Full textHälsointresset har under senare år vidgat perspektivet till att handla om hälsans villkor och inte bara sjukdomars orsaker. Vi har utgått från Antonovskys salutogena teori om vilka faktorer som bidrar till att vara frisk och uppleva hälsa, där känsla av sammanhang har en central uppgift. Syftet och frågeställningen med vår intervjustudie var att se hur det salutogena perspektivet skulle kunna vara en tillämpningsbar möjlighet i behandlingspedagogiskt arbete. Resultatet visade att reflektioner kring behandlarens förhållningssätt är minst lika betydelsefullt för klienten som metoden man arbetar utifrån. Vi har diskuterat och belyst hur förhållningssättet kan komma att påverka behandlingsarbetet med klienten. Slutsatsen vi kom fram till var att i vilket behandlingspedagogiskt arbete som helst kan det salutogena perspektivet vara en tillämpningsbar möjlighet som främjar bestående förändring i riktning mot ett gott liv.

Full textUnemployment among young adults is a growing problem for the society. Labor market efforts are working to counter this problem. Research shows that participation in labor market initiatives contributes to completion of high school studies, entry into the labor market and reduced symptoms of mental health. Previous research also shows that study and vocational guidance is of relevance in labor market efforts. The purpose of our study is to describe and analyze how the salutogenic approach is applied by employees in meeting with participants in the labor market effort for transitions (arbetsmarknadsinsatsen för övergångar, AFÖ). The study is based on selected concepts from Antonovsky's theory KASAM. The study analyzes the employee's salutogenic approach with the concepts of comprehensibility, manageability and meaningfulness. The Chaos Theory of Careers concept of closed and open systems has contributed to an overall perspective on AFÖ. The study is based on qualitative methodology. A survey and two result presentations from AFÖ have been used to strengthen and support the answers provided by the interviewees. Our analyzes shows that all interviewees work in a similar way, with some exceptions. A prerequisite for the work of AFÖ’s to focus on the healthiness in the sickness. An important part of the work focuses on awareness of participants about their inner and outer resources, in order to promote the development towards their set goals. The salutogenic approach helps improve the individual's cognitive and physical abilities. AFÖ’s goal is that the participants will come closer to employment and self-sufficiency. Result presentations show that AFÖ achieves this goal.

Full textAbstract:The society is under constant development, which means adaptation and conversion in the workplace. This implies performance and efficiency, which can put human conditions in second hand. In healthcare, mental health has increased among personnel, which in turn can affect the well-being of the care-users wellbeing. Leadership is characterized by this development of society, and has at the same time a fundamental responsibility for the well-being of both personnel and care-users and to promote the psychosocial work environment. A salutogenic leadership where the manager reflects on what makes the situation understandable, manageable and meaningful to the personnel, quality is stated to create the conditions for the well-being of the personnel and the sense of coherens in working life context. The purpose of this study is thus to investigate how managers in activities within the LSS (Act on Support for Disabled People) describe the experience of their leadership and approaches to personnel and careusers based on a salutogenic approach. The study is based on the qualitative method of semi-structured interviews where five managers in LSS activity have been interviewed. The empirical has been analyzed by means of previous research on leadership, but also from different leadership theories, and then mainly Aaron Antonovsky's theory of sense of coherens (KASAM), which is the foundation of the salutogenic leadership. The results show that managers' leadership is being developed to adopt different leadership styles and behaviours. Based on the described approach, it is possible to identify salutogenic qualities and a salutogenic leadership, but it is also possible to identify emotional qualities that, through research, define social leadership.

Full textThis study is a quantitative study aimed at examining how the perception of health differs between professional sports teachers in the country. A comparison was also made on the basis of gender, age and examination year. The questionnaire was designed from Antonovsky's salutogenic perspective, the KASAM theory and its three components comprehensibility, manageability and meaningfulness and was answered by 237 respondents from the Facebook groups Idrottslärare and Sveriges Idrottslärare. The overall results showed that sports teachers generally responded positively to the general perspective and the three KASAM components. The only statistically significant differences were between men and women, where women responded more positively than men in terms of both salutogenicity and manageability. However, you cannot say that this is something that takes place in practice as you as a sports teacher may think that something is important but then not practically practice it. What we see in this survey is the sports teachers' experiences of the lessons and not what really happens at the lessons. Then, after all, a sports teacher's experiences can differ from what the students experience.

