Full textSacha Guitry made his own life the main topic of his apparently cheerful and brilliant plays and films which are often also sometimes elegiac and melancholy. Surprisingly in his works, quite a few characters played by him seem to be fascinated by suicide. There is no real boundary in his works between life and theatre and the actresses who were also his wives suffered from this absence of a frontier-line between those two worlds. They also disliked the way he took unfair advantage of their personality in his plays and almost all of them (except Marconi) eventually got tired of being considered as very smart but speechless creatures, although he offered them a very luxurious way of life. He thus lost quite a number of excellent partners (actually he could never really replace Yvonne Printemps, the exceptional player and singer) because, one after the other, they refused to sacrifice their personal life for the benefit of someone with exacting prospects concerning the theatre and the cinema. We shall therefore try to understand why Guitry usually kept up a better relationship with men-actors than with actresses with obvious sex appeal, like his five wives. We shall then examine the perfect friendship he formed with three elderly actresses whose growing age was becoming quite noticeable. We shall try to "bring back to life" the real personalities of the five actresses who also became his wives by resorting to the recent discoveries about "gender" and star-studies. We shall also try to analyze the influence of his narcissistic and chauvinistic attitude upon the lives and careers of these actresses. We shall eventually try to find out what he brought them by his presence and what they added by theirs to his brilliant cinema

The Amazon region is known to have a rich biodiversity, which also has a range of unexplored species and / or neglected by the scientific community, and such species may have a very strong economic potential for man. Even with a small fraction of this known biodiversity, it is estimated that the wealth of the Amazon flora comprises approximately 30,000 species, about 10% of plants from all over the planet. Hoeing inchi is a species native to the Amazon and with great potential for use in famacêutica and cosmetic industry, because it has high content of unsaturated fatty acids mono and polyunsaturated the oil extracted from its seed. However, despite several studies on the features and benefits of this oil are found in the literature, some information on the germination and planting need to be defined. Embrapa Western Amazon, located in the city of Manaus, has a Germplasm Bank of Plukenetia volubilis composed of several accesses. And this present work aims to study the germination process of weeding seeds inchi and to determine the best conditions of vegetative propagation in vivo and in vitro.
A região Amazônica é conhecida por possuir uma rica biodiversidade e ter uma gama de espécies pouco exploradas e/ou negligenciadas pela comunidade científica. Tais espécies podem apresentar um potencial econômico forte para o homem. Mesmo com uma pequena fração dessa biodiversidade conhecida, estima-se que a riqueza da flora Amazônica compreende aproximadamente 30.000 espécies, cerca de 10% das plantas de todo o planeta. Sacha inchi é uma espécie nativa da Amazônia com grande potencial de uso na indústria famacêutica e cosmética por possui alto teor de ácidos graxos insaturados mono e poli-insaturados no óleo extraído de sua semente. No entanto, apesar de vários estudos sobre as características e benefícios desse óleo serem encontrados na literatura, algumas informações sobre a germinação e propagação vegetativa precisam ser definidas. A Embrapa Amazônia Ocidental, situada no município de Manaus, possui um Banco de Germoplasma de Plukenetia volubilis composto por vários acessos. E este presente trabalho tem como objetivo estudar a germinação in vitro, os processos germinativos de sementes de sacha inchi assim como determinar as melhores condições da propagação vegetativa.

Full textThis project presents the preliminary study for a production plant of Sacha Inchi Oil (Plukenetia Volubilis). To determine if the project is viable, we made an arduous market study. We used these results in addition to the reference of its substitute product the Olive Oil to determine the demand. To obtain the information, it was used a lot of databases, among them Euromonitor, Ipsos Apoyo, among others. In addition, a study to determine the size and location of the plant in Peru was made, using tools learned in the course of Industrial Engineering, as Guerchet, “Ranking de factores”, layouts and others. These methods, which were very helpful to determine the place of location and adequate size of the plant, also help us optimize the space needed, the proximity of machinery and optimize production costs.

