The objective of this work which is characterized as an applied research, with a qualitative exploratory approach and has case study character has been the analysis of the conceptions and dealings of health professionals of SAMU in Natal RN about the attendance of psychiatric urgencies. The information was collected between the months of March and April of 2010, by means of semi-structured interviews, performed with 24 health professionals integrating of SAMU-Natal as well as the usage of direct observation technique, performed in the institution's medical regulation room. Both the number of professionals involved in the interviews and the bringing about of the observations, were determined by saturation methods in qualitative research's information collecting. The interviews and observations were transcribed and submitted to contents analysis technique , more specifically, to thematic analysis, which made possible to reach the deepest levels, that go beyond what has simply been manifest in the speech of the interviewed, getting to the relations among the categories and social structures of the issue of the research. Keeping this in mind, three analysis categories have been built, namely: conceptions and concepts of psychiatric urgencies shared by health professionals in SAMU-Natal; attendances to psychiatric urgencies in SAMU-Natal; and the Brazilian Psychiatric Reformation under the view of the SAMU-Natal's health professionals. Reflection about the analyzed information revealed discussions pertaining to the stigma and prejudice on mental illness, and also, pointed out to some hindrances which impair the attendance to individuals in mental suffering in SAMU-Natal. The interviewed health professionals' conceptions on the individual in psychical crisis involve concepts of unpredictability, aggressiveness and risk, stigmatizing elements and historically associated to the social hazard ideology and need for mentally sicks' segregation. The predominance of these conceptions, seen in health professionals speech, had identifiable reflexes on assistance to psychiatric demands performed by SAMU-Natal, namely: indiscriminate request for military police's presence during psychic crisis intervention, neglect about occasions that involve mental health patients, as well as repetitive assisting practice directed on physical contention, and transportation to psychiatric hospital. Associated to it, the professionals have shown distorted and reductionist understanding about Brazilian Psychiatric Reformation, and, in the majority, haven't lent credibility to present model of attention to mental health, based on psycho-social treatment, pointing their speech to a need for psychiatric patient's internment. In this sense, we notice that the hospital-centered and excluding model conceived by classical psychiatry still remains alive in these health professionals' mentality as a reference to psychiatric urgency's assistance. Therefore, the research revealed a sequence of elements, that make us think about the challenges that health sector and society must face to realize Brazilian Psychiatric Reformation's principles and guidelines
O objetivo desse trabalho, caracterizado como uma pesquisa aplicada, de abordagem qualitativa, explorat?ria e do tipo estudo de caso, foi analisar as concep??es e pr?ticas dos profissionais de sa?de do SAMU de Natal-RN sobre o atendimento ?s urg?ncias psiqui?tricas. As informa??es foram coletadas entre os meses de mar?o e abril de 2010, por meio de entrevistas semi-estruturadas realizadas com 24 profissionais de sa?de lotados no SAMUNatal e da utiliza??o da t?cnica da observa??o direta, feita na sala de regula??o m?dica da institui??o. Tanto o n?mero de profissionais participantes nas entrevistas quanto o tempo de realiza??o das observa??es foram determinados pelo m?todo da satura??o na coleta de informa??es em pesquisas qualitativas. As entrevistas e observa??es foram transcritas e submetidas ? t?cnica da an?lise de conte?do, mais especificamente, da an?lise tem?tica, o que possibilitou o alcance de n?veis mais profundos, que ultrapassaram o que foi simplesmente manifesto nas falas, atingindo a rela??o entre as categorias e estruturas sociais do problema de pesquisa. Diante disso, foram constru?das tr?s categorias de an?lise, a saber: concep??es e conceitos de urg?ncia psiqui?trica dos profissionais de sa?de do SAMU Natal; a assist?ncia ?s urg?ncias psiqui?tricas no SAMU-Natal; e a Reforma Psiqui?trica brasileira sob o olhar dos profissionais de sa?de do SAMU de Natal-RN. A reflex?o sobre as informa??es analisadas revelaram discuss?es a respeito do estigma e preconceito sobre a doen?a mental, bem como, apontaram para alguns entraves que prejudicam a assist?ncia ao sujeito em sofrimento mental no SAMU-Natal. As concep??es sobre o sujeito em crise ps?quica dos profissionais de sa?de entrevistados envolvem os conceitos de imprevisibilidade, agressividade e do risco, elementos estigmatizantes e historicamente associados ? ideologia da periculosidade social e necessidade de segrega??o do doente mental. O predom?nio dessas concep??es, no discurso dos profissionais de sa?de, tem reflexos identific?veis na assist?ncia prestada pelo SAMU-Natal ?s demandas psiqui?tricas, na qual se destacam: a solicita??o indiscriminada da pol?cia militar durante as interven??es em crise ps?quica, a neglig?ncia com as ocorr?ncias que envolvem pacientes de sa?de mental, bem como, a pr?tica assistencial repetitiva e direcionada ? conten??o f?sica, medica??o e ao transporte para hospital psiqui?trico. Associado a isso, os profissionais demonstraram compreens?es deturpadas e reducionistas da Reforma Psiqui?trica brasileira e, em sua maioria, n?o deram credibilidade ao atual modelo de aten??o ? sa?de mental pautado no tratamento psicossocial, remetendo suas falas ? necessidade de internamento dos pacientes psiqui?tricos. Nesse sentido, percebemos que o modelo hospitaloc?ntrico e excludente concebido pela psiquiatria cl?ssica ainda permanece vivo no ide?rio desses profissionais como refer?ncia para a assist?ncia ?s urg?ncias psiqui?tricas. Questo lavoro analizza la politica dei consumi e l'idea di benessere elaborati dallo Stato-Partito sovietico, nonché la percezione che la popolazione sovietica ne poté avere durante la leadership di Michail S. Gorbačёv, l'ultimo momento della storia sovietica, 1985-1991. Gli aspetti privilegiati sono, soprattutto, da una parte le pratiche che i cittadini sovietici usarono per accedere al consumo nel quadro della loro vita quotidiana, dall'altra il concetto di benessere e di consumo così come proposto dalle istituzioni e rielaborato dalla società. La ricerca è stata condotta secondo un taglio multidisciplinare, un approccio necessario visto il carattere complesso della tematica oggetto del lavoro di dottorato. In questa ricerca ho utilizzato come fonti una vasta gamma di articoli presenti nei periodici sovietici – sia scientifici sia popolari – e i materiali raccolti negli archivi moscoviti RGANI e RGAE contenenti documenti ufficiali del PCUS e lettere di cittadini alle istituzioni politiche sovietiche relativi alle tematiche oggetto del lavoro di dottorato. Il lavoro risulta articolato in quattro capitoli cronologici corrispondenti alle tematiche più rilevanti relativamente a consumi e benessere in URSS, più un'appendice iconografica.

