Abstract:
The Sandawe language is spoken in the Kondoa district of central Tanzania by approximately 40,000 people. Sandawe has been widely assumed to be a member of the Khoisan language family, but recent research has cast doubt on the position that such a family exists (Güldemann & Vossen 2000). The Sandawe language can be divided into an eastern variety and a western variety. The differences between these two varieties are slight and gradual. The orthography used in the following description was decided upon in 2002 by a group of Sandawe speakers representing different parts of the language area. Early research on Sandawe phonetics and phonology was undertaken by Dempwolff (1916) and Copland (1938). More recent studies are found in Tucker & Bryan (1977), Elderkin (1989, 1992), Wright, Maddieson, Ladefoged & Sands (1995), Maddieson, Ladefoged & Sands (1999) and Hunziker, Hunziker & Eaton (2005).

Abstract:
Analizuojamos kai kurios metodologinės problemos, kylančios tyrinėjant nacijos psichinę sandarą. Kritiškai apžvelgiami tarybinių autorių pateikti šios sandaros apibrėžimai, konstatuojama, kad visiems jiems bendras bruožas – nacijos psichinės sandaros materialaus pobūdžio akcentavimas: ši sandara yra nacijos socialinio gyvenimo atspindys. Pastebima metodologinė klaida nacijos psichinę sandarą apriboti tik nacionaliniais, specifiniais bruožais, neatsižvelgiant į bendrus su kitomis nacijomis bruožus. Kiekvienos konkrečios nacijos psichinė sandara yra bendrybės (internacionalaus) ir ypatingybės (nacionalaus, specifinio) dialektinė vienybė. Pabrėžiamas tyrimo istoriškumo principas: šią sandarą galima analizuoti tik tam tikru istorinio vystymosi laikotarpiu, konkrečiomis istorinėmis sąlygomis. Buržuazinė nacija turi klasiniu požiūriu prieštaringą psichinę sandarą, kuri atspindi dialektinę nacionalinės psichologijos išraiškos klasinių formų vienybę. Teigiama, kad socializmas sudarė sąlygas nacijos psichinei sandarai tapti vieninga, įveikti klasinio antagonizmo išraiškos formas, pašalino kliūtis internacionaliniam suartėjimui, sukūrė visoms socialistinėms nacijoms bendrus bruožus.

Abstract:
Anatomically modern humans arose in Africa ∼300,000 years ago, but the demographic and adaptive histories of African populations are not well-characterized. Here, we have generated a genome-wide dataset from 840 Africans, residing in western, eastern, southern, and northern Africa, belonging to 50 ethnicities, and speaking languages belonging to four language families. In addition to agriculturalists and pastoralists, our study includes 16 populations that practice, or until recently have practiced, a hunting-gathering (HG) lifestyle. We observe that genetic structure in Africa is broadly correlated not only with geography, but to a lesser extent, with linguistic affiliation and subsistence strategy. Four East African HG (EHG) populations that are geographically distant from each other show evidence of common ancestry: the Hadza and Sandawe in Tanzania, who speak languages with clicks classified as Khoisan; the Dahalo in Kenya, whose language has remnant clicks; and the Sabue in Ethiopia, who speak an unclassified language. Additionally, we observed common ancestry between central African rainforest HGs and southern African San, the latter of whom speak languages with clicks classified as Khoisan. With the exception of the EHG, central African rainforest HGs, and San, other HG groups in Africa appear genetically similar to neighboring agriculturalist or pastoralist populations. We additionally demonstrate that infectious disease, immune response, and diet have played important roles in the adaptive landscape of African history. However, while the broad biological processes involved in recent human adaptation in Africa are often consistent across populations, the specific loci affected by selective pressures more often vary across populations.

Straipsnyje autorius aptaria gamtotyros teorijos sandarą. Teigiama, kad svarbiausia kiekvienoje teorijoje yra tam tikra teorinė konstrukcija, sudaryta iš abstrakčių idealizuotų elementų. Konkrečiu pažinimo momentu eksperimentiškai fiksuojami materialiojo pasaulio ryšiai gali būti vienodai sėkmingai išreikšti skirtingomis matematinėmis formulėmis. Tačiau anksčiau ar vėliau prieinama prie gilesnių, išsamesnių materialiojo pasaulio ryšių, tuomet ir išaiškėja, kad matematinės funkcijos išraiškos, kurios buvo ekvivalenčios konkrečių materialiojo pasaulio ryšių, fiksuojamų konkrečiu pažinimo momentu, atžvilgiu, pasirodo esančios neekvivalentiškos išsamesnių ryšių atžvilgiu. Autorius išskiria teorinę sistemą (svarbiausią mokslo teorijų sandaros dalį), kuri apima ir teorinę konstrukciją, ir matematinį aparatą. Aptariamos „sistemos“, „sandaros“, „struktūros“ bei „funkcijos“ sąvokos. Sistema išreiškia tam tikrą esminį bet kokios prigimties daikto aspektą, ji yra priešingų sąvokų „sandara“ ir „funkcija“ sintezė. Sistemos funkcija suprantama kaip sistemos vidinis persitvarkymas, išėjimo parametrų kitimas pakitus įėjimo parametrams.

