are also included.

Thesis, which is mainly based on New Civil Code, discusses marriage and its issues. It is also compared to previous version of the law where important. Theoretical part is split into four main chapters. First chapter focuses on institution of marriage itself including development of marriage and importance of relations between spouses. The second chapter talks about marital property of spouses, its content, modification and management. Specific problems of marriage are discussed in the third chapter while last chapter deals with end of marriage termination of marriage and its settlement of the marital property. In the practical part have been researched the problems of marriage (the most common kinds of problems and theirs reasons) and reasons for termination of marriage with the survey. Outcome of this survey has been statistically evaluated. Found information are shown in the final part of practical thesis as well as confirmed hypotheses regarding matter. Propositions are made for dealing with marriage issues and termination of marriage based on findings.

Sustainable development and environmentally friendly forms of tourism are introduced in the third chapter. The following chapter talks about the EU projects related to tourism. Finally, the last chapter captures specific suggestions which, if implemented, could lead to the development of tourism.

The main task of this master’s thesis is to create an interactive computer programme for the design of small and medium television cable circuits. The first part of this document describes main conceptions of a modification and a distribution of television signals. There are also introduced basic topologies of small and medium sized distribution networks, some passive and active elements in the circuit including their usage. There is also described an algorithm for calculation of circuit’s values. The second part contains a detailed description of created programme with all of its functions. A part of this document is made by a sample calculation of the four variants of circuit and its comparison with computer calculation. In suplement are included selected parts of source code.

The thesis is focused on the analysis of the demoraphic indicators marriage and divorce rate in years 2000 to 2014. Then the analysis is focused on qualitative characteristics in connection with the problem.
The first half of the work explains the theoretical concepts and metodological part. The second part is then focused on the actual analysis of selected indicators and the analysis of the qualitative characteristics. The analysis shows that the nuptiality and divorce rate have declaining trend of development. In case of nuptiality the lowest values in Czech republic were recorded in 2013, most marriages were then concluded in 2000. The divorce rate recorded the highest decline in 2012, while the most marriages were divorced in 2004. Qualitative analysis shows that the persons who want to get married the most in the future are single persons. The most negative responses were recorded for persons widowed and divorced. The most common reason for marriage is starting a family and children.

The main theme of this thesis is the issue of the procedural acts of judicial proceedings (focused mainly on aspects of delays), in the code of civil procedure as part of the legal order of the Czech Republic.
The theoretical part defines the procedural aspects of civil procedure. The main focus is on the delay of court proceedings on the part of the participant and subsequently the defence against delays in the proceedings caused by the court. The thesis contains the statutory documents of the legal order of the Czech Republic. The essential part of the theoretical thesis is the rights for the protection of citizens' rights, which are embedded in the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms and in the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms. In this section main sources of information were the Code of Civil Procedure, the Civil Code, the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms and other laws that are closely related.
The practical part of this thesis is focused on the issue of the frequency of court proceedings in the divorce rate and, consequently, on the amount of agenda of the court, statistically maintained by the executor of the judicial process, in this case by the District Court of Kolín (i.e.court of first instance). Statistics of divorces involve the years 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015. There are even specific cases from judicial practice.

The theoretical level of the divorce theme is based on specialized literature and other sources of information. In the theoretical part are defined the basic terms related to topics such as family, function of family, types of education, OSPOD activity, court activity, child's right of participation, etc. The data for the empirical part are obtained by semi-structured interview and processed qualitatively. The interviews were conducted with seven adolescents between the ages of 18 and 19 who have personal experience with the divorce/breakup of their parents. The aim of this thesis is to get an idea of how adolescents retrospectively perceive pass divorce/breakup of parents, with a time interval of 2-5 years. According to my finding, it has clearly emerged that family breakdown is a very demanding life situation for all involved, which brings about a lot of different changes. These changes are emerging in three basic categories that came from the data analysis (functional and dysfunctional family, divorce factors, fast loss of childhood and "adult" reconciliation).