Resumo: A extração supercrítica do óleo das sementes de sacha inchi (plukenetia volubilis L.) usando CO2 como solvente é apresentada neste estudo. O objetivo foi investigar os principais efeitos das variáveis de processo como a pressão, a temperatura e o diâmetro médio de partícula (0,387, 0,595 e 0,842 mm) no rendimento da extração. O rendimento de extração aumentou com a diminuição do diâmetro de partícula, indicando a importância do efeito da difusão intra-partícula nas partículas maiores (0,842 mm). A extração supercrítica foi realizada a 30 e 40 MPa, temperaturas de 40, 50 e 60°C, utilizando 0,842 mm de diâmetro de partícula a uma vazão de 1,5L de CO2/min. O rendimento máximo de extração para as sementes trituradas foi de 92%, obtido a 40MPa, 60°C e 0,842 mm de diâmetro médio de partícula. Para extração por prensagem a frio, seguida da extração supercrítica a 40Mpa, 60ºC e 0,716 mm de diâmetro médio geométrico da partícula o rendimento total de extração foi de 99%. A solubilidade do óleo da semente de Sacha inchi em dióxido de carbono supercrítico (SC-CO2) foi medida nas temperaturas de 40 e 60 °C e pressões entre 10 e 40 MPa. Os valores de solubilidade mostraram um comportamento retrógrado, abaixo de 35 MPa a solubilidade diminuiu com o aumento da temperatura.A tendência observada acima desta pressão foi um aumento da solubilidade com o aumento da temperatura a pressão constante. O modelo matemático de Chrastil foi usado para correlacionar os valores experimentais de solubilidade. O conteúdo de óleo determinado com hexano em equipamentos soxhlet foi de 54,32% e o rendimento de óleo extraído por prensagem a frio foi de 46,8%. As características físicas e químicas do óleo foram obtidas. As composições em ácidos graxos do óleo obtido por SC-CO2 e do óleo obtido com hexano não apresentaram diferenças significativas. O principal ácido graxo foi o ácido alfa-linolênico (Ômega-3) aproximadamente 50,5%, seguido peloácido linoléico (34,12%) e ácido aléico (14%). O conteúdo de ácidos graxos livres (AGL) e de tocoferóis (tocoferol e tocotrienol) dos óleos obtidos por SC-CO2, solvente e prensagem a frio foram determinados. O conteúdo de tocoferóis so óleo extraído com SC-CO2 variou de 222,8 a 306,8 mg/100g, do óleo extraído por prensagem a frio foi 278,4 mg/100g e do óleo extraído com hexano foi 238,7 mg/100g. O teor de AGL no óleo extraído com hexano foi de 2,98% (medido como % de ác. Linolênico), ligeiramente menor do que aquele extraído por prensagem a frio (3,75%) e SC-CO2 (3,97-4,26%). Abstract: The supercritical fluid extraction of oil from sacha inchi (plukenetia volubilis L.) seeds, using Co2 as a solvent, it is presented in this study. The objective was to investigate the main process parameters such as extraction pressure and temperature, mean particle size of (0,387, 0,595 and 0,842 mm) on the extraction yield. The extraction yield increased as the particle size decreased, indicating the importance of the effect of the intraparticle diffusion in larger particles (0,84 mm). The extraction was carried out at operating pressures of 30 and 40 MPa, operating temperatures of 40, 50 and 60°C, particle 0,84 mm and flow rate of CO2 1,5L/min. Maximum extraction yield was 92% obtained at 40 MPa, 60°C, 0.84 mm of particle sizes and 1.5 L of CO2/min. For the cold-pressed extraction, followed of supercritical extraction 40 MPa, 60ºC and 0,716 mm of geometric average diameter of the particle, the maximum extraction yield was 99%. The solubility of Sacha inchi seed oil in supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO2) were measured in the temperatures from 40 to 60 °C and pressures between 10 and 40 MPa. Under working conditions, the values of solubility showed retrograde behavior. Solubility, increase with pressure and temperature above the crossover pressure, which found between 30 and 40 MPa, and decreased with temperature below the crossover pressure. Mathematical modeling (Chrastil) of the solubility. The oil content was 54,32% and 46.80% determined bu solvent extraction and cold-pressed, respectively. Physical and chemical characteristics of the oil were obtained. The results in terms of fatty acid compositions of oil obtained with SC-CO2 were compared with those obtained when hexano was used as the solvent, and no significant differences between the oils extracted by both methods were found. The main fatty acid was alpha-linolênico acid (Ômega-3) making up 50.5%, followed by linoleic acid (34,12%) and oleic acid (14%). The level of FFA and tocol composition (tocoferol and tocotrienol) contents of the oils obtained by SC-CO2, solvent and cold-pressed extraction was determined. Tocol content of the SC-CO2 - extracted oil varied from 222.85 to 306.82 mg/100g, which was higher than that of hexane-extraced oil (238.72 mg/100g) and cold-pressed oil (278.4 mg/100g). The level of FFA in the solvent-extraced oils (2.98%) (% as ác. Linolenic) was lower than cold-pressed extraced oil (3.75%) and SC-CO2)-extraced oils (3.97-4.26%). Sacha inchi seed oil may have potential in the growing specialty oil market

