Antibody directed enzyme prodrug therapy (ADEPT) is a drug delivery system developed for the treatment of cancer. ADEPT uses a systemically administered antibody, tethered to an enzyme, to localize enzyme in tumour deposits. When the antibody-enzyme has cleared from the circulation, a low-toxicity prodrug is given. The prodrug is converted by the tumour-bound enzyme into an active cytotoxic drug. The system has potential to generate a highly potent cytotoxic agent at the tumour site. This study evaluates the effectiveness of safe offender strategies (SOS) in comparison with relapse prevention (RP) in a sample of 91 inpatient males in a secure psychiatric setting. All men evidenced a history of violent sexual offending and were diagnosed with serious psychiatric disorders and/or intellectual disabilities. Participants who received SOS (n = 58) and RP (n = 33) were followed from 6 to 36 months post release. The sample consisted of three groups with a total sample size of 22 participants. In this work, nozzle clogging in the submerged entry nozzle in continuous casting of Al killed steels has been studied. The study has been based on low silicon Al killed SAE 1006 (1.2006) and SAE 1008 (1.2008) grades. In this study, castabilities of 75 heats for 1.2006 steel grades and 75 heats for 1.2008 steel grades have been investigated. Castabilities of the experimental heats have been found to be affected by Al content in oxide form (Aloxy) and Ca content of the liquid steel. Scarification and stratification requirements of Mexican redbud and evergreen sumac seeds and the effects of temperature on Mexican redbud evergreen sumac, and mealy sage seed germination were investigated. The maximum predicted germination from a quadratic response surface was 94.9% after 62 minutes scarification and 35 days stratification for Mexican redbud and 59.3% after 52 minutes scarification and 73 days stratification for evergreen sumac.