Lietuvių kalba išsiskiria ne tik turtingu žodynu, bet ir plačiomis galimybėmis mintis reikšti įvairios sandaros sakiniais: vientisiniais (asmeniniais dvinariais ir asmeniniais vienanariais, beasmeniais, asmeninių sakinių modifikacijomis), sudėtiniais (sujungiamaisiais, prijungiamaisiais, bejungtukiais, mišriaisiais). Mokinys, baigęs dešimtą klasę, turėtų išmanyti visas lietuvių kalbos sakinių rūšis, sandarą ir funkcijas, turėtų gebėti laisvai teorines žinias taikyti praktikoje – rašyti ir kalbėti funkcionaliais, įvairios sandaros sakiniais. Darbo tema – mokinių rašinių sakinio sandra ir funkcijos. Kalbant apie rašinius, daug dėmesio skiriama paties rašinio turiniui, stiliui, formai. Mokinių rašinių sakinio sintaksė ir funkcijos yra mažai tyrinėtos, nėra ištirta, kokios sandaros sakiniai mokinių rašiniuose dominuoja, o kokios sandaros vartojami retai, kas gali turėti įtakos mokinių rašinių sakinio struktūrai ir funkcijoms, neaišku, ar su amžiumi, lyginant 9–12 klasių mokinių sakinius, sakinio struktūra sudėtingėja. Ištyrus 60 vyresniųjų klasių (9–12) rašinių, galima pastebėti, kad mokiniai iš tiesų geba vartoti įvairių funkcinių tipų ir įvairios sandaros sakinius. Taip pat galima teigti, kad rašinio žanras turėjo įtakos funkcinių sakinių tipų vartojimui. Sakinių sandara taip tiesiogiai su rašinio žanru ar mokinių amžiumi susijusi nebuvo. [toliau žr. visą tekstą]<br>The Lithuanian language is not only prominent in its rich vocabulary but also there are quite a lot of possibilities to express ideas and thoughts using different sentence structures, such as: simple sentences (personal binomial and personal monomial, impersonal, modifications of personal sentences), complex sentences (coordinate, subordinate, parataxis and composite). The tenth form leaver should know all kinds of sentences, sentence structure and its function. He/she should be able to use all his/her theoretical knowledge in practice, it means he/she should be able to speak and write using functional, various sentence structures. The theme of the work – sentence structure and function in schoolchildren‘s essays. Considering essays themselves, a lot of attention is paid to the context, style and form of the essay. There was little research done of sentence syntax and function in schoolchildren’s essays. There was no research done what kind of sentence structure dominate in schoolchildren essays, what sentence structure is rarely used and what makes an influence which sentence structure and function to use. Grids are collaborative distributed Internet systems characterized by large scale, heterogeneity, lack of central control, multiple autonomous administrative domains, unreliable components and frequent dynamic change. In such systems, it is desirable to maintain and query dynamic and timely information about active participants such as services, resources and user communities. The web services vision promises that programs are made more flexible, adaptive and powerful by querying Internet databases (registries) at runtime in order to discover information and network attached building blocks, enabling the assembly of distributed higher-level components. In support of this vision, we introduce the Web Service Discovery Architecture (WSDA), we introduce the hyper registry, which is a centralized database node for discovery of dynamic distributed content. It supports XQueries over a tuple set from a dynamic XML data model.

