Abstract:

O texto apresenta um percurso teórico de análise sobre a Atividade de Estudo, como condição para o desenvolvimento do pensamento teórico em aulas de Ciências, vinculando duas perspectivas teóricas: a Teoria Histórico-Cultural, em Vigotski e a Teoria do Ensino Desenvolvimental, em Davidov. Nossas argumentações baseiam-se em duas premissas teóricas propostas por Vigotski, relacionadas ao desenvolvimento humano, destacando a unidade “criação de significados/aprendizagem, conduzindo ao desenvolvimento”, com ênfase para as neoformações: a tomada de consciência e a intervenção da vontade. Respectivamente, utilizamos compreensões teóricas de Davidov que apresenta a Atividade de Estudo como condição para o desenvolvimento do pensamento teórico, através de cinco ações mentais: a formação da base teórica; a análise mental do processo; a formação da postura teórica; a exploração do conhecimento situado e concreto e o exame qualitativo dos fundamentos teóricos das ações. Nosso intento é trazer contribuições para a organização do ensino.

Abstract:

Stachys thracica Davidov is a Balkan endemic species distributed in Bulgaria, Greece, and Turkey. In Bulgaria, it is classified as “rare” and is under the protection of the Bulgarian biodiversity law. The aim of our study was to develop an efficient protocol for ex situ conservation of S. thracica and to perform comparative NMR-based metabolite profiling and bioactivity assays of extracts from in situ grown, in vitro cultivated, and ex vitro acclimated plants. Micropropagation of S. thracica was achieved by in vitro cultivation of mono-nodal segments on basal MS medium. Ex vitro adaptation was accomplished in the experimental field with 83% survival while conserved genetic identity between in vitro and ex vitro plants as shown by the overall sequence-related amplified polymorphism marker patterns was established. Verbascoside, chlorogenic acid, and trigonelline appeared the main secondary metabolites in in situ, in vitro cultivated, and ex vitro acclimated S. thracica. High total phenolic and flavonoid content as well as antioxidant and radical scavenging activity were observed in in situ and ex vitro plants. Further, the anti-inflammatory activity of S. thracica was tested by hemolytic assay and a high inhibition of the complement system was observed. Initiated in vitro and ex vitro cultures offer an effective tool for the management and better exploitation of the Stachys secondary metabolism and the selection of lines with high content of bioactive molecules and nutraceuticals.

Abstract:

Cet article présente l’essence de la recherche d’Elkonin et Davidov sur la didactique du développement basée sur les hypothèses développées par Vigotski, concernant le rôle de l’éducation et de l’enseignement, dans la construction de la psyché humaine. En attendant, nous soulignons la compréhension de l’importance du lien entre l’éducation et le développement, la définition du rôle de l’école dans la transformation de la réalité de ses étudiants, le but de la construction de la pensée théorique scientifique chez l’étudiant et, aussi, comment les concepts scientifiques, qui sont médiatisés, peuvent instituer dans la conscience. En ce qui concerne spécifiquement le système Elkonin-Davidov, le développement de la pensée qui était et est considéré comme une révolution pédagogique a été souligné. Enfin, il expose les principales contributions théoriques et pratiques que le système a apportées, par le biais de recherches en laboratoire, d’écoles expérimentales et dans le réseau public d’éducation de base.

Abstract:

Stachys thracica Davidov – Thracian woundwort is a Balkan endemic plant included in The Red Data Book of Bulgaria with conservational status "rare". The plants from genus Stachys have a long history of use to treat various diseases, inflammatory conditions, coughs, ulcers, genital tumors, and infected wounds. Due to its limited distribution the information on the biological activity and chemical composition of S. thracica is rather scarce. The aim of the present research is the comparative determination of the antimicrobial activity of methanolic extracts obtained from in situ wild, in vitro cultivated and ex vitro adapted S. thracica plants. The in vitro shoot culture of the Thracian woundwort was maintained in hormone-free MS medium under controlled environmental conditions. The methanolic extracts from in situ, in vitro cultivated and ex vitro adapted S. thracica plants were active mainly against Gram-negative bacteria. All three extracts showed equal activity against Acinetobacter calcoaceticus. The establishment of in vitro shoot culture and its subsequent adaptation in ex vitro conditions was an appropriate alternative approach for the ex situ conservation of S. thracica as well as for the study of its biological activity.

