Abstract:

Ce travail a pour objet la vie et l'oeuvre du khalifa'abdullahi qui succeda au mahdi muhammad ahmad en 1885. Cette these comprend trois parties, une introduction et une conclusion. Des documents servant a appuyer certains faits sont mis en annexes. Un glossaire des termes arabes employes et un lexique des personnes mentionnees dans le texte avec deux indexes: l'un des noms geographiques et ethni que, l'autre des noms propres, completent ce travail. Des cartes du soudan de l'epoque (1880), des tribus, de l'expansion mahdiste, d'omdurman, des itineraires du mahdi et du khalifa illustrent ce texte ainsi que des photos des champs de bataille de karari et d'ulm dibaykarat. La premiere partie en six chapitres est consacree a la vie du khalifa'abdullahi. Chapitre d'exposition sur le soudan de l'epoque puis, apres les renseignements biographiques commentant le khalifa 'abdullahi devint, des sa manifestation, le bras-droit du mahdi, tant sur le plan militaire que sur le plan civil. Ensuite apres qu'il eut succede au mahdi comment malgre toutes les difficultes auxquelles il dut faire face, interieurement et exterieurement, il parvint a creer l'etat mahdiste. Nous etudions ensuite les causes de la chute de cet etat qui s'est achevee par la defaite de karari en 1898 et la mort du khalifa en 1899. La deuxieme partie traite du gouvernement du khalifa en quatre chapitres. Tour complet de l'administration tant civile que militaire en montrant comment le khalifa'abdullahi parvint a doter l'etat d'un appareil judiciaire et financier, a y developper l'enseignement et la culture. . The research traces the life and deeds of khalifa abdullahi who succeeded to muhammed ahmed el mahdi in 1885. This thesis consists of three parties; an introduction and a conclusion. Some documents which help explain certain historical events are put in the annexe appendix beside a glossary (with two indexex) of arabic termes used in this work and a list of the names of the persons mentioned in the thesis: the first for geographical and ethnical names and the second for proper nouns. The thesis is illustrated by maps describing the boarders and tribes of the sudan of the year 1880, the mahdist expansion, the town of omdurman and the trips of the mahdi and of the khalifa including photographs of the battle fields of karari and umdibaikrat. The first part (six chapters) is reserved for the khalifa's life in which we present the sudan of that era and a biographical information on the life of khalifa abdullahi. Then we demonstrate how he became (since the mahdi's appearance) his right in the military as well as the civil field. And also how he could (inspi of the all the dangers he had the deal with inside and outside the sudan) found the mahdist state. After this, we study the causes of the fall of this state after the battles of karari in 1898 and the death of the khalifa in 1899. The second part (four chapters) deals with the khalifa's government. .

Abstract:

Après un essai de synthèse des aspects biographiques de Strindberg, la recherche de la modernité, qui constitue la première partie, comporte une étude de quatre cas de modernité dans son œuvre : 1) comme précurseur du théâtre moderne, 2) comme précurseur méconnu du surréalisme (étude comparée entre son récit français "Inferno" et la "Nadja" d'André Breton, 3)comme précurseur de l'attitude post-féministe, 4) comme précurseur des modernes ethnologiques par ses méthodes d'investigations et d'interviews au cours de son exploitation de la France en 1886 : "parmi les paysans français". La seconde partie traite de l'historique de la réception de Strindberg en France depuis ses premiers séjours et ses tentatives de se faire reconnaitre par l'intelligentsia parisienne, malgré les campagnes xénophobes des écrivains français en place. Apres avoir quitté la France en 1898, Strindberg y est oublie alors qu'il triomphe en Allemagne. Ce n'est qu'après la première et, surtout, la seconde guerre mondiale, que Strindberg est enfin redécouvert et reconnu en France. Désormais, il sera de plus en plus traduit, joué, publé, commenté, et, bien qu'auteur classique, il demeure auteur d'avant-garde. Une bibliographie de langue française, un tableau des créations théâtrales et une filmographie complètent le premier volume (303 pages). Le second volume (385 pages) contient le répertoire chronologique et la recension de cette réception en France de 1876 à 1990 After an attempt of synthesis of Strindberg’s biographical aspects, the search of modernity which is the subject of the first part, involves four cases of modernity studied in his work: 1 )as a precursor of modern theatre, 2) as an unrecognized precursor of surrealism (with a comparated study of his French novel "Inferno" and André Breton’s Nadja", 3) as a precursor of the post-feminist attitude, 4)as a precursor of modern ethnographers, through his methods of investigations in his exploration of France in 1886: "the French peasant". The second part tells the story of Strindberg’s reception in France, since his first stays and his attempts to make his genius recognized by the Parisian intelligentsia, in spite of the campaign of xenophobia conducted by the established French writers. After he left France in 1898, Strindberg was forgotten there, in the same time he became triumphant in Germany. It is only after the first, and principally, the Second World War, that Strindberg was rediscovered and recognized in France. Henceforth, he will be more and more translated, published, and commented, and, though being a classical writer, he still remains an avant-garde author. A French bibliography, theatrical statistics and a filmography, complete the first volume (303 p. ) The second volume (385 pp. ) is a chronological catalogue of this reception (1876-1990)

Abstract:

La thèse comporte quatre parties. I. Histoire de la réception. On ne peut résoudre les difficultés auxquelles se heurte l'interprétation du texte de Weber qu'en définissant exactement la fonction qu'y remplit la notion de cause, tâche à laquelle la réception a souvent tente d'échapper. II. Reconstruction critique de la thèse de Weber. Weber établit un rapport de cause à effet entre la religion calviniste et une conduite de vie précise. Le dogme de la prédestination aurait provoqué chez les croyants des angoisses spécifiques qui les auraient poussés à s'assurer de leur salut par l'accomplissement d'œuvres. Une lecture minutieuse du texte relève l'existence de nombreuses lacunes et même de contradictions dans l'argumentation. III. Analyse du puritanisme. La thèse de Weber se fonde sur une interprétation erronée des textes puritains (Perkins, Ames, Baxter etc. ). IV. L'éthique protestante et les fondements de la sociologie religieuse. Une comparaison avec Ernst Troeltsch et Jürgen Habermas montre que l'éthique protestante, tout en contenant une thèse fausse, correspond à des difficultés auxquelles se trouve confrontée toute tentative de fonder une sociologie de la religion The thesis comprises four parts. I. History of the reception of the protestant ethic. In order to resolve the difficulties inherent to the interpretation of the protestant etic one has to define exactly the function of the concept of cause in this text. The reception has often tried to escape this problem. II. A critical reconstruction of the Weber-thesis. Weber establishes that there is a causal relationship between the Calvinist religion and a certain behavior. He thinks that the dogma of predestination created troubles in each believer that pushed them to accomplish works in order to insure their salvation. But there are a lot of deficiencies and even contradictions in his argumentation. III. Analysis of the puritanism. The Weber thesis is based on an erroneous interpretation of the puritan sources (Perkins, Ames, Baxter, etc. ). IV. The protestant ethic and the foundations of the sociology of religion. A comparison between weber, Ernst Troeltsch and Jürgen Habermas shows that, although the Weber thesis is wrong, it corresponds to some difficulties that are inherent to each attempt of founding sociology of religion

Deux faits majeurs sont mis en evidence : - le role premier tenu par les italiens qui deviennent les principaux intermediaires dans la commercialisation de l'argent vers les mondes musulman et asiatique. - l'incapacite des detenteurs d'or soudanais au maghreb et en egypte a s'affirmer dans les echanges avec les europeens, alors que les besoins monetaires en metal jaune augmentent fortement There is a great disparity in the distribution of the deposits of silver - bearing ore at the fourteenth century. Abstract:

La microperoxydase-8, fe(iii)mp-8, est un modele d'hemoproteine qui catalyse principalement deux types de reactions d'oxydation. En absence d'ascorbate, le modele fonctionne en mode cytochrome p450 et permet l'etude des transferts d'oxygene reels catalyses par des intermediaires fer-hydroperoxo ou fer-peroxo ainsi que fer(iv)-oxo porphyrine radical cation. En presence d'ascorbate, le modele fonctionne en mode peroxydase et permet l'etude des transferts d'oxygene apparents catalyses par des intermediaires fer(iv)-oxo ou fer(iv)-oxo porphyrine radical cation. Le suivi du transfert d'oxygene, par un marquage a l'oxygene 18, permet de discriminer entre les deux types de reactions catalysees par fe(iii)mp-8. Toutefois, il a pu etre montre que lors de la catalyse, les atomes d'oxygene du solvant peuvent egalement etre echanges avec l'espece reactive fer(iv)-oxo porphyrine radical cation. L'o- et la n-dealkylation des substrats catalysee par fe(iii)mp-8 en presence et en absence d'ascorbate, l'oxydation catalytique du guaiacol et de l'ortho-dianisidine (mode peroxydase) par fe(iii)mp-8 et mn(iii)mp-8, ainsi que l'hydroxylation de l'aniline (mode cytochrome p450) par fe(iii)mp-8 ont ete ensuite etudies. Les resultats suggerent que l'intermediaire fer-hydroperoxo est l'espece reactive majeure pour la para-hydroxylation de l'aniline et pour les reactions de o- et n-dealkylation en mode cytochrome p450. Une forme modifiee de fe(iii)mp-8 ayant le cycle imidazole de son histidine hydroxyle a ete isolee en presence de h 2o 2. L'importance de la deprotonation du ligand axial aquo dans la formation de l'intermediaire fer-hydroperoxo a ete montree. La delocalisation, par effet mesomere, du second equivalent d'oxydation de l'intermediaire

Abstract:

Taha hussein atteint de cecite a l'age de quatre ans, est envoye a l'ecole coranique par son pere, ou l'enfant apprend l'art de reciter le livre sacre. Selon le souhait de son pere, taha se rend au caire pour suivre des etudes a l'universite religieuse d'el azher. C'est le debut d'une lutte entre deux courants de pensee, l'un conservateur represente par el azher, et l'autre reformiste illustre par taha hussein. Decu par les methodes d'enseignement archaique d'el azher, l'etudiant se demande s'il doit continuer a suivre cette voie, c'est alors qu'il commence a s'interesser a l'enseignement de la litterature arabe ancienne. En 1908, il s'inscrit a la nouvelle universite egyptienne qui vient de s'ouvrir. Il y rencontre des professeurs francais et italiens : orientaliste aupres desquels il peut enfin etancher sa soif en matiere d'histoire litteraire. Le 15 mai 1914, il soutient une these de doctorat a l'universite egyptienne, le conseil de l'universite decide de l'envoyer en france pour etudier l'histoire. Apres cinq ans de sejour dans ce pays, il obtient une licence es lettres et soutient une these de doctorat sur "la philosophie sociale d'ibn khaldoun". En 1919, il revient en egypte ou il est nomme professeur d'histoire grecque et romaine. Taha hussein se revele un des pionniers de la liberation de la litterature arabe. Pour ses recherches, il applique les methodes scientifiques des critiques francais et en particulier la methode cartesienne qu'il a etudiee a la sorbonne. Elle lui parait appropriee a l'etude de l'histoire litteraire arabe ancienne. Aujourd'hui, taha hussein est considere comme le doyen des lettres arabes en orient et comme l'amabassadeur de la culture francaise dans les pays arabes Taha hussein totally lost his sight by the age of four, and was sent to a koranic school by his father, where he was taught the art of reciting passages from the holy book. According to the wishes of his father, taha went to cairo to study at a religious university by the name of el azher. This was the beginning of a battle between two trains of thought ; one, conservative, represented by the teachings at el azher, and the other, reformist, illustrated by taha hussein. Disappointed by the archaic teaching methods of el azher, the student wodered if he should continue in this way : to start getting interested in the teaching of ancient arabic literature. In 1908, he registered in the new egyptian university that had just opened. There he met french and italian professors : orientalists with whom he could finally quench his thirst in the area of literary history. On may 15, 1914, he wrote his doctorat thesis at the egyptian university, the counsellor of the university decided to send him to france to study history. After staying 5 years in this country, he obtained his bachelor's of arts degree, and then made a doctorat thesis on "the social philosophy of ibn khaldoun". In 1919, he returned to egypt, where he was named professor of greek and roman history. Taha hussein came out as on of the pionners of the liberation of arabic literature. For his research, he used the scientific methods of french critics, and especially, the cartesian method that he studied at the sorbonne. These seemed appropriate to suit the study of the history of ancient arabic literature. Today, taha hussein is considered the dean of arabic literature in the orient and as the french cultural ambassador in the arabic countries