Vid utgrävningar utförda av brittiska arkeologer 1922 i staden Ur i Mesopotamienpåträffades i en grav ett sigill: U.9750. Hantverket är i mörkgrön steatit och är 0,036m X 0,024 m stort. Idag dateras det till den gammalakkadiska perioden ca 2250 f. Kr.Sigillet förvaras i Nationalmuseet i Irak och anses som ett av de mer betydelsefullaföremålen från perioden. Museet blev plundrat efter invasionen av Irak 2003. Det gåratt studera föremål, däribland sigillbilden U.9750 på hemsidan av Iraksnationalmuseum http://www.theiraqmuseum.com/. Stulet eller försvunnet materialfinns även publicerat i http://oi.uchicago.edu/OI/IRAQ/iraq.html. Sigillet anses vara enav Mesopotamiens största konstnärliga höjdpunkter inom konsthantverk eftersombilden på sigillet U.9750 har olika mönster och figurer samtidigt är utförd i ennaturlistisk stil.

This study aims to identify the concepts of professional nursing team on assistance in urgency and psychiatric emergencies in SAMU in Mossor?/RN, identifying the difficulties in implementing an emergency assistance to the user in psychiatric distress in this service and point strategies in pursuit of consolidation and expansion of comprehensive health care to the public. It is a descriptive research with qualitative and exploratory approach. The subjects were employees of the nursing staff of SAMU of that mentioned municipality. Semi-structured interviews are applied as tool for data collection. It was counted on the consent of the institution where the study was developed and approval by the Ethics Committee in Research of UFRN with CAAE No 17326513.0.0000.5537, besides signing the Informed Free Consent Term by the participants. Data analysis was done by means of thematic analysis proposed by Bardin. Thus , as a result of the research produced the following categories: mechanistic practice; dehumanization of care; need for qualification, barriers to assistance in urgency and psychiatric emergency and strategies in pursuit of comprehensive care, which proceeded in preparing two articles entitled "Nursing care to the emergency room and psychiatric emergencies in the mobile emergency care service" and "Barriers for emergency service and psychiatric emergencies in the mobile emergency care service". In the studied reality it was identified that nursing care offered to users in situations of urgency and psychiatric emergency is made based primarily on the use of chemical and physical restraints, as well as transportation to the general hospital, constantly using the police force support, which meets the guidelines of the Psychiatric Reform and thereby undermining the provision of an effective and humane care. This scenario is worsened by the lack of an organized network of services in mental health, where after the service the user is taken to a general hospital, considering that there is no ready or appropriate psychiatric emergency service as a Center of Psychosocial Care - CAPs III to reference it, thereby precluding the realization of a resolute and comprehensive care. Thus, it is concluded that nursing care is based on biologicist and medicine-centered model advocated by classical psychiatry, and that despite all the advances in psychiatric reform, still guides the mental health care, so the lack of service network organized in hierarchical and mental health, where the user in urgency and emergency service can be watched in full and the guidelines of the psychiatric reform can be realized in practice
O presente estudo tem como objetivo conhecer as concep??es dos profissionais da equipe de enfermagem sobre a assist?ncia em urg?ncias e emerg?ncias psiqui?tricas no Servi?o de Atendimento M?vel de Urg?ncia (SAMU) em Mossor?/RN, identificar as dificuldades existentes na implementa??o de uma assist?ncia de emerg?ncia ao usu?rio em sofrimento psiqui?trico neste servi?o e apontar as estrat?gias na busca de uma consolida??o e amplia??o de uma assist?ncia integral a esse p?blico. Trata-se de pesquisa do tipo descritiva com abordagem qualitativa e de car?ter explorat?rio. Os sujeitos foram trabalhadores da equipe de enfermagem do SAMU do referido munic?pio. Emprega-se a entrevista semiestruturada como instrumento de coleta de dados. Contou com a anu?ncia da institui??o onde se desenvolveu o estudo e a aprova??o pelo Comit? de ?tica em Pesquisa da UFRN, com CAAE n? 17326513.0.0000.5537, al?m da assinatura do Termo de Consentimento Livre e Esclarecido pelos participantes. A an?lise de dados se fez por meio da An?lise Tem?tica proposta por Bardin. Desta forma, como resultado da pesquisa elaborou-se as seguintes categorias: pr?tica mecanicista; desumaniza??o da assist?ncia; necessidade de qualifica??o, entraves para uma assist?ncia em urg?ncia e emerg?ncia psiqui?trica e estrat?gias na busca da assist?ncia integral, o que procedeu na elabora??o de dois artigos intitulados Assist?ncia de enfermagem ?s urg?ncias e emerg?ncias psiqui?tricas no servi?o de atendimento m?vel de urg?ncia e Entraves para o atendimento ?s urg?ncias e emerg?ncias psiqui?tricas no servi?o de atendimento m?vel de urg?ncia . Na realidade estudada identificou-se que a assist?ncia de enfermagem ofertada aos usu?rios em situa??o de urg?ncia e Emerg?ncia psiqui?trica ? realizada baseada principalmente na utiliza??o de conten??es qu?micas e f?sicas, assim como no transporte para o hospital geral, constantemente utilizando o acionamento de for?a policial, o que vai de encontro as diretrizes da Reforma Psiqui?trica e assim comprometendo a oferta de uma assist?ncia efetiva e humanizada. Esse cen?rio agrava-se pela falta de um rede de servi?os em sa?de mental organizada, onde ap?s o atendimento o usu?rio ? levado a um hospital geral, tendo em vista que n?o existe um pronto socorro psiqui?trico ou servi?o apropriado, como um Centro de Atendimento Psicossocial CAPs III para referenci?-lo, impossibilitando assim a realiza??o de um atendimento resolutivo e integral. Dessa forma, conclui-se que a assist?ncia de enfermagem baseia-se no modelo biologicista e medicaloc?ntrico, defendido pela psiquiatria cl?ssica e que apesar de todos os avan?os da reforma psiqui?trica, ainda norteia a assist?ncia em sa?de mental, assim a falta de rede de atendimento em sa?de mental organizada e hierarquizada, onde o usu?rio em situa??o de urg?ncia e emerg?ncia psiqui?trica possa ser assistido de forma integral e as diretrizes da Reforma Psiqui?trica possam ser concretizadas na pr?tica

Abstract:
The activity of interest groups in the political process of the European Union has given rise to a broad debate concerning the effect on European democracy these groups have. As relatively powerful political actors, the question of these groups’ views on the EU and how the union should be is an important one. The status of these groups owns democratic representation also affects the democratic status of the EU. Being based on a number of theories, this study adopts an ideology analysis for the purpose of testing these theories on two cases – the Swedish environmental organizations World Wide Fund for Nature and The Swedish Society for Nature Conservation. This study conducts an investigation of these questions based on theories of interest group involvement in politics, aswell as the broader theories of pluralism and corporatism in a democratic political system. The question of representation is examined based on different perspectives and theories of representation, specifically on discursive representation which offers a view unlike the normal one of representing individuals or voters. The analysis shows varying support for the pluralist and corporatist view of politics, aswell as clear support for the discursive representation together with the more “traditional” view of representation.