Pastaruosius du dešimtmečius Lietuvoje ir kitose šalyse aukštojo mokslo kokybei skiriamas vis didesnis dėmesys, tačiau Lietuvoje nėra atlikta sisteminių tyrimų apie kolegijų veiklos kokybės išorinio institucinio vertinimo patirtį ir rezultatus, dar daugiau – vertinimo procedūrų ir turinio tobulinimas vyksta epizodiškai ir iš dalies pagrįstai. Tyrimo objektas – kolegijų veiklos kokybės išorinio institucinio vertinimo sandara, akcentuojant išorinio vertinimo procedūras. Tyrimo tikslas - teoriškai pagrįsti ir empiriškai patikrinti kolegijų veiklos kokybės išorinio institucinio vertinimo proceso (analizuojant tik taikomas vertinimo procedūras) modelį ir nurodyti studijų kokybės vertinimo proceso tobulinimo kryptis. Magistro darbe yra apibrėžiamos kolegijų išorinio institucinio vertinimo ir įvertinimo sampratos, analizuojant kolegijų paskirtį; kolegijų veiklos kokybės koncepcijas; vertinimo ir įvertinimo procesus; vertinimo tipus; institucinio vertinimo vietą ir reikšmę aukštojo mokslo vertinimo sistemoje; sąsajas tarp vidinio ir išorinio vertinimo bei vertinimo principus. The systematic research on the experience of external institutional quality assessment of colleges still has not been executed in Lithuania. Furthermore the improvement of the procedures and the content of assessment is episodic and poorly based. The master theses define the conception of external institutional quality assessment of colleges and the decisions taken after their assessment; the conceptions of colleges’ quality, the processes of evaluation and assessment, the types of assessment, the place and the meaning of institutional assessment in the context of higher education assessment system, the links between internal and external assessment; the fundamentals of assessment. The master theses deal with the discussion of the European Standards for quality assurance in higher education. These standards in a number of European countries including Lithuania are under development and the common principles of European quality assurance in higher education have been analyzed. G.C. Latham was appointed the first director of African Education Department. He issued mission schools with a school code according to which all mission schools had to function. * Education under the Federal Era 1953- 1963. The Federation of the North and South Rhodesia and Nyasaland brought about changes in the education system. • Education in Post-independence Zambia AI independence the government aimed at giving education the first priority. * The Education Act of 1966 In terms of the Act, racially segregated schools had to be abolished and non-free paying schools introduced. Chapter 4 of this study will look into the formulation of the educational policy. The following are the main issues: • Formulation and content of the educational policy. The entire nation was involved in the formulation of educational policy in a form of a "National Debate" launched by Dr. K.D. Kaunda in May 1976. the Educational Reform aimed at providing 9 years of compulsory basic education. • The third national development plan The plan aimed at increasing educational facilities. • The fourth national development plan This plan aimed at improving the technical and agricultural aspects of education as well as the standard of Mathematics and Science subjects. The organisational structures in Zambian Education System are discussed in chapter 5. Attention is given to: • Different Education Ministries The Ministry of General Education and Culture and the Ministry of Higher Education are responsible for the implementation of the educational policy in Zambia. • Control of education AI the head of each Ministry there is a Minister who is also a member of the cabinet. The Inspectorate is the professional wing of the Ministries with the responsibility of control and co-ordination of education. Abstract:
In this work habitats impact to dandelion´s anatomic and morphologic state. Dandelion´s leaf is dorsoventral, bifaciral type. Mesophyll habitat epidermal cells are izodeometric, waved, whereas in the higrophyll – slightly waved and extended in tangential direction. Mesophyll habitat epidermal cells´ number is bigger than in the higrophyll. In the mesophyll habitat on the upper epidermal cells´ number is 85,4, on the lower – 87,2 per 1 mm², accordingly in the higrophyll habitat – 79,3 and 82,4 per 1 mm². Stomata apparatus per 1mm² are more in the higrophyll habitat (on the upper lamina´s side there were 20,2, on the lower – 24,9 stomata apparatus), than in the mesophyll (on the upper lamina´s side there were 14,8, on the lowe – 19,5 stomata apparatus). In the mesophyll habitat upper lamina´s side stomata´s coefficient was 19,36% and 45,57%. Dandelion´s leafstalk is ivugularly – shaped trapezium. In the mesophyll habitat – double, in the higrophyll – single, air spaces´ diameter – 1056 ��. In the lamina´s epidermis the stomata apparatus is not found neither on the upper, nor on the lower side. Dandelion´s leafstalk is represented by tabular collenchyma. In the leafstalk´s parenchyma articulate communicating latex vessel are situated. Investigated on the Taraxacum officinale, wich is growing in the mesophyll and higrophyll habitats, anatomic state of radix is definited that changing habitat the anatomic state of radix shifts a little bit. Lietuvai tapus Europos Sąjungos nare inter alia svarbu žinoti pagrindines nuostatas, fundamentines idėjas, vertybines orientacijas, kuriomis yra išreiškiama biudžetinės sandaros instituto esmė bei jo būdingiausi bruožai. Vis dėlto Europos Sąjungos biudžetinės sandaros principai nesulaukia didesnio dėmesio nei užsienio šalyse, nei Lietuvoje. Plečiantis ES vis garsiau skamba pavojaus varpai, kad įnašų į Europos Sąjungos biudžetą supratimas kaip nacionalinio biudžeto našta gali sužlugdyti vertybes, kurios daugiau nei 50 m. yra laikomos Europos Sąjungos sėkme. 