Full textThe production of residual biomass as a result of huma activities, in addition to being a source of energy and materials almost entirely untapped, it presents a great danger to the biosphere where uncontrolled discharge or abandonment damages or destroys natural resources. Within the composition of solid waste, is in the highest proportion of organic matter and within these are the wastes produced by the oil industry and oil seeds. The industrial production of oil sacha inchi this increase in recent years, therefore, the production of waste is increasing. This research conducts a survey pharmacognostic, dieticians, and toxicology of industrial waste from the extraction of oil sacha inchi to be harvested at 100% and thus contribute to sustainable development of the country. In the study results pharmacognostic were found as secondary metabolites: steroids, tannins and saponins heterosides. The average values derived from tannins and saponins in g% of total sample were: 1.3 x 10-5 and 0.42 ± 0.01 respectively. The study bromatological: Moisture, total protein, ether extract, crude fiber, ash, nitrogen free extract (g %): 5.09 ± 0.06; 34.26± 0.01; 37.33 ± 2.87; 3.16±1.08 and 3.24± 0.33 respectively. Neutral detergent fiber, 16.33. Calcium, phosphorus, iron, thiamine mg/100g: 317, 83; 560, 00; 4, 19 and 0, 31 respectively. In vitro protein digestibility of nitrogen soluble in pepsin and cellulase (g%): 86.89±0.33 and 90.71±1.73 Essential amino acids mg / g: histidne 9,00; isoleucine 180,00; leucine 69,00; lysine 39,00; methionine 13,00; phenylalanine + tyrosine 31,00; threonine 68,00 and valine 31,00. The results demonstrated the toxicological safety of the aqueous extract fixed dose of 2000 mg / kg.

Full text-- The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of the addition of Sacha inchi oil (Plukenetia volubilis), as a source of polyunsaturated fatty acid, in the diet of broiler breeders on performance of their progeny. Seven hundred-twenty (720) male chicks Cobb Vantres 500 were used, divided into two groups, 360 from breeders fed a diet containing 5% Sacha Inchi oil (T1), and 360 chicks from breeders fed a control diet (T0). The study included nine replicates per group. Body weight, food intake, mortality, feed conversion index (FCI), productive efficiency index (PEI), and level of active and passive humoral immunity were evaluated. At 42 days old, T1 progeny won more than 22 g of body weight, less than 2 points of FCI, and 6.31 points of PEI, compared to the progeny of the control group, but these differences were not significant. At the first day of age, the T1 birds showed a higher level of passive immunity (Arithmetic Mean Antibody Titers) against Newcastle virus or DNC (9783 vs. 769), Gumboro (4623 vs. 4006), and Bronchitis (5099 vs. 3906), being this difference significant only for DNC. Similarly, at 42 days old, this birds showed a higher level of active immune response to vaccination against Gumboro (2650 vs. 2170), and Bronchitis (415 vs. 237). The results of this study allow to conclude that the inclusion of Sacha Inchi oil in the diet of breeders, altough no significant, positive impact on performance of progeny, and also has an immunomodulatory effect.