Problemområde: Barn i förskolan delar en specifik kamratkultur som innehåller kunskaper och information om gruppens sociala vardagsliv. För att kunna bekräfta, förstå och respektera barns relationer behöver pedagoger analysera och agera utifrån barns perspektiv. Om man erkänner barn som kompetenta aktörer och barngruppen som en viktig tillgång för det pedagogiska arbetet, behöver alla som arbetar inom förskolan uppmärksamma det barnen själva bidrar med i verksamheten. Syfte: Det övergripande syftet med studien är att undersöka hur barns erfarenheter, uppfattningar och förståelse av tillhörighet kan komma till uttryck i en specifik förskolegrupp. Avsikten är att identifiera hur kamratkulturen speglas ur barns perspektiv. Dessutom är avsikten att diskutera vilken betydelse kunskapsbidraget om barns kamratkulturer kan ha för pedagogers och specialpedagogers förståelse av barns förskolevardag och för olika pedagogiska ställningstaganden. Frågeställningar:Hur uttrycker barnen i undersöknings gruppen genom ord och handling sina upplevelser av tillhörighet och hur förhandlar de om tillhörighet? Hur gestaltar sig inneslutningens komplexitet i denna undersökningsgrupp och hur kommer den till uttryck i barnens förskolevardag? Hur ser mönster och roller i kamratkulturen, och hur kan de beskrivas?Utgångspunkt är den barndomssociologiska teorin och Corsaros (2003, 2011) teori om kamratkulturer. Löfdahl (2004) Tellgren (2004) och Skånfors (2013) är tre svenska forskare som använt och utvecklat kamratkulturteorin och satt in den i ett svenskt förskolesammanhang. Deras forskning utgör en del av underlaget för tidigare forskning i denna studie. Metod: Detta är en kvalitativ studie inspirerad av etnografisk ansats utförd på en förskolevdelning. Studien är multimetodisk. Fältanteckningar, deltagandeobservationer, intervjuer, samtalspromenader samt samlingar med kompistema utgör underlag för att skapa en förståelse för barns perspektiv. Resultatet visar i likhet med tidigare studier på barns angelägenhet att vara en del av gemenskapen samtidigt som de visar att det är viktigt för dem att skydda densamma. Ett resultat som skiljer sig från tidigare studier är hur barnen sparar och återupptar lekteman och aktiviteter efter avbrott, vilket får konsekvenser i kamratkulturen. Studiens resultat visar att grupprocesser utgör en betydande del av varje barns dag på förskolan. Kunskapsbidraget: De kunskaper och erfarenheter som barn bär med sig från upplevda kamratkulturer kommer att få betydelse för barnens deltagande i andra kulturer de ingår i och kommer att ingå i. Barnens kompisrelationer och arbete med tillhörighet i förskolan behöver därför uppmärksammas och diskuteras. Detta arbete är ett bidrag till att skapa förståelse för och kunskap om barns egna kamratkulturer.Specialpedagogiska implikationer: Kamratkulturteorin är viktig att beakta och använda i förskolans vardag för att inte ta barns kamratkulturer för självklara. Med synsättet att människans kompetens är beroende av kontexten kan det specialpedagogiska uppdraget bidra till att utveckla verksamheten i förhållande till hur hela förskolemiljön är organiserad, för att främja alla barns möjligheter till goda kamratrelationer.

Syftet med mitt arbete är att belysa hur metoden lekarbete operationaliseras i olika lekpedagogers arbete. I samband härmed har jag undersökt om litteraturens beskrivning av metoden stämmer överens med hur lekpedagogerna utför den. Jag har även undersökt pedagogers förutsättningar att bedriva lekarbete i förskola och skola, delaktighet för barn och föräldrar, pedagogernas förhållningssätt till dokumentation och lekmaterial kring lekarbetsmetoden i förskola och skola, samt hur lekpedagogerna beskriver lekarbetets syfte och målgrupp. Det är en kvalitativ undersökning med halvstrukturerad intervju med sammanlagt sex lekarbetspedagoger, varav tre lekpedagoger i förskolan och tre lekpedagoger i skolan.

Abstract:
This report is an analysis from a gender perspective of more than three hundred minutes in sports broadcasting on SVT and TV4. The study explains how air time is divided between male and female athletes as well as which sports, male or female, get the most air time. The sports are also categorized according to attitudes about the sports being masculine, feminine or neutral. In this way the study also shows the categories of sports that are given the most airtime. Our view before the study was that from a media perspective, the Swedish sports world was very male dominated. The results show that male athletes get more exposure than female athletes on both channels, this despite the fact that the membership of the Swedish sports clubs is fairly evenly divided between men and women.

Abstract:
Cette thèse entend prendre acte de l'importance du Web d'un point de vue philosophique. Importance double : à la fois comme objet de recherche, qui, dans le sillage du Web Sémantique et de l'architecture du Web, à des titres divers, entre en résonance évidente avec les problématiques classiques de la métaphysique et de la philosophie du langage. Dans cette perspective, nous étudions quelques-uns de ses composants principaux (URI, ressources, tags, etc.). En parallèle, nous soulignons son importance au regard de la question du devenir de la philosophie elle-même. En effet, le travail entrepris ne s'est nullement contenté de projeter les concepts à priori d'une philosophia perennis. Il a consisté, au contraire, à interroger les architectes du Web eux-mêmes pour faire émerger leur métaphysique empirique, en observant les controverses qu'elle a suscitées. Prendre acte de la portée ontogonique d'une pratique telle que " l'ingénierie philosophique ", selon l'expression de Tim Berners-Lee, pensée ici comme la production de nouvelles distinctions dans un monde en train de se faire, nous conduit à mener une réflexion plus vaste sur la nature de l'objectivation. Abstract:
This thesis examines the representation in both the public and academic arenas of the archaeological excavation at Ur, southern Iraq, during the 1920’s and 30’s through a study of the main characters involved. Sir Leonard Woolley’s excavation is still fundamental to our knowledge of archaeology in that region. Current thought criticises his approach to and interpretation of his work, as having been “Bible driven” and of little scientific validity, but ignores the value of understanding the relationship between the excavator and the wider community from which his funding derived. Drawing on the Ogden archive, this study is our first opportunity to examine how knowledge about the Ur excavations was disseminated, how the archaeological past has been created and used, and how these interpretations presented entered the zeitgeist and still resonate today. As a result of my initial research findings, I gained access to the family archives of the goldsmith James Ogden, a substantial but previously unresearched body of material that provides an almost complete photographic record of the inter-war archaeology in this region as well as a comprehensive record of press coverage and public reaction. It also contains many unpublished letters between those involved at the time, explaining their methods and motivations. This archive complements substantial quantities of unstudied material in other archives of museums and learned societies. Taken together, the archival material provides a fuller understanding of the motivations behind a highly choreographed publicity campaign that successfully enabled the excavation to continue when threatened by inter-war financial shortages. This research elicits an understanding of the social, cultural and economic factors that shaped archaeology in a society that was uneasily assimilating the impact of the new sciences on a still largely Bible reading public. I analyse all the archives in the wider context of the role played by this campaign in shaping contemporary knowledge of the archaeology of Iraq, as well as reflecting inter-war British and Iraqi society. Archaeological activity was being conducted against the dramatically changing backdrop of the Near East after the First World War, the emergence of the nation states of the area, and a growing aggression and hostility to western occupation. The traditional imperialist view of the right to possession of the excavated antiquities was being challenged as the power structure in the region began to shift and new regional identities were forged.