Abstract:

Este artigo trata de um processo específico da atividade de estudo, a abstração. O objetivo é analisar a necessidade e a importância desse processo para o pensamento teórico e para o desenvolvimento dos sujeitos envolvidos no processo educativo. Se fundamenta na teoria Histórico Cultural de base materialista histórica e dialética marxiana, portanto, tem como base a produção de pesquisadores como L. S. Vigotski, V. V. Davidov, D. B. Elkonin, entre outros. O método é caracterizado pela pesquisa bibliográfica e análise teórica conceitual. Os resultados demonstram que a função psicológica de abstração passa por diversos processos de transformação em função das finalidades das ações onde existe. Por isso, precisa ser dominada pelos indivíduos como meio essencial para o desenvolvimento das funções psicológicas superiores e na produção do pensamento teórico. Ainda que, como está direcionada, também para a análise nos processos reflexivos tem implicações para o desenvolvimento da personalidade.

<strong>Resumo: </strong>Este artigo propõe levantar uma discussão sobre o ensino de signos na matemática a partir de uma proposta de ensino desenvolvimento tendo como base teórica estrutural a Teoria Histórico-Cultural de Vigotski e a Pedagogia Histórico-Crítica de Saviani. Após reflexões recorrentes dos aportes teóricos chega-se à conclusão que para o ensino ser desenvolvimento, ou seja, capaz de promover o desenvolvimento humano, faz-se necessário pautar a atuação docente nos estudos da Escola de Vigotski e das teorias elaboradas por seus colaboradores Leontiev, Davidov e Elkonin pesquisadores que por meio das teorias da Atividade, Atividade Guia, Atividade de Estudo e Periodização fundamentam o processo de transformação do pensamento, essencial para o desenvolvimento psíquico.

Abstract:

A jog a legtöbb esetben nem különbözteti meg egy szerződés mellérendelt pozícióiban lévő különböző személyeket – az Állam is azonos jogokkal és kötelezettségekkel rendelkezik egy adásvétel során, mint magánszemély szerződő partnere. A munkajog kifejezetten az a jogterület, ahol az elméletileg teljesen mellérendelt felek közül az egyik – a munkavállaló - a valóságban mindig alárendeltebb és nem kétségesen kiszolgáltatottabb helyzetben van. A fentiek tükrében kifejezetten figyelemre méltó, hogy a munkajogi szabályozásnak mégis vannak olyan területei, ahol éppenséggel a harmadik út érvényesül – nem azonos erőpozícióban vannak a felek, de nem a munkavállaló kap jogszabályi segítséget esélyegyenlőségéhez, hanem handicap helyzetét maga a jog erősíti. Ezt a helyzetet nevezzük az egyoldalú hatalmasság jogi helyzetének és célunk annak megvizsgálása, milyen mértékben van ez jelen a magyar munkajogban és mennyire előnyös vagy hátrányos ez bármelyik oldal számára. Az a jogterület, ahol leginkább felfedezhetjük az egyoldalú hatalmasság nyomait, az a munkaidővel kapcsolatos jogi szabályozás, amely így a jelen tanulmány tárgyát képezi s a továbbiakban a munkaidő fogalmát a munkáltató egyoldalú jogviszony alakítási jogkörének aspektusából vizsgáljuk. A munkajogra alapvetően nem jellemző az egyoldalú hatalmasság érvényesülése, így a munkaidővel kapcsolatos szabályok - amelyek túlnyomórészt a munkáltató diszkrecionális jogkörébe tartoznak – ilyen tekintetben kivételnek számítanak. A kötetlen munkarend lehetősége ugyanakkor a munkaidővel kapcsolatos egyoldalú hatalmasság – fölény alól jelent kivételt, így tulajdonképpen a kivétel kivétele. Ez a bonyolultnak tűnő rendszer mindazonáltal lehetőséget ad arra, hogy meggyőződjünk arról, hogy építő jellegű-e az egyoldalú hatalmasság érvényesülése a munkajogi szabályozásban vagy célszerűbb lenne egy kiegyenlítettebb rendszer alkalmazása, akár a Guy Davidov által javasolt munkáltatói ultima ratio megoldásával. Megjegyezve, hogy a fent is említettek szerint a kötetlen munkarend is rejt magában veszélyeket, álláspontunk szerint hatékonyabb és szociálisabb lenne egy konszenzusos rendszer kialakítása, amellyel nem mellesleg Európai Uniós jogharmonizációs kötelezettségeinknek is eleget tennénk. Jogalkotásunk s így munkajogi jogalkotásunk előtt számos feladat áll társadalmi – gazdasági problémák megoldásának elősegítése illetve a jogharmonizációs kötelezettségek teljesítése érdekében – a fenti megállapítások álláspontunk szerint alátámasztják, hogy a munkaidő szabályozásának liberálisabbá tétele a jogalkotásunk előtt álló fontos feladatok közé tartozik.

