A growing body of work has quantitatively linked many macroevolutionary patterns, including short- and long-term changes in biodiversity, rates of taxonomic extinction and origination, and patterns of extinction selectivity, to temporal variability in the sedimentary rock record. Here we establish a new framework for more rigorously testing alternative hypotheses for these and many other results by documenting the large-scale spatiotemporal intersection of the North American sedimentary rock and fossil records. To do this, we combined 30,387 fossil collections in the spatially explicit Paleobi

Some of the difficulties involved in Twitter concern restrictions laid out by platform owners, restrictions that make it difficult for researchers to collect complete conversations. A contribution is made through the development of a method for collecting and analyzing follow-on conversations around a set of hashtags. Complete or even sub-complete inventories of biodiversity often remain well out of reach, especially when dealing with speciose taxonomic groups, such as insects in general and butterfly fauna in particular. Moreover, it is even uncertain that similar completeness levels may be reached among taxonomic subsets within a same surveyed taxonomic group. For example, one can wonder whether sampling butterfly fauna according to the commonly implemented “Pollard walk” consistently ensure a similar recording efficiency (i.e. similar sampling completeness) according to the different butterfly families.

Completeness of filling out medical records that are accurate, complete, and timely is needed in health services to fulfill the requirements in medical record management. Completeness of filling out medical records with the quality of medical record documents has a very significant role where the higher the completeness of filling out medical records, he higher the quality of medical record documents. At least five categories exist in which it is possible to classify the evaluation procedures which are singled-out by the common name of assessment: placement, formative, diagnostic and summative assessment (Airasian,1975; Gronlund,1985) and self-assessment. Placement assessment is concerned with the identification of students’ entry level for class enrollment and selection.
