Abstract:
The knowledge of the underground structure is a very important parameter for site effects and the estimation of spatial variation of ground motion. In the present study the S-wave model is determined by recordings of ambient noise at a circular array. The method that is used is Spatial Autocorrelation Coefficient (S.P.A.C.)(Aki, 1957, 1965). Since it is the first time that the specific method is being applied in Greece is provided a detailed and critical description of the method. The S.P.A.C. method is based on the assumption that microtremor is a stationary random function. In case microtremor is stationary in time and space, then the spatial autocorrelation coefficient is calculated, from which phase velocities of surface waves are estimated and S-wave velocities are inverted. The S.P.A.C. method is applied to S5 position of EuroseisTest where the underground structure is well determined from other geophysical methods while it is considered as a suitable place for the validation of the method. The validation indicates that the S-wave velocity structure determined by recordings of ambient noise at circular arrays is a useful tool for site characterization.

Abstract:
The article deals with the essential problems of Sun-protection by means of newly offered type of solid combined Sun-protective devices (S.P.D.) in the conditions of hot and Sunny climate, which is typical for the States of Near-East region namely for Lebanon and Syria. The solid combined S.P.D., which are under discussion in the article presented have the geometrics, which follow the Sun path over the sky vault, thus having a non-traditional curved outlines. It is stated, that they not only satisfy a sunprotection requirements efficiently, but also add an aesthetic qualities to the facades of buildings considered. In the article the calculations of geometrics for the S.P.D. in question for different orientation aspects of windows are given. These devices can improve the energy efficiency of the building.

Abstract:
W obrębie samodzielności finansowej jednostki samorządu terytorialnego (j.s.t.) ponosząc wydatki na zadania własne, korzystają z konstytucyjnej samodzielności wydatkowania. Nie jest ona nieograniczona i podlega nadzorowi regionalnych izb obrachunkowych. Nadzór ten sprawowany jest na podstawie kryterium legalności, a jakakolwiek ingerencja władcza w decyzję j.s.t. nastąpić może dopiero ex post. W szczególności nie jest dopuszczalna ingerencja w decyzje finansowe samorządu w sferze wydatkowania na etapie podejmowania tych decyzji. Wykonując zadania własne z zakresu ochrony zdrowia, j.s.t. opracowują, wdrażają i realizują samorządowe programy polityki zdrowotnej (s.p.p.z.). W procedurze opracowywania projektu s.p.p.z. podlega on opiniowaniu przez Prezesa Agencji Oceny Technologii Medycznych i Taryfikacji (nadzorowanego przez ministra właściwego do spraw zdrowia). Jednym ze stosowanych podczas tego opiniowania kryteriów jest kryterium skutków finansowych dla jednostek samorządu terytorialnego. Negatywna opinia uniemożliwia realizację samorządowego programu polityki zdrowotnej. Ponieważ opinia taka dokonywana jest ex ante, jej oparcie na kryterium skutków finansowych dla j.s.t. powoduje systemową niespójność z samodzielnością wydatkowania j.s.t., nadzorowaną jedynie ex post przez regionalną izbę obrachunkową. Dostrzegając ogólną zasadność uczestnictwa Prezesa AOTMiT w procedurze oceny samorządowych programów polityki zdrowotnej, w artykule sfomułowano wnioski de lege ferenda zmierzające do zniwelowania obserwowanej niekoherencji.

Let K be a compact connected Lie group and L a closed subgroup of K In [8] M. Lassalle proves that if K is semisimple and L is a symmetric subgroup of K then the holomorphy hull of any K-invariant domain in Kc/Lc contains K/L. In [1] there is a similar result if L contains a maximal torus of K. The main group theoretic ingredient there was the characterization of K/L as the unique totally real K-orbit in Kc/Lc. On the other hand, Patrizio and Wong construct in [9] special exhaustion functions on the complexification of symmetric spaces K/L of rank 1 and find that the minimum value of their exhaustions is always achieved on K/L. By a lemma of Harvey and Wells [6] one knows that the set where a strictly plurisubharmonic (briefly s.p.s.h) function achieves its minimum is totally real. There is a related result in [2, Lemma 1.3] which states that if φ is any differentiable function on a complex manifold M then the form ddcφ vanishes identically on any real submanifold N contained in the critical set of φ; in particular if φ is s.p.s.h then N must be totally real.

