Abstract:
Près de la moitié des adultes de 18 ans et plus au Canada disent se sentir « très souvent » ou « souvent » anxieux ou nerveux (47 %) ou encore tristes (45 %) depuis le début de la crise de COVID‑19, selon les données d’un sondage mené par l’Institut Vanier de la famille, l’Association d’études canadiennes et la firme Léger, recueillies du 9 au 12 avril 20201 (figure 1). Quatre adultes sur 10 affirment se sentir irritables (39 %) et environ le tiers disent éprouver des troubles du sommeil (35 %) et des sautes d’humeur (32 %) « très souvent » ou « souvent » depuis le début de la crise (figure 1)

The Working Group on “Transparency and the publicising of the results of health research”, was appointed by the French Ministry in charge of Research, in conjunction with the French Ministry in charge of Health. It seeks to address the problem of publication bias, which is the tendency to prioritise the publication of positive results. However, if they are based on an incomplete, skewed understanding of research results, this bias may result in erroneous health policy decisions.