Syftet är att studera de attitydrelaterade faktorerna som tankar, känslor och beteende för att se hur de kan förhålla sig till individers sätt att hantera förändringsarbete. Undersökningen är utförd på en avdelning på ett sjukhus i Skåne. Den
bygger på reflexiva intervjuer och en enkät som mäter individernas KASAM, en indikator på förmågan att hantera påfrestningar. Fem personer deltog i undersökningen. I resultatet tolkas omtänksamhet som ett centralt drag i arbetet samt till att vara en levande del i
organisationskulturen. Omtänksamheten kan vara en del i varför respondenterna påvisar hög KASAM genom förändringsarbetet.

Mönsterkollektionen ska i form av väggbonader placeras i det offentliga rummet på de avskalade, vitmålade väggarna för att ge en mer välkomnande känsla och trivsam innemiljö. Min målgrupp som jag har arbetat med är boende, personal och anhöriga. Genom att arbeta med en mönsterbild som är förståelig är förhoppningen att den textila mönsterkollektionen ska väcka minnen till liv och att betraktaren ska reflektera över samspelet mellan flora och fauna.

Full textIn this paper, it was investigated why social workers in a western Swedish municipality have chosen to leave their professions. The main reason behind this study is that the lack of social workers is a national problem that Sweden's municipalities struggle with, especially in today's society when refugees are pouring in and need to be attended to. The research was conducted using qualitative interviews. To analyse the results of the interviews several theories where used, such as motivation, salutogenic leadership, strategies of coping and role theory. For the interviews, thematic analysis was used. The study showed that the informers felt dissatisfied with several aspects of their work. One of the aspects that resulted from the interviews was that the demand to be available at all times, was too much for them. Some additional aspects to why they quit was the high workload, the lack of appreciation and dissatisfaction with the leadership. The informers would gladly have stayed as social workers since they considered it to be meaningful, but the other aspects weighed more heavily compared to meaningfulness which caused them to leave. One suggestion that was brought up to get the informers to stay was to create a so-called contact centre in the reception area where smaller errands could be handled directly with the client. This would have given more time for the social workers with their own clients and more energy for the more heavy cases.

Full textThe objective of this literature study was to describe how the school nurse can adopt the salutogenic perspective in her health promoting work. The articles were examined in order to identify what was written about the school nurse’s work from the salutogenic perspective. In parallel, Eriksson’s, Orem’s, and Newman’s nursing theories were examined from the same perspective. Health promotion enables people to increase control over, and to improve, their health. Aaron Antonovsky coined the term salutogenesis to describe why certain people can stay healthy despite stressful situations, and even grow and develop. The concept “sense of coherence” (SOC) is an important factor in this context. The Salutogenic model was a new way to develop knowledge in nursing. As caregivers capable of structuring life experiences and providing health information and services, nurses can foster and strengthen SOC. Salutogenesis promoted the understanding and the identification of factors relevant to child protection. It was also found that many factors, e.g., gender, lifestyle, habits and school climate correlated with SOC. The study showed a strong support for adopting the Salutogenic model in school health work, and that nursing theories can be used as analytical tools in the application of this model in practice.

Full textThe main purpose of this quantitative study was to gain an understanding of how the individual's socio-cultural influences may contribute to their management of stressors. This by comparing a group of firefighters from Värends Räddningstjänst i Växjö with a control group by using a salutogenic perspective examine if the concept of SOC (Sense of Coherence) may be a possible explanation to how firemen cope with the stressors they face in their profession. The secondary purpose was to investigate whether individuals' estimated health interacts with the degree of SOC though these are assumed to interact. The study involved 75 respondents including 26 people in the group firefighters and 49 people in the control group. Respondents from both groups were asked to answer 29 questions in the questionnaire SOC-29 and overestimate their perceived health. The results showed that firefighters have a significant higher average level of SOC comparing to the control group and that the degree of SOC interact with perceived health.