61 6 Divorce and legal regulation of proportion of parents to the minor child for a period after divorce 6.1 Resumé This diploma deals with the Czech legal regulation of divorce of marriage and status of the minor child during and after the divorce procedure. In the second chapter, following the introduction, is described the divorce itself. The divorce is the only possible legal dissolution of the marriage throughout spouses' life upon the qualified breakdown. As demanded by law, the qualified breakdown has to be deep, permanent and the restoration of cohabitation cannot be expected. The Czech legal regulation recognizes tree forms of divorce, (i) non-contentious (consensual) divorce, (ii) contentious divorce and (iii) divorce with harshness clause. Non-contentious divorce (hereinafter referred to as "consensual divorce") was amended in our legal regulation in 1998 by the act No. 91/1998 Coll. In my opinion this consensual divorce is the best how to dissolve the marriage from the point of view of the protection of the child's interests. The advantage of the consensual divorce is that spouses have to set off all their rights and obligations relating to their marriage (i.e. property relations, living situation, agreement on the status of the minor child after the divorce, … etc.). I chose this topic because I consider it up-to-date and practical, in particular taking into account that nowadays almost every other marriage ends with divorce. The thesis aims to explain and analyze the legal regulation of this institute. The proceedings on divorce are currently regulated by provisions of the Act No. 292/2013 Coll., on Special Judicial Proceedings (and previously regulated Act No. 99/1963 Coll., the Civil Procedure Code) adopted within the process of recodification of the private law in year 2014 which also included adoption of the Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code that stipulates legal conditions of marriage divorce with respect to the substantive law. The subject matter of my Master's degree thesis is the issue of divorce proceedings. The main aim of this thesis is to put an interpretation on the currently effective legislation on divorce proceedings and divorce itself as it follows mainly from Act No. 292/2013 Coll., on Special Judicial Proceedings and Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. Divorce is the only legally permissible way in the Czech Republic how to terminate marriage within both spouses' lives. It leads to severe legal consequences affecting not just spouses themselves but alternatively their legitimate children as well. Therefore it requires a set of special rules and special proceedings so that courts may ascertain the presence of the irretrievable breakdown of marriage which only justifies allowing divorce and decide spouses' personal and property relations in connection with divorce. This doctoral thesis deals with one of the key institutions of Czech and French family law, divorce. Divorce is not merely a concept from some legal textbook. The specific fate of spouses, and even entire families, are tied up with it. This comparative study of Czech and French divorce law is divided into five main chapters and a statistical excursus. This thesis first discusses the historical and legal developments for ending a marriage, i.e. divorce, in both countries. This is followed by an analysis of the current substantive and procedural aspects of divorce in the Czech Republic. The focus of the work is an analysis of both procedural and substantive reform of divorce law in France and its fundamental differences from Czech divorce. Subsequently, it examines the consequences of divorce, possible future Czech legislation dealing with divorce and the innovations included in the French divorce law. The work ends with a presentation of relevant statistical data. The theoretical analysis of the institute of divorce is accompanied by practical examples of legal cases, current case law, conceptual solutions from specialists in the field of family law, as well as assessments from the author of this thesis.

Content of graduation theses is focused on civil divorce and church nullity of marriage. Graduation theses are divided in three Themes, secular law, canon law and comparison. First part is aimed at civil law which regulates divorce. Second part is focused on canon law. It conducts a study of church nullity of marriage in consequence of marriage agreement failure, canon form or impedimenta presence. Third part compares ways of marriage termination in Czech secular law and ways of marriage cessation in catholic canon law. It tries to find their equivalent components, their dissimilarities and relationship. The canon law is a base of comparison. Secular law is based upon the tenet of marriage dissolvability. Canon law is based upon the tenet of marriage indissolubleness. Marriage divorce in the civil law is ineffective in the canon law respectively church nullity of marriage is ineffective in the secular law of the Czech Republic.

