Full textThe relatives of the disappeared, despite apparently being left in a paralyzed scenario of pain and suffering after the internal armed conflicto-CAI, were able to find strengths and strategies to face and face life. The family members have been actively participating for more than 34 years in ANFASEP, fighting for truth, justice and reparation. The objetive of this research is to analyze the construction of the meaning of the disappeared person, based on his personal and collective experiences in ANFASEP. The methodology used was qualitative, with phenomenological character and from an ethnographic perspective. The ethnographic observation was carried out in different scenarios, individual interviews and a discussion group, these techniques dialogues with each other, in the elaboration of the results of the investigation. The participants were direct relatives of the disappeared who are members of ANFASEP. The results show that time, as a process, is fundamental to elaborate and rework the experiences lived from the disappeared, in a personal and collective way. From the community psychology, the research recognizes the agency and the capacity for transformation that has allowed to reconfigure the life of the relatives of the disappeared, over time. An intercultural look, through customs, cultural rituals, symbolic elements; allowed and established forms of communication and relationship between the living, with the disappeared and disappeared-dead, and from the collective experiences, a sense of community has been built, and it is from there that the meaning is given to the disappeared.

Full textIn Peru, mental health is a highly neglected issue. There is a notable deficit of adequate infrastructure for the propitious and correct restoration of balance in the lives of people suffering from mental illnesses, since there are only three specialized institutions in Lima city, centralizing attention and leaving forgotten populations in which there is also a lot of demand. It seems that mental wellness is not considered as a main topic and mechanism of any type of society that seeks growth in all areas. According to the analysis of the causes, consequences and effects brought for the above mentioned, it is necessary to understand that each population has a different history, social situation and ways of life. Therefore, under the mental health demand statistics in Peru, given by the National Institute of Mental Health "Honorio Delgado Hideyo Noguchi", it was determined that Ayacucho city, in the peruvian highlands, has the population with the highest percentage of people with mental problems, probably caused by the terrorist violence that they suffered between 1980 and 2000. To conclude, the objective of this research is to propose a specialized center named "Regional Institute of Mental Health" in the city of Ayacucho, which through adequate architectural spaces and treatments of modern psychiatry, relate the mental wellness of citizens with the local customs in order to promote economic, social and cultural development in the region.

Bautista, Prado Cleymer. "Estudio de impacto de la estrategia de atención integral de salud a poblaciones excluidas y dispersas - AISPED en la Región Ayacucho." Bachelor's thesis, Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, 2011. https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12672/857.
Full textBecause of the problem of health in a population with a difficult geographical accessibility, poverty and extreme poverty in Ayacucho, The Ayacucho Regional Main Direction of Health has been implementing the strategy of “Atención Integral de Salud a Poblaciones Excluidas y Dispersas” – AISPED (a strategy of health care in the excluded and dispersed population) which is designed to cover gaps in health care to these populations by giving a timely, comprehensive and good quality health care, however there are not studies than can measure the impact of the intervention that contributes to take decisions, related to strengthen or refocus the strategy to achieve its stated objectives. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to evaluate the impact of the implementation of the strategy of “Atención Integral de Salud a Poblaciones Excluidas y Dispersas” – AISPED , about the access to health services and the health of the population, Ayacucho Region. For that reason, this study has demonstrated that implementation of “Atención Integral de Salud a Poblaciones Excluidas y Dispersas” – AISPED has failed its objective, wich is to expand access to health services and improve the health of the population, because that health services are limited to provide comprehensive health care, and because of the socioeconomic and cultural barriers of the population. The research was conducted in the seven Health Network Regional Health in Ayacucho, in all the districts with excluded and dispersed communities. So, this thesis answers a quasi-experimental type of assessment, it also uses a explained methodology, in which the implementation of the strategy in health care and excluded and dispersed populations and its impact on the target population is related to the impact of the target population. The unit of analysis were the households, for which variables and indicators were defined in order to evalute the impact assessment. This evaluation was done through the percentage difference and double difference methods. The impacts of “Atención Integral de Salud a Poblaciones Excluidas y Dispersas” – AISPED in Ayacucho Region, were diverse, being the most important founds, the impact on indicators of access to prenatal care (an increase of 5.4%), access to vaccination per schedule (3.8%), growth and development control per schedule (14.9%), and healthy behaviors practice (8%), while the negative impact was found in family planning indicators (- 21.5%), mental health screening (-9.5%), chronic malnutrition (2.2%) and perception of current health status (-37%), which determines that the “Atención Integral de Salud a las Poblaciones Excluidas y Dispersas” – AISPED couldn’t expand the access to health services and couldn’t improve the health of the target populations, being necessary to reorient the intervention model AISPED Strategy to the regional reality by the supporting that can guarantee the implementation of this model in a continuously and sustainable way.

Full textThe Community Mental Health Center Project, has as purpose, respond to the need to attend the mental health problem in the country and to have an adequate infrastructure for diagnosis and rehabilitation of affected people. Reinsert the patient in the community through architecture. The necessary research to undertake the project has been based on information provided by the Ministry of Health (MINSA), similar examples of projects in foreign countries and constant visits to mental health centers in Lima, where information has been received from specialized medical staff and of the own patients. This allowed the development of the architectural program, the design criteria and the theoretical framework for the project proposal. For the location of the Center, it was considered an urban location that presented the highest percentage of affected population, and a strong community interaction. The district of Villa el Salvador had these characteristics, as well as being an urban space that has great pedestrian and vehicular accessibility. The project is located in a corner, generating a public square that invites entry to the Center and a strong community interaction. As for the architectural composition, it has been taken in consideration to create spaces for the care and rehabilitation different from the conventional ones, and where the free areas, of circulation and being have been treated as a fundamental part to achieve the welfare of the patients. With all this, the project wants to be a model of architectural solution that contributes to solve this problem in Peru.