Full textObjective: The objective with this study was to explore different salutogenic aspects amongst healthy elderly and to find out whether it could be implemented in younger age to prevent illness.Material and methods: The search was done in the Pubmed database. All articles that met the inclusion criteria and were relevant for the question at issue were read in full text. The included articles were analyzed and quality assessed and were also summarized in a chart. Quality assessment was done using a check-list that can be used for assessment of both randomized and non-randomized clinical studies.Results: After the search and examination of articles, 29 articles were included out of which 10 were reviews, 14 cross sectional studies, 3 prospective studies and 2 case-control studies. Totally there was 13 346 participants in the cross sectional studies, 5 391 participants in the prospective studies and 285 participants in the case-control studies. Several determinants and causes which influenced the patients self-perceived good health and of the professional established good health could be identified after the literature search. These were divided into individual and lifestyle-, biologic-, health care organization- and socioeconomic determinants.Conclusion: Additional studies need to be carried out to investigate how these determinants interact and how they can be implemented in health promotion.

Full textÄldre med en annan kulturell bakgrund än svenskt är idag en målgrupp som blir allt mer aktuell inom äldreomsorgen. Den svenska äldreomsorgen har även på senare år fokuserat mycket på att arbetet ska utföras genom ett salutogent förhållningssätt och flera utvecklingsprojekt inom perspektivet har utövats i flera delar av landets kommuner. Syftet med föreliggande studie var att skapa en ökad förståelse för biståndshandläggarens arbete med utrikesfödda äldre utifrån ett salutogent förhållningssätt. För att besvara studiens syfte inhämtas studiens empiri genom semistrukturerade intervjuer från fem biståndshandläggare från två olika kommuner i Mellansverige. Resultatet presenteras och analyseras utifrån insamlad empiri som binds ihop med centrala begrepp och tidigare forskning. Resultatet visar till att de utmaningar som biståndshandläggare stöter på utifrån sitt salutogena förhållningssätt är språkbrister och krav på insatser som skiljer sig från den svenska kulturen. Slutligen lyfts en diskussion om framtidens utveckling för biståndshandläggarens arbete med utrikesfödda äldre.

Full textSammanfattning Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka hur äldre människor upplever hur det salutogenfokuserade arbetet fungerar på deras vård- och omsorgsboende samt hur deras mående påverkas av det. Studien var av induktiv ansats med semi- strukturerade intervjuer. Urvalet i studien var fyra informationsrika respondenter som bodde på ett vård- och omsorgsboende som arbetade utifrån ett salutogent förhållningssätt. En manifest innehållsanalys gjordes för att få fram kategorier av resultatet. Resultatet av studien visade att salutogent arbete medförde ett bra mående, innehållsrika dagar, självbestämmande och individanpassade dagar. Dock visade resultatet att det salutogena arbetet också hade brister i form av inte tillräckligt anpassade aktiviteter och att de boende upplevde att personalen hade för mycket att göra. Slutsatsen av studien var att salutogent förhållningssätt inom vård- och omsorg gav de äldre ett bra mående med innehållsrika dagar med självbestämmande. Resultatet visade även att det fortfarande finns en del kvar att arbeta med för att uppnå en optimal salutogen omsorg för den äldre.

Full textAIM: The study describes mothers and children who strived with the breastfeeding dyad. The aim was to see if information, help and close support increase duration of breastfeeding and to gather information of mothers’ experience of breastfeeding problems and breastfeeding support in practise. METHOD: The study had a descriptive, retrospective design. Data were gathered through a postal questionnaire with 37 questions. The informants were Norwegian speaking mothers who had received extra breastfeeding help and support at a well-baby clinic in Oslo. RESULTS: The majority of children were under a week old when discharged from hospital. There were no differences in gender. The children’s most reported problems were suckling problems, and failure to thrive. 75 % of the breastfeeding problems among mothers occurred during the first two weeks. More than half of the mothers reported the reason for breastfeeding problems to be sore, cracked and/or infected nipples. The majority of the mothers coped with breastfeeding in spite of huge breastfeeding problems, and breastfed for a long period. Knowledge of how mothers milk protects the baby was the most important motivation for coping with breastfeeding problems. To succeed with breastfeeding was related to the feeling of being a good mother. Support from the child’s father was important for the mother’s decision to continue or to stop breastfeeding. The mothers described that to be given knowledge, counselling and support from competent health workers increased their self confidence and motivation to continue breastfeeding. CONCLUSION: The time of breastfeeding initiation was an indicator for mothers who needed breastfeeding support both in maternity ward and in the well-baby clinic. The use of supplements in addition to breastfeeding at an early stage was a marker for shorter duration of breastfeeding. It is important to ensure that mothers get breastfeeding support before discharge from hospital and that the support is individual and based on knowledge. Mothers’ need of breastfeeding support after discharge from hospital is a central part of health promotion at the well-baby clinic as it concerns the baby’s nutrition and the mothers mastering.

