Abstract:
Rutuli are the seventh most numerous indigenous people of Dagestan. Rutul call themselves “makhabir”. According to the results of the 2010 census, there are 35,240 Rutuls, but this is a very low figure, since the Rutulis living in Azerbaijan (more than 20,000) are indicated by Azerbaijanis by nationality, Rutuls of the older generation and hnovsky Rutuls - as Lezgins. In fact there are about 80 thousand Rutuls. The material of the study of this work was the idea of the concept of Abyr "Ethics" in the language picture of Rutul, largely determining the mentality, ethical and spiritual basis of the mountain people of Dagestan.

Abstract:
This paper aims to describe the semantic fi led of ‘falling’ in Rutul (<Lezgic < East Caucasian). Our research is based on the data from Kina Rutul variety, which is spoken in the village of Kina (Rutulsky district, Dagestan, Russia). All the data have been elicited. For our analysis, we use a frame-based methodology for lexical typology. Rutul language is typologically unusual since it lacks verbs with lexical meaning ‘to fall’ (however, this seems to be not so rare in the East Caucasian language family). Still, Rutul has means to express the relevant semantic oppositions in the ‘falling’ domain, such as various initial positions (e.g. falling from a container, falling from a vertical position) and subjects of falling (animate / inanimate, singular / plural, countable / mass). Rutul uses verbs of motion and posture such as -irxur ‘appear’, -eč’ur ‘move (intr.)’, lukur ‘lie’, -aˁʁuˁr ‘pour’, ruʔur ‘come’. -irxur ‘appear’, combined with spatial verbal prefi xes and spatial adverbs, as in saʔ ʔ-i‹r›xu-r ‘fall down’, describes almost all types of falling. The verbs are combined with spatial prefi xes ʔ- ‘into’, s- ‘down’, l- ‘up’, ʁ- ‘out’, k- ‘in contact’ and g- ‘under’ and spatial adverbs saʔ ‘down’, ʁaʔ ‘out’ and aʔ ‘inside’. There may be up to two spatial prefi xes in one verb form, as in gi-ʁ-i‹b›xu-r ‘fall off ’. In case there are two preverbs, the second one is obligatorily ʁ- ‘out’. There are verbs that cannot be used without a verbal prefi x (e.g. verbs derived from -irxur ‘appear’), but spatial adverbs are usually optional. The choice of verbal prefi x is governed by peculiarities of the ending point of falling and the presence or absence of saʔ ‘down’. For example, the preverb ʔ- ‘into’ is obligatorily used if the ending point of falling is inside a container (in a pit, for example). The adverb saʔ ‘down’ is obligatory in a limited number of contexts.

Abstract:
In natural languages, development is noted according to the same laws, no matter how large or small in the number of speakers the language may be. Archaization or the transition of vocabulary to a passive layer is a law common to all languages, depending on the process of development of society itself and going in parallel with it. Our work demonstrates the process of transition of active vocabulary into a passive layer in the minority Rutul language. The outdated vocabulary of the Rutul language has not been the subject of special analysis in the scientific literature, while such layers of vocabulary as livestock vocabulary and borrowed vocabulary, Proverbs, sayings, riddles, phraseology have received some consideration [Huseynova, 1988; Kuliyeva, 2008; Makhmudova, 2014; 2016; Suleymanova, 2018, etc.]. Meanwhile, the passive vocabulary in the language is a significant amount, since the ancient language was subject to changes due to political, economic, social, and cultural changes that occurred in the society that speaks this language.

Abstract:
The purpose was to study therapeutic properties of Lipomek 2% drug in animals affected with siphunculatosis, and to determine duration of its action against this pathology. To achieve these goals, 2 species of animals were used. Experiments were conducted at 2 different farms - Mygra and Fazenda, where 25 sheep (Lezgin breed) and 17 calves (Caucasian brown breed) were studied. Animal siphunculatoses are the most common parasitic diseases in Rutul village (Rutul district, Republic of Dagestan). The effectiveness of a new long-acting antiparasitic drug Lipomek 2% (ivermectin) against siphunculatosis in small and bovine animals was studied. A 1% solution of ivermectin also showed a good therapeutic effect which was manifested next week after injection and lasted 21 days. Lipomek 2% (ivermectin) showed 100% efficacy against siphunculatosis in sheep and calves. Duration of parasitocidal effect was maintained for up to 30 days (observation period). No signs of intoxication were observed after livestock treatment.