تناول البحث احد أنواع التلوث البيئي والمتمثل بالتلوث البصري بوصفه يصيب المدينة دون غيرها من المستقرات البشرية . أعتمدت الدراسة الميدانية في الكشف عن أسباب التلوث البصري في مدينة الخالدية وما تتركه من اثار بيولوجية ونفسية على السكان . حيث تبين إن المدينة تعاني من تلوث بصري يعود لأسباب (اقتصادية واجتماعية وسياسية وتخطيطية وقانونية) أوضحتها استمارة الاستبيان بنسبة (5)% وزعت على السكان، فضلاً عن استخدام الأساليب الكمية الحديثة (s.p.s.s) والتي كشفت عن وجود خمسة أنماط من التلوث تتباين مكانيا بحسب الأحياء السكنية مابين التلوث الشديد جدا والضعيف جدا تبعا لحجم السكان ومستواهم الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في المدينة .

The current study is an attempt to investigate the impact of job satisfaction on the performance of faculty in the application of quality systems at the College of Administrative Sciences in Najran University, KSA. The study adopted the descriptive analytical method and the authors developed a questionnaire included four key elements of the internal work environment (Elshaweesh, 2007): size of job burdens, financial and moral incentives, technical support, and administrative support. The study was applied to the faculty members of the four programs of College of Administrative Sciences. The authors utilized the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (S.P.S.S), where results have been shown and a number of recommendations have been made.

Abstract:
In the digital and interconnected world we live in, establishing the identity of any individual is a pressing need. Home banking, on line shopping, and social care web sites are only few examples of services where proof of identity is fundamental. Such a process can be based on "what you know" (i.g. a password), on"what you posses" (i.g. the key of a house or an ID card) or on "what you are"(ID-based, i.g. biometrics). In this thesis we focus on biometrics. Biometric recognition, or simply biometrics, refers to ``the automated recognition of individuals based on behavioral and biological characteristics'' (ISO/IEC JTC1 SC37). This method of recognition has the advantage that it does not need the memorization of any password or the possess of any token, at the same time, however, biometrics cannot be changed if compromised in any way, hence calling for the adoption of suitable protection mechanisms. In this thesis we study the development of privacy preserving protocols for biometric recognition. This is a new research field for which a number of solutions have been proposed in recent years. For efficiency reasons, the majority of those solutions are secure only against a passive adversary, that is an adversary that does not deviate from the protocol, yet tries to infer as much information as possible from the data exchanged during the protocol. On the contrary, in this thesis we look for protocols which are secure against active adversaries, that is adversaries that deliberately and arbitrarily deviate from the recognition protocol. Specifically, we propose two possible solutions using signal processing in the encrypted domain's tools. First we use a cryptographic scheme belonging to the somewhat homomorphic scheme's family and we propose both an identification and an authentication non-interactive scheme. The first protocol focuses on a one-to-many recognition task: the biometric probe of a specific individual is compared with all the probes contained in a database looking for a positive match. The second protocol, instead, considers a one to one comparison. The new probe of an enrolled individual is compared with the probe of the same individual stored during the enrollment phase. As a second contribution, we propose SEMBA: a protocol secure against active adversary for multibiometric recognition. In this case we look for a trade-off between efficiency and accuracy by combining information from two biometric traits instead of only one. The protocol relies on SPDZ, a new framework proposed by Damgård et al. which is secure also in the presence of an active adversary.