Abstract:

Cette thèse a pour objet d'étudier l'Hôpital. Dans ce cadre,il s'est agit pour moi d'analyser au plus près les actes et les discours des protagonistes de l'hôpital:medecins, soignants, patients et familles. Mon but a été de questionner les fondements de l'institution hospitalière en mettant en lumière que l'hôpital est le symptôme de la modernité d'une société ainsi que de ses discours. Mon champ théorique est la psychanalyse freudienne et lacanienne. Cette recherche met en évidence les difficultés du sujet aux prises avec le discours hospitalier. Par ailleurs, l'évolution gestionnaire actuelle de l'institution hospitalière serait un indicateur fort du passage d'une période historique à une autre. Enfin, il nous parait que la question épistémologique de la psychanalyse comme éthique de la science, théorie et pratique révèle les mailles des discours de la modernité doit défendre une place face à la prolifération du scientisme, des arguments et des théories pseudo scientifiques The present thesis is a study of the Hospital. In this respect, i have analysed the acts and discourses of the hospital's protagonist::doctors, caregivers, patients and families. My goal was to question the basis of this institution to emphasize the fact that the hospital is the symptom of a society's modernity. My theoretical field is the freudian and lacanian psychoanalytic approach. This research stresses out the difficulties of a subject dealing with the hospital many discourses. Moreover, the managerial evolution of the hospital as an institution could be a strong indicator of a passage from one historical period to another. At last but not least, it seems to us that, epistemologically speaking, psychoanalysis could play a role as a field of ethics foe science. Psychoanalysis, as a theory and praxis revealing the strands of modernity's discourses must defend its own field of research against the proliferation of scientism and pseudo-scientific arguments and theories

Abstract:

Longue de 34 km, la bievre est une petite riviere qui, nee pres de versailles, coule jusqu'a la gare d'austerlitz a paris. Par bievre parisienne nous entendons la partie de la riviere qui, avant sa disparition, traversait les xiiie et ve arrondissements de la capitale. , soit entre l'actuel boulevard peripherique et la seine. En moyenne, sa pente est de 12/1000, sa vitesse de 11 m/sec, son debit de 18 m3/min. Ces caracteristiques et la structure geologique du lit de la riviere expliquent la frequence des inondations. Dans paris, la bievre se divisait en deux bras : la bievre dite morte, en realite le cours naturel de la riviere, et la bievre dite vive, cours artificiel generalement attribue a henri iv nous contestons cette attribution. Seconde derivation : le canal des victorins qui, creuse entre 1147 et 1153, detourna le cours de la bievre pour en faire profiter l'abbaye saint-victor. Colonise par des riverains, transforme en egout, reconnu dangereux pour la sante et ne presentant aucune utilite, ce canal fut supprime en 1672. Troisieme derivation, le faux-ru. A la suite de l'inondation du 21 fevrier 1665 ce ruisseau fut creuse pour absorber l'excedent des eaux en cas d'orages. Egalement transforme en egout il fut supprime vers 1840. Nous avons etudie l'utilisation de la bievre par les meuniers, les industriels du cuir, les blanchisseuses, les fabricants de glace. L'usage anarchique des eaux de la bievre, a rendu indispensable une reglementation de la riviere; nous avons etudie l'eleboration de cette reglementation, le role des administrateurs, syndics et gardes, son evolution a travers 9 regimes politiques et l'arrivee de l'ere industrielle. A ete etudiee la pollution de la bievre consecutive a son utilisation ainsi que les solutions proposees pour y remedier : curage, canalisation, modifications du cours. L'echec de ces mesures entraina, en 1872, la decision d'introduire la bievre dans les egouts parisiens, operation pratiquement terminee en 1912 dont nous avons suivi les etapes. La politique urbaine exigea le comblement de sa tres large vallee afin d'adapter les pentes aux moyens de traction et de faciliter les implantations immobilieres.

