Abstract. Nugroho RA, Hardi EH, Sari YP, Aryani R, Rudianto. 2019. Growth performance and blood profiles of striped catfish (Pangasianodon hypophthalmus) fed leaves extract of Myrmecodia tuberosa. Nusantara Bioscience 11: 89-96. The application of plant extract in the aquaculture field is gaining momentum. This study aimed to determine the effects of M. tuberosa Jack leaves extract on the growth performance and blood profiles of striped catfish (Pangasianodon hypophthalmus). 400 fish with an initial average weight of 1.54 ± 0.02g were randomly divided into five groups and fed with different concentration of M. tuberosa Jack leaves extract (0.25, 0.5, 1, 2%) and control diet for 80 days. Growth performance, feed conversion rate, feed efficiency, survival rate, morphometric, and hematological profile of the fish were evaluated at the end of the trial. The results found that fish fed 0.5-1% concentration had significantly higher (P<0.05) growth, feed conversion rate, feed efficiency, morphometric value, survival, white blood cell, hemoglobin, neutrophil, lymphocyte, and monocyte than control. Meanwhile, supplementation of 2% MTE in the diet of fish reduced growth, feed utilization, viscerosomatic index, and morphometric values but increased red blood cell. All the supplemented diets decreased platelet of fish. The findings indicated that supplementation 0.5-1% of MTE is beneficial to the growth and blood profile of fish through the increment of growth indices, feed utilization, white blood cell, hemoglobin, neutrophil, lymphocyte, and survival rate of fish.

Abstract:
As the transistor count per chip in computer microprocessors surpasses one billion, the semiconductor industry has become more and more concerned with meeting processor’s power requirements. This poses a design challenge for the power supply module, especially when the processor operates at low voltage range. For example, the electrical requirement for the newest Intel microprocessors has exceeded 100A with an input voltage of approximately 1V. To overcome this problem, multiphase DC-to-DC converters encased in a voltage regulator module (VRM) have become the standard means of supplying power to computer microprocessor. This study proposes a new topology for the multiphase DC-to-DC converter for powering microprocessors. The new topology accepts 12 V input, and outputs a steady state voltage of 1 V with a maximum output current of 40 A. The proposed topology aims to improve the input and output characteristics of the basic multiphase “buck” converter, along with an improved efficiency, line regulation, and load regulation. To explore the feasibility of such a topology, open-loop computer simulation and closed-loop hardware tests were performed. On open-loop simulation, OrCad pspice was used to verify design calculations and evaluate its performance. Then the closed-loop hardware prototype was tested to compare the circuit performance with those values obtained from simulation. The result shows the proposed topology improvement of efficiency, board size, output ripple, and regulations.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the application of the positional vision of the structures of a literary text to the categorical apparatus of the functional theory of text. The relevance of the problem under consideration is explained by the need to systematize the methodological concepts of various concepts in modern Russian studies and to develop, on this basis, methodological recommendations that can improve the use of the textocentric approach with focus on school education. The article uses philological methods of modern text theory, in particular, structural theory of text (Yu. M. Lotman), stylistic analysis of a literary text (N. A. Rudiakov), linguistic tool studies (A. N. Rudiakov), methods of highlighting intense positions of text (I. V. Arnold), some ideas of communicative stylistics (N. S. Bolotnova), as well as original author's methods. The study material are presented by poems by Joseph Brodsky: «Vse chuzhdo v dome novomu zhiltcu…» (1962), «V derevne Bog zhivet ne po uglam…» (1964 ) and «Ty ne skazhesh komaru…» (1991), the experience of the interpretation of which made it possible to illustrate the epistemological effectiveness of the positional approach. The results of the research allow us to systematize the ideas about the basic principles of linguistic and hermeneutical description of a literary text. Modeling of the functional relationship between the conceptual information of a poetic text and its significant components, identified when using the concept of "strong position of the text", is possible by applying a General regulatory understanding of language activity, which is based on the approach to language as a tool for speech influence on the individual picture of the recipient's world. The conclusions reached by the author of the article make it possible to clarify the basic concepts of the functional theory of text related to the interpretation of the elements of the individual author's world picture in the literary text and also to offer a methodological basis for applying linguistic knowledge to the issues of text analysis in school practice.