Resumo: Da mesma maneira que a programação científica em geral, a abordagem de programação para Sistemas Produtivos Automatizados pode assumir duas formas: - Programação Manual (de baixo nível). - Programação Automática (de alto nível). Como ferramenta para programação de MFCN, desenvolveu-se o SPAT, que é composto por 3 módulos: EDITOR, SIMULADOR GRÂFICO e PROCESSADOR GEOMÉTRICO, sendo que o sistema "roda" em micro-computadores do tipo IBM PC Xt. A linguagem utilizada foi o Turbo Pascal e os 3 módulos requerem, para sua utilização, 640 K de memória RAM e duas unidades de disco flexível (5 1/4" - 360 K). O Sistema utiliza Macro-Instruções de forma que, ao programador CN, resta a tarefa de programar apenas o perfil final da peça, sendo que o Processador Geométrico "gera" a parte do programa relativa ao detalhamento das operações de desbaste. A aplicação do SPAT em ambiente acadêmico possibilitou: a) Cursos de CN em entidades que não possuem Máquinas Ferramenta CN, com o Simulador Gráfico fazendo as vezes de "laboratório", viabilizando a verificação de programas escritos pelos alunos; b) Caracterização das duas Automática formas de programação: Manual e a utilização evidenciou: do SPAT em ambientes industriais a) Redução no tempo de programação, uma vez que o programador preocupa-se apenas com o acabamento; b) Redução no tempo de preparação das MFCN, devido à depuração prévia dos programas, através da utilização criteriosa do Simulador Gráfico, com eventuais problemas, sendo detectados antes do envio dos mesmos para a Oficina Mecânica
Abstract: Like scientific programming, there programming Manufacturing Systems: are two ways to programming Manufacturing Systems: - Manual Programming (low level); - Automatic Programming (high level). A programming tool was developed for Numerical Control, composed of 3 pieces: EDITOR, GRAPHICS SIMULATOR and GEOMETRIC PROCESSOR. The system runs in IBM PC Xt (microcomputers). The language used was Turbo Pascal, and the 3 pieces need 640 K RAM and 2 floppy-disks (5 1/4" - 360 K). The System uses Macro-Instructions so, that, the NC programmer only: has to specify the finishing operation of a part, and the GEOMETRIC PROCESSOR makes the detailing of the rough operations. The SPAT's utilization for education makes possible: a) NC courses in entitys which don't have Numerial Control Machines, with the GRAPHICS SIMULATOR working as "laboratory" for "try-out" in students programming exercises; b) Characterization of 2 ways of NC programming: Manual and Automatic. The SPAT's utilization in industrial plants shows: a) Time reduction in programming, since the programmer works only with the finishing operation; b)Time reduction to get the NC machines ready, because the previous optimization of the programs, by the correct using of the GRAPHICS SIMULATOR, with the eventuals problem detected before they are send to the worksho

A reconstrução da trajetória histórica da sociedade psicanalítica do Rio de Janeiro - considerada como paradigma das instituições psicanalíticas brasileiras - é, em síntese o tema desse trabalho. Evidenciando, sobretudo, as crises vividas pela S.P. R.J. desde o momento da sua fundação, bem como das instituições que a precederam no Rio de Janeiro, a tese procura correlacionar a história institucional à questão teórica do poder: real e simbólico. As bases da institucionalização da psicanálise no mundo e no Brasil, o processo histórico e sua implantação e consolidação no Rio de Janeiro e os momentos que revelam, em tintas fortes, os embates e dilemas da instituição psicanalítica são apresentados detalhadamente. Alinhando os pressupostos da história ao referencial teórico da psicanálise, percorreu-se um século de institucionalização de uma prática, que pelas peculiaridades inerentes ao campo, revela-se, nessa dimensão institucional, impraticável.

Il 13 maggio 2017 la S.P.A.L. , ha ottenuto la promozione in Serie A. Da qui l'esigenza di programmare dei lavori di ristrutturazione e ampliamento dello stadio Paolo Mazza, per soddisfare i criteri infrastrutturali imposti dalla Lega. In questa tesi si propone un progetto che non si limita ad adeguare l'impianto a tali parametri, ma è finalizzato a trasformare il Paolo Mazza in un'arena moderna e multifunzionale. Si prevede la costruzione della nuova Tribuna Nord, della Curva Est e dei quattro curvini necessari a raccordare tutti i settori dello stadio. Si propone la realizzazione di un nuovo sistema di copertura, che garantisca un riparo a ogni spettatore. Attraverso questa serie di interventi, si prevede di raggiungere la capienza complessiva di 16˙078 posti a sedere. La tesi è suddivisa in sei capitoli. Nel primo capitolo vengono analizzate le peculiarità costruttive degli stadi realizzati da Pier Luigi Nervi, uno dei più grandi progettisti dello scorso secolo. Nel secondo capitolo si pone l’attenzione sulle caratteristiche degli impianti moderni, utilizzando alcuni esempi significativi. Gli stadi di ultima generazione ospitano diversi tipi di eventi e servizi, mantenendo l’impianto sempre attivo anche al di fuori del singolo evento sportivo. Nel terzo capitolo viene ripercorsa la storia dello stadio Paolo Mazza, soffermandosi sulle diverse ristrutturazioni che hanno interessato l’impianto nel corso degli anni. Nel quarto capitolo si descrive dal punto di vista architettonico la ristrutturazione proposta per il Paolo Mazza. Il quinto capitolo riporta i calcoli strutturali effettuati per il predimensionamento del sistema di copertura della Curva Ovest. La tesi si conclude con considerazioni sulla funzione chiave che può avere uno stadio moderno, se inserito opportunamente nella città di Ferrara. Un'opera di questo genere costituirebbe un polo di attrazione, non alternativo ma sinergico con il centro storico, e consentirebbe di valorizzare la città estense.