Abstract:

Sophora davidii (Franch.) Skeels is a multi-purpose traditional medicine that has long been used for the treatment of various diseases. To discover the potential bioactive composition of S. davidii, a chemical investigation was thus performed. In this research, two new stilbene oligomers, Davidiol E–F (1–2), one new 4-aryl-substituted isoflavan Davidinin A (3), and one new 2-arylbenzofuran dimer, Shandougenine C (4), as well as six known compounds (5–10) were obtained from the ethyl acetate fraction of Sophora davidii (Franch.) Skeels. The structures of new compounds were established by extensive 1D and 2D nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra with mass spectroscopy data. The absolute configuration of 1–3 was assigned by comparing its experimental and calculated electronic circular dichroism (ECD) spectra. Compounds 1–10 promoted glucose transporter 4 (GLUT-4) translocations by the range of 1.28–2.60 folds, respectively. Compound 9 showed the most potent glucose transporter 4 translocations with 1.60 fold enhancement. The result attained in this study indicated that the separation and characterization of these compounds plays an important role in the research and development of new anti-diabetic drugs and pharmaceutical industry.

Abstract:

Abstract <strong>Background:</strong> Music is an important instrument for communication with a universal appeal. Through the instrument of music, the barriers associated with spoken words are broken while at the same time, entertaining and educating the target audience. Music communicates trends, issues, and societal changes. Also, it serves as an instrument of social change. Therefore, the ideological meaning inherent in music is an important area of research because it provides insights into the prevailing popular thinking.  <strong>Objective</strong>: This paper sought to ascertain the philosophical meaning of the lyrics of the Nigerian pop music artist’s (David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido) song, <em>“IF”</em>. In doing so, the researchers sought to examine how Davido portrays the dynamics of love, money, and romance in contemporary Nigeria.   <strong>Methodology</strong>: The researchers deployed the ideological perspective to examine how Davido portrays the dynamics of love, romance, and money. Therefore, the research team viewed the music of Davido many times during which they took notes for further analysis.<strong>Results</strong>: The researchers found that Davido made use of his music to portray love as dependent on the amount of money a man is able to spend on a woman. Furthermore, the artist presents physical appearance as the greatest asset of a woman which is meant for the highest bidder.  Consequently, the artist objectifies the body of women while highlighting finance as the only basis for a woman to respond positively to a man’s romantic advances.  <strong>Conclusion</strong>: In contemporary Nigeria, greater attention is paid to money and physical attractiveness as essential determinants of love. The growing acceptance of such musical videos points to the fact that the Nigerian society is fast abandoning its values of hard work, family history, and good  conduct that were once essential in determining romantic relations to the love for money and physical appearance.<strong>Unique contribution</strong>: This study has shown how music is utilized to present the current dynamics of love with emphasis on the interplay between money and romance. The researchers also developed six stages that can be used to analyse musical contents.<strong>Key recommendation:</strong> Further studies should be conducted to examine the association between exposure to Davido’s music and the behaviour intention towards love and romance among Nigerian music fans.