Abstract:
One of the unresolved issues of the grammatical system of the Dagestan languages is the problem of complex sentences. And the most widely discussed of them was the problem of the presence or absence of complex sentences with subordinate determinants here. There are as many opinions here as there are studies on the syntax of individual languages: some scientists completely deny the presence of complex sentences with clauses, others give examples that, in their opinion, prove their presence and fairly broad functioning. Our work will be devoted to the consideration of views on this problem on the material of the Rutul language, one of the early-written languages related to the Caucasian-Albanian languages.

The question of the structural types of phraseological units was considered as on the material of the Caucasian languages. As for the Dagestan languages, there are works that raise questions of structural and grammatical analysis and the structural model of phraseological units. Phraseological units of the Avar (Magomedkhanov M.M., Khangereev M.-B.D.-G. and others, information about which will follow below), Lezghian (Gyulmagomedov A.G.; Ramaldanov A.R.), Rutul (Makhmudova S.M.) Agul (Suleimanov N., Hasanova S.N.) languages. Abstract:
While syntax attracts the attention of an increasing number of linguists in the world, syntactic theories are created based on the linguistic material of most natural languages, the syntax of Dagestani languages remains a kind of lacuna, not known even in a simple descriptive plan. One of the most poorly studied Islands in the Dagestani syntax is single - part sentences that have not been analyzed either in terms of composition or in terms of forms of expression. In the existing research on the syntax of Dagestani languages, single-part sentences are either not considered at all, or are considered very superficially. Meanwhile, single-part sentences are a fairly developed constructive class in Dagestani languages. This work contains an attempt to analyze single-part sentences in the Rutulian language, the syntax of which has not been subjected to special research until now.

Abstract:
The autochthonous Dagestan languages belong to an ergative typology, in which the entire language system is subordinated to the reflection of the semantics of the subject’s activity / passivity, his participation / non-participation in the event happening with him or around him, the subject’s influence on the object, the activity / passivity of which is also controlled by the subject. At the same time, the subject himself can take shape in different cases, expressing his role in what is happening or produced by the event itself. The whole system of declination of the Rutul language is subordinated to the expression of the semantics of the subject's activity, the main semantic component of which is the principle of anthropocentrism. The article discusses the features of the reflection of the people's thinking and their ideas about the world in language, which imprint not only on the linguistic picture of the world, but also on the structure of the language itself.

Abstract:
Background: The theory of Rutucharya (seasonal regimen) is described in Ayurveda by Acharyas ( Ancient sages) according to the climatic changes (seasonal changes), its effect on Agni ( Digestive fire), Bala ( Strength), Tridosha ( Vata, Pitta, Kapha) i.e. 3 humors. Guna (Sharir Guna, properties) and finally on Body and Mind. Objectives: In a multi-centric retrospective observational study, we “empirically” studied the correlations between and validating the same with some of the sharir guna which reflects in nadi, for different Prakruti (body constitution) with rutus (seasons) as per ayurveda text described to prediction and diagnose signs and symptoms of the diseases. Materials and methods: We used Nadi Tarangini (a commercial wrist nadi recording system) to record nadi of 15,391 subjects across the north-west part of India throughout a span of one year. We further computed five pairs of guna (qualities) namely Guru - Laghu (Heavy- Light), Snigdha - Ruksha (Unctuous- Dryness), Manda- Tikshna (Blunt-Sharp), Sukshma- Sthula (Subtle-Bulky) and Mrudu - Kathina.(Soft-Hard) Results: For 15,391 subjects, we found significant correlation of the Guna flow throughout the span of 1 year captured using Nadi Tarangini, matching with the ancient texts such as, laghu guna increases from Varsha rutu, ruksha guna is high in Greeshma rutu and tikshna guna increases in Sharad rutu, correlating well with the electronic Nadi Tarangini findings. Conclusion: We emphasized the data-based evidence, for the first time and importance of sharir guna in Rutucharya and nidan of dosha avastha and vyadhi (signs and symptoms of diseases) through Nadi pariksha. It will be helpful to avoid lifestyle-oriented disorders and better diagnosis through nadi pariksha and also can be validated and used for the purpose of research among the common populations