L’application des méthodes de télédétection à l’analyse du milieu urbain comporte plusieurs obstacles. Certains sont créés par le milieu urbain lui-même, alors que d’autres proviennent du type de capteur utilisé. Il est évident que plus la résolution géométrique sera bonne, plus la classification sera précise. Malheureusement, en milieu urbain, si cette amélioration de résolution n’est pas jumelée à une bonne résolution radiométrique, les performances de classification ne seront pas améliorées pour autant. Le satellite SPOT (Système Probatoire d’Observation de la Terre) est le capteur qui offre la meilleure résolution géométrique parmi toutes les plates-formes spatiales d’usage civil. Par contre sa résolution radiométrique est beaucoup plus faible que 1M ou MSS. C’est pourquoi l’intervention de l’analyse spatiale (texturale) sera utile afin de compléter l’analyse spectrale des pixels et ainsi obtenir une classification qui ne tiendra pas seulement compte des pixels pris un à un, mais aussi des pixels voisins. Cette étude présente une méthodologie de classification multispectrale, d’extraction de l’information spatiale, de classification de l’information spatiale, et enfin, d’intégration des deux types d’information vers une classification finale.

Abstract:
The relationship between urban space and queer subjectivities is no stranger to scholarly attention. The thesis intends to contribute to this debate by tackling one of its most critical limitations: a predominant emphasis on Anglo-Saxon and North European case studies, which are often interpreted as paradigmatic models aspiring to universal applicability. Rome is the capital city of a Western country, Italy; nevertheless, by hosting the Catholic Holy See, it is also imbued with a powerful religious discourse, which has led scholars to talk about an ‘alternatively modern’ or ‘alternatively global’ city. In the year 2000 Rome hosted the first official World Pride in history, while the Catholic Church was simultaneously claiming hegemony over Rome’s urban space for the celebrations of its Jubilee. The thesis looks back at the World Pride through some of the conceptual tools of the urban studies debate on mega-events: the World Pride is interpreted as the climax of a larger trajectory of queer communitarian development, which was supposed to spur dramatic improvements in terms of both sexual citizenship and the consolidation of gayconnoted urban experiences, as it was happening in many Western metropolitan areas, whose flourishing gay commercial scenes were starting to be incorporated into the cities’ branding strategies. The argument then moves onto the analysis of Rome’s Gay Village, a three-month-long summertime festival that was created in continuity with the significant trajectory of visibility in public space, which the 2000 event had set out. Participant observation during the 2017 edition revealed how the space of Gay Village is shaped by strong heterosexist dynamics, which I critically approached with a focus on bodies and corporeality inspired by Robyn Longhurst’s works. Conclusions are critical about the success of the long-term goals attached to the World Pride, in light of the quick disruption of its organisational leadership and the poor cohesion of Rome’s activist networks; similarly, the commercial success of Gay Village has progressively weakened its social significance: interviews with the organisers unveiled a vision of gender and sexual identities that is not thoroughly articulated, and does not succeed in effectively queerying the space of Gay Village. The case of Rome problematises some tenets of the academic debate on queer geographies, in particular by challenging the notion of a uniformly progressive queer metropolitan ‘West’.

ABSTRACT: This training period opened the field for broader reflection on fundamental issues related to Dramatology and Staging Techniques. The skills acquired, the coordination, and the endurance demanded from a stage director showed the actual dimension of the whole that one must consider when creating a show. namely. by understanding the importance of each and every individual on stage as well as the difficult minute details necessary to develop a sense of harmony with different parts. My voyage starts with the work, ending with the criticism of my own work. With practical staging experience - unveiling the most significant textures in the art of Theatre - I fully realized the writing of authors such as Brook. Artaud. Stanislavski, Damacio and Goffman.