Abstract:

The Air Power theories of today are often written from a superior air force perspective where the overall focus is on the offensive nature of Air Power. Very little is spoken about Air Power and its defensive role as well as the inferior states opportunities against superior opponents. A state that successfully has used Air Power through history is Israel. During both the Six Day War in 1967 and Yom Kippur in 1973, Israel faced superior opponents consisting of a coalition of Arab states, including Egypt, Syria, Jordan and Iraq. Despite Israel being the initially inferior state during both wars, they managed to gain initiative against the superior Arab states. This study will set the Air Power theories of Philip S Meilinger to a test through a validation process against two cases, the Six Day War in 1967 and Yom Kippur in 1973. The aim is to analyse the Israeli air force during these two wars. The main goal is to try to explain how inferior states can succeed against superior opponents through Air Power. The result of the study demonstrates that an inferior state has the opportunity to achieve success through Air Power against superior opponents. The analyses of Meilingers theories indicates that high readiness, early employment of forces, use of Air Powers psychological effect and timing constitutes successful factors in gaining initiative. An additional important factor for achieving success through these variables is highly relevant intelligence.

Cette thèse est une étude approfondie du rapport de William S. Burroughs au cinéma. William S. Burroughs, en collaboration avec Antony Balch, a produit entre 1961 et 1972 des courts-métrages expérimentaux aux formes de montage et de figuration radicales. Ces films, largement ignorés, constituent un pan essentiel du cinéma expérimental. Leur étude met en lumière l'évolution d'une pensée politico-esthétique de l'image chez Burroughs, une pensée voisine de celle de Guy Debord et qui influencera celle de Gilles Deleuze .Burroughs a également travaillé en tant qu'acteur : l'analyse de ses apparitions est ici pensée en fonction de leur rapport à l’œuvre écrite de Burroughs et à son versant biographique, l'écrivain déconstruisant les personnages qu'il joue de la même manière qu'il déconstruisait le cinéma. Un ensemble de films, répondant plus ou moins fidèlement à l’appellation d'adaptations, constituent un aspect important de notre corpus. Ces œuvres, qu'elles travaillent les écrits dans un rapport fondé sur la reproduction, le décalage, ou l'éclatement, produisent des formes inédites. Cette étude est complétée par un retour sur l'influence de Burroughs sur trois auteurs majeurs du cinéma nord-américain contemporain, Cronenberg, Van Sant et Lynch. Tous trois réinvestissent l’œuvre et la pensée de Burroughs dans le cadre de leur propre production, que ce retour se concentre sur l'apparition de la voix, le lien entre signature visuelle et présence ou la fragmentation de la narration classique. En mettant en relation expérimentations, présences et contaminations de l'écrivain au cinéma, ce travail vise la réhabilitation de ce versant de l’œuvre de William S. Burroughs<br>This work is an exhaustive study of William S. Burroughs' interest in cinema. Burroughs, in collaboration with Antony Balch, produced between 1961 and 1972 a series of experimental short films with radical editing and visual styles. These widely ignored films are an essential part of experimental cinema. Their study highlights the evolution of the author's political and aesthetic vision, close to those of Guy Debord or Gilles Deleuze. Burroughs also worked as an actor. The analysis of his cinematographic apparitions is linked to their relation to Burroughs' written work and its biographical aspects: the writer deconstructs the characters he plays in the same way as he deconstructs the mise-en-scène.A set of films, which can loosely be said to be adaptations, are another important part of the corpus of this study. These works, in a relation to the written word based on reproduction, shift or blow-out, produce original cinematographic images.This study is completed with a flash-forward to Burroughs' influence on three important north-american filmmakers: David Cronenberg, Gus Van Sant and David Lynch. These three authors reinvest Burroughs' work within the framework of their own production, focusing on the apparition of the voice, the link between visual signature and the notion of presence or the shattering of a conventional narrative.Linking experimentations, presences and contaminations of the writer in the cinematographic art, this thesis aims to rehabilitate this part of Burroughs' work