The number of divorces in our society is growing constantly. Children who have had to experience their parents divorce generally feel that situation as extremely frustrating. They loose the safety of the harbor of home, the security of contact with the parents to whom they could always turn in the hour of need. They are usually afraid of what the future might bring, they are uncertain as of having a place they would belong; they possess worries to start their own families with their own partners, to be good parents to their offspring. The primary target of this paper was to realize the current issues of divorce, problems that most of all affect the mentality of the child whose parents are either going, or have gone through the act of matrimony termination. The research was concluded in the form of questionnaire and secondary data analysis. The secondary data analysis research shows that the children who were involved in divorce during the period of the research have demonstrated negative impact on their mentality. The questionnaire method, which was responded by students whose parents had been divorced for a longer period of time, shows certain facts that affect the child{\crq}s situation after the divorce. Primarily, those facts include the parent with whom the child is left to live, as well as whether and how the child is in contact with the other parent. Further problems were the children{\crq}s relationships with their fostering parent{\crq}s new partner and the new economical situation. It is my opinion that it would be most appropriate to create contact groups all over the country, groups where the affected children could have an opportunity to socialize with peers who had experienced a similar situation in their respective families. On the other hand, I do recommend analyzing the divorce from a parent{\crq}s perspective. The thesis can be used as a source of information for parents facing a divorce. The information contained herein might be useful for welfare officers, guardians, and other persons who represent the child and who are often unaware of the mental condition of the child, or of the situations that affect them. Nonetheless, the paper might be used as course material.

Child and divorce of its parents - selected issues This diploma thesis deals with development of legal form of child custody after divorce of its parents. In the first part of this work is described historical development this legislation in substantive law, procedural law as well as in public law. In the next part the work focuses on current legislation included an emergence of marriage, its divorce with issues of mediation. In this part is also described child protection. Following this topic is in the next part described problematics by adjusting the ratio of the minor child including a status of a child before a court. It includes informations about changes brought by new Civil Code Act No. 89/2012 Coll., which is coming into force on 1.1.2014. The purpose of the thesis is to analyse current regulation of the divorce of marriage and problems of divorce with minor children in the Czech Republic and England and its comparison with Civil Code Act 2012. The thesis is composed of six chapters. They are divided into many subchapters in way that it is easy to look up and compare individual law problems of any main topic. It covers present legislation in force and Civil Code Act 2012 in the Czech Republic and present legislation in force in England. It also defines means which are offered by the legislation of Czechia in order to ameliorate financial situation of an incomplete family. Concurrently, the thesis introduces selected approaches which can be used by social workers when working with an individual, a family or a social group. The empirical investigation depicts approaches used by social workers in sample situations. The empirical investigation was used to obtain information on workload of social workers in both state and private sector. Additionally, the data from the sample set includes information on interdisciplinary cooperation when addressing the needs of incomplete families.

The work draws a comparison between different views on marriage and divorce (e.g. from the perspective of the Catholic Church, profane view, the legal system of the Czech Republic). The aim of the study is to compare convictions and development of views on marriage and divorce in contemporary society. The work observes the release of morals under the influence of television and commercials. A question, whether art reflects the reality of people's lives, or determines them, also needs to be asked. Further, it examines if current people are able to think critically and looks at people's motivation. Other question is, how hard it may be to do a right thing when major society became reconciled to wrong. The issues will be answered in questionnaires. It is necessary to note though that the work is not binding as the research does not include a sufficient amount of questionnaires. In the work, the released sexuality and reasons for being "single" will be investigated. Using statistics we will try to predict the future course and to analyse natural and sacramental values of marriage, double indissolubility and unity, the relationship of marriage and society. 62 Závěr: Přestože sepětí české a rakouské právní úpravy mělo dlouhou tradici, v důsledku politických změn na našem území během druhé poloviny 20. st. došlo k podstatnému odklonu českého občanského práva od rakouského. V oblasti manželského práva majetkového to znamenalo zásadní změnu v uspořádání majetkových vztahů mezi manžely za trvání manželství i po jeho zániku. Zákonný stav oddělených majetků manželů byl v našem právním řádu nahrazen jejich majetkovým společenstvím, které ve své podstatě existuje dodnes. Komparací těchto dvou právních úprav se mi tedy naskytla příležitost porovnat dva protichůdné právní systémy majetkového uspořádání mezi manžely během manželství i možné postupy řešení majetkových vztahů po zániku manželství. Měla jsem možnost zabývat se pozitivy i negativy obou právních režimů a různými situacemi, které mohou v jednotlivých případech nastat. A rozdíly jsou patrné na první pohled. Snažila jsem se je dostatečně přehledně vymezit ve třetí části mé práce, a proto bych se na tomto místě pouze zamyslela nad klady a zápory obou zákonných majetkových uspořádání. The theoretical part characterizes the current situation of the family, the role of professionals in our country and deals with the effects of divorce on children. The empirical part describes using qualitative research, method of documentary analysis and based on established criteria comparison of guardianship practices in the mentioned countries. This diploma thesis brings a view of the cooperation of interested professionals from abroad and points out the ways of cooperation, which can bring positive changes to the process of guardianship, which will lead to a de-sparring of the dispute. This diploma thesis deals with optimization of timing valve train on turbocharged internal combustion engine. Experimental data was collected on engine dyno which belongs to the Institute of Engineering and Automobile Transport of Mendel University in Brno. Engine parameters were improved by changes in the timing of the intake and exhaust valves. Relation between the timing of the valves and characteristics of turbocharged engine with a turbocharger was researched. The results of this study make it possible to set the timing valve train according to the load of the internal combustion engine and thus reduce its consumption and increase performance.