A presente dissertação apresenta uma abordagem geográfica, aplicando a metodologia Matriz P.E.I.R., na região da Baixada de Jacarepaguá. O litoral brasileiro, do período colonial até os dias atuais, tem sofrido uma progressiva ocupação antrópica que, paulatinamente, degrada e descaracteriza os ambientes costeiros naturais, em detrimento as novas formas do meio ambiente urbano. A Baixada de Jacarepaguá é um uma planície litorânea situada na zona oeste do município do Rio de Janeiro entre os Maciços da Tijuca e da Pedra Branca e o Oceano Atlântico, possuindo em seu interior um amplo conjunto lagunar e uma expressiva rede hidrográfica. A partir da década de 1960, a expansão do tecido urbano carioca, vem pressionando e cobrindo a natureza original deste ambiente, fazendo com que sofra sensíveis impactos ambientais através da urbanização. O estado ambiental da região está se alterando, por exemplo: o solo está sendo apropriado através de medidas que estão tornando esta área mais salubre à urbanização como: aterros, macrodrenagem, retilinização e abertura de canais, entre outras. Este estudo busca aplicar uma metodologia de análise ambiental recente denominada P.E.I.R. para avaliar o nível de alteração espacial desse ambiente costeiro, expondo a problemática ambiental de forma integrada e, evidenciando as alterações nas estruturas naturais e a modificação das funções ambientais e suas conseqüências. As lagoas, os rios e suas margens são lugares sensíveis à degradação ambiental, porém, o destino final de, praticamente, todos os sedimentos e poluição é o oceano. As amenidades naturais hoje já quase não existem mais. O pouco que está sendo preservado restringi-se aos parques naturais e aos bosques / jardins dos condomínios particulares com sua vegetação exótica. Além disto, aponta-se que as respostas dadas pela sociedade e pelo Governo não estão sendo satisfatórias, uma vez que, existe também, a omissão do Poder Público para com este ambiente natural, pois, leis não faltam, mas, carece-se de uma fiscalização adequada para o cumprimento dessas. Tendo em vista, também, a ausência de uma rede de saneamento básico para toda a Baixada de Jacarepaguá e medidas que impeçam os aumentos nos níveis da poluição ambiental das lagunas desta região.
This dissertation presents a geographical approach, applying the methodology Matrix PEIR, in Baixada Jacarepaguá. The Brazilian coast, the colonial period to the present day, has suffered a progressive human occupation that gradually degrades and distorting the natural coastal environments, rather than new forms of urban environment. The marshland is an Jacarepaguá a coastal plain located in the western city of Rio de Janeiro between the massifs of Tijuca and Pedra Branca and the Atlantic Ocean, and has within it a wide range lagoon and a significant river system. From the decade 1960, the expansion of urban Rio de Janeiro, has been pushing and covering the unique nature of this environment, causing suffering through sensitive environmental impacts of urbanization. The environmental status of the region is changing, for example, the soil is being appropriated by measures that are making this the most wholesome urbanization as landfills, macrodrainage, river rectilinear and opening of channels, among others. This study seeks to apply a methodology for analyzing environmental recently called PEIR to assess the level of spatial change of the coastal environment, exposing environmental problems in an integrated way, and showing the changes in natural structures and functions of environmental change and its consequences. The lakes, rivers and their margins are places sensitive to environmental degradation, however, the final destination of virtually all sediment and pollution is the ocean. The natural amenities today have almost no longer exist. What little is being preserved to restrict the parks natural and forests / gardens of private condominiums with its exotic vegetation. Moreover, it is noted that the answers given by society and the government are not satisfactory, since there is also the failure of the Government towards this natural environment, because laws are not lacking, but needs to be undertaken adequate supervision to meet these. Given also the lack of basic sanitation for the entire marshland Jacarepaguá and measures to prevent increases in the levels of environmental pollution of the lagoons of this region.

Abstract:
Etienne Leroux was the pseudonym of Stephanus Petrus Daniël le Roux. He was an innovative and eccentric writer, considered to be the greatest novelist among the Sestigers and in Afrikaans literature generally. His influence can be seen in many later novels by younger writers and his novels are still required reading at universities. S.P.D. le Roux was born in Oudtshoorn in 1922 where he also grew up. He came from a distinguished family who owned a large estate in the southern Free State. He studied law at the University of Stellenbosch and worked with a firm of attorneys in Bloemfontein for a short time. He went to manage the farm Ja-Nee in 1946 and from that time onwards he was a full time writer and farmer.