Abstract:

According to Donald Davidson, “what a fully informed interpreter could learn about what a speaker means is all there is to learn; the same goes for what the speaker believes” (Davidson 1983). This is a foundational claim about the nature of semantic properties: these are evidence-constituted properties. They are determined by the principle of charity on the basis of data about the behaviour of the speaker(s). But what exactly is the role of the interpreter in the Davidsonian account of meaning determination? Is she merely a dramatic device or an essential element of the metaphysical picture? This chapter investigates whether David Lewis’s (1983) distinction between natural and unnatural properties can help in answering these questions.

Abstract:

The creation of D. Oistrakh is one of the highest achievements in the native musical art of the 20th century. D. Oistrakh�s impressive performing skills, the philosophical depth and the scale of his interpretations, the sensitivity to everything new were combined with the inspiration of the pedagogical work, the special care about the transformation of his great creative experience to the new generation of the violinists. Studying the creative heritage of D. Oistrakh, we can confirm that he has created the original pedagogical system that synthesized the most progressive methods of the native and the world violin pedagogy and combined organically them with the tasks of instrumentalperforming practice. The purpose of the research is to reveal the essence of performing aesthetics and the content of D. Oistrakh�s pedagogical principles and to trace their influence on the modern practice of violin art. The scientific basis of the article is the interdisciplinary approach, which led to the complex use of the general scientific and the special methods. They are, in particular, the methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparative-historical and logical analysis, and also the principles of historicism, the scientific objectivity, systematicity during the research of the creative heritage of the outstanding personality. The tasks of the research included revealing the main features of D. Oistrakh�s musical-performing and the pedagogical activity and investigating the meaning of his creative heritage for the modern art. Conclusions. The main features of performing aesthetics and the technological regulations of D. Oistrakh�s music-performing system have been determined in the research, especially from the point of view of musical-interpretative approaches, which significantly affect the development of the modern violin art, and also the prospects of the development of the modern violin schools in the synthesis of the different directions of violin art.

Abstract:

Color is not only a matter of visual arts but also of music. It can influence how we feel, how we perceive the world, and even tell a lot about one�s personal artistic style based on their favorite colors choices. Color is also a powerful means of communication. It can signify action, influence mood, and even physiological reactions. Colors can stimulate creativeness and affect productivity. Some experts tells about the powerful red, restful green, emotional yellow, playful orange or intellectual blue. Colors appear in art as a kind of mix, which is why we can describe art as colourful. Colorful in this context means full of color and therefore rich in various shades, nuances, relationships, contrasts or harmonies. In music, some compositions seem particularly colorful. This means not only a wealth of nuances, but also a special kind of texture, as if saturated with colors, hues, and shades of sounds. This reference to colors in music may be indicated in the phenomenon which I term colorful composing. To analyse this case I present the musical composition Die Spinnerin for flute and marimba form 2010 by Ignacy Zalewski � Polish composer born in 1990. I discuss the components of colorful composing in which I select the three leaders: colorful articulation, nuanced microdynamics and shades of instruments� sounds. I expand my reflection on the piece of Nathan Daughtrey for flute and marimba titled An Extraordinary Correspondence and on contemporary composers� statements who saw colors in music in some way like Olivier Messaien who said that he saw musical colors intellectually and Toshio Hosokawa�s subtle inspiration of nature, and Polish contemporary composers Witold Lutoslawski, Marcin Blazewicz, Grazyna Pstrokonska-Nawratil. My research is based on the selected reflections about the philosophy of colours e.g. by Alex Byrne and David Hilbert describing the problem of how our perspective is influenced by colours and how colors stimulate the mind.