Full textStudent coaches in upper secondary schools -What function and significance do they have? Among others The Swedish Agency for Education and The EU Children’s Convetion determines that the government has a responsibility for children and youth to have a safe growing environment. The school is a major part of children’s living environment and in some schools the function and staff category student coaches have been added. The purpose of this study was to examine what function student coaches have in upper secondary schools. The study was conducted through qualitative interviews with three student coaches and three teachers, and the collected data were analyzed using profession theory and a salutogenic perspective. The results show that student coaches can be characterized as so-called para professions. Student coaches was described as having a supportive and calming function for students and teachers in upper secondary schools. However, the informants described that the work of student coaches was not always respected or understood by teachers and other adults. Student coaches were perceived as important, both for the well-being of the students and for the improving of their school results.

There is much research that focuses on the relationship between caregivers and care receivers, and also about how work is organized in these organizations. However, research into how care work is organized in organizations that have implemented a salutogenic approach is limited. This is a qualitative study aimed to examine how caregivers feel that the organization of work in elderly care change after implementation of salutogenic elements in their daily work. The study conducted six semi-structured interviews with caregivers that have experienced different ways of organizing care work. Study shows that the organization of care work has gone from a Tayloristic, task-oriented and routinized work towards a salutogenic, person-oriented and personalized approach. The study also shows that dilemmas may arise in the new way to organize care work when caregivers and care receivers values and opinions differ. Caregivers then orient between sins of omission and abuse.

Full textThis bachelor thesis aims to explore how the concept of protective factors among children and youths are made visible and how knowledge on the subject is implemented in three Swedish school-based prevention programs: Social och Emotionell Träning (SET), Örebro Preventionsprogram (ÖPP) and Community Parent Education Program (COPE). Existing research on protective factors among children and youths suggests that a promoting of these factors within the lives of vulnerable children and youths can help them resist a development of an antisocial behavior. This bachelor thesis will be looking at school-based preventions programs because school is the social arena where most kids spend a majority of their time spent outside of their home. The study aims to answer the following questions: - How is the concept of protective factors made visible in the program descriptions of the three school-based prevention programs? - How is knowledge on the subject of protective factors implemented in the practice of the prevention programs according to how it is described in the program descriptions? - Are there any similarities or differences between the programs in regard to their implementation of knowledge on the subject of protective factors and their importance? A content analysis was performed on the literature of the three prevention programs on the basis of two chosen themes: the prevention programs design and background as well as protective factors – how the concept is made visible and how knowledge is implemented. The results have then been connected to existing research on protective factors among children and youths. The theoretical framework of the study consists of Antonovsky’s theory on the salutogenic model and SOC (Sense of Coherence) as well as systems theory and Bronfenbrenner’s bioecological model. When analyzing the material it was found that the three prevention programs were different in their design. Partly whether they are universal or selective preventions, and partly whether they have chosen to aim their focus at the children and youths individual protective factors or on their parental protective factors. Only one of the prevention programs explicitly mentioned protective factors in its material and implemented the knowledge on the subject in the programs design and execution. In the material belonging to the other two prevention programs the concept of protective factors and knowledge on the subject was not as apparent, but the subject was still visible in more implicit ways.

Full textThe study was aimed to examine social network as method in social services and how it was perceived from a user perspective in a medium sized municipality in Sweden. Networking was offered by the social services as an intervention for parents and their children in need of social support. Networking is based on collaboration between the private and the professional actors to achieve sustainable solutions for adolescents and there family’s. The study was conducted through qualitative interviews with eight parents of children and adolescents who have participated in social network meetings. The empirical results were analyzed from a salutogenic perspective and the concepts comprehensibility, manageability, meaningfulness and empowerment. The results of this study showed that parents who participated in network meeting had a positive perception of networking. The conclusions that could be drawn from this study were that networking in this municipality could be improved by better follow-up and more flexible operational procedures in arranging network meetings.