2004 m. prasidėjusi Europos Sąjungos biudžeto reforma turi padėti sureaguoti į globalius pokyčius ir pakeisti anksčiau vyravusius prioritetus. Magistriniame darbe analizuojamas Europos Sąjungos biudžetinės sandaros principų turinys. Vieningumo ir tikslumo principas yra suprantamas kaip visų Europos Sąjungos pajamų ir išlaidų įtraukimas į vieningą biudžetą. Metinio periodiškumo principas išryškina būtinumą išlaikyti skirtumą tarp diferencijuotų ir nediferencijuotų asignavimų. Subalansuotumas yra laikomas pagrindine biudžeto taisykle. Biudžeto sudarymui ir vykdymui yra naudojamas apskaitos vienetas. Laikantis universalumo principo biudžeto pajamos negali būti skirtos priskirtoms išlaidoms, išskyrus expressis verbis nustatytus atvejus. Principles of EU budgetary structure do not get much attention neither in foreign countries, nor in Lithuania. It is very important to react to the global changes and manage to change the priorities. Though some legal issues concerning principles of EU budgetary structure are being analysed by D. Strasser, however the most significant issue is not dissected. The content of principles of EU budgetary structure is analysed in the master work. The principle of unity and budget accuracy means, that all Communities’ expenditure and revenue must be incorporated in a single budget document. Annuality shows necessity to differ commitment appropriations and payment appropriations. The principle of equilibrium is the essential rule of EU budget and means that the revenue and expenditure must be in balance. The principle of unit of account means that the budget is drawn up and implemented in unit of account. The principle of universality is based on two rules: budgetary revenue may not be allocated to particular items of expenditure and all revenue and expenditure must enter in the budget without any adjustment against each other. Abstract:
Producing hydrocarbon from deep water assets is extremely challenging and expensive. A good estimate of rates from multiple pay zones is essential for well monitoring, surveillance, and workover decisions. Such information can be gleaned from flowing fluid pressure and temperature; deep-water wells are often well instrumented that offers such data on a continuous basis. In this study a model is presented that estimates zonal flow contributions based on energy and momentum balances. Kinetic and heat energy coming from the reservoir fluid to the production tubing is accounted for in the model. The momentum balance for wellbore takes into account differing flow profile in laminar and turbulent flows. In addition, when sandface temperature data are not available, a recently developed analytical model to estimate the effect of Joule-Thompson expansion on sandface temperature was used to estimate sandface temperature from reservoir temperature. The model developed can be applied to any reservoir with multiple pay zones and is especially useful for deep-water assets where production logging is practically impossible. Available field data for multiphase flow was used to validate the model. Sensitivity analyses were performed that showed accurate temperature data is essential for the model to estimate zonal contribution accurately.

Atitvara – vienas iš pagrindinių pastato elementų. Jos skiria atskirus kambarius ir kitas erdves, tokios atitvaros vadinamos vidinėmis atitvaromis, taip pat būna atitvaros, sujungtos su pamatais ir stogu, taip sudarant pastato bendrą karkasą, tokios atitvaros vadinamos išorinėmis. Atitvarų charakteristikos priklauso nuo tam tikrų veiksnių: ekonominių, stilistinių, apsauginių, akustinių. Viena iš svarbiausių atitvaros charakteristikų yra izoliuoti garso slėgio lygį arba jį absorbuoti gyvenamuosiuose, trumpalaikės paskirties, mokslo ir gydymo paskirties pastatuose. Atitvaros sandara yra labai svarbi kalbant apie garso slėgio izoliaciją, nes priklausomai nuo tam tikros pastato paskirties keičiasi ir atitvaros sandara. Atitvaros dažniausiai sudarytos iš plytų arba blokelių mūro ir tinko, rečiau monolitinės. Atitvaros struktūra nulemia garso slėgio izoliaciją. Tyrime lyginamos skirtingo tipo atitvaros su skirtingais izoliacijos lygiais. Prasčiausia atitvara sudaryta iš silikatinių plytų, izoliacijos lygis yra 47,0 dB. Priimtina atitvara sudaryta iš keramzitbetonio blokelių, nes jos izoliacijos lygis siekia 55,1 dB. Labai gera atitvaros izoliacija siekia 62,1 dB, nes ji sudaryta iš monolitinio betono. Atitvaros garso slėgio izoliacijai gerinti naudojamas gipso kartonas, akmens vata, putų polistirenas, gumos plokštės ir kt. Žinant, kokios paskirties pastatas statomas, atsižvelgiant į garso slėgio lygio izoliavimo reikalavimus, projektuojant svarbu parinkti tinkamą mūrą ir atitvaros konstrukcinius elementus.