Although widely known and rich in biodiversity, the Amazon still has a range of species that are underexplored and neglected by science, these species may have great potential for man. Only a fraction of the Amazon biodiversity is known. It is estimated that the plant wealth comprises about 30,000 species, about 10% of plants from all over the planet. The sacha inchi is a native plant from the Amazon, with great potential for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry. This plant has high amounts of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids in the oil that is extracted from its seeds. Studies on the oil characteristics are found in scientific journals. On the other hand, there is a lack of studies that measure the genetic diversity among genotypes of sacha inchi. Embrapa Western Amazon, located in Manaus, has a sacha inchi Germplasm Bank which is composed of 37 accessions. This work was aimed to measure the genetic diversity within and between accessions in this collection through molecular markers and phenotypic traits related to fruits and seeds. AFLP markers were used and the results obtained the genetic dissimilarity was calculating by the arithmetic complement of Jaccard coefficient and subsequent construction cluster by using the UPGMA method. The phenotypic data collected was subjected to variance analysis, classified with average grouping by the Skott-Knott method, Mahalanobis distance method and clustered by the UPGMA method. Also performed canonical correlation analysis and the study of diversity within and between accessions using the method of AMOVA. The results showed the following; the existence of genetic variability among genotypes, the molecular analysis revealed geographic structure among accessions, the phenotypic data affirmed that there is great variation between means of most of the variables considered in this work, it was not possible to detect statistically significant correlations between variables related to fruit and variables related to seed tough.For breeding purposes, the exploration of diversity within the accessions and crosses between divergent accessions should be adopted.
Apesar de amplamente conhecida e rica em biodiversidade, a região amazônica ainda possui uma gama de espécies subexploradas e negligenciadas pela comunidade científica, espécies essas que apresentam grande potencial de utilização para o homem. Apenas uma pequena fração dessa biodiversidade é conhecida, estima-se que a riqueza da flora amazônica compreende aproximadamente 30.000 espécies, cerca de 10% das plantas de todo o planeta. A sacha inchi é uma espécie nativa da amazônica com grande potencial de uso para a indústria farmacêutica e estética, pois possui alto teor de ácidos graxos mono e poliinsaturados no óleo extraído de sua semente. Apesar de estudos sobre características desse óleo serem encontrados na literatura, existe uma grande carência de trabalhos que mensurem a diversidade genética entre genótipos de sacha inchi. A Embrapa Amazônia Ocidental, situada no município de Manaus, possui um Banco de Germoplasma de sacha inchi composto por 37 acessos. O presente trabalho teve como objetivo estudar a diversidade genética entre e dentro dos acessos componentes dessa coleção por meio de marcadores moleculares e características fenotípicas relacionadas à produção de frutos e sementes. Foram utilizados marcadores AFLP e os resultados obtidos, submetidos à análise de dissimilaridade por meio do cálculo do complemento aritmético do coeficiente de Jaccard e subsequente construção dendograma pelo método UPGMA. Os dados fenotípicos coletados foram submetidos à analise de variância e subsequente analise de agrupamento de médias pelo método Skott-Knott, distância generalizada de Mahalanobis e dendograma construído pelo método UPGMA. Foi realizada ainda a análise de correlações canônicas e estudo da diversidade entre e dentro dos acessos utilizando o método da AMOVA. Os resultados obtidos mostram a existência de variabilidade genética entre os acessos estudados, o estudo à nível molecular mostrou estruturação geográfica entre os acessos estudados, os dados fenotípicos mostram que existe grande amplitude entre as médias de maioria das variáveis consideradas neste trabalho, por outro lado não foi possível detectar correlações estatisticamente significativas entre variáveis relacionadas ao fruto e variáveis relacionadas à semente. Para fins de melhoramento genético deve-se adotar a exploração da diversidade dentro dos acessos e optar por cruzamentos entre acessos divergentes.