Abstract:

The main purpose of this essay is to look closer at how and when the Swedish women’s organization Grupp 8 changed their initial socialistic ideological approach and turned it into a feministic one during 1971 to 1979. By 1979 the group was referring to them self as a feministic movement. This is done by analyzing the way Grupp 8: s discussion in the areas of women in relation to work, family and society changes. The primary information is represented by the groups own magazine Kvinnobulletinen. The essay shows that they underwent a change in their ideology which occurred already in 1976 when they moved closer to not only a more feministic terminology, but also gave problems that where in many ways only related to women more room than problems referring to class. They still showed resistance against the capitalistic society but now they added a new dimension for what they believed stood as the reasons for the oppression of women, the patriarchate. In 1976 they had made a hesitated move towards a new ideological alignment. By 1979 it is clear that there has been a change when by far most of the reasoning around class oppression has been exchange with oppression on women and the emancipation of women.

Descriptive exploratory study, prospective with quantitative approach, performed on the Medical Regulation Central of SAMU/Natal, aiming to identify the level of professional satisfaction of the members of the nursing team working at SAMU/Natal; and verify the degree of importance attributed by the professionals to each of the components Professional Satisfaction: autonomy, interaction, professional status , work requirements, organizational rules and remuneration. The population was of 60 professionals, with data collected from january to february 2005. We used an instrument translated and validated by Lino (1999) to the portuguese language, the Professional Satisfaction Rate (PSR). The results demonstrate that there was a slight predominance of the female gender (54,9%); aged between 36 and 45 years old (60,8%); married (58,8%), 82,4% with children, 30,8% aged between 05 and 09. Regarding formation, we observed that 78,4% were nursing technicians and 21,6% nurses, formed for 11 to 15 years (17,5%). From the 11 nurses, 09 (81,8%) informed they have specialization, 29,4% of the team has been working for 11 to 15 years on the urgency area, 58.8% works for more than 02 years on SAMU, 72,6% of the team members have fixed work schedules. There was homogeneity on the work shifts: 41,2% on the day shift and 53% on the night shift. Regarding the reason to be working on SAMU, 64% chose to work in the service, and among these 76,3% predominantly perform direct care to the patients, 96,1% like and are satisfied to work in the service. Regarding the remuneration, 90,9% informed they receive 05 to 10 minimum wages; 70% of the technicians informed they receive -2 to 05 minumum wages, 50,1% informed they receive no additional benefit. The analysis of PSR through Cronbach s Alpha Coeficient resulted on the value of 0,94 and through Kendall s Tau Coeficient on 0,87, demonstrating to be a trustworthy instrument to measure the level of professional satisfaction of the SAMU nursing team, in our environment. As for the level of importance attributed to the components of professional satisfaction, we indentified that the nursing team considered the Autonomy component as the most important, followed by the component Remuneration, Interaction, Work Requirements, Work Requirements, Organizational Rules and Professional Status . Regarding the current level of professional satisfaction, we identified they were most satisfied with the Professional Status , Autonomy, Interaction, Remuneration, Work Requirements and Organizational Rules. The real professional satisfaction level, calculated through statistics, however, tells these professionals are more satisfied with Autonomy, Remuneration, Interaction, Work Requirements, professional Status and Organizational Rules. The PSR in our work was of 8,6, indicating the SAMU Natal nursing team has little satisfaction on their work environment
Estudo explorat?rio descritivo, prospectivo com abordagem quantitativa, realizado na Central de Regula??o M?dica do SAMU/Natal, com vistas a identificar o n?vel de satisfa??o profissional dos membros da equipe de enfermagem que trabalham no SAMU/Natal; e verificar o grau de import?ncia atribu?da pelos profissionais de enfermagem a cada um dos componentes da satisfa??o profissional: autonomia, intera??o, status profissional, requisitos do trabalho, normas organizacionais e remunera??o. A popula??o foi de 60 profissionais, com dados coletados de janeiro a fevereiro de 2005. Utilizamos um instrumento traduzido e validado por Lino, em 1999, para a l?ngua portuguesa, o ?ndice de Satisfa??o Profissional (ISP). Os resultados mostram que houve uma discreta predomin?ncia do sexo feminino (54,9%); com faixa et?ria entre 36 a 45 anos (60,8%); casada (58,8%), 82,4% possuem filhos, e 30,8% na faixa et?ria entre 05 e 09 anos. Quanto ? forma??o, observamos que 78,4% eram t?cnicos de enfermagem e 21,6% enfermeiros, formados entre 11 a 15 anos (27,5%). Dos 11 enfermeiros, 09 (81,8%) informam ter especializa??o, 29, 4% da equipe trabalha de 11 a 15 anos na ?rea de urg?ncia, 58,8% trabalha h? mais de 02 anos no SAMU, 72,6% membros da equipe possuem hor?rio fixo de trabalho. Houve homogeneidade no que se refere ao turno de trabalho: 41,2% no per?odo diurno e 53% no per?odo noturno. Quanto ao motivo de trabalhar no SAMU, 84% escolheram trabalhar neste servi?o, e destes 76,3% realizam predominantemente cuidados diretos aos pacientes, 96,1% gostam e est?o satisfeitos em trabalhar no servi?o. Quanto ? remunera??o dos enfermeiros, 90,9% informaram receber de 05 a 10 sal?rios m?nimos; 70% dos t?cnicos, disseram receber de 02 a 05 sal?rios m?nimos, 50,1% n?o recebem nenhum benef?cio adicional. Quanto ? an?lise da confiabilidade do ISP pelo Coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach resultou no valor de 0,94 e pelo Coeficiente Tau de Kendall em 0,87, demonstrando ser um instrumento confi?vel para medir o n?vel de satisfa??o profissional da equipe de enfermagem do SAMU, em nosso meio. Den Anspruch, Philosoph zu sein hat Michel Foucault nur gelegentlich erhoben, gleichwohl ist aus vielen Stellen seiner Schriften und aus seinen Interviews klar, daß er als solcher verstanden werden muß. Die meisten seiner Bücher sind historische Arbeiten, immer allerdings mit einer aktuellen Erkenntnisabsicht verfaßt: als "Archäologien", "Genealogien" und "Problematisierungen" gehören sie dem Projekt einer "Geschichte der Gegenwart" an, dem sich Foucault verschrieben hat. Heute liegt sein Oeuvre, das in Deutschland relativ spät, ab den 70er Jahren aber immer zügiger übersetzt wurde, in Einzelausgaben so gut wie vollständig vor und hat inzwischen zu rückblickenden Betrachtungen eingeladen, die den polemischen Ton druch die Bemühung um eingehendere Lektüre abschwächen. Seit dem Tod des Denkers ist ein Abstand aufgetan, der es ermöglicht, Verständnis und Kritik allein an den Texten zu üben.