There are 6 Rutus and they are sub divided in 2 parts (2 solstices) as Aadan Kala and Visarga Kala, each Kala has 3 Rutus/seasons. Aacharya’s has given detail information about Aahara Vihara with its quality and quantity separately for each Rutu and Kala. For the healthy lifestyle second most important factor is Matra i.e. the quantity of Aahara and Vihara(2). Matra of Aahara is depending on its quality i.e. Guru/heavy and Laghu/light(3). Hin/Low, Ati/More and Visham/Odd Matra/quantity of Aahara-Vihara may cause diseases. Day to day number of diseases and patients are increasing due to unhealthy lifestyle. Abstract:

Abstract:

Abstract:
Abstract Current chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)-T manufacturing utilizes viral vectors and extensive ex vivo expansion at large central facilities leading to an exhausted CAR-T phenotype, high costs and long vein-to-vein times. While allogeneic CAR-T can reduce delays in patient treatment, they require extensive manipulation of donor cells, severe lymphodepletion and demonstrate short persistence limiting their therapeutic window. The UltraCAR-T® platform is designed to overcome these limitations by utilizing non-viral multigene delivery and a rapid, decentralized manufacturing process without ex vivo activation or expansion of T cells. Patient’s own T cells are collected and manufactured at the medical center and re-infused one day after gene transfer. Here we describe the next generation UltraCAR-T platform that addresses the inhibitory tumor microenvironment by incorporating a novel mechanism for intrinsic downregulation of one or more checkpoint inhibitor (CPI) genes. Our design achieves intrinsic CPI blockade without gene editing and is aimed at avoiding systemic toxicity and the high cost of combining CPI antibodies. Next generation UltraCAR-T cells simultaneously express CAR, membrane bound IL-15 (mbIL15), kill switch, and incorporate intrinsic CPI blockade. To illustrate the ability of this platform, we designed exemplary non-viral transposons to generate UltraCAR-T cells against multiple tumor targets incorporating intrinsic blockade of either one (PD-1) or two (PD-1 and TIGIT) CPI genes. Healthy donor T cells were transfected using the UltraPorator™ electroporation system to manufacture UltraCAR-T cells without ex vivo activation or expansion. The co-expression of CAR, mbIL15 and kill switch was confirmed by flow cytometry and western blot. Activated UltraCAR-T showed significant reduction in CPI gene expression compared to control CAR-T cells lacking the CPI blockade and did not show unintended off-target activity. Downregulation of CPI gene(s) on UltraCAR-T enhanced cytotoxicity and inflammatory cytokine production, especially at low effector to target (E:T) cell ratios, when co-cultured with PD-L1+/CD155+ tumor cells. Single-cell cytokine proteomics showed significant increase in polyfunctionality of UltraCAR-T with intrinsic downregulation of CPI gene(s). In vivo, a single infusion of receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 1 (ROR1)-specific UltraCAR-T with intrinsic PD-1 blockade resulted in rapid expansion, an increase in preferred T cell memory (TSCM/TCM) populations, and significantly improved overall survival of ROR1+ PD-L1+ tumor bearing mice. These preclinical data highlight the improved efficacy of incorporating intrinsic CPI blockade in UltraCAR-T cells using non-viral gene delivery and an established rapid, decentralized manufacturing process. Abstract:
To achieve this goal, it is necessary to have an integrated education system implemented by several Acehnese Islamic boarding schools so that students have various life skills, are creative, independent, and become noble citizens. From this description, the traditional education system in Aceh has experienced very drastic changes, and these changes are still continuing because the shape and education system are still felt to have not met the expectations of the public. Dayah Ruhul Falah Samahani's education system has also undergone changes by integrating the curriculum in accordance with the general education system with the aim of giving birth to a generation that can master Imtaq and Science and Technology, so that Dayah Ruhul Falah Samahani becomes an alternative for the community to make a place to educate their children. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. Through qualitative methods researchers want to gain an understanding and deep thought about social reality and facts that are relevant to changes in the Dayah education system. In line with the above purpose, Creswell (2010) suggests that qualitative research is "methods for exploring and understanding the meaning that some individuals or groups of people ascribe to social or humanitarian problems". Data collection is done through observation, interviews and document review. As for the internal obstacle in the change in Dayah education system, it is caused by the first factor of the family of Dayah leaders who are still less supportive and also some of the Dayah teachers who are still difficult to accept changes. Furthermore external constraints relate to the perception of other Dayah leaders who are negative and there is no longer any contribution either from the staff or the budget from the community.