In the first place, the qualitative and quantitative aspects will be shown for their respective analysis. Consequently, the preparation of financial projections based on investments, income, costs, and expenses that will be developed in the next three years. Likewise, due to different sources, the market share that it will be able to obtain at the national level has been projected. The business model was validated through the development of the Business Model Canvas tool, Valué Proposition Canvas and through surveys to validate the hypothesis and improve the MVPs (Minimum Viable Product). Likewise, the company has incurred pre-operating expenses in both tangible and intangible assets. The acquisition of natural inputs is highlighted as a competitive advantage, which are purchased from the peasant communities of Peru, since there is a commitment to their development, which is why they are included in our social responsibility plan, as well as all our stakeholders. Finally, it can be indicated that thanks to the value it contributes and the increasing participation that will be obtained, it is concluded that it will be a viable project. Finally, the financial aspects will be evaluated through the development of the Free Cash Flow, Income Statement, CTN, NPV, Break-even point within the projected 3 years.

The omega-3 (?-3) is a class of essential fatty acids, of major importance for the metabolism of various functions of the body, highlight for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases, immunological and anti - inflammatory, colon cancer, promotes developing brain and retina. The fatty acids of the series ?-3 and ?-6 are precursors of polyunsaturated long chain fatty acids as arachidonic (AA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), the latter considered the most important for developing neonatal and together with the AA are the main components of brain fatty acids (Silva et al., 2007). Microencapsulation employing the formation of simple emulsions is a strategy that aims to maintain the stability of omega-3 and permanence of their functional activities upon exposure to the same harsh conditions as oxidative processes. Biopolymers such as proteins and carbohydrates (natural) are components that assist in maintaining the physical and morphological stability of these emulsions employed for microencapsulation. Likewise, to give the product improvements in the rheological, nutritional and functional properties. Thus, this thesis aims to study the formation of micro-emulsions physically and morphologically stable and their behavior rheological properties of heat and oxidative stability of omega-3 in polymeric systems formed with ovalbumin (natural surfactant) and their interactions with natural polysaccharides (pectin and xanthan gum), compared to a standard system with synthetic surfactant (Tween 80) in the microencapsulation of omega-3 of Sacha Inchi (Plukenetia volubilis L.) oil. With this work we aim to also study the behavior of oxidative Sacha Inchi oil and its inclusion as a component in other foods in microencapsulated form.

Full textThis thesis deals with the synthesis and characterization of long alkyd resins, using as a raw material sacha inchi oil (70% w / W). The resins were synthesized by polyesterification with pentaerythritol and phthalic anhydride or isophthalic acid, by two methods; alcoholysis and acidolysis. Long alkyd resins in flaxseed oil were synthesized by both methods for comparative purposes. Physicochemical properties of the resins were evaluated, such as acid number, viscosity, density and color. In addition, the obtaining of alkyd resins was confirmed by spectroscopic techniques of FTIR and 1 H-NMR. The synthesized resins were applied on glass and canvas, and the influence of the concentration of the cobalt surface secant on the drying time was studied. Finally, the thermal properties of the alkyd resins obtained were studied by thermogravimetric analysis. The results show that long alkyd resins in sacha inchi and flaxseed oils have similar physicochemical properties. However, a favorable effect of isophthalic acid on the acid number, viscosity and color of the resins, compared to phthalic anhydride, is observed. Long alkyd resins in sacha inchi oil have lighter colors than their similar ones based on flaxseed oil. Films obtained from synthesized resins have similar drying times. Sacha Inchi-based resins showed slightly greater thermal stability than flaxseed oil-based resins.