Syftet med studien har varit att undersöka vad några specialpedagoger verksamma inom grundskolan berättar om handledning och konsultation i skolan. Studien har genomförts utifrån kvalitativa semistrukturerade intervjuer med syfte att fånga informanternas berättelser, i enlighet med narrativ teori. Efter genomförandet av intervjuerna transkriberades, kodades och tematiserades dem, vilket utmynnade i olika teman och subteman i relation till syfte och frågeställningar. Resultatet visar att rollen som specialpedagog formas olika utifrån faktorer som styrdokument, utbildning, förväntningar, erfarenheter, personliga intressen och förutsättningar som ges i den egna verksamheten. Det kvalificerade samtalet skrivs fram som ett paraplybegrepp för studien och berättelserna kring detta samtalsbegrepp och begreppen handledning och konsultation, som rör avgränsningen för densamma, skiljer sig åt mellan informanterna. Det framkommer en tvetydig bild av definitionen av det kvalificerade samtalet likväl som uppfattningen och tolkningen av begreppen handledning och konsultation. Det är tydligt att specialpedagogens otydliga roll har en stark inverkan på vad informanterna berättar om handledning och konsultation då rollen formas, enligt studien, mycket efter personen som innehar rollen. För att vidareutveckla det kvalificerade samtalet som kraftfullt verktyg i praktiken skulle den pedagogiska handledningen med fokus på pedagogisk utveckling behöva diskuteras vidare. Vi ser också behovet av att säkerställa rektorers kunskap kring uppdraget, som ett led i att bereda plats för samtalsuppdraget i praktiken.
The purpose of the study has been to investigate what some Special Educational Needs Coordinators working in elementary school have to say about supervision and consultation at school. The study has been conducted on the basis of qualitative, semi-structured interviews with the purpose of capturing the informants' stories according to narrative theory. After undertaking the interviews, they were transcribed, encoded and thematized, which resulted in different themes and subthemes in relation to the purpose of the study as well as to our research- questions. The results show that the role of a Special Educational Needs Coordinator is formed differently, depending on factors such as; governing documents, education, expectations, experiences, personal interests and the current conditions in their individual workplaces. The qualified conversation is written as an umbrella term for the study and the stories about this concept of conversation and the concepts of supervision and consultation, concerning the boundaries, differ between the informants. There is an unclear picture of the definition of the qualified conversation, as well as the perception and interpretation of the concepts of supervision and consultation. It is evident that the Special Educational Needs Coordinator's unclear role has a strong impact on what the informants tell us about supervision and consultation as the role is formed, according to the study, mostly based on the person holding the role. In order to further develop the qualified conversation as a powerful tool in practice, pedagogical guidance focusing on educational development needs to be further discussed. We can also identify a need to ensure the headteacher's knowledge of the assignment, as part of preparing a place for the communication assignment in practice.

Studiens syfte är att undersöka målsättning och undervisningsmetoder ur ett mångkulturellt perspektiv hos biologilärare och RFSU:s Vägvisare. RFSU:s Vägvisare är ett metodmaterial för lärare som undervisar i sex- och samlevnad. Begreppet mångkultur avgränsas i studien till etnicitet, genus/kön och sexualitet. För att samla in empiriskt material gjordes fem stycken kvalitativa intervjuer med biologilärare på skolor för grundskolans senare år i Västra Sverige. Utifrån en textanalytisk metod analyserades det empiriska materialet. Resultatet av vår studie visade på att lärarna endast tog hänsyn till mångkultur i vissa fall. I jämförelsen mellan lärarna och RFSU:s Vägvisare framkom det, att de till viss del hade samma målsättningar och arbetmetoder, men överlag tar RFSU:s Vägvisare större hänsyn till mångfalden i klassrummet.

