The article discusses family language policy in a family of ethnic Russians in Estonia where the father speaks Russian, and the mother speaks Estonian. This is the case of internalization of Estonian among ethnic Russians, a novel phenomenon in the post-Soviet countries. The data come from family conversations (6 h) and the semi-structured interview with the parents (1.5 h). There are discrepancies between the declared ideologies, management, and practices. The use of the suffix ια is interesting to study. According to Buck and Petersen combined words in -ια, Ion. -ιη, and those in -ιӑ in the same list because of practical convenience and their interrelations in Greek. On the other side there are uses that actually have their own peculiarities. There are many substantives without connections with adjectives in -ιος because prehistoric substantivations may be surmised. Abstract Article 31 in Law no. 24 of 2009 requires the use of the Indonesian language in any agreement involving Indonesian and foreign parties in the contracts made. Judicial practice, there is a difference judge consideration related to the obligation of using the Indonesian language. The existence of these two different judgments creates legal uncertainty. The approach used in this research is normative juridical. The result of research that there is no definite understanding what is causa or cause in contract.