The thesis aims to inform about what divorce can mean in a person's life, what the consequences might cause to divorcing parents and a child. The theoretical part is concerned with divorce, its stages and possible types of divorce. It also discusses how children can perceive divorce and what impact it may have on them. Other chapters describe a "conflict" and the way how can be manipulated with child in connection with divorce. At the end of the theoretical part is outlined how social workers should do inquiries in the family in connection with adjustment of relationship to underaged child. The practical part is dedicated to research, which was accomplished with semi-structured interviews with social workers of Department of Social and Legal Protection of Children. The research has investigated what social workers examine in family in connection with divorce and whether they act upon methodological recommendations formed by Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and also whether is the best interest of the child protected sufficiently by their opinion.

RESUMÉ The topic of my thesis is the end of the marriage. In the thesis I deal with the particular types of the end of the marriage as well as with their legal consequences. The text is divided into introduction, four main chapters divided further into sub-chapters, and the conclusion. The first chapter focuses on the end of the marriage through divorce. First, I deal with the necessary preconditions for the divorce of the marriage. I distinguish two types of divorces, one with the investigation of the reasons of the disruption of the marriage and one without such investigation. I also describe clause protecting individual spouse from divorce in case the substantive damage may be caused to him or a minor child by divorce (so called hard clause). Further, I focus on matrimonial property and its liquidation after the divorce, on the living of respective spouses after the divorce and the possible obligation to pay maintenance. The aim of this work is to identify what helped young adults during their childhood to cope with stress situations, which was for them the divorce of their parents, what their coping made worse, how they look on that situation with the passage of time and whether they already feel balanced with it. In the theoretical part are the key issues the divorce and coping strategies. Attention is focused especially on experiencing and coping with divorce by children. For coherence of this topic this part also touches the short-term and long-term impact of divorce on children and family structure after divorce. The empirical part is based on a qualitative analysis of 12 interviews with young adults who experienced parental divorce during childhood. For data evaluation is used thematic analysis. This thesis deals theoretically as well as in the scope of application practice with the issue of the children participation in the divorce disputes of parents as basic for the work of the social employee of an authority for the social and legal protection of children. The main target of the thesis was to describe, through the case studies, the course and specifics of the work with the family of a child endangered by the divorce of the parents from the point of view of the social employee of the authority for the social-legal protection of children (OSPOD). The partial target was, based on work with families, to formulate the recommendation for the consulting and activity of a social worker of OSPOD in the family of a child endangered by the divorce conflict of parents. In the scope of qualitative research by means of a case study I applied the method of participating observation, non-structured interview and the analysis of documents to acquire data. Based on the data acquired by these methods I made up four case studies. In three case studies, a more or less developed parental alienation syndrome, each time as a consequence of the alienation syndrome partner. In the four case studies the problems in the relation of the parent and the child after the divorce, originally interpreted by the father as the parental alienation syndrome, appeared as consequence of the non-sensitive involving of the child into the non-settled partner relationships between the parents from the part of parents and grand-parent. The work of a social employee of OSPOD in the investigated families had a consulting aspect, preventive aspect, it was done mainly on the level of individual and group interventions towards parents; that should respect and carry out the rights and duties following from the parental liability; partly the activity was carried out on the level of mediation work. Based on the comparison of individual case studies I formulated in the discussion part of the thesis the recommendation for the consulting work and activity of a social employee of OSPOD in the families of children the rights and interests of whom are endangered by the divorce dispute of parents.