Contou com a colabora??o de treze acad?micos de gradua??o em odontologia de uma institui??o p?blica de ensino dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri. Em rela??o ? percep??o sobre sa?de coletiva, foi poss?vel identificar tr?s categorias: a sa?de coletiva como atendimento ? comunidade; a sa?de coletiva como preven??o e a sa?de coletiva como ?rea interdisciplinar. Quanto ? forma??o profissional, os acad?micos ressaltaram a dist?ncia entre a teoria apresentada no curso e a pr?tica no servi?o p?blico; bem como a estrutura curricular vigente, direcionando a forma??o para o consult?rio particular. ABSTRACT The aim of the present study was to analyze the academic perception of dentistry students of public health care, the student?s professional education in the area of public health, and their perspective of working in the public health care system. A qualitative, exploratory and descriptive study was undertaken. Data was collected between the months of February and April 2013 through semi-structured individual interviews, which were recorded, transcribed, submitted to thematic analysis and discussed in the light of existing scientific literature on the object. A total of 13 dental students from the Public Education Instituition of Valeys Jequitinhonha e Mucur? participated in the study. In relation to public health three categories were identified: community health care; prevention based in public health care, and interdisciplinary public health care. With regard to professional education the students emphasized the gap between the theoretical formation in the course and the realities of the public health care system, and the course curriculum of the that directs the graduate towards private practice. For these students working in the public health system is associated with: the opportunity to acquire experience, financial necessity, a commitment to public health, and linking the public and private health care systems. For others the public health care system was not mentioned as a professional area. Bakgrund: Hörselskada är ett folkhälsoproblem som ökar för varje år. Att folkhälsoproblemet inte tas på allvar resulterar i att hörselskadade har sämre förutsättningar till en god kommunikation. Hörselskadade upplever ofta att kommunikationen är en av de största bristfaktorerna i vården och är en av de faktorer som bör förbättras.Syfte: Syftet med denna litteraturstudie är att ta reda på hörselskadade patienters erfarenheter av kommunikationssvårigheter med vårdgivare inom hälso- och sjukvård.Metod: Denna studie är en systematisk litteraturstudie. Artiklar har hittats i databaserna PubMed, Cinahl och ISI Web of Knowledge. Sammanlagt inkluderades sex artiklar i litteraturstudien. Induktiv analys användes för att hitta mönster och teman i artiklarna, vilket resulterade i två kategorier och sju teman.Resultat: Resultatet genererade i två kategorier; ”negativa erfarenheter” och ”positiva erfarenheter”. Patienters negativa erfarenheter innefattade bland annat vårdgivares brist på adekvata metoder för att kommunicera med dem och var inte heller lyhörda för patientens individuella behov. Detta ledde till en rad konsekvenser. Patienters positiva erfarenheter innefattade vårdgivare som ansträngde sig för att främja en god kommunikation.Slutsats: Stora kommunikationsbrister finns mellan hörselskadade patienter och deras vårdgivare, främst på grund av vårdgivarnas bristande kunskaper om adekvata kommunikationsstrategier. Det behövs mer forskning inom området, då forskningsområdet är relativt outforskat.

O preço-alvo foi obtido utilizando uma ponderação aritmética de dois métodos de avaliação, mais especificamente o método de Fluxos de Caixa Descontados e o método de avaliação relativo, mais conhecido como método dos múltiplos comparáveis. Com um preço-alvo de €20.67 a 20 Julho de 2017, representa um potencial de valorização de 3.75%. A recomendação deste trabalho académico é de reduzir, dado o alto risco da empresa na sua capacidade de entrar no mercado de carros elétricos e a sua elevada dependência do Mercado europeu. Mestrado Bolonha em Finanças This Master Final Work is an Equity Research that follows the recommended format by the CFA institute. My chosen company to evaluate was Accor SA, a French Hospitality Industry operator. The option was originated during the 1st semester of the master’s in finance at ISEG where we, my colleagues and I, were orientated towards specific industries. Among the existent ones, the Hospitality Industry was the one that felt right to me. After some research, Accor appeared to me as an interesting choice due to the branding quality and its position in Europe as one of the most successful brands in this market. The Equity Research was developed during 2021 and delivered on October 15th. However, the price target is for 2022YE. The reference price was set on September 6th at 28.57€. Due to the company’s stable forecasted capital structure, the main methodology used for the valuation was WACC. The recommendation was set on “Hold” due to the High Risks involved in the price target of 34.33€. Other than this methodology, Flow to Equity, APV, Dividend Discount Model and Relative Valuation were used to estimate a possible Price Target. There are several risks involved with this recommendation. The uncertainty regarding the post covid recovery the Fast Change in the Consumers Demands and the Harsh Competition are some of the main obstacles for the company. Este Trabalho Final de Mestrado é uma Equity Research que segue o formato recomendado pelo instituto CFA. A empresa que acabei por escolher avaliar foi a Accor SA, uma operadora francesa da Indústria da Hospitalidade. A Equity Research foi desenvolvida durante 2021 e entregue a 15 de outubro. No entanto, o preço-alvo é para 2022YE. O preço de referência foi fixado no dia 6 de setembro em 28,57 €. A recomendação foi colocada em “Segurar” devido aos elevados riscos envolvidos no preço-alvo de 34.33 €. Ethical, legal, and technical limitations compromise the studies of human anatomy. Vieria et al (2013) and Marrey Neto (2006) show that a high maintenance cost, the difficulty in obtaining bodies and the risk that conservation materials present to the health of those who come in contact with them in anatomical laboratories constitute obstacles to the study of anatomy through traditional methods. Still, a scenario analysis based on interviews with healthcare professionals, identified that synthetic anatomical models sometimes do not have the realism desired for certain applications. It is within this context that resides the research project centered on the development of solutions for training and diagnostics in the healthcare area from prototyping processes. In order to transform the idea into a business, the project was based on the Design Thinking methodology. In order to understand the relationship of individuals with the problem, interviews were conducted based on the Value Proposition Canvas, and the conversion of the problem into a business was done using the Business Model Canvas. With the purpose of validating the proposals elaborated, three products were developed for evaluation by clients and professionals of the area. From the feedback received, it could be concluded that the proposed products and services have market adherence and represent a potential innovation in the way of teaching, practicing, planning and conducting health procedures.

