In a multicell environment, the half-duplex (HD) relaying is prone to inter-relay interference (IRI) and the full-duplex (FD) relaying is prone to relay residual-interference (RSI) and relay-to-destination interference (RDI) due to Next Generation Node B (gNB) traffic adaptation to different backhaul subframe configurations. IRI and RDI occur in the downlink when a relay is transmitting on its access link and interfering with the reception of a backhaul link of another victim relay. While the simultaneous transmission and reception of the FD relay creates the RSI. IRI, RDI, and RSI have detrim

The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is a widely used technical indicator in stock trading because of its simple application. However, its application combined with fundamental analysis in Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE) is yet to be explored extensively. Hence, this study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of RSI as a predictive tool in the KLSE market. First, 39 stocks that met the set of criteria guided by fundamental soundness were identified. Trading signals are then initiated based on the RSI indicators, which are superimposed on the charts of the identified stocks. The return on inv

Since the reactive strength index (RSI) and reactive strength index-modified (RSI-mod) share similar nomenclature, they are commonly referred as interchangeable measures of agility in the sports research literature. Given that DJ and CMJ are plyometric movements that differ materially from biomechanical and neuromotor perspectives, it is likely that the RSI and RSI-mod measure distinct aspects of neuromuscular function. Abstract:
This study sought to identify kinetic and electromyographic subphase characteristics distinguishing good from poor jumpers during countermovement vertical jumps (CMVJs), as defined by the reactive strength index (RSI, CMVJ displacement divided by jump time; cutoff = 0.46 m·s−1). A total of 15 men (1.8 [0.6] m, 84.5 [8.5] kg, 24 [2] y) were stratified by RSI into good (n = 6; RSI = 0.57 [0.07] m·s−1) and poor (n = 9; RSI = 0.39 [0.06] m·s−1) performance groups. The following variables were compared between groups using independentttests (α = .05) and Cohen’sdeffect sizes (d ≥ 0.8, large): jump

BackgroundPneumonia is a major cause of mortality and morbidity, but the development of new antimicrobials is lacking. Radiological assessment of pneumonia severity may serve as an effective intermediate endpoint to reduce barriers to successful completion of antimicrobial trials. We sought to determine whether the Radiologic Severity Index (RSI) correlated with mortality and healthcare resource utilisation in patients with acute leukaemia undergoing induction chemotherapy.MethodsWe measured RSI (range 0–72) on all chest radiographs performed within 33 days of induction chemotherapy in 165 hae

Objectives: To investigate the psychometric properties of the reflux symptom index (RSI) as short screening approach for the diagnostic of laryngopharyngeal reflux (LPR) in patients with confirmed diagnosed regarding the 24-hour multichannel intraluminal impedance-pH monitoring (MII-pH). Methods: From January 2017 to December 2018, 56 patients with LPR symptoms and 71 healthy individuals (control group) were prospectively enrolled. The LPR diagnosis was confirmed through MII-pH results. All subjects (n = 127) fulfilled RSI and the Reflux Finding Score (RFS) was performed through flexible fiber

Abstract:
8505 Background: Routine surveillance imaging (RSI) for patients in complete remission from classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL) is common practice. RSI offers the theoretical benefit of detecting asymptomatic relapse, which may allow for more successful second-line therapy. Despite this, evidence for a clinical benefit of RSI is lacking. We compared outcomes in cHL patients undergoing RSI versus clinical surveillance (CS) in which scans are only obtained to evaluate concerning signs or symptoms. Methods: Patients with cHL diagnosed at three tertiary care centers from 2001-2010, who achieved compl

Background and Objectives: Low back pain is a worldwide health problem. An early diagnosis is required to develop personalized treatment strategies. The Risk Stratification Index (RSI) was developed to serve the purpose. The aim of this pilot study is to cross-culturally translate the RSI to a French version (RSI-F) and evaluate the test-retest reliability of RSI-F using a French active population. Materials and Methods: The RSI was translated from German to French (RSI-F) based on the guidelines of cross-cultural adaptation of self-report measures. A total of 42 French recreational athletes (

Abstract:
Background: Spectroscopic imaging based on the spontaneous Raman scattering effects can provide unique fingerprint information in relation to the vibration bands of molecules. Due to its advantages of high chemical specificity, non-invasive detection capability, low sensitivity to water, and no special sample pretreatment, Raman Spectroscopic Imaging (RSI) has become an invaluable tool in the field of biomedicine and medicinal chemistry. Methods: There are three methods to implement RSI, including point scanning, line scanning and wide-field RSI. Point-scanning can achieve two-and three-dimens