Abstract Shoulder injuries are a serious and costly issue, particularly in physically intensive professions like athletics and the military. Previous data indicates a dangerous feedback mechanism between reduced shoulder proprioception due to previous injury and higher probability of re-injury due to reduced proprioception. It is therefore important for organizations to possess a device that can accurately and efficiently evaluate and track an individual’s shoulder proprioception, especially following injury. Existing technologies that fill this role are generally impractical or do not quantify proprioception to the necessary levels of accuracy. The Shoulder Proprioception Device (SPD) therefore strives to measure and quantify three-dimensional shoulder proprioception in a highly accurate, user-friendly, and cost-effective manner. This device employs two Inertial Measurement Units (IMUs) with nine degrees-of-freedom attached to the lateral and frontal sides of the upper arm. These sensors are connected to a microcontroller board with a touch screen and datalogger. The screen displays the shoulder angles in real-time and allows the user to store discrete angle positions for further analysis through the data-logger. The system is compact (390 cubic centimeter volume), light (0.34 kilograms), and cost effective ($179 per unit). This device is capable of measuring, in a total procedural time of seven minutes, shoulder proprioception within two degrees of accuracy along the three anatomical planes of motion: sagittal flexion/extension, frontal abduction/adduction, and transverse abduction/adduction. This device is able to both aid upper extremity research and provide data to those making return to duty decisions following injury.

Abstract:
Introdução: Angiomixoma agressivo (AA) de vulva é um raro tumor de origem mesenquimal que surge predominantemente em região vulvovaginal, perineal e pélvica. Apesar de benigno, a agressividade justifica-se pelas características infiltrativas e a taxa de recorrência local. Acometendo principalmente mulheres em idade fértil, os sintomas inespecíficos são comumente associados a diagnósticos mais prevalentes, como lipoma, cisto de Bartholin ou hérnia. O diagnóstico é histológico: um tumor paucicelular, altamente vascularizado, com estroma mixoide contendo células estreladas/ fusiformes, com margens de ressecção cirúrgicas frequentemente comprometidas. Relato de caso: S.P.S.B., 35 anos, acompanhada há três no ambulatório de patologia vulvar e cervical. A queixa apresentada era de uma lesão em vulva com crescimento progressivo nos últimos oito meses, associado a desconforto local por abaulamento, e ausência relatada de sintomas semelhantes prévios. Tratava-se de uma paciente nuligesta, sexualmente ativa e com parceiro fixo, menarca aos 11 anos, ciclos menstruais regulares em uso de contraceptivo oral combinado, sem comorbidades conhecidas ou histórias de infecções de transmissão sexual. Ao exame, foi observada uma tumoração de 1,5 cm em lábio externo esquerdo, bem delimitada e de consistência fibroelástica, inicialmente atribuída a lipoma vulvar. A rotina ginecológica evidenciou uma colpocitologia oncótica cervical com células escamosas atípicas de significado indeterminado, resultado que não afasta lesão de alto grau, com achados maiores sugestivos de lesão cervical de alto grau à colposcopia. Foi deliberada exérese da lesão vulvar e conização, realizadas em agosto de 2018, com pós-operatório sem intercorrências. O laudo histopatológico da peça do colo uterino mostrou lesão intraepitelial escamosa cervical de alto grau e margens livres. Já o laudo histopatológico da vulva descreveu formação nodular de tecido pardo, acastanhado, encapsulado e elástico, medindo 3,0x1,8x1,3 cm, compatível com AA vulvar. O laudo foi mantido após revisão. Durante o estadiamento, não foram observadas alterações compatíveis com metástases a distância. A paciente segue em acompanhamento clínico regular há três anos, sem queixas ou alterações no exame clínico. Conclusão: Apesar da elevada morbidade descrita na doença, o bom prognóstico justifica-se pela assistência adequada e exérese da lesão precoce, mesmo oligossintomática. O presente trabalho levanta a importância de se considerar o AA como diagnóstico diferencial de tumorações vulvares. O exame médico ginecológico de rotina deve ser estimulado de forma a identificar essas patologias com impacto na qualidade de vida das mulheres.