Abstract:
Seagrass meadows are an important component of coastal ecosystems, providing many ecosystem services beneficial for human well-being. Basic information about seagrass meadows in Indonesia is relatively limited, particularly in the eastern part of Indonesia, such as the remote Ayau Islands in Raja Ampat. In this paper, we reported the community structure and condition of seagrass meadows in Ayau Islands surveyed during Nusa Manggala Expedition in November 2018. We conducted the seagrass survey using quadrat transect method at five locations, i.e. Reni, Rutum, Abidon, Kanober, and Dorehkar. In the survey, we assessed parameters of community structure, including habitat extent, species composition, seagrass cover, seagrass density, macroalgae and epiphyte cover. We also recorded environmental parameters, i.e. substrate types, water clarity, salinity, water temperature, and nutrient (phosphate and nitrate). Our study showed that seagrass meadows in Ayau Islands are multispecies meadows, composed of two to five species. In overall, five species recorded in Ayau Islands are Cymodocea rotundata, Enhalus acoroides, Halodule pinifolia, Halophila ovalis, and Thalassia hemprichii. The most common species is T. hemprichii as it can be found in all locations. Meadows in Reni, Rutum, and Dorehkar are in a healthy condition, while in Abidon and Kanober are in less healthy condition. This information is of significance as baseline information needed for seagrass conservation planning.

Abstract:
The subject of the study was "The application of the direct method with the Kwartet card to improve students' ability to express themselves verbally (an experimental study in the Islamic High School Ruhul Falah Samahani)." One of the reasons that encouraged researchers to write this research was problem faced by the teacher because students could not write short sentences that the teacher taught about the subject. They cannot say the sentence he made from the desired material. This arises when researchers choose cards and examples and exercises from easy anecdotal texts, or good phrases that go beyond students' methods and enhance their culture and broaden their circle of knowledge. Researchers believe that students do not understand these subjects because they do not use education methods and education methods that are appropriate for teachers when they teach Arabic, and this causes a lack of desire from them for these subjects. The purpose of writing this thesis is to find out how to improve students' ability to learn Arabic after applying the method directly to the Kwartet card. To obtain data, researchers conducted an experimental study: Quazi Design - Experimental was the first Time-Series Design. In collecting data, researchers make direct observations and tests. As for the community in this study, all students in the Islamic High School Ruhul Falah Samahani 54 students. As for the sample that researchers took, it would be 15 female students. We know from the results of this study that the application of the direct method with a Kwartet card is effective for improving students' ability to express verbally, and this is identical to direct observation with a P = 92.8% which indicates that it falls between the 81-100% limit in very good meaning. The evidence for this is also that the results ("t" test) are greater than the results ("t" tables) and therefore the null hypothesis is valued and alternative hypotheses can be accepted, namely: that the application of the direct method with the Cortette card is effective for improving students' abilities to express in verbal expressions in Arabic lessons at Islamic High School Ruhul Falah Samahani.