Full textPolyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs), especially Omega 3 and 6 are found in large quantities in the oil Plukenetia volubilis L. "Sacha Inchi" these PUFAs are transformed in the body in DPA, DHA and ARA, respectively, are structural components important in CNS and participate in its development. Numerous studies conclude that the diet supplemented with PUFAs reduce the neurotoxicity of methylmercury. This paper evaluates the neuroprotective effect of Plukenetia volubilis L. "Sacha Inchi" oil on methylmercury-induced neurotoxicity in offspring exposed during periods of pregnancy and lactation rats. Neurotoxicity was induced by methylmercury chloride (MeHgCl). For this, nulliparous rats were randomly separated into five groups: No. 1 (DMSO), No. 2 (DMSO + L. Plukenetia volubilis oil 2 ml / kg / day), No. 3 (DMSO + 0.75 mg MeHgCl / Kg / day + L. Plukenetia volubilis oil 2 ml / kg / day), No. 4 (DMSO + MeHgCl 0.75 mg / Kg / day + L. Plukenetia volubilis oil 4 mL / kg / day) and No. 5 MeHgCl DMSO + 0.75 mg / kg / day). The MeHgCl and DMSO were administered in the drinking water and Plukenetia volubilis L. "sacha inchi" oil by orogastric via. With the aim of evaluating the learning ability of rats offspring with three months , In this study they were underwent with the conditional discrimination test in a Y maze, in order to assess tissue damage clamping technology cerebellum was used in paraffin eosin - hematoxylin and oxidative stress was evaluated by measuring MDA using TBARs technique. All results are statistically significant and show that diet supplemented with Plukenetia volubilis L. "sacha inchi" oil reduces the toxic effects of methylmercury in learning ability, tissue damage and oxidative stress. Full textOils such as extra virgin sacha inchi (Plukenetia volubilis L.) oil, with a high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids, omega 3 and 6, are highly susceptible to oxidation and the consequent loss of nutritional and organoleptic properties. The present work evaluated ethanolic extract of Lepechinia meyenii and purified rosmarinic acid (AR) from this plant, for possible use as natural antioxidants in sacha inchi oil, in order to preserve functional polyunsaturated fats present in these. In the tests, the substances to be evaluated L. Meyenii extract and AR were compared with the commercial antioxidant butylhydroxytoluene (BTH). All substances were added to samples of extra virgin sacha inchi oil (extracted by cold pressing), then the samples of oils were subjected to oxidation kinetics at 50 °C for fourteen days. During the treatment, samples were taken every other day, to evaluate the degree of oxidation, through standardized tests for peroxide value and conjugated dienes and trienes. Likewise, the oxidation process of the oils was evaluated by attenuated total reflectance infrared spectroscopy (FTIR-ATR), headspace solid phase microextraction, followed by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (HS-SPME / GC-MS) and proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR). The results reveal that the addition of the L. Meyenii extract to the sacha inchi oil significantly reduces its oxidation, starting from concentrations of 1000 mg / kg; This shows a marked efficacy as an antioxidant to the L. Meyenii extract that contains AR and other antioxidant substances with potential synergistic effect. Based on the results, L. Meyenii extract is suggested as a possible replacement agent for synthetic antioxidants currently used for these oils on a commercial basis.