Um dos impactos dessas altera??es ? observado no processo de tomada de decis?o, um dos construtos das Fun??es Executivas. No contexto de trabalho de urg?ncias e emerg?ncias em sa?de, a tomada de decis?o torna-se um dos elementos mais importantes, pois embora a maioria das decis?es possa ser resolvida com a equipe preparada, o cen?rio de imprevisibilidade e gravidade das interven??es exp?e a equipe m?dica a um estresse constante, que pode prejudicar atividades como planejar respostas apropriadas. Este estudo teve como objetivos gerais avaliar a rela??o entre sono e tomada de decis?o em 26 m?dicos de unidades m?veis de aten??o ?s urg?ncias, submetidos a esquemas de turnos e traduzir e adaptar para o portugu?s cen?rios hipot?ticos de tomada de decis?o baseados na Policy Capturing-Technique. Para avalia??o do sono, foram utilizados o ?ndice de Qualidade de Sono de Pittsburgh (IQSP), o Question?rio de H?bitos de Sono, a Escala de Sonol?ncia de Epworth e o Question?rio de Identifica??o de Cronotipo de Horne-Ostberg. Para avalia??o da tomada de decis?o foi utilizado o Iowa Gambling Task (IGT) e cen?rios hipot?ticos criados de acordo com a T?cnica Policy-Capturing. Para crit?rios de inclus?o/exclus?o, os participantes responderam ? Escala de Fadiga de Chalder, ao Invent?rio de Ansiedade de Beck (BDI), ao Invent?rio de Depress?o de Beck (BDI) e ao Invent?rio de Sintomas de Stress para Adultos de Lipp (ISSL). Os participantes foram divididos em turno diurno (N=6) e alternante (N=20). Os resultados mostraram uma boa qualidade de sono para os m?dicos do turno diurno e uma m? qualidade do sono para os m?dicos do turno alternante. Uma boa qualidade de sono e menor sonol?ncia foram correlacionados com melhores desempenhos na tomada de decis?o. Foi feita uma avalia??o com o objetivo de verificar rela??o entre os dois protocolos de tomada de decis?o e o resultado mostrou correla??o entre eles, indicando pior tomada de decis?o avaliada pelo IGT relacionada a preju?zos na tomada de decis?o avaliadas pelos cen?rios. Foi encontrada tomada de decis?o prejudicada quando avaliada ao longo do turno. Conclui-se que o esquema de trabalho em turnos alternantes pode ser prejudicial para a qualidade de sono dos m?dicos e que uma boa qualidade de sono pode contribuir para um melhor desempenho na tomada de decis?o.
The change in sleep-wake patterns, one of the consequences of shift work and night shifts, causes many biopsychosocial changes that interfere on the health-disease processes of workers. One of the impacts caused by these changes is observed in decision-making, one of the components of executive functioning. In the context of emergency care in health work, decision making becomes one of the most important elements, because although most decisions can be resolved with a prepared team, the unpredictability scenario and the severity of interventions exposes the medical team to a constant stress, which can impair activities such as plan appropriate responses. This study aimed to assess the relationship between sleep and decision making in 26 medical technicians of the emergency care units undergoing shifts schemes and to translate and adapt to Portuguese decision-making hypothetical scenarios based on Policy-Capturing Technique. To sleep evaluation, we used the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), the Sleep Habits Questionnaire, the Epworth Sleepiness Scale and Chronotype Identification Questionnaire Horne-Ostberg. To evaluate the decision-making, was used the Iowa Gambling Task (IGT) and hypothetical scenarios created according to the Policy-Capturing Technique, which were translated into Portuguese and adapted according to the needs of our sample. For inclusion / exclusion criteria, the participants answered the Chalder Fatigue Scale, the Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI), the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) and the Inventory of Stress Symptoms for adults of Lipp (ISSL). Participants were divided into day shift (N = 6) and alternating shift (N = 20). The results showed a good sleep quality for physicians of the day shift and poor sleep quality for the alternating shift. A good quality sleep and less somnolence were correlated with better performance in decision-making. An assessment was made in order to verify the relationship between the two decision-making protocols and the results showed a correlation between them, indicating worse decision-making evaluated by IGT related to losses in decision making evaluated by the scenarios. It was found impaired decision making when measured along the shift. It is concluded that the scheme of alternating shift work can be detrimental to the sleep quality of doctors and a good sleep quality can contribute to a better performance in decision-making.

The purpose of this essay at bachelor level was to increase the understanding regarding the experiences of a client’s meetings with different public authorities. The method used was a case study viewed from a client’s perspective and based upon three qualitative interviews with one client. Theories were used to create order and to analys the empiric material. Authors: Pär Brolin & Kristoffer Olofsson Aim: We intend to distinguish elements of tabloidization in two daily newspapers as an effect to the increased economic and public orientated business models. The New York Times and Dagens Nyheter has been chosen mainly because they operates within different national media markets, secondly they are well known for their high journalistic standard. Based on the upcoming result, it's in our concern to illuminate these possible changes effect on the overall journalistic quality and discuss its importance. We aim to reveal the actual state of tabloidization in the two high quality newspapers The New York Times and Dagens Nyheter and thus answer the following questions: - In which way are the elements of tabloidization shown in The New York Times and Dagens Nyheter in a contemporary context as well under a twelve years period? - Based on the achieved results, what are the main differences between the two examined newspapers and what potential impact could it have on the journalistic quality? Method/Material: In order to perform this study, we have executed a quantitative study built on content analysis of the two newspapers front pages. To be able to see some individual changes within the two newspapers, two empirical swoops has been done, in September year 2000 and in September 2012. This study covers a total of 120 front pages, 60 per newspaper and thus 30 per month. The selected 9 variables are based mainly on the basis of Ingela Wadbrings study from 2012 concerning commercialized journalism which examines the changes of Swedish newspaper content between the years 1960 and 2010. In addition, the theory of tabloidization is based on the academic discourse on the process which describes journalism that aims to satisfy the public demands to gain economic profit rather than report on more important matters in favor to the democratic society. Furthermore, to facilitate the analysis chapter, an academic discussion regarding the reputable journalistic quality constitutes the theory chapter. Main results: This study's result reveals some major differences between the two newspapers publication models. Dagens Nyheter shows pure elements of tabloidization mainly by prioritizing headlines and large pictures in front of clear text as well an equal distribution between hard and soft news. The New York Times shows on the other hand an over-representation of sequentially written text rather than large pictures and headlines, furthermore they demonstrate a frequent occurrence of hard news in favor of soft news. The content quality is, from a theoretical point of view, of a lower journalistic standard regarding Dagens Nyheter than in The New York Times. Syftet med denna uppsats är att utifrån den akademiska definitonen av begreppet tabloidisering jämföra två dagstidningar med liknande värdegrund verkande inom två olika nationella kontexter. Detta för att se om tabloidiseringens faktorer anammats i samma utsträckning över landsgränserna och hur två stora dagstidningar eventuellt tvingats rucka på sina publicistiska värdegrunder. The New York Times och Dagens Nyheter har valts ut som analysenheter vars framsidor kommer att studeras enskilt likväl i komparitet mot varandra. För att underlätta en analys av tidningarnas enskilda progression så utförs två empiriska tidsnedslag, under september år 2000 och september 2012. Då tabloidisering oftast används i negativa ordalag där den klassiska journalistiken anses bli lidande så är det även av intresse att föra en diskussion huruvida den journalistiska kvalitén kan tänkas påverkas i och med tabloidiseringsprocessens faktorer i respektive tidskrift. Detta mynnar ut i följande frågeställningar: -Hur gestaltar sig Dagens Nyheters respektive The New York Times tabliodiseringsprocess i en nutida kontext och över en tolvårsperiod? -Utifrån uppnått resultat, vad är de största skillnaderna mellan de två undersökta tidningarna och vilken eventuell påverkan har tabloidisering på den genomgripande journalistiska kvalitén? För att besvara uppställda frågeställningar är studien en kvantitativ undersökning vars uppnådda resultat slutligen behandlas i en kvalitativ del. Den kvantitativa undersökningen utgörs av sammanlagt 120 framsidor och sammanlagt nio variabler vilka huvudsakligen grundar sig i Ingela Wadbrings studie från 2012 rörande journalistikens kommersialisering. Huvudsakligen uppvisar Dagens Nyheter en velande inställning gentemot deras egen publiceringsmodell, vilket gestaltar sig i en ökning av annonser, överrepresentation av bilder och rubriker före löpande text samt en allt jämnare fördelning av hårda och mjuka nyheter över tid. New York Times uppvisar det tydligaste tecknet på tabloidisering endast i form av en ökande annonsförekomst. Den ansenligaste skillnaden mellan Dagens Nyheter och New York Times är den klara överrepresentationen av hårda nyheter i komparitet med mjuka nyheter från New York Times sida. Den innehållsliga kvalitén utifrån valda teoretiska resonemang visar att Dagens Nyheter i sin hybrida tidningsmodells välkomnande av tabloida inslag löper en större risk att omfamna journalistik med lägre verkningshöjd.