Abstract:

In order to develop a rational model for ship maneuvering, a series of model tests was conducted to isolate forces on the hull, propeller and rudder, and to study the interactions between them. Rotating arm and linear towing tests were conducted on a large Mariner model, and a systematic series of smaller models. The large model Mariner tests were conducted by David Taylor Research Center (DTRC) at one speed, and at various drift angles and yaw rates. In order to study hydrodynamic forces on each component and their interactions, the same tests were repeated for the bare hull, the hull with rudder, and for the hull with rudder and operating propeller. Two types of rudders were used for these tests. One was an airfoil-shaped rudder whose stock passed through the hull without contact. This was fitted with four multi-hole pitot tubes to measure inflow velocity and direction at different spanwise locations on the rudder's leading edge. The other rudder, a flat plate "flag".

Kaplan และ David P. Norton ด้วยการกำหนดมุมมองในการประเมิน 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ มุมมองด้านลูกค้า มุมมองด้านกระบวนการภายใน มุมมองด้านการเรียนรู้และพัฒนา และมุมมองด้านการเงินและมีการดำเนินงานเป็นขั้นตอนต่างๆ ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ทางกลยุทธ์โดยการประเมินสถานการณ์ภายในและสถานการณ์ภายนอก (การวิเคราะห์ SWOT) การกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ พันธกิจ วัตถุประสงค์ และกลยุทธ์ของห้องสมุด การทำแผนที่ทางกลยุทธ์ระดับห้องสมุด โดยกำหนดเป้าหมายและวัตถุประสงค์เชิงกลยุทธ์ในแต่ละมุมมอง การวิเคราะห์และกำหนดตัวชี้วัด รวมทั้งการศึกษาผลการปฏิบัติงานในปัจจุบัน เป้าหมายในอนาคต และโครงการหรือกิจกรรมที่จะต้องทำเพื่อแปลงและถ่ายทอดตัวชี้วัดและเป้าหมายไปสู่การปฏิบัติ และการทดลองเทียบเคียง (Benchamarking) กับห้องสมุดในกลุ่มสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์ในจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย 5 คณะ ได้แก่ ห้องสมุดคณะพาณิชยศาสตร์และการบัญชี ห้องสมุดคณะครุศาสตร์ ห้องสมุดคณะเศรษฐศาสตร์ ห้องสมุดคณะนิติศาสตร์ และห้องสมุดคณะอักษรศาสตร์ ผลจากการศึกษาในครั้งนี้พบว่า 1. ห้องสมุดคณะรัฐศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ได้กำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ให้เป็นหน่วยงานภารรัฐที่ไม่หวังผลกำไร และเป็นแหล่งบริการสารสนเทศทางรัฐศาสตร์ชั้นนำระดับประเทศ 2. โดยมีพันธกิจ คือการสร้างความพึงพอใจให้แก่ผู้ใช้ เป็นผู้นำด้านบริการสารสนเทศทางรัฐศาสตร์ และให้บริการสารสนเทศประเภทต่างๆ อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ บริหารจัดการให้บุคลากรมีขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงาน รวมทั้งรับผิดชอบและให้ความสำคัญต่อการบริการสังคม 3. ผลจากการวิเคราะห์ SWOT พบว่ากลยุทธ์ระดับองค์กรของห้องสมุดเป็นกลยุทธ์รุกขยาย ส่วนกลยุทธ์ระดับธุรกิจได้แก่การเสริมสร้างการบริการของห้องสมุดให้เป็นห้องสมุดอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-Library) อย่างเต็มรูปแบบด้วยเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่ทันสมัยและมีประสิทธิภาพ