Fundada en 1993, la compañía ha logrado desarrollarse y crecer como importador y distribuidor de autos, teniendo más de una docena de concesionarios alrededor de Lima, encargados de la venta de vehículos, nuevos y usados, así como de proveer el servicio post-venta y la venta de repuestos originales. En base a un proyecto de consultoría que incluye un análisis interno y externo, se definió el principal problema de Euromotors, el cual es la falta de adaptabilidad en el mercado actual. Este afecta a toda la compañía y evita que esta logre la visión de entender las necesidades de los clientes. Dicho esto, el objetivo de las propuestas de mejora es resolver el problema formulando y sugiriendo la implementación de soluciones eficientes, fundamentadas en análisis cualitativo y cuantitativo. De ser implementadas, estas propuestas ayudarán a la compañía a mejorar su performance y sus resultados operativos, incrementando también su reputación en un mercado bastante dinámico y competitivo. Los resultados muestran que Euromotors principalmente carecía de mecanismos para evaluar su performance, así como también una presencia en redes sociales prácticamente nula. Immigrationen har ökat till Sverige under senare år. Detta leder till att det ställs högre krav på arbetet kring språk i förskolan. Studiens syfte går ut på att undersöka hur pedagoger arbetar för att främja barns språkutveckling. Det finns två frågeställningar som hjälper till att besvara studiens syfte. Frågeställningarna behandlar pedagogernas arbetssätt, bemötande och kunskaper. I tidigare forskning presenteras hur barn kan lära sig språket och i teorin presenteras synsättet som ligger i fokus för analysen som är utifrån ett sociokognitivt perspektiv. I resultatet presenteras empirin som är hämtad från intervjuer och observationer, dessa är analyserade utifrån tidigare forskning och teoriavsnittets innehåll. Vad förskollärarna som deltog i vår studie ansåg främjade barns språkutveckling var bland annat konversationerna under matsituationerna samt benämna saker och ting korrekt och använda ett varierat ordförråd. En faktor som påverkar hur barn utvecklar språket är socialt samspel med omgivningen, exempelvis vuxna som är delaktiga i barnens vardag och det är där pedagogerna får en betydelsefull roll för barnen på förskolan.