Full textDenna studie syftar till att öka kunskapen om hur styrningen av arbetsmiljöarbetet sker inom organisationer utifrån chefers perspektiv samt att undersöka hur styrningen av arbetsmiljön sker utifrån ett patogent och ett salutogent perspektiv. Totalt medverkade tio chefer i studien som alla innehar ett formellt ansvar för styrning och arbetsmiljöarbete inom respektive organisation. Respondenterna arbetar inom olika organisationer med en stor bredd gällande typ av verksamhet, bransch men även avseende antal medarbetare. Empirin har analyserats med hjälp av en deduktiv tematisk analys, datan har därmed analyserats med utgångspunkt i teorier kring styrpaket och de fem styrsystemen; kulturstyrning, planering, cybernetisk styrning, belöning och kompensation samt administrativ styrning. Analysen resulterade i fem teman: Den kulturella kontexten, Planering av arbetsmiljöarbetet, Redovisning, uppföljning och utvärdering, Belöning och kompensation samt Styrande strukturer. Den mest framträdande slutsatsen är att styrningen av arbetsmiljöarbete sker genom styrpaket där de olika systemen samverkar med varandra. Styrningen sker i högre grad genom administrativ styrning, styrning genom planering samt kulturstyrning och i lägre grad utifrån cybernetisk styrning och användandet av belöning som styrmedel sker inte alls. Det patogena perspektivet på arbetsmiljöarbete dominerar. Ytterligare en slutsats är att en hög grad av styrning på arbetsmiljöområdet ger chefer en ökad trygghet och rollklarhet vilket leder till att arbetsmiljön upplevs som god. Chefer som upplever en låg grad av styrning ser behov av ytterligare styrning medan det motsatta gäller chefer med hög grad av styrning.

Full textHealth defines a person’s general condition, both mind and body. Being healthy or have “good health” is something that people, on a daily basis, can read about in the newspaper or on the internet, but what is health or being healthy? Health is often taken for granted and is also often associated with training, but many claim that health is not only about being fit or train hard. There are different definitions of health; world health organization (WHO) has one that has been acknowledged for many years: “Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”. This definition has been controversy because it says that a person only can have good health if the person is free from illness, injury or pain which can seems quite possible to achieve. WHO:s definition about health, is not the only one, there are many more definitions that has been created by dissimilar people. The aim with this study was to see how teachers look at health (and health studies) and where they got their knowledge about health. If you look at previous studies it says that health is a personal thing, each individual has their own opinion what health is, something that the teacher in this study agreed about. This is a qualitative study and sex teachers were interviewed. The result has been analyzed by two health models, the continuum model and the clinic model. The result showed that the teachers look at health from a continuum perspective and the teachers also said that their athletic background were the main reason for there value of health and how they look at health overall.

Full textDen äldre människans upplevelse av hälsa och livskvalitet påverkas av tillgängliga resurser samt förmågan att tillvarata dem. Omvårdnad utifrån ett salutogent perspektiv söker efter faktorer som skapar hälsa. Att betona den äldre människans resurser är av stor betydelse för ett gott åldrande. Syftet med litteraturstudien var att med ett salutogent perspektiv, med relevans för sjuksköterskans hälsofrämjande arbete, belysa resurser som för den äldre människan främjar och bevarar ett gott åldrande. I litteraturstudien bearbetades 14 vetenskapliga artiklar utifrån en deduktiv ansats, med grund i den salutogena teorin. Resultatet visar att den äldre människan besitter ett stort antal resurser för att uppnå ett gott åldrande. Inre resurser såsom en stark känsla av sammanhang och en positiv hållning till livet bidrar till en ökad livskvalitet samtidigt som de underlättar utnyttjandet av yttre resurser. Yttre resurser som möjliggör den äldre människans upplevelse av livskvalitet är socialt stöd samt god vårdkvalitet och omvårdnad. Ett område för vidare forskning är att utveckla och tillämpa den salutogena teorin som en gemensam värdegrund i omvårdnadsarbetet. Ett större utrymme bör även ges till att undersöka hur det salutogena perspektivet kan inverka på vårdpersonalens attityder till åldrandet och den äldre människan, samt hur information och utbildning kring ett salutogent förhållningssätt skulle kunna påverka den äldre människans attityder och upplevelser av åldrandet.