Abstract:
The aim of the present study is to explore the so-called historically informed performance movement, which also is my own musical performance tradition, from a general perspective grounded in musical philosophy. The discussions concerning this performance tradition have been dominated by different subjects, such as musical works, authenticity, intention and interpretation. The study focuses on Western art music where the performance of the music, the sounding realisation, of a notated work is central. Therefore, the performance in connection with the abovementioned subjects is of prime interest. This more overarching theme gave rise to the following questions: What factors can be considered decisive for whether a performance is a historically informed performance or not? How can these factors be identified? Does this mean that there are instructions in the music that I, as a musician, must obey? What does my artistic freedom look like? Where can I find it? The path to tentative answers to these questions is taken via theoretical discussions and the application of the theory in method and analyses as well as in interpretation.The theoretical perspective of the study is based on contextual musical ontology. The scientific theoretical framework, emanating from this ontology, is formulated in the field of social constructionism.The performance can, through this perspective, be identified as an indispensable part of the musical work, which also implies that the notated work itself is not sufficient to identify the work. Further, the emphasis on the context's importance for the performance in order to allow the performance to be of the work in question implies the necessity of awareness of the context of the work. This concept is deepened in the study through the emphasis on the importance for the performance, in a broad perspective, of the historical as well as the contemporary socio-cultural context. For the work itself this means that the identity of the work is unstable, it is constantly changing, since the different performances of the work that are parts of the work can never be identical. The perspective is based on social constructivist theories about knowledge. With contextual musical ontology as a point of departure, a strategy is formulated concerning analysis and investigation of a musical work. This strategy focuses on the notation, the instrumentation, and historical performance conventions. These three parts interact with one another and in the study they are formulated as being inseparable from the performance of the work.The theoretical part of the study is followed by a case study in which a sonata by Johann Sebastian Bach is studied from the articulated theoretical perspective. The case study contains an investigative part and an interpretative part. The work's notation is always in focus in the investigative and descriptive part, with emphasis on the socio-cultural context connected to the notation. Through the sounding interpretations, the different performances, the final chapter results in a summary of the study as a whole.
Syftet med föreliggande studie är att studera så kallad historiskt informerad uppförandepraxis, och därmed även min egen musikaliska inriktning, ur ett generellt musikfilosofiskt perspektiv. De olika begrepp och frågeställningar som kan sägas dominera diskussionerna kring denna framförandetradition är verk, autenticitet, intention och interpretation. I fokus för studien befinner sig musik inom den västerländska konstmusiktraditionen inom vilken framförandet av musik, den klingande realiseringen av ett noterat verk, är central. Därför står framförandet, i relation till ovan nämnda begrepp, i fokus. Detta mer övergripande tema leder fram till följande frågeställningar: Vilka faktorer kan betraktas som avgörande för att ett framförande kan betraktas som ett historiskt informerat framförande? Hur kan dessa faktorer identifieras? Innebär det att det finns instruktioner i musiken som jag som musiker måste följa? Hur ser min konstnärliga frihet ut? Var finner jag den? Vägen till tentativa svar på dessa frågor har gått via teoretiska resonemang, och applicering av teorin i såväl metod och analys som interpretation. Studiens teoretiska perspektiv och överbyggnad baseras på kontextuell musikontologi. Det vetenskapsteoretiska ramverket, utifrån denna ontologiska grund, formuleras inom ramen för den socialkonstruktionistiska tanketraditionen. Genom detta perspektiv kan framförandet av verket identifieras som en omistlig del av verket, vilket också innebär att enbart notationen inte är tillräcklig för att definiera verket. Vidare innebär teorins betoning av kontextens betydelse att ett framförande för att vara ett framförande av verket, medvetet måste förhålla sig till verkets kontext. Detta perspektiv fördjupas i studien genom att betona den socio-kulturella kontextens betydelse i ett större perspektiv, såväl den historiska som den nutida, för framförandet. För verket innebär det att dess identitet är föränderlig, då de olika framföranden som är en del av verket inte kan vara identiska. Denna syn baseras på socialkonstruktivistiska teorier om kunskapsbyggande. Med utgångspunkt i kontextuell musikontologi formuleras också en strategi för att analysera och undersöka ett verk utifrån notationen, instrumentationen och uppförandepraktiska konventioner, tre delar av verket som griper in i varandra och som konstateras vara omistliga att förhålla sig till vid ett framförande. Studiens teoretiska del åtföljs av en fallstudie där en sonat av Johann Sebastian Bach studeras utifrån det teoretiska perspektivet. Fallstudien består av en undersökande del och en tillämpande interpretativ del. För den undersökande, och i viss mån deskriptiva delen står verkets notation hela tiden i fokus, med tyngdpunkt på notationens socio-kulturella kontext. Det avslutande kapitlet resulterar, genom de klingande gestaltningarna av sonaten, i en sammanfattning av studien som helhet. Avhandlingens slutkapitel utgörs även av en CD. The present research deals with the marketing policies of public education, deepened between the years 2007 and 2014 in the state network of Rio de Janeiro, during the S?rgio Cabral administration, based on goals and bonus. At the end of the twentieth century, the capitalist mode of production underwent significant changes, which promoted a reordering of the class struggle, impelling the international bourgeoisie to elaborate strategies for coping with this crisis, articulating the restructuring of the productive sphere, the reordering of the role Of national states and the diffusion of a new bourgeois project of sociability in peripheral countries. From the bourgeois recovery, profound transformations based on a managerial model in the public administration, through the insertion of goals, external evaluations and bonifications, are going to change significantly the regulation of the work in the public service. In this way, from the capital-labor-state relationship, from which concrete actions for human formation are derived and, consequently, the way in which the interests of the ruling class express themselves objectively in the process of producing public policies; This research has as general objective to understand how the managerial reform impacts on the work of the teachers of three schools of this network. To do so, it has the following specific objectives: to investigate the determinations and contradictions present in the teachers' talk about the bonus, to understand the reasons that