The other tools we used were a camp logbook, in which we wrote down some informal dialogs, daily observations and feelings of the unit, and also the accompaniment of the staffs in house calls as well as the weekly meetings in the unit. Those meetings allowed us the construction of two analytic axes: 1) description of the establishment (Family Health Unit) of the organization, (municipal foundation of health and the service network), and the institutions and practice of health. 2) Analysis of the meetings between the worker and the user of Mental Trouble Carriers. In the first axis, we verified the repetition of the working logic focused on jobs in the hospital with the maintenance of the hierarchical relations between worker and the work processes which dissociate management and watchfulness in health care. We identified the lack of physical structure, the lack of self-confidence of the worker in the attention of the mental health care. At the second axis, we assess that the meetings, at the Family Health Unit (FHU) or at the dwelling of the users cause nuisance, discomfort and anxiety to the workers because they deal with issues that go beyond what is named as being the health order such as life stories, family conflicts, unemployment, hunger, sexual and psychological violence. As a matter of fact, they involve difficulties for having new relationships, reception and responsibility for this request Esse estudo objetiva cartografar os processos de trabalho em sa?de produzidos a partir dos encontros entre trabalhadores de equipes de Sa?de da Fam?lia e usu?rios portadores de transtornos mentais/PTM s. O campo de pesquisa foi a Unidade de Sa?de da Fam?lia (USF) Ozeas Sampaio, localizada no munic?pio de Teresina-PI. No que concerne aos procedimentos metodol?gicos, utilizamos um roteiro de entrevista semi-estruturado visando cartografar as pr?ticas de cuidado, acolhimento e diagn?stico que essas equipes realizam com esses usu?rios. This qualitative study was carried out with both experts in mental health and generalist professionals who work in Family Health in Gravata?, RS, Brazil. Tools were semi-structured interviews and focal groups. Results show that the work gets support on collective work carried out between the expert and the generalist, through personalized relations developed among supporters and generalists, on immaterial resources and on assistance broadening. The psychosocial paradigm as well as the one that deals with life production was also identified. The systematicity of meetings, experts‟ bias in public health, identification with the work itself and decentralization as a life ideal were considered the elements that lever work. One of the findings, in agreement with literature published worldwide, is the existence of leadership in mental health; it has been acknowledged by Primary Health Care peers and professionals who deal with people and mediate relations with other services in the network. Complexity results from different wishes, interests and forces expressed by all agents involved in the process; thus, structural, organizational and managerial issues, which may become obstacles, also have to be addressed. Factors that boost the process are professionals‟ personalized relations, availability, commitment, clear communication and co-responsibilization. Professional principles that underlie the practice trigger the wish to work in a community, to decentralize positions, to know the network, to know how to listen and to reach consensus. Values found in the relations and interaction are based on reception, on care relations among professionals in their teams, with other teams and users, on humbleness, on generosity regarding knowledge sharing and on commitment. Concerning Primary Health Care professionals, knowledge and background assistance contribute to solve cases collectively, rather than take them to specialized services, as before. It must be highlighted that this methodology qualifies interventions in mental health because, when experience and knowledge are shared, care is provided as a whole. Boosting factors were the bond with the supporter, communication, the structure of the Family Health teams, the systematicity of meetings, the longitudinality, the co-responsibilization and the support itself. An obstacle to the work is the imposition of barriers to access the Psychosocial Care Center after the Matrix Support was institutionalized. Results of both groups under investigation show that the focus is on the people involved in the process, rather than on the process itself. Data infer that the quality of relations, the professionals‟ characteristics and the personal and professional principles and values involved in the process support this practice which has such specific features. U disertaciji je razmatran problem stohastičkog programiranja s ograničenjima tipa jednakosti, odnosno problem minimizacije s ograničenjima koja su u obliku matematičkog očekivanja. Za re&scaron;avanje posmatranog problema kreirana su dva iterativna postupka u kojima se u svakoj iteraciji računa s uzoračkim očekivanjem kao aproksimacijom matematičkog očekivanja. Oba postupka koriste prednosti postupaka s promenljivom veličinom uzorka zasnovanih na adaptivnom ažuriranju veličine uzorka. To znači da se veličina uzorka određuje na osnovu informacija u tekućoj iteraciji. Konkretno, tekuće informacije o preciznosti aproksimacije očekivanja i tačnosti aproksimacije re&scaron;enja problema defini&scaron;u veličinu uzorka za narednu iteraciju. Oba iterativna postupka su zasnovana na linijskom pretraživanju, a kako je u pitanju problem s ograničenjima, i na kvadratnom kaznenom postupku prilagođenom stohastičkom okruženju. Postupci su zasnovani na istim idejama, ali s različitim pristupom.Po prvom pristupu postupak je kreiran za re&scaron;avanje SAA reformulacije problema stohastičkog programiranja, dakle za re&scaron;avanje aproksimacije originalnog problema. To znači da je uzorak definisan pre iterativnog postupka, pa je analiza konvergencije algoritma deterministička. Pokazano je da se, pod standardnim pretpostavkama, navedenim algoritmom dobija podniz iteracija čija je tačka nagomilavanja KKT tačka SAA reformulacije.Po drugom pristupu je formiran algoritam za re&scaron;avanje samog problemastohastičkog programiranja, te je analiza konvergencije stohastička. Predstavljenim algoritmom se generi&scaron;e podniz iteracija čija je tačka nagomilavanja, pod standardnim pretpostavkama za stohastičku optimizaciju, skoro sigurnoKKT tačka originalnog problema.Predloženi algoritmi su implementirani na istim test problemima. Rezultati numeričkog testiranja prikazuju njihovu efikasnost u re&scaron;avanju posmatranih problema u poređenju s postupcima u kojima je ažuriranje veličine uzorkazasnovano na unapred definisanoj &scaron;emi. Za meru efikasnosti je upotrebljenbroj izračunavanja funkcija. Dakle, na osnovu rezultata dobijenih na skuputestiranih problema može se zaključiti da se adaptivnim ažuriranjem veličineuzorka može u&scaron;tedeti u broju evaluacija funkcija kada su u pitanju i problemi sograničenjima.Kako je posmatrani problem deterministički, a formulisani postupci su stohastički, prva tri poglavlja disertacije sadrže osnovne pojmove determinističkei stohastiˇcke optimizacije, ali i kratak pregled definicija i teorema iz drugihoblasti potrebnih za lak&scaron;e praćenje analize originalnih rezultata. Nastavak disertacije čini prikaz formiranih algoritama, analiza njihove konvergencije i numerička implementacija.  Stochastic programming problem with equality constraints is considered within thesis. More precisely, the problem is minimization problem with constraints in the form of mathematical expectation. We proposed two iterative methods for solving considered problem. Both procedures, in each iteration, use a sample average function instead of the mathematical expectation function, and employ the advantages of the variable sample size method based on adaptive updating the sample size. That means, the sample size is determined at every iteration using information from the current iteration. Concretely, the current precision of the approximation of expectation and the quality of the approximation of solution determine the sample size for the next iteration. Both iterative procedures are based on the line search technique as well as on the quadratic penalty method adapted to stochastic environment, since the considered problem has constraints. Procedures relies on same ideas, but the approach is different.By first approach, the algorithm is created for solving an SAA reformulation of the stochastic programming problem, i.e., for solving the approximation of the original problem. That means the sample size is determined before the iterative procedure, so the convergence analyses is deterministic. We show that, under the standard assumptions, the proposed algorithm generates a subsequence which accumulation point is the KKT point of the SAA problem. Algorithm formed by the second approach is for solving the stochastic programming problem, and therefore the convergence analyses is stochastic. It generates a subsequence with  accumulation point that is almost surely the KKT point of the original problem, under the standard assumptions for stochastic optimization.for sample size. The number of function evaluations is used as measure of efficiency. Results of the set of tested problems suggest that it is possible to make smaller number of function evaluations by adaptive sample size scheduling in the case of constrained problems, too.Since the considered problem is deterministic, but the formed procedures are stochastic, the first three chapters of thesis contain basic notations of deterministic and stochastic optimization, as well as a short sight of definitions and theorems from another fields necessary for easier tracking the original results analysis. The rest of thesis consists of the presented algorithms, their convergence analysis and numerical implementation.

U doktorskoj disertaciji je prikazana nova metodologija za projektovanjei optimizaciju konstrukcije elemenata pribora. Projektovani su irealizovani uređaji koji omogućavaju ispitivanje nosivosti ipopustljivosti kontakta između elemenata pribora i radnog predmeta ustatičkim i dinamičkim uslovima opterećenja. U istraživanjima jesimuliran proces stezanja elementima sa specijalno projektovanimzavršetkom i praćena je nosivost i popustljivost spoja izmeđuelemenata pribora i radnog predmeta. Utvrđeno je da standardnielementi za stezanje sa ravnim čelom u odnosu na specijanoprojektovane elemente imaju značajno manju nosivost i popustljivost.Pozitivni efekti primene elemenata za stezanje sa specijalnoprojektovanim završetkom ogledaju se u povećanju pouzdanosti, tačnostii produktivnosti mašinske obrade. Presented in this doctoral dissertation is a new methodology for the design andoptimization of fixture elements. Special device is designed and manufacturedto test load capacity and interface compliance between fixture elements andworkpiece under static and dynamic loads during machining. The researchprocess is simulated by specially designed clamping elements and monitoredfor load capacity and interface compliance between fixture elements andworkpiece. It was found that the standard clamping elements with flat clampingsurface have a significantly lower load capacity and interface compliance incomparison with the specially designed clamping elements. Application of thespecially designed clamping elements results in increased reliability, accuracyand machining productivity.