Full textDetermina la composición química y evaluar la actividad antibacteriana in vitro del aceite esencial de las hojas frescas de Eryngium foetidum L. "sacha culantro" obtenido de la provincia de San Martín, Región San Martín. El aceite se obtuvo por el método de destilación por arrastre de vapor de agua; posteriormente fue sometido a un análisis fisicoquímico, determinándose gravedad específica (0,930 g/mL) e indice de refracción (1,475). Luego se determinó cualitativamente la composición química por Cromatografía de Gases/Espectometría de Masas (CG/EM), encontrándose los siguientes compuestos: (1-metiletil) benceno; 1- metil-2-(1-metiletil) benceno; fenol; dodecanal; 2-dodecenal, 2,4,5-trimetilbenzaldehído; 2,4,5-trimetilbenzoico, octadecano, ácido mirístico y ácido linoleico. Por el método de difusión en agar se determinó la actividad antimicrobiana, frente a los siguientes microorganismos: Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538, Staphylococcus epidermidis ATCC 12228, Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633, Escherichia coli ATCC 8739 y Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 9027, mostrando actividad antibacteriana frente a estas cepas bacterianas. Se concluye que el aceite esencial de Eryngium foetidum L. ejerce actividad antibacteriana frente a estas cepas.

Full textA technological watch is applied to the exportable supply of Peruvian sacha inchi products in order to identify opportunities that Peru can take advantage of to improve its product offer and the detection of threats that may affect its current and favorable positioning in international markets. To perform the technological surveillance, the method proposed by Fernández et al. (2009) was used. This is based on the processes of selective dissemination of information used by professionals in information science in academic or specialized libraries. The results revealed threats to the production of Peruvian sacha inchi as the low impact of Peruvian scientific production in generating a competitive advantage for the development of new export products, especially against China and other countries in the region such as Brazil and Colombia. It also identified the limited use of intellectual protection tools, such as patents and registered trademarks that, rather, are used by other countries such as Canada, the United States, China, and other Asian countries to ensure the commercialization of their innovative products in the most important markets of the world.

Full textThe centesimal composition and antioxidant activity of Chopé (Gustavia augusta L.) and Sacha Mangua (Grias neuberthii Macbr.) fruits pulps and macambo (Theobroma bicolor) seeds were evaluated. The moisture, proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, fibers and ashes contents were determined for the centesimal composition. The etheric, alcoholic and aqueous extracts from the fruits were sequentially obtained from dried and 32-mesh-sifted floors and their antioxidant activity were analyzed. The fractions of free-acid phenolics (FAP), soluble ester of acid phenolics (SEAP) and unsoluble ester of acid phenolics (IEAP) were obtained from the same floors. The in vitro antioxidant activity was determined for all samples: different extracts and fractions. The aqueous system β-carotene/linoleic acid was employed and in the lipidic medium was used the Rancimat system (110oC) and stove (60oC) method. The phenolic compounds were identified and quantified by GC-MS method. The highest antioxidant activity was achieved in the aqueous extracts, these were used in vivo utilizing rats as experimental animals. Liver, plasma, brain and fat tissues samples were obtained 29-days after the animals had been received by gavagem. In these tissues, the fatty acids contents were evaluated and it was observed a certain protection to the unsaturated fatty acids, which can be related to the natural antioxidant substances present in the extracts.

Full textEnriquece la carne de conejo (Oryctolagus cuniculus) con ácidos grasos Omega-3 (ɷ-3) mediante el uso de la torta de semilla de Sacha Inchi (Plukenetia volubilis) como suplemento en su dieta. Se utilizaron 9 conejos hembras y 9 conejos machos de 70 días de edad y peso inicial promedio de 1415 g. Los conejos elegidos al azar fueron sometidos a tres tratamientos con tres repeticiones, considerando un conejo en cada jaula. Los tratamientos fueron: 1) T0: Dieta base + 0% de torta de semilla de Sacha Inchi (TSI); 2) T1: Dieta base + 2% de torta de semilla de Sacha Inchi; 3) T2: Dieta base + 4% de torta de semilla de Sacha Inchi. La ganancia de peso, consumo de alimento, conversión alimenticia fueron influenciados por los tratamientos dietéticos, de manera positiva sin diferencia estadística, entre tratamientos, mostrando un comportamiento satisfactorio con índices normales establecidos en la cunicultura, no obstruyeron la ventaja de la fijación del ω-3 en la carne.