lead them to comply or to fail to comply with the determinations of the State Department of Culture and Culture of Rio de Janeiro (SEEDUC-RJ ) and to explain how this policy is concretized in school everyday. Under these conditions, research on these impacts was carried out through a qualitative research, of a bibliographical and documentary nature, as well as the application of semi- structured questionnaires to the class regent teachers in the three participating Rio de Janeiro state schools, whose data was analyzed from of the content analysis method. According to the data analysis, we found that most teachers do not have much information about the policies implemented by SEEDUC-RJ, or even the little information they have is referenced in the hegemonic discourse. In the comparative study between the participating teachers from CE Erich Walter Heine and the participating teachers from CIEP 183 Jo?o Vitta and CIEP Aldebar?, although the first college has better conditions than the others, which may interfere with teachers' opinions about this coming business logic In the state of Rio de Janeiro, we did not observe significant differences in the opinion of these teachers in terms of contentment with the policy adopted by SEEDUC-RJ. We conclude that through the diffusion of common sense, this education project based on a business logic has educated teachers to submit to centralized management, governed by standardized actions, control and surveillance, within the framework of the goals established by SEEDUC-RJ, Keeping them restricted to the condition of fulfilling tasks, without possibility of debates, thus promoting the moral ethical conformation of the teachers of this network to this order
A presente pesquisa discorre sobre as pol?ticas de mercantiliza??o da educa??o p?blica, aprofundadas entre os anos 2007 e 2014 na rede estadual do Rio de Janeiro, durante o governo S?rgio Cabral, pautadas em metas e bonifica??o. No final do s?culo XX, o modo de produ??o capitalista sofreu mudan?as significativas, que promoveram um reordenamento na luta de classes, impulsionando a burguesia internacional ? elabora??o de estrat?gias para o enfrentamento dessa crise, que articulassem a reestrutura??o da esfera produtiva, o reordenamento do papel dos Estados nacionais e a difus?o de um novo projeto burgu?s de sociabilidade nos pa?ses perif?ricos. Da recomposi??o burguesa decorrem profundas transforma??es pautadas num modelo gerencial na administra??o p?blica, atrav?s da inser??o de metas, de avalia??es externas e de bonifica??es, que v?o alterar de modo significativo a regula??o do trabalho no servi?o p?blico. Desta maneira, a partir da rela??o capital-trabalho-Estado, da qual derivam a??es concretas para a forma??o humana e, por conseguinte, o modo como os interesses da classe dominante expressam-se objetivamente no processo de produ??o de pol?ticas p?blicas; esta pesquisa tem por objetivo geral compreender de que modo a reforma gerencial impacta no trabalho dos docentes de tr?s escolas dessa rede. Para tanto, possui os seguintes objetivos espec?ficos: investigar as determina??es e as contradi??es presentes na fala dos professores acerca da bonifica??o, compreender as raz?es que os levam a cumprir ou descumprir as determina??es da Secretaria de Estado de Educa??o e Cultura do Rio de Janeiro (SEEDUC-RJ) e explicitar de que modo essa pol?tica se concretiza no cotidiano escolar. Nessas condi??es, a investiga??o desses impactos se deu atrav?s de uma pesquisa qualitativa, de car?ter bibliogr?fico e documental, al?m da aplica??o de question?rios semiestruturados aos professores regentes de turma nas tr?s escolas da rede estadual do Rio de Janeiro participantes, cujos dados obtidos foram analisados a partir do m?todo de an?lise de conte?do. Conforme a an?lise dos dados, verificamos que a maioria dos docentes n?o possui muitas informa??es acerca das pol?ticas implementadas pela SEEDUC-RJ, ou ainda, a pouca informa??o que possuem est? referenciada no discurso hegem?nico. No estudo comparativo entre os docentes participantes do CE Erich Walter Heine e os docentes participantes do CIEP 183 Jo?o Vitta e do CIEP Aldebar?, embora o primeiro col?gio possua melhores condi??es que os demais, que possam interferir na opini?o dos professores acerca dessa l?gica empresarial que vem se aprofundando na rede estadual de ensino do Rio de Janeiro, n?o observamos diferen?as significativas na opini?o desses docentes em termos de contentamento com a pol?tica adotada pela SEEDUC-RJ. Upphovsrättsdirektivet, Digital Single Market-direktivet, befinner sig idag i en implementeringsprocess i EU-länderna. Implementeringen syftar till att harmonisera upphovsrätten mellan medlemsstaterna och att upprätthålla en väl fungerande inre marknad. Direktivet medför ett antal dilemman vid harmoniseringen av medlemsländernas lagstiftningar. Somliga länder är positiva till direktivet, medan andra anmärker en ordalydelse som är otydlig, abstrakt och svår att konkretisera. Frankrike var första land inom unionen att lägga fram ett lagförslag baserat på direktivet. Samtliga medlemsländer, däribland Sverige, har fortfarande tid på sig att införliva direktivet i sin lagstiftning. Syftet med uppsatsen är att utreda DSM-direktivets artikel 17 och dess implementering i fransk rätt med utgångspunkt i Frankrikes framställda lagförslag. Vidare är ändamålet att göra en konkret jämförelse mellan förevarande upphovsrättsliga normer i Sverige respektive Frankrike, för att således kunna analysera det franska lagförslagets lämplighet i svensk rättsordning. Lämpligheten ska försöka bedömas utifrån kulturella värderingar bakom nationell lagstiftning och upphovsrättspolitik. För att besvara frågeställningen huruvida det franska lagförslaget på implementering av DSM-direktivets artikel 17 kan vara en förebild för den svenska lagstiftaren, har framställningen disponerats enligt följande: vi har (1) utrett svensk upphovsrätt, (2) redogjort för DSM-direktivet och härrörande kritik, (3) uppgivit Regeringskansliets resonemang och frågeställningar gällande direktivets genomförande i svensk rätt, (4) utrett fransk upphovsrätt samt (5) översatt och tolkat förevarande lagförslag med tillhörande kritik. Utöver rättskällor, har framställningen till övervägande del grund i debattartiklar, tidskrifter samt inlägg online för att klargöra den aktuella problematiken rörande DSM-direktivet. Slutsatsen är att svensk respektive fransk upphovsrätt visserligen framstår som snarlika i stort sett. Däremot kan det franska lagförslaget på implementering av direktivet enbart framstå som en förebild i viss mån. Av artikel 17:s tre huvudområden kan vägledning av det franska lagförslaget endast ges gällande införandet av en klagomåls- och avhjälpningsmekanism.

Abstract:
Dissertation submitted in partial compliance with the requirements for the Master's Degree in Technology: Homoeopathy, Durban Institute of Technology, 2003.
The purpose of this randomised double blind study was to evaluate the efficacy of the homoeopathic complex (Cantharis vesicatoria 12CH, Equisetum hyemale 12CH, Sarsaparilla 12CH, Delphinium staphysagria 12CH, Uva ursi 12CH) in the treatment of nocturnal enuresis with regard to the number of wet nights per week. It focused on children between the ages offive and eighteen, residing at children's homes in the greater Durban area. It was hypothesised that the homoeopathic medication would reduce the weekly incidences of bed wetting and thus provide a, safe, viable and effective alternative to existing treatment options.