It is an integrative review of literature, conducted in index databases , covering the period from 2007 to 2017. The integrative review was carried out through six stages, starting with the definition of the theme and guiding question, establishment of inclusion and exclusion criteria, identification of selected and pre-selected studies, categorization, interpretation and synthesis of the studies. What is known about the working and health conditions of health workers? What recommendations and interventions are proposed for the protection and promotion of the health of health workers? The searches occurred between October and December 2017, using descriptors: primary health care, occupational health, health personnel, community health workers. After submission to the selection criteria, 26 studies were eligible and extracted the characteristics and categories submitted to the content analysis method. The results are presented in two articles entitled: Article 1: "Working conditions and health of health workers: an integrative review", which found that working conditions are inadequate and, as a result, ASs suffer from problems mental disorders, dermatological alterations, vocal complaints and diseases of the musculoskeletal system. Article 2: "Protection and promotion of health in the work of AS: an integrative review" it was observed that the actions of protection and health promotion of AS are in the field of ideas and protection measures need to be directed according to the context of the work. Conclusion: Workers' health actions for AS need to be fostered in collective spaces, intersectorial action, seeking to understand the barriers to implementation and to enable strategies to overcomethem. Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar as produ??es cient?ficas nacionais e internacionais produzidas sobre a sa?de dos trabalhadores Agentes de Sa?de (AS), no per?odo de 2007 a 2017. Abstract:

La thiorédoxine, protéine omniprésente dans le monde vivant et multifonctionnelle, se caractérise par son activité de protéine disulfure oxydoréductase, sa thermostabilité et sa structure spatiale hautement conservée. Bien que la thiorédoxine soit soupçonnée d'être impliquée dans divers processus biologiques, les connaissances de ses rôles physiologiques se limitent aux thiorédoxines de chloroplastes, essentielles à la croissance photosynthétique et régulant l'assimilation de dioxyde de carbone. Chez la bactérie photosynthétique facultative, Rhodobacter sphaeroides, les études préalables du système thiorédoxine ont suggéré son intervention dans la régulation par l'oxygène de la biosynthèse de bactériochlorophylle. Dans ce travail, nous avons développé l'analyse génétique de la thiorédoxine de R. Sphaeroides afin de caractériser son fonctionnement in vivo et d'élucider les mécanismes gouvernant la régulation du gène trxA. De tels objectifs impliquaient en premier lieu de déterminer la carte physique de la région trxA du chromosome de R. Sphaeroides et de sous-cloner cette région. Le promoteur du gène trxA a ensuite été identifié lors d'analyses par délétion de fusions traductionnelles avec le gène lacZ sans promoteur d'E. Coli. Les rôles de l'oxygène et la lumière sur l'expression du gène trxA ont été étudiés par le biais d'hybridations ADN-ARN et par l'utilisation en trans de fusions trxA : lacZ. L'analyse transcriptionnelle, révélant un ARN messager trxA monocistronique à un niveau maximal en conditions photosynthétiques, indique que l'oxygène contrôle l'expression du gène trxA, par augmentation de la transcription en présence de tension élevée en oxygène. Cet effet de l'oxygène, confirme par les expériences de fusion traductionnelle, suggère un rôle protecteur de la thiorédoxine de R. Sphaeroides contre le stress oxydatif. L'effet de la lumière, non retrouve lors des analyses en trans de fusion trxA : lacZ, laisse supposer un contrôle de la lumière via des séquences régulatrices différentes agissant en cis. Enfin, les expériences de construction du mutant déficient en thiorédoxine, réalisées par mutagénèse site spécifique ont montre d'une part, que la thiorédoxine est indispensable a la croissance de R. Sphaeroides, et d'autre part, que la région en amont du gène trxA est essentielle a son expression en présence d'oxygène.

Cieľom predkladanej práce je identifikovať spoločné znaky meniacich sa daňových mixov v krajinách OECD, hlavné faktory zmien a možné tendencie vývoja v budúcnosti. V metodologickej časti je cieľom nájdenie a overenie metód na skúmanie spoločných prejavov v daňových štruktúrach zahrňujúc časový a priestorový rozmer. Objektom výskumu sú daňové mixy (s dôrazom na dane s mobilnými daňovými základmi) 21 OECD krajín, pre ktoré boli dostupné dáta vo všetkých sledovaných obdobiach od 1965 ? 2003. Predmetom skúmania sú faktory determinujúce daňové štruktúry v podmienkach globalizujúceho sveta. Pre naplnenie stanoveného cieľa práce sú použité vedecké metódy komparácie a syntézy na základe poznatkov vedeckých prác z tejto oblasti. Snahou je zovšeobecniť prebiehajúce zmeny v daňových štruktúrach v poslednom období pomocou presne definovaných faktorov. Zachytené všeobecne trendy sformulované do podoby hypotéz sú ďalej predmetom štatistických analýz, ktoré ich majú potvrdiť alebo vyvrátiť. Štatistické postupy zhlukovej a diskriminačnej analýzy prinášajú výsledky, ktoré postupné približovanie sa daňových mixov krajín OECD pod vplyvom globalizácie, potvrdzujú. Výsledky a použité metódy v takto vymedzenej oblasti predstavujú nový uhoľ pohľadu, pretože vnímajú daňové mixy komplexne zasadené do historických súvislostí a pod vplyvom momentálne prebiehajúcich zmien kvantifikovaných najmä v podobe globalizácie. Práca je rozdelená do piatich kapitol. Prvá kapitola predstavuje prierez daňovou teóriou so zameraným sa na definovanie faktorov ovplyvňujúcich daňové štruktúry, pričom dôraz je kladený najmä na faktory globalizácie. Súčasné politiky krajín ovplyvnené prebiehajúcimi daňovými reformami v kontexte procesov daňovej konkurencie a harmonizácie sú obsahom druhej kapitoly. Vývoj daňového bremena, daňových mixov v krajinách OECD v sledovanom časovom období so snahou o zovšeobecnenie trendov v tejto oblasti je predmetom tretej kapitoly. Štvrtá kapitola obsahuje výsledky vlastnej zhlukovej a diskriminačnej analýzy, ktoré slúžia k verifikácii stanovených hypotéz práce. Záverečné zhodnotenie vzniknutých zhlukov krajín a príčin ich formovania pri zohľadnení faktorov globalizácie sú obsiahnuté v poslednej piatej kapitole.