Full textBackground: Previous research shows that nature can contribute to health development and shows a correlation between people's level of activity, mental health and access to nature environments. Today we see a growing number of new operations in both the private enterprise and the public sector where nature is used as a resource for health promotion and prevention. Since the phenomenon is fairly new, descriptions of the area are poor. Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate how the nature and health promotion work are carried out by different actors in Sweden. Method: Qualitative approach was chosen as the data collection method. Six interviews were conducted with actors working in the field of nature and health promotion. The interviews used semi structured interview guide. The interviews were analyzed by content analysis. Results: The results showed that the respondents use nature as a resource in their business operations, both as a room, a tool and as a symbol. The activities played a complex role since they both had a symbolic value and was used as a concrete tool. The actors however felt a strong personal wellbeing at their work and that it is a growing industry with good opportunities to conduct business in the future. Conclusion: The area of nature and health promotion occupations is a broad field and involves diverse activities regard to activities, offers and specializations. The study also shows that the area's pedagogical orientations, differs from previous educational approaches in similar areas by focusing on how nature can be used as a health promotion tool.

Full textThe purpose of this qualitative study is to increase the understanding of the employees' own experience of their work environment in the social administration, and the possible risks that the work environment may include. The study was conducted with semi-structured interviews that came to be thematized and presented in the results. The results obtained in the study are presented through three themes; Expectation and Reality, Collaboration and Development. There are parts that social service officials find to be more evident than others, and these are the risk factors that were highlighted through these themes. However, the risk factors that emerged were not those expected according to the research review, but the internal factors (structures, action plans, collaboration, etc.) were found to be more important than the previously expected external factors (meetings with clients, political decisions, etc.). This meant that there was a greater interest in what further research might find based on the assumption of the internal effects of social management. The theory that the study used to interpret the results of success and a sustainable way of working for social service officials is the salutogenic perspective and the work's premise based on KASAM.

Full textAim: The purpose is to investigate and analyze how student health is applied in school. Howdo principals interpret the student health assignment? How do the principals describe that the work with student health takes place in practice? What problems and opportunities do the principals see regarding the work with student health in relation to the various professions at the school? Method: The study is based on a qualitative approach. The material for the study was collected through telephone interviews or video calls with four principals and two assistant principals, all of whom were responsible for student health at the school. The interviews were analyzed on the basis of theory-led thematic analysis, using Antonovsky's theory of salutogenesis and pathogenesis as well as systems theory concepts. Results: The principals interpret that student health is everyone's responsibility and part ofeverything at school, one cannot distinguish health and learning from each other. The principals mainly describe that they work preventive and health-promoting in practice by creating securityand a good climate at the school, as well as working with competence development and structure. In the case of particular insertion on an individual level, the student's difficulties aremainly handled by providing pedagogical support and guidance for the teachers. In relation to the school's different professions, several principals described that it is important to have aunified culture around student health, but that it can be problematic in practice due to suspicion between the professions. In order for the system to be developed as a whole, the skills of the professionals need to be used as wisely and efficiently as possible. Conclusions: The studied principals schools work mainly with health promotion and prevention, according to the principals themselves. We can also see a shift from the pathogenicto the salutogenic perspective, where the aspects that create health are more present and the student's difficulties are put in context. The study shows that the schools work actively with and invest in student health, and that the principals are well versed in the area, which is an important prerequisite for applying student health in the school in a good way.

Full textAll pupils in Sweden are entitled to support from the Pupil Health Care for satisfactory completion of their education. The Pupil Health Care works with health promotion and prevention based on a salutogenic perspective. Health communication may be used for improved health. The Pupil Health Care in Umeå manages a project called Levla lärmiljön, where the goal is to improve the learning environment for pupils. The aim of the present study was to investigate the experiences of working in the transition from a pathological perspective to the salutogenic perspective. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with five school psychologists and data was thematically analysed. The analysis resulted in five main themes: Organizational identity, From theory to practice is difficult, Desirable communication, Strategies for health communications and The responsibility of school psychologists. The results showed that Levla lärmiljön has so far not changed the communication between the school psychologists and school staff, and that the salutogenic perspective is not yet entirely incorporated in the communication within the Pupil Health Care. However, our conclusion is that a fully incorporated salutogenic perspective could be at the expense of an overall focus, a conclusion in line with the established guidelines for working with the salutogenic perspective.