Pour chaque femme, un examen clinique, un prélèvement vaginal et un dosage d'oestradiol ont été effectués. La composition microbienne a été déterminée par une analyse métagénomique ciblée des régions V1-V3 de l'ADNr 16S (bactéries) et des ITS1-ITS2 de l’ADNr 5,8 S (levures). Les résultats du séquençage d'Illumina ont été confirmés par qPCR. Un profil spécifique de la composition et de la dynamique du microbiote des femmes algériennes interrogées a été établi en type d'état communautaire (CST) basé sur les espèces dominantes de Lactobacillus. La composition des levures vaginales a également été abordée pendant la vie fertile et la ménopause. Toutes les données concernant les paramètres physiologiques des femmes ont été exploitées afin de voir le lien possible entre ces derniers et la composition du microbiote ou du mycobiote vaginal. Aucune corrélation n’a pu être établie entre les fluctuations hormonales, l’indice de masse corporelle et la composition microbienne de cette niche. Connaître la composition des communautés vaginales stables en état homéostatique est devenu un objectif médical principal pour les femmes algériennes. Des probiotiques personnalisés ainsi que des analyses d'exposome personnalisées pourraient être proposés pour une meilleure prise en charge de la dysbiose vaginale ou de la gêne à la ménopause This study is the first of its kind in Algeria. Methodologically, the investigation paths of research followed the trajectory of the qualitative study, using as an instrument to collect data the interview with 21 workers of the CERESTS RS. Using qualitative assessment, data were analyzed by the method of content analysis, through thematic analysis. Through the contact with workers, three categories emerged, with the specific objectives of analyzing the insertion of the multidisciplinary team in the process of working CERESTs the RS, which are: the organizational aspects, emphasizing the intermediate categories of the study, which concerns the management and sharing of knowledge, attention to health, with emphasis on actions in health and health surveillance, and, finally, advances and challenges for effectiveness of Occupational Health policy, from the insertion of the multidisciplinary team in the working process of CERESTs. As a result, the study reveals that CERESTs have not been actually effected, according to the legislation in the RS, particularly with regard to surveillance in the workplace and the network organization of local health services. In some CERESTs teams are formed without the minimum recommended professionals in accordance with the ordinance. It should be noted, though, in this study, the difficulty of the manager to have an understanding the effectiveness of Occupational Health policy in the counties of scope and mainly in the county seat, but it is already possible to say that there are some advances in the implementation of the System Information (SYS) as an own resource. Neste estudo tem-se por objetivo analisar como ocorre a inser??o da equipe multiprofissional no processo de trabalho dos CERESTs do Rio Grande do Sul e quais s?o os desafios para a efetiva??o da pol?tica da Sa?de do Trabalhador a partir desta inser??o. Metodologicamente, os caminhos da investiga??o da pesquisa seguiram a trajet?ria do estudo qualitativo, utilizando como instrumento para a coleta de dados a entrevista com 21 trabalhadores das equipes dos CERESTS do RS. Utilizando-se da avalia??o qualitativa, os dados foram analisados ? luz do m?todo de An?lise de Conte?do, por meio da an?lise tem?tica. The research issues are about differences between the normative indication of evaluation in mental health and their real practice. The first paper is a literature review on mental health assessment. The second it is a narratives analysis applied on interviews of mental health managers. Given those outcomes of initial works, we propose a strategy for process evaluation, projected from care guideline in mental health. Results: The conclusion pronounces a difference between normative, as requested on the National Health System Politics, and the real world of evaluation actions in mental health, its procedures and practices. Even with the recent proposals for federal programs about health evaluation, to building an evaluation network to mental health service, it is a continuous challenge. Now a day, data about mental health service are limited to some governmental indicators. On the micro political space of Health, the reality of M&E revealed that activities were sporadic and characterized by direct participation of Health workers to carry them out. Esta tese apresenta tr?s estudos sobre monitoramento e avalia??o (M & E), com base no conceito de rede de aten??o em Sa?de Mental. As quest?es de pesquisa s?o sobre as diferen?as entre a indica??o normativa da avalia??o em sa?de mental e sua pr?tica real. O primeiro documento ? uma revis?o da literatura sobre avalia??o de sa?de mental. O segundo ? uma an?lise de narrativas aplicado em entrevistas de gestores de sa?de mental. Diante desses resultados dos trabalhos iniciais, propomos uma estrat?gia para a avalia??o do processo, projetada a partir da no??o de rede de cuidados em sa?de mental. Resultados: pronuncia-se uma diferen?a entre as indica??es normativas, tal como solicitado na Pol?tica Nacional do Sistema de Sa?de, e o mundo real das a??es de avalia??o em sa?de mental, dos seus procedimentos e pr?ticas. Os dados foram submetidos a um procedimento de an?lise de conte?do segundo a proposta de Moraes, (1999), permitindo compreender melhor as quest?es relativas ? sa?de, os conte?dos abordados na escola e a necessidade de articular aspectos da vida cotidiana com os do curr?culo mais acad?mico, cumprindo o que est? previsto nos PCNs e propondo interven??es adequadas que possam influenciar diretamente a qualidade de vida de todos os envolvidos na escola, j? que os alunos possuem conhecimento regular quanto a situa??o de sa?de local, os professores participantes mostram grande conhecimento em sa?de geral mas nem tanto em rela??o a sa?de em Pelotas.
